“The Gun Show” by In This Moment blasts out of the PA system and the fans immediately boo heavily as the Global Heavyweight Champion, Kara “Killer” Carbajal saunters out onto the stage with a large wicked grin on her face. She looks out at the sea of booing fans and just tosses her head back in laughter before then planting a kiss on the championship over her shoulder as she begins to make her way down the ramp.
Winter Mae: Well… love her or hate her… Kara Carbajal has once again overcome the odds and is STILL the Global Heavyweight Champion.
Kyle Cassidy: And yet these fans still shower her with disrespect… they’re so ungrateful.
Carbajal reaches the bottom of the ramp and immediately hops up onto the apron and climbs through the ropes. She then proceeds to walk over to the other side of the ring where she calls for a microphone and is handed one as “The Gun Show” fades out.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: I told you so…
The fans boo louder which gets a kick out of the champion as she just laughs.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: I told you all that Nami Megumi wasn’t going to realize her dreams for a second time… and that Melissa Tasman wasn’t going to finish her story! I told them both that I am their reality and I once again PROVED why I am the best Global Heavyweight Champion in Zion history!
She paces the ring a little as she slightly adjusts the title over her shoulder.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: You know… I look around the whole of the Zion roster and I see the likes of Kaitlin Williams over on Fusion calling herself The Crown Jewel of Zion…
Carbajal shakes her head.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Nah, I’M… the Crown Jewel of Zion!
She smirks.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: You’ve got VLADISLAV over on Wasteland calling himself the Final Boss of Zion…
Again, she shakes her head.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Nah, I’M… the Final Boss of Zion!
A sly little grin now grows on her lips.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: And over here on MY brand… you have the likes of Morgan Payne calling herself the Ace of Zion…
She shakes her head for a third time.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Nah, bitch, I’M… the fucking Ace of Zion!
The fans surely didn’t like that one and are making sure KC knows about it with more loud booing, but of course, the champion could care less.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: See, I am--
Kara is immediately cut off by a crowd pop as The Amity Affliction’s “Pittsburgh” blows through the PA. The pop gets even louder as Morgan Payne comes walking out onto the stage with her eyes locked right on the Global Heavyweight Champion.
Winter Mae: Say her name and she appears!
Kyle Cassidy: And interrupting the champ too! How rude!
Morgan walks down towards the ring, She slaps hands in the front row as she reaches ringside and runs right up onto the apron, staring daggers at Kara who stares daggers right back at her. Their gazes never break as she enters the ring and she slowly walks around Kara, moving to get a microphone of her own. She comes back to stand in front of the champ as her music fades. In fact, she gets right up into the face of Kara as the crowd looks on.
Winter Mae: I think it’s safe to say that Morgan Payne’s had a lot on her mind regarding Kara Carbajal over the last few months. Now that she’s settled other matters, she’s back on track where she’s wanted to be.
Morgan stares at Kara. She never even looks at the title on her shoulder. Suddenly she steps back a step and turns towards the Santiago De Los Caballeros crowd.
Morgan Payne: HEY WHATCHINZ UP TO?!
Crowd: WHATCHINZ UP TO?!
Morgan Payne: Did I hear someone aht here say “Ace?”
The crowd pops as Morgan looks around at the sea of fans and points over to Kara.
Morgan Payne: Is that tha Ace?
The pop turns to a deafening boo as Morgan raises her eyebrows. Kara shakes her head at the fans and slaps the title on her shoulder, telling them they don’t know shit. Morgan drops her arm then.
Morgan Payne: Where’s tha Ace at?
She raises her arms out to the side and like a signal from that gesture, the crowd erupts into another loud pop. Morgan drops her arms and raises the microphone again, turning back to look at Kara.
Morgan Payne: Kara…I’ma be real wif you. And yanno I always am, whether you admit it or not. I just don’t get you lately. You come aht here week after week. You defend your title, you put bodies on the mat, but’chu still walk arahnd in tha back or sit on social media, cryin’ abaht people doubtin’ you. You got tha same problem ya boy Zach does in dat you can’t let go of tha past and look towards tha future. Now everytime I’ve held a title, yeah I had my doubters. You ever hear me bitchin’? No. You ever hear me cryin’? No. What I did do was let my hands speak inside tha ring and I shut mouths. Every. Single. Time. Tha only ones who sit and watch what wrestlers wif our capabilities and still doubt what we are, are just a buncha salty asses who can never live up to tha bar we’ve raised.
The crowd buzzes in approval and Morgan looks around as if to ask “am I right or am I right?” She looks at Kara again and points to the championship on her shoulder.
Morgan Payne: Whether people like it or not you are the Global Heavyweight Champion. You’ve proven it time and time again. You mighta had a few bumps in the road but even I ain’t gonna stand here and blame them on you. Alotta people make the mistake of comin’ at’chu before they got all their ducks in a row and dat’s on them. But’chu gotta understand somethin’ else, Kara. Dat title?
Morgan pauses for effect and shakes her head.
Morgan Payne: Dat don’t make you tha Ace. It didn’t make me tha Ace. Tha title don’t make tha person. Tha person makes tha title. These people call me tha Ace and they will always call me tha Ace because of how I handle business. I don’t complain abaht my shortcomings. I don’t worry abaht what people think of me. I walk into dat locker room. I lace up my boots. I walk dahn t’dis ring. I put on a wrestling clinic. Every. Single. Fuckin’. Time I step inside these ropes. Yanno who use t’do dat?
Morgan takes a step closer to Kara, staring intensely but sincerely at her.
Morgan Payne: ...You. I met’chu back in 2019. You came into Hybrid Wrestling during a rumble and you started chuckin’ mothafuckahs over the rope like it wasn’t shit. You ran through almost dat entire roster. Then Zion Wrestling opened and you brought tha Gun Show here. You did tha same thing. Week after week after week. You kicked tha shit ahtta anyone who stepped up to you and you never batted an eyelash. Dat’s tha Kara Carbajal I know. Dat’s tha Kara Carbajal I respected. Dat’s tha Kara Carbajal tha Ace feared.
The crowd buzzes more as Morgan’s shoulders lower and she looks the Global Heavyweight Champion over. Now, with a look of disappointment on her face.
Morgan Payne: Tha woman standin’ in front o’me right now? I don’t even recognize her anymore. Tha Kara I knew treated this industry like tha greatest spectacle in combat sports. Tha Kara I knew was disgusted by the money grubbers and ass shakers who flaunt what they got and thinkin’ it’s gonna be what gets ‘em to tha top. Tha Kara I knew…was a gahdamn monster. You?
She gives the champ another once over and raises her eyebrows questioningly.
Morgan Payne: What I see in front o’me right now is a chica who walks arahnd here, tellin’ people they wish they could get a piece o’her ass, while lettin’ some two bit lap dog follow her arahnd, callin’ her “Mamacita” like tha biggest simp in tha world. Tha Kara I knew? Man, chica….she’d be fuckin’ ashamed to look herself in the mirror and see you starin’ back at her. And if dat Kara were here right now? She’d lay yer ass tha fuck aht right in front o’all these people and not even blink.
As Morgan says this, she reaches out and snaps her fingers in Kara’s face. Her eyes are more intense now as she locks in on the champ.
Morgan Payne: So tell me…champ. Is dat Kara still arahnd? Or is she dead and buried, replaced by a shadow of what she used to be?
Carbajal at first looks like she’s about to snap, until a smirk starts to grow on her face that then turns into a laugh, a laugh that’s right in the face of Payne.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: You really think that the “old” Kara Carbajal is gone?! Bitch, she’s still here! And she’s even more dominant than ever before! I’m still laying bitches out left, right and center! Showing EVERYONE why I am the best damn Global Heavyweight Champion in this company's HISTORY! So what if I have a few people who like to hang around with me… they’re my family! So what if I like to have a little fun from time to time and show people something that I know they can’t have! I am STILL a monster, Morgan! You of all people should know! And if you still need convincing?! Ask that little bitch of yours, Nami Megumi! Or Hell, ask ANYONE who I have crushed the dreams of since winning this title over eight months ago!
The fans boo some more as she shows off her championship and she just sticks her tongue out at them before turning her attention back to the Ace.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: And you know something? You can keep your silly little nickname, I don’t need it because I am the Mamacita of Mayhem and The Void Queen! See, I knew saying that would cause you to come out… because here’s the thing, Morgan… for someone who actually has the nerve to call out the likes of Zach and myself for focusing on the past? You’re a damn hypocrite! Because I know that on several occasions after I took this title from you… that you bitched about how I have never beaten you clean. And I know that while it hasn’t been on your lips for a hot minute… I know deep down inside… that that bothers you.
The two are almost nose to nose when KC says this, and then the champion takes a step back and paces a little in front of Payne.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: And since you have always been so gracious in being honest with me… I’m going to reciprocate that and be honest with you too…
Carbajal then steps back up to Morgan.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: It bothers the fuck out of me too!
Morgan Payne: It should!
Morgan says this in response without even a beat passing after Kara finishes speaking.
Morgan Payne: It should, Kara. Matter fact, a lot should bother a wrestler of your caliber. But it doesn’t. Your family? Lemme tell you something about your “family.”
She makes quote marks with her free hand and gestures over Kara’s shoulder towards the back.
Morgan Payne: That crew you all family are, for tha most part, only here to kiss your ass in hopes that it’ll get them anywhere. You can’t see what a little simp Eduardo is because you’ve turned into an attention whore. You can’t see what a leech Zach is because he’s lied to your face about bein’ a “gatekeeper” to Mayhem. Fat lotta good dat worked aht for him. Because your boy can’t let go of the past either. Even when he shook my hand before and after Destiny and said that he was gonna better himself and look towards the future because I’ma keep it a buck fitty, Kara. And Zach I know you’re watchin’ dis inna back. Shit I’m sayin prolly has you wantin’ t’run aht here and pull the numbers game on me. I meant it when I said he was one of the best. Just like I meant it when I said it to you.
She jabs that finger in Kara’s direction as she mentions her before pointing over her shoulder again.
Morgan Payne: HOWEVER, COMMA! When I look at The Void now, tha only one I see worth the boots he walks in? Is Miguel Ortiz. You wanna prove otherwise so fuckin’ bad?
Morgan pauses, pulling back her arm and finally… Finally! She looks down at the Global Heavyweight Championship on Kara’s shoulder. Her head cranes slightly as she looks Kara in the eyes again.
Morgan Payne: Then do it. Because I wanna be wrong this time, Kara. I want so bad to be wrong. I wanna believe that the Kara Carbajal that came in here wrecking shop all by herself is still here. I wanna believe that she’s still right here.
Morgan pokes a finger into Kara’s chest right where her heart is. Then drops that hand again.
Morgan Payne: And yeah, I’ma keep it one hunnid…it does bother me how I lost dat title and dat I never got a rematch but rematch is somethin’ I never bitched about. However, comma!
She backs off to give Kara some personal space and paces around in a circle, thinking before she turns back towards the champion.
Morgan Payne: Here’s how I see it. Your boy Miguel’s in a gauntlet eliminator tonight. Winner gets a shot…at you. Yanno who else is in dat gauntlet eliminator? Jinx…The Jestress. Yanno who beat Jinx last week in Puerto Rico?
She pauses again and the crowd knows she doesn’t even have to say it as she just nods.
Morgan Payne: ...So if Jinx gets a spot in dat gauntlet…why don’t you an’ me go ahead and settle up? No bullshit. You and me. One on one.
Her eyes drop to the championship on Kara’s shoulder.
Morgan Payne: And bring dat wif you. Because if I win? I’m takin’ back what you like to brag about takin’ from me. If you win? If you out wrestle me. If you beat me. No fuckin’ bullshit. I concede. You’ll never see me comin’ for tha Global Heavyweight Championship again, as long as you hold it. So whatchu say abaht dat, Kara? Let’s just cut tha bullshit and give these people what they want! Payne. Carbajal. Global Heavyweight Title on tha line.
The fans blow up at the sound of this forcing both women to glance out at the fans on their left and on their right before finally settling their gaze on each other again.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Any time. Any place. You’re on!
Morgan nods, looking around at the fans again before back to Kara.
Morgan Payne: A’ight bet.
She pauses, letting the fans settle down as she keeps nodding and raises the microphone once more.
Morgan Payne: Just remember Kara…what happened last time you picked up the challenge I laid dahn. Matter fact I think Vivian over there summed it up best.
Morgan waves to Vivian before looking back at Kara again.
Morgan Payne: ...”And…New…”
She flips the mic out of her hand as “Pittsburgh” resumes over the PA and steps up to Kara again with the crowd buzzing from the interaction.
Winter Mae: My god Kyle. Are we gonna see these two tear it up again?!
Kyle Cassidy: I think so Winter!
The camera focuses on the two women staring each other down before finally cutting away.
Nami was walking towards Katrina Lopez's office, holding a coffee in her hand, and she was wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and glasses, as she was heading towards Katrina to talk about something today, before she walked all the way to Katrina's office, before she stopped in front of the door and knocked on the door.
Katrina Lopez: Come in!
After Karina finished speaking, Nami immediately opened the door and entered the room before sitting down on the opposite side of Karina without waiting for a moment.
Nami Megumi: I have something to discuss with you, give me a moment, if it doesn't bother you too much.
Katrina Lopez: Yes, Nami. What can I help you with?
Nami Megumi: About Zion Wrestling Global Heavyweight Champion... I want another chance, you see I almost won and this time I want it just me and Kara Carbajal, no one else involved.
Katrina leans back in her seat, giving Nami a once over before passing down her judgment.
Katrina Lopez: It’s true. I did see your performance at Invasion. But I can’t just simply give you an opportunity just because you came close. There are other people topping the rankings, Nami. People who have been waiting a long time for their turn. I can’t just ignore them for you.
Nami Megumi: Listen, I understand that. I understand the rankings. But do you really think the fans want to see someone else fight Kara Carbajal? I don't know what you have in mind right now, but I'm not going to let anyone end my story with Kara Carbajal without me having anything to do with how it ends.
Katrina Lopez: Well, if you want the harsh reality of it, Nami, we’ve seen you try and end that story twice now. What makes you think a third try will end any differently? Now I’ll give you the fact that you weren’t pinned at Invasion, but it still doesn’t negate the fact that you’ve been given two opportunities, more than anyone around here can say for themselves. That’s the point of what I’m saying, Nami. You’ve got a good heart and I know it’s in the right place with all of this. But I can’t justify putting you ahead of people who have been starving for this.
Nami Megumi: I know I've been given a lot of chances, I know there are other people waiting to get a chance after me, but you know what, it might sound selfish, I'm asking for another chance, and it's the last time. If I fail after that, if Kara Carbajal is still the Zion Wrestling Global Heavyweight Champion, I won't have that chance again, okay?
Katrina mulls on this for a bit.
Katrina Lopez: Sorry, but that alone is not gonna cut it. But I do know what is.
Katrina gets up to come face to face with Nami.
Katrina Lopez: I will give you a new opponent to face almost every week, from now until the end of the year. You defeat all of them, and I mean every single last one, I’ll consider your rematch. We have a deal?
Katrina extends her hand out to Nami.
Nami Megumi: Deal.
Nami accepted Katrina's handshake offer with a slight smile on her face. Katrina meets Nami’s smile with one of her own.
Katrina Lopez: Good, now get outta here. I got a show to run.
Nami leaves the office, more optimistic than when she came in as we fade.

She reacted quickly to get her partner in, as Sadie would deliver a pendulum backbreaker onto Kelly, and hold her in place for Jane to fly in with a second rope pinpoint elbow to the chest. With Kelly down, Jane would get her into a Mexican Surfboard to wear Kelly down and keep her isolated as Sayge is rooting her on to fight out of it. After a few moments, she managed to loosen the grip and Kelly escaped. She tried to retaliate against Jane, though was caught by a snap powerslam. Jane tried to get Kelly in position for an inverted Alabama Slam, but was caught in a victory roll pin.
ONE…!
TWO…!
Jane narrowly kicked out, as the Ginger Kaiju attempted a big boot, though Kelly ducked and whipped Jane to her corner before hitting a running big boot on her. She tagged in Sayge, as she ran to the opposite ropes, and ran in for a roaring elbow, and shoved Jane down. Kelly had climbed up to the top turnbuckle, as Sayge lifted her up and used the extra momentum to throw Kelly onto Jane with a senton.
Jane would clutch her midsection getting to her feet, as the Dominican born Sayge would whip Jane to the ropes as Sadie blind tagged herself in. Jane would run into Sayge, and was caught with a belly to belly suplex, as she rolled out of the ring. Sadie, however, would try for a Buckshot lariat, but no! Sayge would dodge the move and catch Sadie by the arm. She manipulates her joint and holds her up by her straightened arm for several seconds in the air which popped the crowd, before setting her down and planting her with the Luna 360. Sayge taunted to the crowd, before running to the ropes and connecting with the rolling thunder! Outside the apron, we see Kelly running over to catch Jane who was starting to stand up with a running code breaker to the outside, taking her out of the equation. Sayge waited for Sadie to get to her feet before transitioning her over and planting her with the CTRL + ALT + DELETE, and a pin.

The Dominican Republic offers a lot of tropical sunrise, delights, food and vacation time. However, Zion Wrestling has Monday Night Mayhem tonight featuring a massive five-man battle to determine the number one contender to the Global Heavyweight Championship. The audience inside the venue are itching to see who will be the one to take on Kara Carbajal but the broadcast switches to the live viewing of the locker room for the women’s competitors.
Meliana Rodrigo, Mayhem’s backstage personnel, is walking down the aisle with a microphone in hand where she knocks on the door to the locker room and answers the door is the former Global Tag Team Champion, Serenity Holmes. The audience immediately boos, seeing Serenity on the large screen, but Serenity doesn’t care as she has to deal with Meliana. In the background, it is visible that Livvie Nelson is warming up for her match.
Meliana Rodrigo: Serenity Holmes. I understand that you’re still upset over losing the Global Tag Team Championships at Invasion: Puerto Rico. How has Hungry for Destruction responded from the setback?
Serenity sighs and looks at Meliana as she leans the microphone close to her.
Serenity Holmes: What happened at Invasion: Puerto Rico was a fluke. I know Sayge and Kelly are enjoying their victory and I hope they spend all the time with our tag team championship belts. Hungry for Destruction is still the best damn tag team in Zion history and we have proven time and time again that even when we fall, we still rise. I don’t care what anyone has to say or think about our loss. We will come back stronger and become the first multiple-time Global Tag Team Champions in Zion history!
Serenity shrugs and folds her arms.
Meliana Rodrigo: Later tonight, your partner, Livvie Nelson, will be competing for the opportunity at the Global Heavyweight Championship. Do you have any support for her?
Serenity Holmes: Of course! Livvie Nelson is the most dominant woman on the roster. She’s exactly why people are afraid of us, well, they’re afraid of us together. Let’s just remind that she’s doing this for Hungry for Destruction. Whether in singles competition or tag-team competition, every success is owed to the team. It’s why I’ll be supporting my partner to ensure she becomes the number one contender and bring home the biggest prize on the Mayhem brand to us! Now get out of my face!
Serenity immediately heads back into the locker room and slams the door in Meliana’s face. The audience continues to boo as Meliana turns it back over to the commentary staff.
MATCH #2 TARYN MATTHEWS VS XAVIER AMARI
Taryn started strong, using her agility and technical prowess to keep Xavier on his toes. A quick step-up enzuigiri stunned Xavier early on, sending him into the ropes where Taryn followed up with a sharp clothesline from hell that nearly took his head off. The crowd roared as Xavier hit the mat hard, but Taryn didn't let up, bouncing off the ropes and landing a senton across his chest. Xavier, however, wasn't one to stay down for long. He powered back into the match with a flurry of kick variations, targeting Taryn's legs to slow her momentum. A quick short-arm lariat sent her reeling, but as he moved in to capitalize, she countered with a well-timed hurricanrana, flipping Xavier across the ring.
The pace of the match quickened, with both wrestlers showing their athleticism, trading moonsaults and suplex variations. Xavier caught Taryn with a beautiful snap suplex, but she retaliated by driving him into the canvas with a Death Valley Driver, both of them laying winded on the mat as the crowd erupted in applause. Taryn's next move was a game-changer. She climbed the top turnbuckle and launched herself with her signature Never Ending Story, a corkscrew shooting star press that had the fans on their feet. She connected perfectly, but as she went for the cover, Xavier kicked out at the last second.
ONE…!
TWO…!
THRE—!
Taryn couldn't believe it! The frustration was evident on her face as she pulled Xavier up, attempting to lock in the Fantastic Plastic armbar, but Xavier countered, slipping out of the hold and catching her off guard with a Falcon Arrow. The momentum shifted once again. Xavier now had control, and the fans could feel it. He whipped Taryn into the corner and followed up with a devastating Divine Smite, driving his elbow into the back of her head with brutal precision. Taryn crumbled to the mat, and Xavier signaled for the end. He hooked her arm, setting her up for his Parabola. With incredible strength, Xavier lifted her high and slammed her down with authority, but as he moved in for the pin, everything changed.
The Purge—Jack Morrison, Calvin Faye, Eric Silver, and Quinton Silver—stormed the ring, blindsiding Xavier. The referee immediately called for the disqualification as the four men swarmed him, delivering vicious kicks and strikes.
Taryn backed into a corner, watching the chaos unfold, irritation written across her face. For a moment, it looked like she might intervene, her eyes flickering between Xavier and the attackers. But after a brief hesitation, she turned and rolled out of the ring, heading up the ramp. The crowd jeered as she glanced back once but made her way to the back, leaving Xavier to fend for himself.
Before The Purge could inflict more damage, Alex Andrews and Travis Levitt rushed down to the ring, evening the odds. Alex went after Calvin Faye with a series of punches, while Travis tackled Eric Silver, trying to take him down. The brawl was fierce, but in the melee, Travis and Xavier both took heavy shots from Quinton Silver, and it wasn't clear how badly they were hurt, leaving the crowd worried about both competitors.
RESULT: DISQUALIFICATION
Following the match, the camera moves backstage to show Morgan Payne walking through the hall with an accomplished smirk on her features. The crowd pops as they watch her walk through the arena.
Winter Mae: Well ladies and gentlemen, later this evening we’ve got a huge match in store for you. A gauntlet eliminator will decide the next number one contender to the Global Heavyweight Championship. The question now is who will the winner face when they get their shot? It could be the current champion, Kara “Killer” Carbajal or it could be that woman right there! Morgan Payne!
Morgan continues walking when all of a sudden she stops and looks as something gets her attention. Her smirk turns into a skeptical stare as she cocks an eyebrow up.
Morgan Payne: Can I help you wif somethin’?
The camera pans across and we can see that none other than “The One True King” Alejandro Javier Rivera is stood to the side. He walks into frame and gives her a judging glace up and down.
Alejandro Javier Rivera: Matter of fact, you can. See, I just wanted to give you the what’s what of the land here… you got that title match comin’ up. Don’t ask me why the former champ is gettin’ a shot, but it is what it is… see, I want you to end up winnin’ the thing.
Morgan Payne: Dat right?
Morgan turns to face Alejandro directly now with an small grin playing across her lips. She crosses her arms under her bust with a slight tilt of her head. She’s clearly intrigued but she knows in her gut that there’s a catch to this.
Morgan Payne: And why’s dat?
Alejandro smirks, taking a half step forward and leaning slightly in towards her.
Alejandro Javier Rivera: Because I want to be the guy that takes it all away from you.
He then leans away, and walks out of the frame. Morgan lifts her eyebrow again and watches him leave. Her eyes narrow as she purses her lips and nods to herself.
Morgan Payne: A’ight bet…
The last thing she says before turning and continuing on where she was headed, leaving the frame as the camera cuts away.
Backstage we hear the sound of footsteps and the sight of a lovely figure pacing back and forth. This is, of course, “The Woman Scorned” Kimberly Williams. The self-proclaimed Queen of the Death Match is wearing her crimson red and black dragon themed ring gear has her beloved yet deadly plushy penguin Wasley in her right hand. Eventually the eccentric ginger stops and turns to face the camera. A demented, almost crazed look is on her face. “Did you forget about me, ZION? I certainly haven’t forgotten about you!” Kimberly laughs nastily.
“For far too long people have kept involving themselves in my business. I get it, I am a very popular person. Some have even dubbed me The People’s Champion because I am so god damn adorable. Others just want to test the theory, they want to see if I really am as deadly as I claim to be. They quickly find out that I am every bit the Queen of the Death Match that I say that I am and no one can take that from me. Alas my popularity and reputation have recently distracted me from what I really had hoped to accomplish in professional wrestling; the spread of beautiful, glorious chaos across the landscape of the industry. But now I am laser focused, the distractions are over, and I am going to do what I do best, I am going to do what I was born to do.” Kimberly shakes her head.
“Popularity? It’s great. The reputation of being a deadly psychopath? I revel in it. I love being recognized by my fans, the legions upon legions of Kimmymaniacs out there, as the People’s Champion. But that’s just some made up moniker. I want to spread my brand of chaos with real championship gold.” She points a finger at the camera. “And it looks like you have been volunteered as my tribute! It’ll be you and me, Reina! One on one…at least I hope it will be one on one. Knowing my recent luck, some dimwit with some weird axe to grind or a point to prove will involve him or herself in our match. That seems to how any match involving me, in any promotion, has gone as of late. But hopefully we can have our proper match in the way and manner WE both see fit…” Kim quickly starts to dance a ridiculously foolish jig and then stops to pose. “TA-DA! How was that?” She furrows her brow out of confusion.
“What? You DID say you wanted to dance, right? I mean, Wasley here was expecting a dance off. And maybe we can still have one when it’s all said and done. Assuming you can still stand up after I drive my knee into your face. But no hard feelings, huh? I mean, we both want it. You want to remain Internet Champion. Me? I want to become Internet Champion. And just think about what I can do with the title of champion of the internet?
Elon Musk will no longer own twitter…I’ll probably give that to Jessi Osborne.
Mark Zuckerberg will no longer own Facebook…I’ll give that to Abi! I’m sure she can make good use of it!
Internet for all! Huzzah!” She snickers. “Point is, tonight, we go to war, we have a dance off, and I walk away with that Internet championship.” She winks at the camera before skipping away happily.
MATCH #3: KIMBERLY WILLIAMS VS REINA HAMADA ©
INTERNET CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
The two athletes wasted no time, locking up in the center of the ring, each vying for control. Kim tried to establish her grappling dominance, taking Reina down early with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip that had Reina grimacing in pain. Kim, ever the opportunist, targeted the leg, dropping a quick elbow on Reina’s knee before transitioning into a Figure Four Leglock, wrenching on the limb to wear Reina down.
Reina, however, showed her resilience, dragging herself to the ropes to force a break. As Kim released the hold, Reina rolled out of the ring to gather herself. But Kim wasn’t going to let her breathe. She sprinted across the ring, diving through the ropes with a suicide dive, crashing into Reina and sending her sprawling into the barricade. The crowd roared in approval as Kim pulled Reina back into the ring, setting up for a Full Nelson Suplex. She executed it perfectly, arching Reina high and slamming her to the mat. Kim immediately went for the pin, and the referee went down to make the count.

TH—!
Reina managed to kick out at two! Momentum shifted when Reina countered a Scissors Kick attempt from Kim with a sharp drop toe hold, sending Kim face-first into the turnbuckle. Seizing the moment, Reina charged in and connected with a brutal Sliding D Elbow, catching Kim square in the jaw. Kim stumbled backward, and Reina followed up with a beautiful snap suplex, driving Kim into the mat with authority. Reina then showcased her agility, scaling the ropes and landing a crisp Missile Dropkick from the top rope, knocking Kim across the ring.
As the match wore on, the intensity only grew. Kim rallied, avoiding Reina’s signature Los Dos Amigos double brainbuster with a slick counter, slipping out of the second suplex attempt and catching Reina with a quick Morrigan’s Wrath—a blistering superkick that echoed through the arena. Reina dropped to a knee, dazed, and Kim sensed her chance to end the match. She ran the ropes, building momentum for her finisher, Shadowblade, but Reina ducked at the last second, causing Kim to crash into the turnbuckle. Reina capitalized immediately, grabbing Kim and launching her overhead with a German Suplex.
With Kim now down and hurting, Reina climbed to the top rope. The crowd knew what was coming and rose to their feet as Reina leapt high into the air, launching her body off the top to deliver her finishing move, Siete Mares. The insane elbow connected flush with Kim’s chest, the impact reverberating through the ring. Reina hooked the leg, and though Kim fought valiantly throughout the match, she had nothing left to kick out. The referee slid to the mat and began the count.

Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…and STILL the Zion Wrestling INTERNET! CHAMPION!...REINA! HAMADA!
Winter Mae: Reina Hamada showing her more ruthless side that won her the Internet Championship with that defense!
Kyle Cassidy: It seems that Hamada has found herself a strategy and is sticking to it! There’s no faulting her for that, and the results speak for themselves!
Hamada holds her title up high as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (SIETE MARES)
Backstage in the arena, the cameras had caught up to Taryn Matthews who had yet to return to the locker room after her match. She still had a look of frustration on her face over how it had ended, and she was now carrying the forearm covers she often wore with her gear in her hand. She had been walking around the arena to try and blow off the irritation over the interference in her match, but it hadn’t worked out for her. She was just about to head to the locker room when her path was blocked. She looked up, crossing her arms as the look of frustration grew on her face upon seeing Jack Morrison standing there.
Taryn Matthews: What do you want? Haven’t you bothered me enough tonight?
Jack “The Ripper” Morrison: ”Hey, whoa!”
Jack throws his hands up in surrender. He motions around to show Taryn that none of The Purge, not even Tala and Shiro, are anywhere nearby, and laughs as he steps in closer.
Jack “The Ripper” Morrison: ”No trouble here, love. On my word.”
He drops his hands and leans with an elbow propped against the wall.
Jack “The Ripper” Morrison: ”I just wanted to let you know that I admire your smarts, Taryn. What you did out there, that was genius. Pure, bloody genius. You see, you’ve got the wits about you to realize that this has nothing to do with you, at all. Now, I could see you thinking about it out there! I could see that, but that little voice in your head said “don’t do it Taryn. It’s not worth it. We don’t want The Purge’s attention.” Which would be absolutely correct. You don’t want our attention. Just look at how bad it’s turned out for those who have it, aye?”
A smug smile forms on Jack’s face as he pushes off the wall and tucks his hands into the pockets of his jacket.
Jack “The Ripper” Morrison: ”You have yourself a lovely evening, now. Cheers!”
He steps around Taryn and walks past here, heading down the hall, whistling “Twisted Nerve.” Taryn shook her head as she watched Morrison head down the hall. Letting out a frustrated sigh, she continued on her way to the locker room to get changed, the scene fading as she turned the corner.
MATCH #4: YUNA MURAKAMI VS YOEL MICHAEL CARL ANDERSON
The bell rings, and Yoel and Yuna meet in the middle of the ring, the bigger man greeting the debutant with a bright smile and a handshake. Yuna looks...admittedly wary, but eventually shakes Yoel’s hand--who then raises her arm up. Yuna still looks a little confused, until Yoel decides to show her what he wants her to do: he makes a Y with his arms, and Yuna mimics it.
Then an M.
Then a C.
Then an A.
He starts going thru the entire YMCA dance, encouraging Yuna to do the same, and the young woman eventually gets into the routine once she gets the timing going. The two circle the ring a few times, Yoel even singing “YMCA” for the crowd, but eventually, the match actually has to start, and they lock up in the center of the ring. Yoel overpowers Yuna, eventually snatching a headlock and taking her over, but Yuna escapes quickly...only to get taken down with another one. Again, she escapes thru a headscissors, but Yoel takes her down a third time, and this time he manages to secure the headlock a little more. Yuna has to squirm to get free, but eventually manages to fight her way back to her feet. Yoel cinches down on the headlock, but gets shot off to the ropes instead, and when he comes back, Yuna catches him with a picture-perfect dropkick that knocks the bigger man down. Yoel gets back up, but Yuna puts the pressure on him, cracking him with a few forearm shots before sending him back into the corner with a European Uppercut that snaps Yoel’s head back! Yuna rushes in, driving a high knee into Yoel’s chin, before hitting a Bulldog back into the middle of the ring.
Having a little fun at her opponent’s expense, Yuna wraps Yoel’s hands and ankles together into Jigokuraku, her version of a Paradise Lock--and breaks into the dance as she was taught earlier, beaming a smile as does the YMCA around the entirety of the ring, before switching back into competition mode and hitting a dropkick to the backside that finally breaks the Paradise Lock. Yoel starts to push back to his feet quickly, but Yuna whips off Spiked! The Hurricanrana Driver plants Yoel right back into the mat, and this time, Yuna follows up quickly; hooking his leg and transitioning into an STF position, but catching a sleeper rather than the facelock. With Eternal Piece locked in, Yoel has no choice but to tap!
After the match, Yuna gets her arm raised, and a visibly disappointed Yoel pulls himself up to his feet. Yuna smiles over at him, extending a fist, which Yoel can’t help but look like might be a bit of condescension from the victorious Japanese women...but he nonetheless fistbumps her before rolling out of the ring. Having a little fun with the match over, Yuna tries to find a way to make her arms spell her name like they do YMCA--it’s clunky, and it doesn’t quite work, but the Bloodstained Artist is at least having fun trying, before she throws up peace signs with both hands, and we cut away from ringside.
RESULT: SUBMISSION (ETERNAL PIECE)
The cameraman approached silently, the hum of the arena just a dull echo in the background. The figure in front of him, bandaged and bruised from past battles, was meticulously preparing for her next challenge. As she turned, her piercing gaze locked onto the camera, revealing the unmistakable face of Lilith Parker.
Lilith Parker: I told you once—when it was over, it was over. And I meant it. My sister can focus on her own path now, but as for me? I’ve got unfinished business, and it's time to right the wrongs that have haunted me.
With deliberate calm, she slipped into her leather jacket, the sound of the zipper breaking the silence. She reached for her sunglasses, resting on a nearby box, and placed them over her eyes, masking her expression behind a soft, dangerous smile.
Lilith Parker: Kara, Kara, Kara. I’m coming for you. You’re the loose thread in the tapestry my sister tangled. Do you honestly think you’d still be champion if Kaya hadn’t meddled? No. That title was meant for me. But now, if I have to tear through five others just to get to you, so be it.
With a measured breath, Lilith pulled out a pristine white rose. She stared at it for a long moment, the weight of her next words hanging in the air. Her eyes fluttered shut, only to snap open again, brimming with cold resolve. She let the rose fall from her hand, watching it hit the floor like a final declaration.
Lilith Parker: Dracarys. May Odin guide me.
The camera lingered on the fallen rose as Lilith walked off, her presence leaving a trail of tension behind her.

The scene opens in a familiar location, in the stairwell of the arena. Zachary Porter is sitting down on the steps in his black tights, black boots and black leather jacket. He focuses squarely at the camera. Wasting no time he launches into what he has to say.
Zachary Porter: Did I choke at Invasion: Puerto Rico? Travis Levitt seems to think so. Dragon, let me ask you this. If you shared the same ring with Kasey Kash, Daria Dorsey, certified Hall of Famers in this company alone. Jack Morrison is a former champion here. Alex Andrews is as credible as they come. I may have had fun calling the talent on Wasteland scavengers, they earned their place in that match. Taking all that into account, did I truly choke? I lost. Clearly. Choke... nah. Who the hell do you think you are calling me a choke artist? That little offhand comment shows to me you are no different than the other asshats. For two years--
Zachary holds up two fingers.
Zachary Porter: --I’ve been mocked. Ridiculed. Called a fraud. A choke artist. A quitter. Wearing your heart on your sleeve isn’t easy. I could be this stoic badass who doesn’t let anything bother him. I won’t apologize for caring. If I didn’t care, I wouldn’t be here. I wouldn’t tolerate being mocked by asshats who think they earned the right to criticize me.
Travis. Being disrespected by you? Not going to fly pal. I didn’t need added motivation to walk out tonight as champion. Ending my two year drought is enough. Now I want to end your reign to spite everyone who got comfortable believing I am still not the best wrestler on the goddamn planet. What better way to remind you asshats of that than by winning the battle of endurance.
Zachary smiles. He stands up. Makes the belt motion then walks off. Scene fades
The cameras return backstage where we find Alejando Javier Rivera on his way to the locker rooms following the gauntlet eliminator. Sweat beads down his face and arms as he pulls the straps to his gear down. The look on his face says it all as Alejandro looks ready to blow. He stops in his tracks and takes a deep breath…before something catches his attention out of frame. The camera pans over to reveal…Morgan Payne. Sitting on an equipment crate with a bag of banana chips in her hand. Their gazes meet as Morgan smirks and gives Alejandro an upwards chin wag.
Morgan Payne: ¡Oye, mijo! ¿Que pasa?
She hops down from the crate and steps in closer to Alejandro as she crunches on a chip.
Morgan Payne: Yanno…
She pauses, finishing her chewing and swallows before leaning in closer to him…just as he did her earlier.
Morgan Payne: It’s a damn shame how dat match turned aht, innit?
She leans back and shrugs her shoulders.
Morgan Payne: Guess I’ll seeya arahnd dahn the line maybe!
She gives him a hearty slap on the back and turns, sauntering out of frame. The camera stays on Alejandro who never takes his eyes off of her. His jaw clenches as sweat drips off of his face and he begins to tremble. Trying to keep his rage contained….
Winter Mae: A rather tense exchange between Alejandro Rivera and Morgan Payne! Of course, we’ll see her next week, as well as what is sure to be a huge card!
Kyle Cassidy: That’s right! Next week, kicks off the Fight For Future Tournament! 8 newcomers across Mayhem and Fusion will be fighting for an opportunity for the title of their choosing! Starting the show next week, the rookie Matsushita Sora will be taking on the Luckiest Man Alive Lucas Branson! And later on in the night, The Bloodstained Artist Yuna Murakami will be taking on the debuting Olly!
Winter Mae: Taryn Matthews lost a match because of The Purge this week! Now she’s looking to get that win back against one of them! Next week, Tayrn Matthews goes one-on-one with The Purge’s wildcard, Calvin Faye!
Kyle Cassidy: Katrina Lopez gave Nami Megumi a mission! If she hopes to have another shot at the Global Heavyweight Championship, she’ll have to defeat every single opponent put in front of her going forward! No two ways about it! Could her run end the moment it begins, as she takes on the always impressive Lilith Parker next week!
Winter Mae: And speaking of the Global Heavyweight Championship, in our main event, we have the final match in a series that started over a year ago! Can the Global Heavyweight Champion put The Ace behind her? Kara Carbajal takes on Morgan Payne next week, with the gold on the line! All that and more goes down on Mayhem!

And his opponent…from Richmond, Virginia…weighing in at 250 lbs…he is the Zion Wrestling ENDURANCE! CHAMPION!...”THE DRAGON”...TRAVIS! LEVITT!
Winter Mae: Zachary Porter called his shot at Invasion for a shot at that Endurance Championship, though I doubt even he knew what Travis Levitt he’d be getting tonight! After that wild brawl with The Purge earlier on, the Endurance Champion can’t be at 100%!
Kyle Cassidy: He’s still gonna relish in it, though! Porter wants to end that title drought and an opportunity to do it just fell right into his lap!

Vivian Blake: The winner of the first fall…Zachary! Porter!
Winter Mae: Zachary Porter was extremely frustrated with the time he wasted in the first round! He made sure to make up for it in a huge way!
Kyle Cassidy: He only has to do that one more time and he becomes the Endurance Champion! And with Travis Levitt’s current condition, that may end up being a reality!
Levitt is nearly out completely in his corner, having to use all 20 seconds in the break period just to get back to his feet as we head into the third round!

He once again looks for Paradise Lost, but before he can jump off the top rope, Levitt recovers just in time to meet him up there! He gets Porter in position, before dropping him with a Superplex! It takes a moment for him to capitalize on this, but when he does, he rolls over, getting Porter into position and dropping him with a Falcon Arrow! Levitt with the pin, watching the clock as he has less than five seconds left!

Winter Mae: Round three comes to an end, and now the rolls are reversed! Porter’s been saved by the hell, and Levitt is left frustrated as a result!
Kyle Cassidy: Well, this is gonna be a frustrating time for Levitt right now! Three rounds in the hole with absolutely nothing to show for it! If the next three rounds go the same way, we could be looking at a new champion!
Round Four
Porter: 1
