Zion Wrestling Presents: Friday Night Fusion Episode 53!!

We come in to a sold out Baxter Arena! A huge pyro set goes off over the stage as we cut to the announce table!

Eddie Red Apples: We are just one week away from Victory Series! But for right now the stakes are as high as ever! Welcome everybody to Friday Night Fusion! I’m Eddie Red Apples, joined as always by Zion’s best social media rep, Amber Westgate!

Amber Westgate: Thanks Eddie! Tonight’s gonna be a huge one, we two huge tiebreakers for the Victory Series Tournament book ending the show tonight, as well as what is sure to be some dream match material with good friends Ayu Megumi and ARIA facing off in the Semi-Main!

Eddie Red Apples: Right now though, I believe we were promised a very special announcement! Let’s see what it is!

We open with the song “Nothin’ But A Good time” by Posion being played. The fans aren’t too familiar with whose theme song this is, as they look around in speculation. After a moment, we are greeted with Marina Flores at the top of the ramp, microphone in hand. Instead of interviewing however, she looks to be on her way to the ring. She begins blowing kisses towards the crowd, putting on a smile.

Just as she gets to the ring apron, she motions for a camerman to come over, and lower one of the ropes so she can get in. The music fades as she does a quick hair flip. The crowd, still unsure of what she has to say doesn’t interupt her speech, atleast yet.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, as always…Thanks for tuning in to one of the hottest brands in all of wrestling…Fusion!”

The crowd lets out a small cheer.

“First off, I just wanna’ say…It’s pretty awesome getting my own theme song. Never thought I’d see the day, so that’s cool! Anyway, I got some exciting news to break. So exciting that Denzel Porter wishes he got the scoop before I did!”

She chuckles.

“Now, we all know that ZION as a whole is without a doubt one of, if not THE premiere brand. With Mayhem and Fusion and of course the Supercards we do…We here at ZION deliver our best to you, the fans. And without you all here tonight, there’d be no ZION. I can go on and on about how awesome you guys are, or how ZION is the premiere company. As much as I may want to, I gotta’ share this news, so let’s get to it!”

“Mayhem is an amazing brand. Fusion is an amazing brand. But…You can’t have just two awesome brands. You need to have…One more?”

The fans begin to stir. Some of them know where Marina is headed and begin the chants. All the while Marina is soaking it in.

“Perhaps…A…BRKTHRU?”

The fans begin to erupt.

“That’s right! I’m here to officially announce the return of BRKTHRU! And just like before, it promises to deliver the most exciting, thrilling wrestling of all ZION brands! And how do I know exactly? Well…Not only do I get the priviledge of announcing the brand. I’m also…”

“The BRKTHRU General Manager!”

The crowd gets off their feet to Marina’s suprise. A loud, thunderous “BRKTHRU!” chant fills the arena as Marina simply nods her head in excitement.

“Beginning Monday October 3rd BRKTHRU will be returning! Featuring a roster of exciting prospects, and veterans alike I think it’s safe to say that Mayhem and Fusion are going to be given a run for their money! Now the question is…Well, who’s all on the roster? That will remain a suprise until then. But after that debut episode airs, we’ll be returning back to Wednesday nights!”

“Thank you all for supporting not just myself and the brands but also ZION Wrestling as a whole! And October 3rd? Get ready…For a BRKTHRU!”

Marina smiles as the fans cheer. She rolls out of the ring and waves to the crowd as she begins to make her way up the ramp.

MATCH #1: JORDAN MAJORS VS MORGANA SUMMERS (VICTORY SERIES TOURNAMENT FINAL ROUND MATCH)

Alex Lawson: The following contest…is scheduled for one fall!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

Alex Lawson: And is a Victory Series Tournament Match!

Introducing first…from Los Angeles, California…weighing in at 130 lbs…Jordan! Majors!

And her opponent…from Danvers, Massachusetts…weighing in at 122 lbs…”The Banshee Witch”...Morgana! Summers!



Jordan and Morgana both pace on their ends of the ring after the bell. Both knowing what’s at stake, they stare each other down intensely. Morgana nods at Jordan and smiles. Jordan shows no emotion as she breaks the moment and moves on Morgana. Morgana waves her in. Jordan sprints at her and Morgana slips out of the corner and saunters away. She snaps and turns back to Jordan as she sprints at her again! Morgana avoids it and Jordan stops just shy of slamming into the corner. Jordan looks back at Morgana in annoyance.

Morgana waves her in and Jordan shakes her head no and waves Morgana at her. Morgana shakes her head no and Jordan turns around and away from her. Morgana sprints at Jordan. Jordan jumps on the middle rope in the corner and flips backward as Morgana runs into the corner and watches Jordan flip over her. Morgana paces it and clotheslines Jordan right as she lands on her feet. Jordan rolls away and to her feet, but Morgana stays on her and drives her into the corner with her shoulder. And now she turns and runs her out of the corner with the bulldog!

Morgana pulls Jordan back to her feet and sets her up for a Samoan drop! Jordan shimmies out of the move and to her feet. Morgana turns without missing a beat and hits a neckbreaker! Morgana coming out with fire here! Morgana pulls Jordan up by her hair and puts her up for a vertical suplex! She drops Jordan on her back hard and rolls over for the pin!

Jordan kicks out and rolls away. Morgana grabs her by the hair for a moment and then releases her. Morgana stands and stomps on Jordan. Jordan rolls back to the middle holding her midsection. Morgana runs to the ropes. She springboards back with the lionsault! LUNAR CRASH! Jordan puts her knees up! Morgana bounces off of Jordan’s knees and stumbles backward into the ropes. Jordan scrambles to her feet and catches Morgana with a powerslam on the way back!

Morgana arches her back off the mat and rolls over to the ropes. She pulls herself to the apron. Jordan lines her up and runs at her. Baseball slide! Morgana catches Jordan’s legs and stops her in place. She grabs the ropes and leaps over into a double foot stomp on Jordan’s face! Morgana rolls away after the move and turns around to grab Jordan. She pulls her face up and then pushes her throat against the bottom rope!

Jordan grabs the bottom rope and pushes herself out of the ring! Morgana sizes Jordan up and looks out at the crowd. She shrugs before running the ropes. She dives through the ropes at Jordan! A suicide dive from Morgana! Jordan launches into a European uppercut! Morgana crashes into Jordan, but both fighters are down on the outside!

The official begins the count and Jordan and Morgana slowly stir back to their feet and then slide into the ring around the count of 7. Jordan and Morgana both look at each other and then race to their feet. They slam into each other and then start throwing punches as fast as they can! Jordan grabs Morgana and launches into another uppercut! Morgana stumbles backward. Jordan grabs her and Morgana counters with a headbutt! Jordan staggers backward toward the ropes! Morgana on the run. But Jordan levels her with a superkick!

Morgana teeters for a moment and then collapses. Jordan falls to a knee. Morgana starts to crawl back to a vertical base. Jordan pushes herself to her feet and runs at Morgana for a shining wizard from behind! Morgana drops to the mat and Jordan rolls her on her back for the pin!

Morgana kicks out of it! Jordan goes to a knee and looks down at her. She runs a hand through her hair and stands. Jordan looks down and then picks Morgana up. She pulls her in for a suplex, but then transitions it into a falcon arrow! Morgana is laid out! Jordan runs into the corner and hits a running corner moonsault! Morgana moves just out of the way! Jordan crashes face first into the mat!

Jordan pushes herself to her feet as Morgana hits a hip toss and follows it with a kick to the back! Jordan gets to her feet as she arches her back! Morgana launches into a combination of kicks. She swings through with a spinning heel kick! Jordan ducks it! But she can’t duck second one as Morgana drops her with a stiff kick to the side of the temple! Jordan falls to the mat!

Morgana mounts her from behind and delivers stiff elbows into the side of Jordan’s head! Jordan looks out of it! Morgana struggles as she gets back to her feet, but she pulls Jordan up and grabs her for BURNING DAYLIGHT! THE DELAYED CHICKENWING FACEBUSTER! Jordan is done! Morgana down for the pin and her ticket to the Victory Series Finals!

NO! Jordan is still in this! Morgana can’t believe it! She mounts Jordan again and delivers stiff elbows over and over before grabbing Jordan and hitting her with a stiff headbutt! Morgana falls backward off of Jordan and rolls herself out to the apron. Jordan is in the middle of the ring. She looks like she’s seeing stars as Morgana pulls herself up. Morgana tiptoes her way to the turnbuckle and then dives off with the split leg drop! PAGAN PRACTICE! MORGANA HOOKS THE LEGS!

JORDAN KICKS OUT AGAIN! Morgana turns and slaps at the mat. She shakes her head and then looks around the ring for another answer. She looks at the corner and then back at Jordan and pulls her to her feet. She pushes Jordan into the corner and sets her up against it with her back facing the ring. Morgana goes to the other side and then sprints over. She hits a dropkick to Jordan! Jordan hits the corner and then stumbles backward. MORGANA CATCHING HER WITH A HEXPLEX! THE REGAL SUPLEX!

JORDAN SLIPS OUT! UPPERCUT AND A WHIP INTO THE CORNER! DONK BONK! THE RUNNING HIP ATTACK! Jordan turns but Morgana grabs her by the hair and swings her down to the ground! Morgana drops to her knees and punches at Jordan before whipping her into the corner! Jordan is in shock over Morgana fighting through the Donk Bonk! Morgana hits a clothesline in the corner and then pulls Jordan back to her feet.

Morgana sets Jordan up in the corner and then goes for the monkey flip! She flips Jordan out of the corner. Jordan lands on her feet! Morgana looks irritated now as she turns and runs at Jordan. CASH OUT! JORDAN WITH THE JUMPING CUTTER! SHE LETS OUT A DEEP BREATH AS SHE ROLLS OVER AND PINS MORGANA!

Kassandra and Danae are heard talking, while Kassandra is getting ready for her match. She is just getting her boots on when a clang at the door is heard. Danae stops speaking, and heads over to the door. Shhing Kassandra in case it was an enemy as she reached out pulling the cameraman inside, as Danae then let him go. She stepped back going off to do something quickly. Kassandra had a good laugh the cameraman had his heart racing.

“the Blue-Eyed Wolf” Kassandra: Don’t worry once she has figured out who you are she’s just as harmless as a kitten. You are here about two things though? The victory series tonight and tomorrow night against Trinity for the trios titles. So let’s start with Ms. Skye.

Kassandra then invites him to sit down on the couch which she was still trying to get her boot on, She sat back down zipping up the side then looked up at the cameraman.

“the Blue-Eyed Wolf” Kassandra: See Chelsea, what did you learn from the Queen when you faced her? You learned that the hive tends to be autonomous unit, where 1 goes the other two usually are found. See I’ve watched the Queen’s match against you, learned a few tricks. I may not win the Victory Series, but at least I’ll go down swinging. Here’s what you need to know, Danae will be with me, watching my back to ensure we have a fair match. I don’t need anyone interfering within our match, because if they do then they will be met with my tag team partner’s fury. Even…

Kassandra got up getting some tape from her bag, then turned around looking at the cameraman. She smiled sweetly, then came back and sat down across from him, starting to wrap her wrist. She laughs a little bit to herself.

“the Blue-Eyed Wolf” Kassandra: Trinity. If you women want to come down and watch that’s fine, you might learn something from the point. If you don’t and you decide to interfere in my business, in the Queen’s business, do not think we will not act swiftly. The Queen may have the week off, but she is always watching, and the shield is not far behind. Tomorrow night ladies, I’ve hope you had a good run with those trios titles, because the Hive will bring them into our fold, then they can never leave until we give them up. Trinity, remember we are not just the run of the mill trio. We are the current AWS Pinnacle Tag Team Champions, the House of Wolves, and leading us to the ring in her glory, is the current reigning and defending YouTube Champion, and soon to be Double Champion, the Queen Legion, together we are the Hive, long may we reign…

Kassandra then laughs shooing the cameraman away. She finishes up what she is doing then goes off to find Danae, as the cameraman leaves the locker room.



Marina Flores stands in the interview area, She smiles as she speaks into the microphone.

Marina Flores: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest… Jessica Anderson!

Anderson walks into the shot with a big smile of her own. She stands next to Flores and the pair exchange greetings before the latter gets into her questions

Marina Flores: Jess, last week you faced the debuting Alexis Lemon. That match was a long time coming, how did it feel to finally get that match after all this time?

Jessica Anderson: It was fun! Lexi and I had been talking about facing off on Twitter for a while now, it was nice to get a chance to face her!

Marina Flores: That’s great to hear. Now, what do you plan on doing going forward? What’s next for Jessica Anderson?

Jessica Anderson: What’s next? That implies that I’ve actually done, well, anything. And anyone who has watched me in Zion for the past year would know that, for all the running my mouth, I’ve sure as hell not been backing it up. You can count on one hand all my victories here, and still have four fingers and a thumb to spare. Hell, I have the record for the quickest loss in Fusion history - what was it, eleven seconds? I even ended Alexis Lemon’s losing streak! So the question isn’t what’s next, it’s what’s first. And what’s first is the most impressive victory you’ll ever see inside a Zion ring!

Marina Flores: Oh, that reminds me! Jess, one more question. There’s been talk of a rematch between you and Lemon. What would you say if she offered one?

Anderson is just about to speak when suddenly Alexis Lemon hops into the shot! Flores manages to step back to avoid the flying Lemon. The two competitors greet each other before Alexis begins.

Alexis Lemon: Yeah, Jess, what WOULD you say if we got a rematch?

Lemon raises an eyebrow while Jess thinks it over for just a moment.

Jessica Anderson: Of course! Let’s do it.

Alexis shouts “WOO!” and throws her hands into the air with excitement. She then extends a hand out to Jessica to shake, which Anderson does. The pair look each other in the eye as Marina speaks from between them.

Marina Flores: Well there you have it! Anderson vs Lemon Two. Back to you, guys!



MATCH #2: KASSANDRA VS CHELSEA SKYE (VICTORY SERIES TOURNAMENT FINAL ROUND MATCH)

This match starts off slowly, with the two opponents looking for a good edge to start grappling from! Eventually they clash in the center of the ring, going for a Collar-and-Elbow Tie Up! Kassandra puts a stop to this almost instantly however, pulling Skye’s hair and dragging her back first to the mat! Skye rolls back to a knee, giving Kassandra a narrow-eyed glare while rethinking her strategy! She eventually gets to her feet, immediately rushing towards her opponent! Kassandra goes for a swing to catch her, but Skey seemingly anticipated this, rushing underneath the attempted swing and hitting the ropes! She comes back, nailing Kassandra with a Hurricanrana! Kassandra scrambles up to her feet as Skye kips up, with The Blue-Eyed Wolf being caught with a Superkick! Skye follows up, nailing Kassandra with a Standing Shooting Star Press! Skye with the pin!

Kick out by Kassandra! Skye gets her to her feet, looking to send her into the ropes with an Irish Whip! But Kassandra reverses, wrenching the arm to stall her momentum before nailing Skye in the midsection with a boot! She runs Skye into the ropes, getting her in position before spiking her head to the mat with a Rope Hung Piledriver! She flips her into position off the move, lifting her up for a Powerbomb! She guides her towards the ropes, seemingly looking to dump her over, but Skye is having none of it! She nails Kassandra over the head with a few strikes before dropping down in front of her and pushing her back! She rushes Kassandra, looking for another move, but she counters with a huge Big Boot! Kassandra lays a foot on her chest for the pin!

She throws Kassandra into the ring, before mounting the top rope from the apron and hitting DOWN FROM THE HEAVENS!! CORKSCREW SHOOTING STAR PRESS CONNECTS!! Skye with the pin!

Kick out by Kassandra! Skye looks befuddled by the nearfall, taking a moment to consult the referee before climbing to the top rope and looking for Skye’s The Limit! But Kassandra is able to regain a vertical base, rushing over to Skye and clobbering her on the top rope with a Boot! She joins her up there now, getting her position before bringing her down to the mat with a Superplex! She isn’t finished however, rolling through and getting her back up in the process, before turning around and nailing her with the KASS SMASH!! PUMPHANDLE SLAM CONNECTS!! She goes for the pin, but just then Donatello arrives at ringside, scrambling to argue with the official on the apron! Kassandra looks confused, before suddenly getting clocked from behind by a championship belt! It’s VALENTINA SKYE!! She places Chelsea Skye on top of her for the pin as Donatello ceases!

These two old rivals don’t waste any time in the early goings of this match, charging at one another to start this one! Olson looks to get a hold on Yamamoto, but the Hebi No Rengo frontwoman has different ideas, going low to club Olson with a shot to the midsection! Olson falls to her knees on the mat, with Yamamoto getting a hold on the arm and nailing her square in the jaw with a boot to the face! She follows up, wrenching the arm as she pulls Olson to her feet before snapping her fingers, causing her to fall back! Yamamoto once again looks to capitalize, hitting the ropes for a Handspring Back Elbow! Olson catches her however, getting her in position for a German Suplex! Yamamoto pries the hands from around her waists however, nailing Olson over the head with a Pele Kick! She goes for the pin!

Kick out by Yamamoto! Olson looks to finish this off, jumping to the second rope for Flight of the Valkyrie! Yamamoto rolls out of the way however, leading Olson to land on her feet off the Springboard Moonsault! Olson tries to charge back at Yamamoto, but she catches her with the FATAL FLYING GUILLOTINE!! JUMPING LEG LARIAT CONNECTS!! Yamamoto pins!

Kick out by Olson! Yamamoto looks for the finish, lining Olson up for the Scissor Kick! But Olson moves out of the way, catching Yamamoto as she turns around from the missed shot for a SHIRUNAI!! Olson goes to the top rope, looking for the Banshee’s Cry! But just then, Akira Fujimoto and Lien Kamiya come in, tripping Olson off the top rope before hopping into the ring and laying the boots to her! This all happens in full view of the referee, who throws out the match for the infraction!

Eddie Red Apples: Hebi No Rengo has ruined yet another match here tonight! When will this rampant streak of the Union end?!

Amber Westgate: We have a few people coming down the aisle who may just argue right now Eddie! Look!

Just then, Chelsea Skye rushes down the ramp, flanked by Melli Goode and Nikki Khaos! The three storm the ring, with all three Hebi No Rengo members ceasing their attack on Olson to rush out of the ring! Skye stands still with the collective members of Goode Khaos, staring daggers into Hayumi Yamamoto as we fade out!

Fusion cuts to the locker room where Chelsea LeClair is obviously furious and frustrated. She was able to get her first Fusion win at long last on the previous episode, but the fact that she didn’t get a chance to celebrate it at all is something that really grinds her gears. She’s doing the best that she can to maintain her anger as she begins to express her thoughts.

Chelsea LeClair: The good news is that last week, I finally got my first win on Fusion after all the frustrating struggles that I had to deal with for a while. I couldn’t catch a damn break. I couldn’t qualify for the Victory Series. Wrestlestock was more or less a bust and there was definitely that feeling of being lost all stemming from Destiny and that completely embarrassing experience. I had lost a lot of my confidence when it came to Zion and everything. I will be the first to be honest about that. But there was no worse rock bottom moment than the day Angel Kash decided to flaunt her ‘trillion dollar championship’ in my face and try to basically throw my struggles in my face, saying that in order to be successful, I had to be ‘just like her’.

Chelsea takes a pause to remember that moment and that’s not something that makes her happy.

Chelsea LeClair: If I could be blunt for a moment, I’d say that was pretty much the moment where I finally hit the bottom. I understand that there are other wrestlers on this brand, hell this company, that have had it worse than I’ve had it lately and the woman that I beat last week in Serena Riot is one of them. She attacked me for the first time on that night and ever since then, it’s been frustration after frustration. I’ve had to have eyes on the back of my head dealing with her. She cost me a match, just to add to my damn misery that I was experiencing in Zion for a while by the way, and she thought I was going to just forget that? Does she think I’m stupid or something? She costs me a match then offers me to join her and one of the privileged elite? Who in the hell does she think I am?

Hell, who in the world does she think SHE is? She talks a big game and I’d be a fool to deny her success, but who is she trying to kid here? What even is the deal with the Trillion Dollar Championship? Is she that insecure in her fucking abilities that she thinks she can’t win a ZION sanctioned title on her own so she has to make one for herself? Because that’s what it looks like to me. Period. The fact that she thought she could come up to me and start shit with me further proves that she’s someone that feels the need to throw her weight around here because… hey, that’s what insecure people like her that are never satisfied with anything do.

I know. I’ve BEEN there!

I wrote the book on that nonsense in the earliest part of my wrestling career and especially during my high school years. The NERVE of that “woman” if you can call her one since she acts like she’s STILL about to have a sweet sixteen, to think that I would just ‘join her’ after she cost me a match. I think my actions on Mayhem pretty much told her what I thought of her bullshit offer. So what does Angel Kash do?

Well… last week basically answers that and I am starting to get sick of her nonsense. I am starting to get sick and tired of being the victim of her assaults. It’s been what? THREE times now? As far as I know, the best way to get the ultimate payback for all of this is inside of the wrestling ring and I’ve had it with Angel Kash and her games. I’ve had it with the chickenshit nonsense. I’ve truly had it with the assaults. This game of chicken has gone far enough Angel Kash… and honestly, it doesn’t matter to me whether that ‘trillion dollar title’ is at stake or not, but there will be a day when we cross paths in that ring and when that day comes, I WILL prove once and for all that I am ABOVE EVER being someone like you again!!!!

Chelsea angrily leaves the locker room, carrying some of that anger with her still as the scene fades out.

We see Eden Sterling standing in front of a Zion Wrestling backdrop wearing a black tee with a golden crown emblazoned on the chest. She looks at the camera with a bit of a smile on her face.

Go big or go home, right? I mean, basically a three way tie so far so the winner gets to go to the finals of the Victory Series and the personal whom gets pinned gets diddily. Those are pretty high stakes.

Eden nods as she continues speaking.

And I don't exactly have the easiest paths, I gotta go through two alpha females in Killer Carabajal and Kandice Stafford. Oh, not to mention that Kandice is the only person to put a blemish on my record in the Victory Series. So you better believe In ready to make things square there. You, know something, I'm sure some people in my position would be a bit nervous to be such a high stakes match, but not me. No, you see, I thrive on things like this. I strive for combat and I know for a fact Kara and Kandice are going to get me that fight, and I'm going to kick them both so hard in the face. So hard.  And well, Kara is a big tough physical Amazonian like woman, and that's something I can relate to, I can respect that as I punch her square in the mouth.

Eden chuckles.

But as it seems with every match I have as of late, there is a dark cloud looking over it. An air of uncertainty because we all know at their whim, Code Black is prone to attack. And honestly, now would be the perfect time, right? Give me that little ray of hope dashing it away. I get it, so I will do what I can to be ready for those cheating bitches. Can't always plan for everything, but you girls thought you'd broken The Crown the last time we had a match, you didn't. You survived, and all you're doing is giving me more motivation to kick some ass all over the place.

Eden takes a couple steps forward.

I am one of the best pure athletes in this company, and a future world champion, believe me when I say those words, is it going to be now? Or am I going to have to wait, just a wee bit longer? Guess we'll have to find out.

ARIA and Megumi start this one off respectfully, shuffling around the ring before meeting in the middle to shake hands! They circle the ring once again, this time going in for a Collar-and-Elbow Tie Up! Megumi gets the upper hand at first, getting ARIA into a Side Headlock! ARIA looks to reverse however, managing to lift Megumi off the mat for an attempted Back Suplex! Megumi escapes however, landing on her feet behind ARIA before pulling her down to the mat for an O’Connor Roll Pin!

Kick out by Megumi! ARIA scrambles up to get on the offensive, only to find that Megumi is already back up herself! The two pause for a moment, thinking over their next move as they shuffle the ring around each other and go for another Collar-and-Elbow Tie Up! This time ARIA gains the lead, trapping Megumi in a Wristlock! Megumi struggles for a bit, before rolling forward to unwrench her arm before kipping up and taking ARIA to the mat with an Arm Drag! ARIA gets to her feet, looking for a Lariat to Megumi! But she rushes underneath it and towards the ropes, returning to ARIA for a Lariat of her own! But ARIA rushes underneath that one as well, hitting the ropes herself and going for a Dropkick to Megumi! She catches the legs however, sending ARIA back first to the mat! ARIA immediately escapes, pushing Megumi away with her legs and sending her to the mat! The two get to their feet in unison, coming face to face once again in another gridlock!

The two go to lock up once more, but Megumi has other plans, whipping herself around ARIA and getting her in position before dropping her with a German Suplex! She bridges for the pin!

Kick out by ARIA, but Megumi refuses to release her hold The Sacred Detective, rolling through and getting to her feet with her in tow! She looks for another German Suplex, but ARIA reverses this time, landing on her feet behind Megumi and pushing her into the ropes in hopes of getting an O’Connor Roll of her own! But Megumi sees this coming, hooking her arms on the top rope and sending ARIA to the mat alone! She rushes after her, with ARIA hoping to catch her off guard with a Drop Down! This does little to throw Megumi off her game however, with The Amazing Roll jumping over ARIA with a forward roll, before popping up and catching her with a Knee that sends her back into the ropes! Megumi looks to have ARIA’s number, hitting the ropes and going for a Hip Attack on her! ARIA gets out of the way, however, leaving Megumi stranded and stuck on the ropes and ultimately defenseless against a Kick to the side of her head! ARIA pulls Megumi out of the ropes to the mat, catching her with a Superkick as Megumi rolls to a knee! Pin by ARIA!

Kick out by Megumi! ARIA is looking to end this one, waiting for Megumi to make it to her feet before looking for the Zircon Cutter! Megumi reverses this however, using ARIA’s positioning against her as she gets her into a Ripcord Position! She pulls her in, looking for the knee strike, but ARIA reverses, popping her up out of nowhere and dropping her with a Sit-Out Powerbomb! She pushes Megumi to her knees off the move, rolling back up to her feet and looking for Justice 4 All! But Megumi gets out of the way, catching her as she passes with a Schoolboy Roll Up!

Kick out by ARIA, followed closely by a Kick to the side of the head by Megumi to keep her kneeling! Megumi rushes across the ring, getting as much distance and momentum as possible in order to go for a FATALITY!! RUNNING BICYCLE KNEE CONNECTS!! Megumi with the pin!

Kick out by ARIA! A look of disappointment crosses Megumi’s face as she confirms the three count before getting to the top rope and looking for Leap! ARIA rolls out of the way however, with Megumi landing on her feet to avoid crashing to the mat! ARIA gets to her feet to the sight of Megumi rushing towards her! She uses this to her advantage however, nailing Megumi with the ZIRCON CUTTER!! OUT OF NOWHERE!! ARIA with the pin!

Eddie Red Apples: Ayu Megumi gets the hard fought victory tonight! But something tells me these two both believe they’ve won here!

Amber Westgate: Ayu Megumi and ARIA must’ve been in the ring together a million times during their days in Japan, but to be able to bring that to a big stage like Zion and deliver a match of the night contender has to be huge for both of them! The Rosemont fans witnessed something special tonight!

Megumi celebrates, before taking the time to help ARIA to her feet! The two look into each other’s eyes shaking hands before eventually being unable to contain themselves and coming together for a hug! This show of friendship is cut short however, as Ravyn and Olivia Nightshade hop over the barricade and into the ring, laying waste to both women!

Eddie Red Apples: Jesus Christ! Can we have one good moment around here?!

Amber Westgate: All that confusion Eden Sterling showed over Code Black’s lack of presence last week must be super clear now! They weren’t there for her! They were there for them!

Eddie Red Apples: How much resentment can you carry against two people for just one moment?!

The Nightshades stand over the pair, tag titles high in the air as we fade out!

The view fades to a shot of an empty locker room backdrop. Very typical stuff. Enter stage left, "The Shit" herself, Kandice Stanford, dressed from torso to toes in purple and gold. She enters the view with a massive, exaggerated sigh.

Kandice Stanford: Uuuuuuuuugh, I know, I know. I know what you're about to fuckin' say: "Hey look, it's that red-headed bitch who looks like some of the worst people in wrestling! Finally talking to the camera for once, gotta check this one out so I can make fun of it!" Because just looking like someone means you basically are them, right? Yeah, real original. That's the type of shit you say when you're desperate for views. Fun fact: what you look like doesn't dictate what your path is. Looks aren't everything... but damn, they help, huh?

Kandice smirks, complete with a bit of a scoff.

Kandice Stanford: And you know you're about to get a lot more familiar with these looks, right? Because as of tonight I'm where I was supposed to be from the get-go: that samey-ass main event scene I've been harping on. Win or lose, all this red's taken over the blue brand. I did in a few dark matches what a lot of this roster won't get to do. It's funny... and a little sad, that someone like me, with...

Stanford mimes grabbing her face.

Kandice Stanford: ...this face's history got the jump on most of the rest of this company with just one televised match.

"The Shit" rolls her eyes, keeping them rolled as she asks her next question.

Kandice Stanford: Because this face is supposed to be cursed, right? You know how to spell assume, right? Y'know, since that's all y'all do? "Oh, Kandice! You look like someone!" "Oh, Kandice, do you like basic female rights?" "Oh Kandi--" that's all I've heard since signing here: assumptions. Only once was someone right in theirs, and I'monna rectify that in this main event. You know, "kIlLiNg tHe kIlLeR" and all that cringey shit.

Stanford nods a bit to the camera, her expression going from slight disgust at her self-professed cringe to basically a sales pitch. Complete with point!

Kandice Stanford: But you know what that'll do?

Kandice points to the sky, whistling as her hand goes up.

Kandice Stanford: Send me right to the top. So that said, fuck your paradise, fuck snow and ice, fuck whatever-the-fuck-Legion-is-this-millisecond, fuck flowers... with consent, of course, but when I say "you're about to get a lot more familiar with these looks," I mean it as personally as I possibly can. It's not gonna matter who had my face before, because soon it's gonna belong to your Zion World Heavyweight Champion... Kandice fucking Stanford.

Stanford beckons the camera to her "cursed" face.

Kandice Stanford: Sorry they see more greatness in me than you.

And just like that, the view fades elsewhere in the arena. Probably to somewhere dark and broody and-or somewhere industrial looking. Whatever fits one of Kandice's opponents.

We cut backstage to find the large frame of Kara “Killer” Carbajal doing pull ups at the door of the locker room, using the door frame to pull herself up. After she carries out a few pull ups, she drops to the floor and then turns around to face the camera with a confident smirk on her face.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: So here we are…

She outstretches her arms and looks from side to side before focusing back on the camera.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: …the finals of the Victory Series tournament! And yours truly is in the Main Event in a Sudden Death Triple Threat match where the winner goes to the finals for a chance at the World Heavyweight Championship… the one not pinned or made to submit gets a chance at the Viral Championship… and the one who does get pinned or made to submit gets a point deducted and gets sweet fuck all!

The behemoth chuckles.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: So the big question is… which bitch do I drive into the canvas with a Jackhammer and pin one, two, three… or choke the fuck out of and make tap out?

Carbajal folds her tree trunk like arms across her broad chest and taps her chin while thinking.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Do I choose the bitch who I’ve already beaten? The one who keeps running her mouth about how the powers that be only signed her because they apparently wanted a change of scenery in the main event picture because I’m just too damn good to be booted out of it now that I’m here?

She scoffs and shakes her head.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Or do I choose the second generation bitch who has yet to be introduced to the Gun Show?

KC shrugs her shoulders.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: I honestly don’t fucking care. Because either way, I’m winning this match tonight and stamping my ticket to the finals of this tournament. Because who is gonna stop me? Kandice Stanford? Already beaten her. Eden Sterling? She has no damn clue what awaits her when she steps into the ring against me.

The Shieldmaiden then proceeds to crack her knuckles and then her neck.

Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Welcome to the Gun Show, bitches.

Carbajal then turns around and exits the locker room to go out for her match as we cut back to ringside.

Amber Westgate: TYeah and as a reminder of the rules here, the winner of this match gains a point and progresses to the finals of the tournament! Meanwhile, the person they either pin or submit will lose a point, thus disqualifying them from the runner up triple threat for the Viral Championship at Victory Series!




In a familiar sight from the last time this situation occurred, Kara Carbajal is the first to move, rushing towards Eden Sterling for a Spear! What’s not as familiar of a sight however, is Eden Sterling quickly shooting her down with a Headbutt! Sterling immediately starts taunting as she stands over a fallen Carbajal, only to have the legs cut from under her as Kandice Stanford rushes in for a sneaky Schoolboy Pin!

Kick out by Sterling, who rolls to her knees! Stanford looks to take advantage of this, looking for a Kick to the side of Sterling’s head to keep her subdued! She ducks however, catching Stanford from behind and looking for a German Suplex! Stanford reverses this however, pushing Sterling’s hands apart before swinging back to the side of her head with an Elbow! She hits the ropes now, sliding between the legs of Sterling as she tries to get ahold of her, before catching her from behind with a Bell Clap! She immediately wrangles the Killer Queen, getting her in position for a Saito Suplex! Stanford however doesn’t prepare for Sterling to give her all of her weight, leaving her hardly able to lift up the 170-pounder! Sterling uses this to her advantage, planting her feet to the mat before taking Stanford down with a Hip Toss! Sterling looks as Stanford attempts to get up! But just as she hits the ropes, Carbajal returns, snatching her by the ankles and yanking her out the ring under the bottom rope! Sterling goes for a swing, but Carbajal catches it, using it to send her into the steel steps at ringside!

Carbajal turns around, right into a Baseball Slide from Kandice Stanford! She gets her hands on Carbajal, before throwing her right into Sterling and the steps! The two are stacked up together, with Stanford, rushing over and nailing them both with a Dropkick! She grabs Carbajal out of the wreckage and back into the ring, taking the time to braggadociously parade to the fans afterwards! This leaves enough time for Carbajal to recover in the ring, something Stanford learns the hard way when she steps up to the apron! Carbajal pops up, nailing Stanford in the midsection with a Shoulder Thrust through the ropes! She grabs her by the throat with both hands now, preparing herself before tossing Stanford over the top rope and into the ring with a Choke Suplex! Stanford reels on the mat, with Carbajal following up with a Two-Handed Chokebomb as she gets to her feet! She goes for the pin!

Pin broken up Sterling! Carbajal slowly shakes off the cobwebs, realizing what exactly happened as she stares daggers into Sterling! The two slowly get to their feet, the crowd rising with them as they witness a potential dream match about to unfold! Carbajal rushes towards Sterling again, prompting the same result as last time as Sterling looks for another Headbutt to send her down! But Carbajal is ahead of it this time, drilling Sterling with a Knee Strike instead! Sterling staggers right into the clutches of Carbajal as she gets her hands around her throat for a Two-Handed Chokebomb! Sterling reverses however, nailing Carbajal with a DDT as she goes for the lift! Before Sterling can get off the mat from the move however, Kandice Stanford returns, hitting Sterling with an Elbow Drop! She goes for the pin!

Kick out Sterling! Stanford looks to end this one early, waiting for Sterling to make it to a knee before going for You Hate to See It! But Sterling reverses the Running Knee attempt, instead popping Stanford up and over her shoulders right into a Powerbomb by Carbajal! She keeps Stanford down for the pin!

Dropkick by Sterling to Carbajal breaks up the pin! The shot sends Killer falling back and out of the ring through the ropes! Sterling sees this, knowing it well as an opportunity to fly! She hits the ropes, no doubt looking for a Suicide Dive! But Stanford pops back up, catching Sterling from behind with an O’Connor Roll Pin as she attempts to pass her by!

Dropkick to Stanford by a returning Carbajal stops the pin! Stanford falls back from the shot, with Sterling being able to reverse with an O’Connor Roll of her own!

Kick out by Stanford, slingshotting Sterling right into a stiff Right Hook by Carbajal! Stanford takes advantage, catching Sterling with a Schoolboy Sweep as she falls back from the shot!

Carbajal breaks up the pin, grabbing Stanford around her waist from behind before dropping her with a German Suplex! She rolls through, dropping her with a second German Suplex! She rolls through once again, but before she can hit a final German, Sterling comes back for a swing to Carbajal! She ducks this however, pulling her in with Stanford before lifting him both for a final Release German Suplex! The two go flying across the ring, with Stanford rolling out as Carbajal focuses her attention on Sterling! She taunts Sterling in a similar fashion as when she was on the receiving end earlier, before taking to the corner and waiting for her to get up before looking for the Lariat! But Sterling ducks underneath, running for the ropes before launching off and hitting the QUEEN’S CUTTER!! SPRINGBOARD CUTTER CONNECTS!! Sterling with the pin!

Kick out by Carbajal! Sterling sets up to end this one, waiting for Carbajal to make it to a knee before hitting the ropes for Instant Peril! Carbajal ducks underneath however, with Sterling flying out ahead of her! Carbajal takes advantage, looking to lock her into the Rear Naked Choke! But Sterling refuses to fall victim, falling to the mat and hitting Carbajal with a Jawbreaker! She rushes towards a staggering Carbajal for Eat This, but she ducks underneath it, leading Sterling to run into a RUNNING METEORA!! KANDICE STANFORD RETURNS WITH HER SIGNATURE!! She goes for the Rana Pin off the move!

Amber Westgate: And speaking of main events, we now know what main event we have in store next Saturday Night! In the finals of the Victory Series Tournament, it’ll be Jordan Majors facing off against Kara Carbajal for the right to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Invasion: London!

Carbajal stands over her fallen opponents, her hand raised in victory as her eyes are fixed on the graphic for next weekend’s main event on the titantron!



The image quickly goes away however, with the screen instead displaying Jordan Majors’ titantron as “Warrior” by Stitched Up Heart fills the speakers! The finalist from Side B makes her way to the ring, becoming utterly astonished by the height difference between the two. This tentativeness by Majors is picked up very well by the Shieldmaiden who laughs in Majors face as she puts her hand to her forehead! In a condescending gesture, she lowers her hand all the way down to the top of Majors’ head, patting her on the top of her skull like a child as Majors does nothing but sneer at her upcoming opponent! Carbajal takes this time to bully Majors further, shoving her violently before exiting the ring, taunting her and proclaiming that the Series is “as good as hers” as we fade to black!
