“Symphony No. 5” by Ludwig van Beethoven begins to play through the PA system and the fans boo heavily as the Tag Team Champions, Dietrich and Werner Kühn collectively known as Schadenfreude walk out onto the stage dressed to the nines in black Armani suits as they make their way down the ramp with their championships draped proudly over their shoulders.
Matt Mears: Well here come the Tag Team Champions.
Ben Petrie: And they are looking sharp!
Once the brothers reach the bottom of the ramp, they begin to ascend the steel steps and climb through the ropes before each calling for a microphone and they are both handed one as “Symphony No. 5” fades out.
Werner Kühn: Mein Bruder und ich? We are disappointed.
Dietrich nods in agreement.
Dietrich Kühn: Ja. You see… as YOUR Tag Team Champions… we expect greatness.
Werner Kühn: We expect dominance.
Dietrich Kühn: We expect… excellence.
Werner Kühn: And yet when The Last Of The Valkyries became the number one contenders to our Tag Team Championships on episode einundzwanzig… did we get any of that?
Dietrich shakes his head.
Dietrich Kühn: Nein… we didn’t. And what is even more disappointing is that we… mein Bruder und ich… we have been following the career of The Last Of The Valkyries and we both expected to see greatness, dominance and excellence because that’s what they have been.
Werner raises the index finger of his free hand up.
Werner Kühn: Keyword there being “have”... because zwei weeks ago… at episode fünfundzwanzig… Frau Carter and Frau Megumi of the Queens of Chaos defeated them.
Dietrich Kühn: A team that mein Bruder und ich have already defeated.
Werner nods.
Werner Kühn: Ja. So this begs the question… who are the number one contenders to our championship belts?
Werner looks towards his brother who shrugs.
Dietrich Kühn: I do not know, Bruder. It cannot be The Last Of The Valkyries considering they lost to the Queens of Chaos.
Werner Kühn: And it cannot be the Queens of Chaos either because we already defeated them not so long ago at episode zweiundzwanzig.
Dietrich Kühn: So Herr. Peters… with Invasion: Puerto Rico etching closer and closer… we ask that you rectify this situation and find mein Bruder und ich suitable opponents who are worthy of challenging us for these coveted Tag Team Championships.
“Symphony No. 5” begins to play through the PA system again as the brothers pass their microphones off to a stagehand before then taking their leave and making their way up the ramp.
Matt Mears: Talk about entitled.
Ben Petrie: What do you mean, Matt?! Schadenfreude demand only the best competition and rightfully so! Clearly due to their loss two weeks ago, The Last Of The Valkyries, despite their past successes are no longer fit to challenge for the Tag Team Championships!
Schadenfreude reach the top of the ramp and then disappear through the curtain as we cut elsewhere.

MATCH TWO: Aiden Garcia vs Lily Blaise
Aiden opened with a burst of offense, throwing alternating forearms that rocked Lily backward, but she quickly countered with a series of fast strikes, including a vicious running headscissors that sent Aiden tumbling. As he staggered to his feet, Lily followed up with a snap DDT that spiked him hard onto the mat. Aiden rolled out of the ring to recover, but Lily wasn’t done yet. She launched herself through the ropes with a sliding somato, crashing into him on the outside, leaving both competitors sprawled on the floor.
Back in the ring, Aiden regained control with a beautifully executed springboard moonsault, landing perfectly on Lily’s chest. He followed up with a shotgun dropkick, driving her into the corner. Without missing a beat, Aiden hit the ropes and flew at her with a corner cannonball, flattening her against the turnbuckles. He pulled her to the center of the ring, attempting to hit his signature A Grave Mistake, but Lily slipped out, grabbing his arm and locking him into a seated octopus stretch. The crowd roared as Aiden struggled to escape, his face contorted in pain, but he eventually managed to reach the ropes with his foot, forcing a break.
Lily, sensing the momentum shifting in her favor, pulled Aiden up and planted him with a snap headlock driver. She quickly scaled the second rope and went for her signature leaping STO, but Aiden caught her mid-air, twisting her body into position for a snap powerbomb that left the crowd gasping. Both competitors lay exhausted on the mat, but Aiden fought through the pain, dragging Lily to the top turnbuckle. He attempted to set up for Afterlife, but Lily countered, shoving him off and hitting a crushing backstabber. She transitioned into the Deglamourizer, her deadly rear naked choke, but Aiden somehow slipped free just before the hold could lock in fully.
Sensing her window closing, Lily climbed to the top rope for her finisher, Ode to Hope, but Aiden recovered just in time, delivering a stunning step-up knee strike that knocked her off balance. With Lily dazed on the mat, Aiden climbed to the top rope and, with the crowd roaring, executed his finisher, Last Chance to Dance, hitting it with pinpoint accuracy. The impact echoed through the arena as Aiden hooked Lily’s leg for the pin.

Crybaby: Here is your winner…AIDEN…GARCIA!!
Matt Mears: Aiden Garcia just pinned the Ascension Champion!
Ben Petrie: He knows it too! Look at him!
Aiden stands over Lily, laughing as the referee comes into the ring with the Ascension Championship in hand to return to Lily. Aiden, however, snatches it from the ref and looks at it with a grin before stepping back and gets ready to drop the champ with it as she slowly starts making her way to her feet.
Ben Petrie: You better turn around fast or get out of the ring Lily!
Matt Mears: Well this is unnecessary! C’mo–wait a minute!
The Arecibo audience pops as Lee Kincade comes running down to the ring from the back, beelining it for the scene in front of her! Lily turns around just in time to see Aiden ready to rush her with her title before Lee grabs him by the ankles and yanks him down to the mat. He drops the belt as he’s pulled out of the ring and Lee smashes him in the jaw with a forearm. As Aiden scrambles to get up, Lee crawls into the ring, grabs the Ascension title and stands with it as a weapon. Daring Aiden to come back in. Aiden glares daggers at her and Lily as he backs off up the ramp, deciding against a two on one fight.
Matt Mears: Lee Kincade to the rescue!
Ben Petrie: You serious? She wants that title too! So much she’s physically called Lily Blaise out for it! She might nail her with it all the same!
Matt Mears: Oh I hope not!
Once Aiden is gone, Lee relaxes out of her ready stance and finds her attention on the championship in her hands. She seems lost in the moment for a second before she snaps out of it and turns to Lily Blaise. The champ’s back on her feet and stepping into the center of the ring, watching the number one contender. Lee looks down at the title in her hands. She looks back to Lily. She looks back down at the title….and finally walks directly over to Lily, handing the championship out to her. Lily takes her belt, nodding and Lee offers her a dap. Lily accepts and the two embrace, hugging it out before Lee backs away and leaves the ring.
Matt Mears: Now that’s honor among competitors if I’ve ever seen it.
Ben Petrie: Yeah we can give her that I guess. We’ll see how much honor they have at Invasion!
MATCH 3: Thotline Miami vs MUD & Filth
Before the chaos could begin, MUD and Yennefer turned to each other, clearly unsure who would start the match. With a laugh, they played an impromptu game of rock, paper, scissors. Yennefer threw scissors, and Marcus countered with rock, grinning wildly as he stepped through the ropes, leaving Yennefer shaking her head with a smirk. Across the ring, Taylor Gibson was already bouncing on her toes, eager to get things underway. The two circled each other, and the match exploded into action as Taylor hit Marcus with a quick dropkick to the knee, looking to ground the bigger man early.
Taylor’s strategy was clear—keep Marcus off balance. She followed up with a spinning enziguri that rocked him, but Marcus was quick to retaliate with a Lou Thesz Press, raining down vicious rabbit punches. Taylor, dazed but resilient, managed to squirm free and tag in Cindy Collins. Together, they executed their first team move of the night: a perfectly timed Double Suplex, lifting Marcus high before sending him crashing to the mat. As Marcus grimaced in pain, Cindy tagged Taylor back in, and the duo continued to build momentum. Cindy swept Marcus’s legs out from under him as Taylor connected with a spinning thrust kick, knocking him flat. Thotline Miami was in full control.
Just when it seemed like Marcus might be overwhelmed, he countered Taylor’s attempt at a springboard back elbow, catching her mid-air and planting her with a spinebuster that shook the ring. Wasting no time, Marcus crawled toward his corner and tagged in Yennefer, who immediately entered the match like a woman possessed. She took Cindy off the apron with a brutal running big boot before turning her attention back to Taylor. Yennefer stomped on Taylor's chest, spitting insults, then pulled her up by the hair. After a series of stiff forearm shots, Yennefer hoisted Taylor up and executed a vicious snap suplex that left the crowd gasping. Thotline Miami was reeling, but Cindy rushed in to break Yennefer’s momentum with a missile dropkick from the top rope.
The momentum shifted again as Cindy dragged Taylor to their corner and tagged herself in. Thotline Miami showcased their teamwork with a Frankensteiner into a Cutter, leaving Yennefer clutching her neck. As Cindy locked in a sharpshooter, Taylor ascended the turnbuckle, setting up their devastating Cattle Mutilation. The crowd roared as Yennefer screamed in pain, but Marcus wasn’t about to let his partner go down that easily. He flew into the ring, breaking up the submission with a sliding forearm to Cindy’s head. The match was reaching its fever pitch.
With all four wrestlers now in the ring, chaos ensued. Marcus knocked Taylor to the outside with a suicide tornado DDT, leaving Yennefer and Cindy as the legal competitors. Cindy tried to capitalize with a Broken Wings, but Yennefer ducked it, catching her with a stiff roundhouse kick to the jaw. With Taylor slowly recovering on the outside, Yennefer seized her moment. She pulled Cindy into position, then tagged Marcus. The two looked at each other and nodded. Marcus launched himself over the ropes with a suicide dive onto Taylor, ensuring she couldn’t interfere, while Yennefer planted Cindy with the Cradle of Filth.

August doesn’t waste any time as the bell rings on this one, rushing up to Delgado and taking her right down with a Pump Kick! He pulls her up to her feet, pushing her into the corner and nailing her with stomps until she’s a heap against the turnbuckles! The referee steps in, pushing August back and threatening to throw out the match! August ignores them, going back to Delgado in the corner! This leaves an opening for Delgado however, as she grabs hold of August’s leg and pulls him face first towards the turnbuckle! She rolls him now, getting his shoulders to the mat with a Schoolboy that only renders a two!
August and Delgado both get to their feet, with Delgado rushing underneath Clothesline attempt from August and hitting the ropes! August hunches over as Delgado comes back, hoping to catch her off guard with a move! But Delgado leaps over him, dragging him down for a Sunset Flip Pin that he immediately rolls out of! He jumps up planting Delgado with a Dropkick before going for a pin that only gets a two! August pulls Delgado to her feet, getting her in position before dropping her with a Slingshot Suplex! He rolls through getting Delgado up into Suplex position again! At this point, however, he takes his sweet time, taunting the crowd before lifting her for the move! But this slight distraction for showboating gives Delgado enough time to reverse with Stundog Billionaire! August is stumbling around, with Delgado coming in and connecting with a Superkick to send him down! She goes up top now, launching off and connecting with a Frog Splash! She goes for the pin, with August kicking out at two!
Delgado looks to end this one, waiting for August to try and get up before running towards him for Bala! But August is quicker on the draw, running up to the approaching Delgado and clearing her out with a King Kong Lariat! August pulls Delgado to her feet, throwing her to the ropes and connecting with a Spine-Killer (Pop-Up Spinebuster)! August goes for the pin, with Delgado kicking out at 2.99! August gets Delgado up, looking for the Magnum Opus! But Delgado gets out of the Crossrhodes attempt, pushing August to the ropes from behind and pulling him down for an O’Connor Roll! August kicks out right before three rushing towards Delgado only to be hit with the Reggaeton Drop (Snap Powerslam)! Delgado is quick to capitalize, getting August up and connecting with Jefa Perra! Elevated Chickenwing Facebuster connects! Pin by Delgado, getting the three count for the win!

VLADISLAV vs Kevin

Vladislav stumbled back, only for Kevin to follow up with a snap scoop powerslam, the impact reverberating through the arena. Kevin, ever the opportunist, aimed to keep Vladislav grounded, locking him into a wrenching chinlock. The two men quickly got to their feet, exchanging stiff forearms and elbows until Kevin drove Vladislav into the corner with a well-placed dropkick. Not wasting a second, Kevin sprinted toward him, connecting with a corner clothesline that left Vladislav gasping for breath.
Kevin looked to capitalize on his momentum, dragging Vladislav to the top rope, preparing for a superplex. But Vladislav fought back with brutal strikes, sending Kevin crashing back to the mat. Vladislav then launched himself from the second rope with a diving double axe handle, but Kevin was ready, countering with a precise dropkick that knocked Vladislav out of midair. Frustrated, Kevin signaled for his finisher, The Devil's Switch, attempting to lock Vladislav in position. However, Vladislav countered, shoving Kevin away before grabbing him and slamming him into the canvas with a spinning tombstone piledriver.
Both men were exhausted, but neither would quit. Kevin pulled himself up using the ropes, then flew over the top rope with a perfectly executed Fosbury Flop, crashing onto Vladislav at ringside. The crowd roared as Kevin threw Vladislav back into the ring, heading up to the top turnbuckle for his devastating Devil Invader diving double foot stomp. But Vladislav rolled out of the way just in time, causing Kevin to crash hard into the mat.
