A deep, growling voice shouts over the PA as the arena goes dark. The low, grungy guitar riff of Scroobius Pip's "Let 'Em Come" starts to play as an array of different colored lights start to swirl through the arena, lighting up different sections of the audience for a moment before moving right along to somewhere else. A few seconds pass, and it's only when the singer speaks up that the curtain is pushed aside, and Kaitlin Williams comes pushing through, immediately spreading her arms out wide, a sly little smile on her face as she glances out into the arena. Not dressed to compete, she’s instead dressed in an all black suit tonight, the jacket all buttoned up--the only color in her entire outfit being a red tie.
Darrion Hughes: “Ladies and Gentlemen! PLEASE WELCOME! The Zion Wrestling WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! KAITLIN WILLIAMS!”
Kaitlin stops at the top of the ramp and looks out into the audience for a moment--her usual arrogance isn’t there, in fact she almost looks...heartbroken for a moment, before a cold expression adorns her face. She slowly but determinedly makes her way down to the ring, not paying much attention to the disdain the fans in attendance show her; her usual theatricality and returned antagonism toward the fans isn’t quite there tonight, she just heads down the ramp, eventually climbing up into the ring after grabbing a mic from the ring attendant. For a moment, she looks out into the crowd, digging her teeth into her lip in an almost a somber looking expression before raising a mic up.
Kaitlin Williams: “Ladies and gentlemen, I, uh...”
The fans...don’t let Kaitlin start talking, despite the unusually serious tone of voice from the Australian, but for once...she doesn’t just speak over them. She just scoffs and shakes her head, letting the noise die down naturally.
Kaitlin Williams: “Unfortunately, tonight I’ve got to deliver some...less than great news to all of you. I get it, you probably want to hear this kind of thing from...literally anyone else, but it’s up to me to deliver the news, so...if I could just have a minute of your time, yeah?”
There’s a low murmur of confusion as Kaitlin...actually seems serious, and oddly emotional in the middle of the ring. She paces back and forth, trying to figure out how to say what she wants to say. She pushes the hair out of her face, clicking her tongue for a second, then just starts talking.
Kaitlin Williams: “Last week, at Victory Series, I, uh...something happened, that changes a lot of things going forward for Fusion, for Zion Wrestling as a whole in a lotta ways, and...I think we gotta address it, so...video truck, if you could...could roll it for me.”
The video screen comes alive, to the end of the World Championship match between Kaitlin and Daria Dorsey--specifically, to the moment where Daria’s knee buckled off the back of a dive from the top, and then Kaitlin herself cut her challenger down with a chop block. The video keeps rolling long after the fans have realized Kaitlin’s sincerity and somber attitude is a front, loudly, aggressively jeering the World Champion, who’s now standing dead center of the ring with a bright, beaming smile on her face--and her usual aggressive arrogance back in her voice.
Kaitlin Williams: “Last week, at Victory Series, we witnessed the death of Daria Dorsey’s career in this company! Last week, at Victory Series, you all watched what happens...when people like that, step up to people like me. I don’t let people get lucky against me twice, I don’t give people a second opportunity, I am better than that, I have ALWAYS been better than that, and it’s about damn time that people like Daria start listening...when I tell them what’s about to happen. If she was smarter than she is, she could’ve been a perfectly decent Viral Champion, maybe even trying to measure up to me as National Champion, but she decided to step on my toes because she wasn’t smart enough to listen when I told her what I was going to do, when I told her what was going to happen if she got in the ring with me again. She told herself everything she needed to hear, and you fuckin’ idiots cheered and patted her on the back when she did it...so it all went to her head, she stopped thinking...and what happened because of it?”
Kaitlin nods toward the video board, as a slow motion replay of the very end of the match--Kaitlin’s knee buried in the neck of her challenger, and Daria forced to submit. The Aussie chuckles a little bit, nodding as she watches it back.
Kaitlin Williams: “What happened...was EXACTLY WHAT I SAID WOULD HAPPEN. But, just like the rest of you, Daria Dorsey didn’t listen...and she suffered for it.”
The World Champion shrugs her shoulders, just smiling into the camera--before turning her attention to the entrance ramp, dangling the title over the ropes like bait.
Kaitlin Williams: “Which brings me to the rest of the locker room--and specifically, Gianna Rojas, since I know you’re coming for me sooner or later. I want you all to listen to me, and listen fuckin’ close--what happened at Victory Series, happens to you too if you step up. What happened at Victory Series wasn’t some one-off, it wasn’t some fluke, THAT...”
Again, Kaitlin points to the board, to the replay of the final moments of the match.
Kaitlin Williams: “...is what happens to ANYONE who comes for this belt. You’re looking at the best damn wrestler in this company, let alone this brand, I AM FUSION--so each and every one of you better get used to hearing the same thing...for as long as I humour you...”
The audio from the replay booms through the PA.
Darrion Hughes (VO): “Here is your winner, and STILL the Zion Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion, Kaitlin! Williams!”
Kaitlin Williams: “And get ready for the inevitable...because when you step to the crown? YOU. BOW.”
Kaitlin dumps her mic as the replay plays, as Scroobius Pip’s “Let ‘Em Come” starts to blast thru the arena again. She rolls out of the ring, backing up the ramp with a smirk as she raises her title up over her head. Her all too familiar antagonism of the audience back now that she’s not putting on the front, as right before we cut to commercial, she warns a fan in the front row that “I don’t care if you like it, but get used to it.”
Cameras catch the arrival of a black limo, the paint sleek and shining, reflecting back the lights and activity, multiple people walking briskly back and forth to efficiently do their various jobs. As the camera would first follow the chauffeur, an opened door would reveal the passengers as Mattias Cardenas, and competing in the opener, Ella Sin. Together of course they are the team of El Projecto de Recuparacion, which recently burst on the scene of Zion Wrestling. As both step out of the luxury car, the camera catches a glimpse of a short, petite individual unloading the trunk of the limo, wearing the outfit of an arena valet, cap concealing their hair and shadowing their features somewhat.
As Ella and Mattias begin to notice this second serviceperson, they’re confused. They had only paid for the one, the chauffeur, after all, but there was hesitation as this person was dressed as an official employee. They converse quietly in terse whispers in Spanish before deciding to confront this person, just as they grab the distinctive bags belonging to Ella - and they look up directly at the camera with a hugely exaggerated wink! Finally, they, and by now the fans would recognize Akihiko Iwasaki, one half of SBYA! She sprints away with the bags in hand and her rivals in pursuit. Though in small packages both Akihiko and Ella are big trouble - quick and agile, dipping and dodging, hustling around the various backstage workers at this point. Security guards were tripped and taken down as collateral damage in this very intense cat and mouse.
It became clear that Akihiko (and probably Etsuko as well) had set much of this route up ahead of time as various obstacles and even near traps were placed in the way, causing Ella to dodge and avoid, slowing her down! Mattias followed behind as quickly as he could and kept an eye out for the other half of SBYA, who had yet to be seen!
Ella would finally have an upper hand, and got her hands on one of her bags, yanking it free! She set it down out of the way and out of reach of the hissing like a cat Akihiko. As Mattias would look to retrieve the other bag, Akihiko threw it at him yelling in Japanese (very likely the words THINK FAST), and startled his hands flew up and snatched it out of the air with confidence. Just as triumphant looks come over Ella and his faces however, in comes Etsuko - the other half of SBYA! She dives onto him from out of nowhere!
Ella makes a startled shout and from the camera's viewpoint it was as if she’d come from the ceiling itself somehow! The sheer surprise is enough to allow the sisters a narrow window to escape even as Mattias grabs for them, Ella seeming glad that neither bag has broken open to spill her belongings on the floor. Mattias narrows his eyes coldly towards the direction the sisters escaped to, clearly showing that this was far from over!

RESULT: PINFALL (MIERDO)
The scene starts with Valentina Skye watching her performance from the Victory Series. She keeps her eyes on the screen while having a glass next to her. We don’t know what’s in the drink while her eyes are fixated on the screen.
Valentina Skye: Gianna, tuviste suerte.
(Gianna, you got lucky.)
She eyes the screen as she watches.
Valentina Skye: ¡Tú y yo fuimos a la muerte súbita en tiempo extra y casi te derroté para ganar la Serie de la Victoria para la marca Fusion!
(You and I went to sudden death overtime and I nearly defeated you to win the Victory Series for the Fusion brand!)
She keeps on eying the screen.
(But it was that BITCH Kitsu that decided to come down, and cost me what could've been the most important victory of my career! You got lucky, but the next time you and I are face to face in that ring, you won't be as lucky!!!! )
Her eyes glare with anger.
Valentina Skye My focus now is on YOU, Kitsu! I knew how much of a jealous bitch you are and your colors showed in that match up! I was rolling and rolling in that match up, even putting a trick up MY SLEEVE, but of course, you had to get bailed out of it like always!
She doesn’t move at all.
Valentina Skye And when you came and attacked me, that’s when I knew it. That’s when I knew EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU! The funny girl that everyone loves, turned out to be a spiteful little….
She stops right there.
Valentina Skye No, I am not going to say that word because I’m not stooping to her level of trash!
She keeps her eyes on the screen.
Valentina Skye Kitsu, you started this war, and I plan on ENDING IT! You think this is fun and games right now, but when you and I are ALONE in that ring…. You’re going to see a side of Valentina Skye that NOBODY has ever seen before!
She throws the glass at the wall. Valentina picks up the glass and pokes it with her finger as blood comes out of it.
Valentina Skye Kitsu, I hope you’re ready…..
She picks up more glass as blood is coming out. Valentina writes on the wall with it as she walks aways. The wall then says
Kitsu will die
[Devyn Mitchell is planted in the middle of the ring with a familiar guest, the Zion Viral Champion Nadia Allen. The champion is dressed in a white tanktop with blue jeans and the title draped over her left shoulder. Mitchell sports a wide grin before bringing the microphone up to her lips.]
Devyn: Welcome everyone back to Fusion! And you all know it wouldn't be right for anyone to interview this chick right here.
[Naddy chuckles a bit as the crowd cheers.]
Devyn: Once again, I'm happy to have the Viral Champion, Miss Nadia Allen.
[The cheers grow.]
Devyn: Nadia, always a pleasure my friend.
Nadia: Pleasure is mine as always Barbara.
[The red head spoke in a dry, sarcastic tone, which draws laughter from Devyn.]
Nadia: We were hanging out yesterday and Devyn called herself my Barbara Walters.
Devyn: I mean, is it that far off?"
[Nadia: Probably not.
Devyn: Well anyways, you made it through Victory. You finally defeated Aubrey Powers.
[The crowd roars. Nadia peers through the crowd and cracks a wide smile.]
Devyn: You've waited a long time to say that. I know you. You're someone who, win or lose, think about the result of a match that night and move forward the next. But I suspect this one you've had on your mind for a while.
[Nadia raises an eyebrow before facing the crowd.]
Nadia: Well, who wouldn't want someone shutting up Aubrey Powers?
[The crowd roars.]
Nadia: You're right. I've rewatched that match a few times now. I want to win every match. That's why you wrestle. If it's not to win, there isn't a point to pro wrestling. But that one. That match, I wanted that one more than most. I knew I was better than her at this point. That stunt she pulled a month ago in our match proved it. I just needed to beat her. I needed that on the record and I was willing to do anything it took to do it.
Devyn: That was a must win for you.
Nadia: Must win. I wanted to keep this title. That's above everything else. But beating her. Finally beating her...it just felt so good. Putting my foot behind her head and curb stomping it was therapeutic. That was all thanks to Chantelle Chambers...
[Nadia takes her gander upward towards the press box.]
Nadia: GCW legend. She's up there somewhere. She kicked my ass a few times too before I beat her. She beat me with that curb stomp a few times and she just taught it to me earlier in the year. Couldn't think of a better person to drive their head through the canvas than Aubrey.
[More cheers.]
Devyn: Well, now that Aubrey is in the rear view mirror, you're still Zion Champion. You've defended it everywhere. You recently challenged someone from outside of Zion to challenge for your title. I would ask what's next but I feel you're going to keep on trucking.
Nadia: Something like that. The Viral title is the wrestler's title. Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated. Just showing up, anytime, any place, anywhere and defending it. Whether it's Cloudy. She hasn't wrestled here but she's a great wrestler and I beat her the only time we wrestled. And we've talked about a rematch and Cloudy, you can come here, I can go to you, whenever, wherever I want to beat you again.
[The crowd cheers.]
Nadia: And I want..
As Nadia continues to talk, the crowd mutters until they buzz. Hana Kaneko is seen storming out through the curtains, in street wear, darting start towards the ring.
Devyn: Woah, woah, woah!
Hana Kaneko had made her way down to the ring, not even acknowledging Nadia at first as she rushed right past her, going to the corner to grab a microphone. The crowd oohs and Nadia's face immediately tightens. Hana sighed, walking to the opposite corner of the opposite side of the ring that Nadia was standing at. Leaning against the corner, she looked at the microphone then hummed to herself.
Devyn: Hana Kaneko!..Hana, what are you doing here?
Hana Kaneko: I'm sorry, I just couldn't keep sitting back there and listening to you talk, because as much as you've been defending that title, you've been talking just as much. I've been the complete opposite. For a little while now, I've pointlessly showed up to Fusion, waiting for something to happen just because I didn't want to mess up for throw a wrench into this system that's going on here. I woke up today and decided that I'm a little sick of just waiting for something to fall into my lap.
Hana paused, looking at the microphone again then decided to remove the "Fusion" branding, just holding the bare microphone now. Nadia steps forward until she corners Hana, glaring at her. Hana's face continues to look away from her.

Nadia[off mic]: Look at me.
Nadia growls before Hana, still looking away from her, shoves her back. The crowd oohs as Devyn Mitchell observes from inside the ring. Nadia grits her teeth and gets into Hana's face again.
Nadia[off mic]: Look at me!
Hana shoves Nadia once again before finally turning over to Nadia for the first time, there was a blank expression on her face. Nadia remains inches away from her.
Hana Kaneko: Ever since I walked away from the bullshit that I'm forced to call my past, I've just been right back to sitting and waiting for something to happen, consistently being told "Hey, just be patient. Something will come up.". In that meantime of "being patient", people who don't even work for Zion have come in and taken up time on this show. So, I decided to get on my private jet on Tuesday, and come all the way here just to say this to you, Nadia.
Hana leaned up from the corner. walking closer to Nadia where she then pointed at that Viral Championship.
Hana Kaneko: I want that championship back in my hands!

Devyn: Woah!
Hana Kaneko: 36 Days. I had that ripped away from me by Morgana Summers, almost two years ago. Since then, I haven't seen it. Never got a rematch for it, wasn't involved with it at all since I lost it.
Kaneko paused for a second.
Hana Kaneko: Until now.
Hana steps forward, now standing eye to eye with Nadia. Nadia doesn't take her eyes off of Hana.
Hana Kaneko: Y'know, Nadia. I don't think you'll turn me down at all. I know that you want to face me again, because both of us know what the reality of this situation is. There's three things that are guaranteed in both of our lives. Death, Takes, and Nadia Allen can't beat Hana Kaneko.
Hana smiled for a moment, looking right at Nadia for the moment. The crowd oohs and Nadia shoves Hana hard, back first into the corner. Hana bounces off and pushes Nadia back. The crowd grows in anticipation at the shoving match.
Kaneko paused for a second.

Devyn: Hey! Hey! Hey! Guys, let's save it for the match. Let's save it for the match.
Nadia briefly twists her head to make eye contact with Devyn before dropping her hands to the side. But then she turns back to staring daggers at Hana.
Hana Kaneko: So, we'll get down to the details then. Next week, you and me come back to this ring and we face off once again. It can be under whatever kind of rules you want, because we both know that you need the advantage here. Like I said, this is me officially saying right to your face that I'm going to be the one that beats you for that title, and it's happening when I spike your head into the mat, again.
Hana lowered her microphone, leaning back against the corner again where she waited to here what Nadia's response was going to be. Nadia, who still a mic in her hands, steps forward.

The crowd roars.
Nadia: And I'm going to rip your f**king head off!
The crowd erupts as Nadia drops the mic and narrows her eyebrows at Hana. The two rivals locks eyes, their bodies both tensed up. Hana shoves Nadia again, to which Nadia shoves her back. Hana then palms her face with her hands, drawing oohs from the crowd! Nadia grits her teeth as Hana steps out of the corner, walking past Nadia. Nadia hounds her as she does, mouthing inaudible things to her. Hana glares at her, then Devyn, before sliding out of the ring. Hana and Nadia exchange death glares as Hana walks up the ramp and back to the curtains.

RESULT: PINFALL (PURE DEFORMATION)
EXCLUSIVE from Victory Series.
The camera finds Madi McNamara sat on the floor of her locker room. She’s changed out of her ring gear and wears a “Rise & Shine” top and spray painted ripped black jeans. She hugs her knees to her chest. She just stares straight ahead in silence. She is visibly still showing signs of both physical and emotional exhaustion.
As she notices the camera, she wipes away tears from her damp cheeks and sniffles.
The camera would follow her as she collected her things and headed out. As she was in the doorway she hesitated. She glanced at her bag, a crown on it. She then glanced at her jeans, before finally looking at her top.
The other half of the Crown was doing her own thing. Wouldn’t be the only friend she ever had that joined up with a gang of bullies, either. The other stuff she looked at, reminiscent of folks that had moved on from Zion. She turned to leave but couldn’t help but give a heartbroken and hesitant look back before she left. She didn’t really want to leave after all. Maybe she just felt tired of being the one walked out on. But finally, one question was all that left her lips.
Who would miss Madi anyway?
The scene opens in a pretty full parking lot. A black Harley Davidson can be seen in the distance pulling in. Once it comes to a stop we see two figures clad in black step off the bike. The first takes their motorcycle helmet off. It’s ISIS. The crowd instantly boos. The second figure who pulls off their helmet is someone the Zion audience is somewhat familiar with due to her activity on Twitter, ISIS sister, Nephthys. The red head looks at sister.
Nephthys:So what trouble are you going to find yourself in tonight, ISIS?
ISIS:What do you mean?
Nephthys:There is no real reason for you to be here unless Fate called on your to raise hell.
ISIS:Eden...
Nephthys rolls her eyes at the mere mention of Eden Sterling.
Nephthys:Yeah... her.
ISIS tilts her head to the side.
ISIS:Have something to say?
With a smirk on her face, Nephthys doesn’t hesitate to respond.
Nephthys:I get it. You’re going to punish her for getting involved in your business with Maki? I am with you one thousand percent.
ISIS shakes her head.
ISIS:You misunderstood, Neph. I am here to support my Right Hand of Destruction. Not going to lie. I wasn’t thrilled with her involvement. Now I have Maki running around whining about how I am a cheater. What is it with the Megumi’s anyway? Do they know the definition of the word cheat? Nami calls Melissa a cheater when Melissa did nothing wrong. Referee’s can be incompetent. All because Maki was distracted by Eden showing up that means I am a cheater? I am tired of dealing with children, Neph. Is fighting an actual adult too hard to ask for?
Nephthys grabs ISIS right hand. With concern written across her face she says to her sister.
Nephthys:Eden doesn’t deserve your support. Did you not notice the way she glared at you AFTER your hand was raised at Victory Series? I’m worried. A woman who has said countless times she joined to leech of your name is not a woman I would want to be my Right Hand of Destruction. Don’t be blind. The only thing you two have in common is your annoyance for Maki Megumi. That’s it.
ISIS takes a moment to process the concern her sister expressed. She nods.
ISIS:Eden has no affection for me; that much is true. Not blind to this.
Nephthys smiles.
Nephthys:Good. Please, don’t trust her. Don’t let your guard down.
ISIS:I’ll keep that in mind. For now, I will support Eden. She has a huge opportunity tonight. I want the best for her. Always have. Don’t want to discuss this any longer. Lets go.
Placing their helmets on the back of the Harley Davidson, ISIS and Nephthys walk into the arena as the scene fades to black.
MATCH #3: YUMI AKIYAMA VS KITSU
The lights dim as the arena fills with anticipation, the tension palpable as Yumi and Kitsu stand across from each other in the ring. The crowd is electric, buzzing with excitement as the two competitors slowly circle, eyes locked in a silent challenge. Without warning, they rush forward and lock up in the center of the ring, muscles straining as they struggle for dominance. Yumi, known for her explosive energy and agility, pushes forward with a burst of strength, forcing Kitsu back a step. But Kitsu, the seasoned veteran with a background in psychological warfare, quickly counters, twisting Yumi into a side headlock. Yumi doesn’t give in, using her quick reflexes to push Kitsu off into the ropes, but Kitsu rebounds with a hard shoulder block, neither woman gaining a clear advantage.
Kitsu smirks, the glint of a predator in her eyes as she drags Yumi back to her feet, transitioning into a series of rapid-fire strikes that echo through the arena. A stiff forearm to Yumi’s jaw staggers her, and Kitsu seizes the moment to whip Yumi into the corner. Following up with a running elbow, Kitsu plans to drive her opponent into the turnbuckles, but Yumi twists her body at the last second, slipping out of the corner just in time. Kitsu crashes into the corner, momentarily stunned, and Yumi capitalizes with a running dropkick that sends Kitsu stumbling. But Kitsu’s resilience is unmatched; she rolls through the impact, springing to her feet with a fierce snarl, showing that the battle has only just begun.
Yumi is quick to follow up, determined to keep the momentum in her favor, and she launches into a dazzling array of acrobatic maneuvers. She leaps onto the second rope, launching herself into a twisting crossbody that takes Kitsu down. Not wasting a moment, Yumi rolls through, delivering a sharp kick to Kitsu’s back before bouncing off the ropes again for a sliding lariat. Kitsu, however, is too crafty to stay down for long. She catches Yumi’s arm mid-lariat, twisting her into a quick armbar attempt. Yumi, with her cat-like reflexes, flips out of the hold, landing on her feet, and both women face off once more. The crowd roars in approval, the match already proving to be a masterclass in back-and-forth action.
Kitsu, her sadistic side beginning to show, shifts tactics, using her knowledge of holds and grapples to try and wear Yumi down. She grabs Yumi in a waistlock, attempting a German suplex, but Yumi hooks her leg around Kitsu’s to block the move. Kitsu grinds her teeth in frustration and transitions to a side suplex, but Yumi counters mid-air, flipping out and landing behind Kitsu. Yumi immediately locks in a waistlock of her own, trying to lift Kitsu, but Kitsu drops her weight, making it difficult. With a sharp elbow to Yumi’s side, Kitsu frees herself and spins around, aiming for a discus clothesline. Yumi ducks just in time, and the two women reset, neither able to maintain control for long.
The two continue to grapple, each testing the other’s limits, neither willing to give an inch. Kitsu’s experience shines through as she switches to targeting Yumi’s limbs, trying to weaken her by focusing on joint manipulation. A quick snapmare followed by a stiff kick to Yumi’s spine shows Kitsu’s more sadistic tendencies as she watches Yumi wince in pain. Kitsu then goes for a wristlock, looking to control the pace, but Yumi somersaults out of it, using her agility to keep Kitsu from locking in any holds for too long. Kitsu, frustrated but not deterred, pulls Yumi in for a quick belly-to-belly suplex, but Yumi counters with a headbutt, dazing Kitsu just enough to break free once again.
Yumi, her confidence growing with each successful counter, uses her speed to stay one step ahead of Kitsu’s relentless assault. She drops down into a low sweep kick, aiming for Kitsu’s legs, but Kitsu hops over it and catches Yumi with a knee lift to the midsection, doubling her over. Kitsu then tries to capitalize with a DDT, but Yumi twists out of the hold at the last second, shoving Kitsu into the ropes. As Kitsu rebounds, Yumi jumps up for a hurricanrana, but Kitsu catches her, using her strength to prevent the move. With Yumi suspended in mid-air, Kitsu tries to transition into a powerbomb, but Yumi slips out, landing on her feet, and both women face off once more, the crowd on their feet in appreciation of the evenly matched contest.
The tension builds as Yumi and Kitsu begin to circle each other once more, eyes locked in determination. The crowd's energy pulses through the arena, knowing the battle is far from over. Yumi lunges forward first, initiating another lock-up in the center of the ring, and this time, she manages to gain the leverage, using her technical prowess to push Kitsu back. With a quick twist of her hips, Yumi takes control, maneuvering Kitsu into a side headlock, applying pressure as she tries to wear her down. Kitsu grits her teeth, feeling the intensity of Yumi's grip, but she remains calm, plotting her next move.
Kitsu, ever the strategist, knows she needs to shift the momentum and decides to start her submission game. She expertly slips out of Yumi's headlock, ducking low and twisting around behind her, locking in a hammerlock. Yumi winces as Kitsu cranks on her arm, but she fights to stay on her feet, trying to find a way out. Kitsu, however, is relentless, transitioning the hammerlock into a standing armbar, pulling Yumi down to one knee. With Yumi momentarily subdued, Kitsu uses her free hand to drive her elbow into Yumi’s shoulder, further weakening her arm.
Yumi struggles to break free, her face contorted in pain, but Kitsu continues to chain her submission holds together with precision. Sensing Yumi’s desperation, Kitsu shifts into a Fujiwara armbar, planting Yumi’s face to the mat while wrenching her arm back at a painful angle. Yumi cries out, but she refuses to tap, using her free hand to claw at the mat, searching for the ropes. Kitsu, showing her sadistic side, leans in closer, taunting Yumi as she applies more pressure. However, Yumi's resilience shines through; she digs deep, using her legs to inch closer to the ropes, finally managing to drape her foot over the bottom one. The referee calls for the break, and Kitsu reluctantly releases the hold, a sly smile on her face as she rises, knowing she’s already started to weaken her opponent.
Kitsu immediately shifts her focus to Yumi’s vulnerable arm, recognizing it as the key to breaking her down. As soon as Yumi rises to her feet, Kitsu pounces, delivering a swift kick to Yumi's targeted arm, sending a jolt of pain through her opponent. Yumi stumbles back, clutching her arm, but Kitsu is relentless. She follows up with a sharp elbow strike directly to the shoulder, forcing Yumi back into the corner. The impact reverberates through Yumi's body, and Kitsu doesn't waste a second, grabbing Yumi's arm and twisting it around the top rope. The referee begins a count, but Kitsu uses every second to torque Yumi's arm against the ropes, furthering the damage.
With Yumi reeling, Kitsu steps back and measures her next move, her expression cold and calculating. She rushes forward, driving a vicious knee strike into Yumi's shoulder, pinning her arm between her knee and the turnbuckle. Yumi cries out in pain, her arm nearly limp at her side, but Kitsu is unyielding. She pulls Yumi out of the corner and, in one fluid motion, traps her in a standing arm wringer, twisting Yumi's arm unnaturally. The crowd watches in anticipation as Kitsu transitions smoothly into a snapmare, sending Yumi crashing to the mat. Without hesitation, Kitsu drops a knee directly onto Yumi's damaged arm, applying further pressure with a calculated cruelty.
Kitsu's assault continues as she lifts Yumi off the mat, her grip firm on Yumi's weakened arm. She whips Yumi into the ropes, but instead of letting her rebound, Kitsu yanks her back, pulling her into a short-arm clothesline that takes Yumi down hard. Kitsu immediately follows up by maintaining her hold on Yumi's arm, transitioning into a grounded hammerlock. She uses her body weight to press down on Yumi's back, driving the point of her elbow into the crook of Yumi's arm, exacerbating the pain. Yumi struggles beneath her, every movement sending waves of agony through her arm, but Kitsu's technique is flawless, ensuring that every escape attempt is met with more pain.
As Yumi tries to wriggle free, Kitsu once again demonstrates her sadistic nature. She smoothly transitions from the hammerlock into a Fujiwara armbar, cranking back on Yumi’s arm with precision. Yumi's face twists in agony, her free hand desperately reaching for anything to help her escape. Kitsu's expression remains focused, almost serene, as she leans back, applying maximum pressure. The crowd roars in support of Yumi, willing her to fight back, but Kitsu's grip is like iron. Just as it seems Yumi might be forced to submit, she summons all her strength and manages to twist her body enough to shift her weight, rolling Kitsu into a pinning predicament. Kitsu is forced to release the hold to avoid being pinned, but the damage is done—Yumi's arm hangs limp, the pain etched across her face.
Yumi struggles to her feet, her arm hanging uselessly at her side, but her spirit remains unbroken. She knows she can’t afford to let Kitsu continue her assault, so she shifts her strategy, relying on her speed and agility. As Kitsu advances, Yumi suddenly explodes into action, dashing forward and driving a powerful running knee lift into Kitsu’s midsection. The impact forces the air out of Kitsu’s lungs, and Yumi quickly follows up with a sharp kick to Kitsu’s thigh, destabilizing her balance. The crowd erupts in cheers as Yumi's offense gains momentum, her kicks landing with precision and power, keeping Kitsu off-balance and preventing her from targeting the injured arm.
With Kitsu momentarily stunned, Yumi capitalizes, using her good arm to propel herself off the ropes for added momentum. She returns with a running dropkick aimed squarely at Kitsu’s chest, sending her staggering back into the corner. Yumi doesn’t hesitate, charging in and delivering a fierce running hip attack that crushes Kitsu against the turnbuckles. The force of the blow leaves Kitsu dazed, and Yumi quickly spins around, landing a rapid series of kicks to Kitsu’s legs and sides, ensuring she stays on the defensive. Each strike is delivered with pinpoint accuracy, Yumi’s footwork flawless as she dances around Kitsu, careful not to overextend herself and put pressure on her damaged arm.
Yumi’s determination shines as she keeps the pressure on, refusing to give Kitsu any breathing room. She sprints to the opposite corner, then charges back across the ring, launching herself into the air and delivering a flying forearm smash with her good arm. The impact sends Kitsu stumbling out of the corner, and Yumi quickly follows up with a spinning heel kick that connects perfectly with the side of Kitsu’s head. The force of the blow sends Kitsu sprawling to the mat, and Yumi quickly gets back to her feet, her adrenaline fueling her as she plans her next move. Despite the pain radiating from her injured arm, Yumi refuses to let up, determined to stay in control of the match.
Sensing that she’s gaining the upper hand, Yumi charges toward the ropes once more, using her speed to keep Kitsu on the defensive. As Kitsu begins to rise, Yumi leaps into the air, delivering a springboard crossbody that takes Kitsu down again. The crowd roars in approval as Yumi rolls off Kitsu, springing back to her feet with determination burning in her eyes. She knows she has to keep Kitsu grounded, using her quick strikes and evasive maneuvers to avoid being trapped in another submission. Despite the throbbing pain in her arm, Yumi’s focus remains sharp, and she circles Kitsu, ready to strike again at a moment’s notice.
Yumi, feeling the momentum firmly on her side, continues her relentless assault. She moves with precision, using her speed to dart in and out, landing quick strikes and staying out of Kitsu's reach. A well-placed basement dropkick sends Kitsu reeling into the ropes, and Yumi follows up with a running crossbody that nearly takes Kitsu off her feet. The crowd is electric, feeding off Yumi's energy as she commands the pace of the match. With Kitsu still reeling, Yumi decides it's time to go big, positioning herself in the opposite corner. She gauges the distance, takes a deep breath, and sprints toward Kitsu, intending to deliver a crushing corner splash that would surely cement her control.
But as Yumi leaps into the air, something goes wrong. Her timing, just a fraction off, allows Kitsu to anticipate the move. Kitsu drops low at the last second, rolling out of the corner as Yumi crashes chest-first into the turnbuckles. The impact knocks the wind out of Yumi, and she staggers backward, clutching her chest in pain. The once-rowdy crowd quiets slightly, sensing the shift in momentum. Yumi tries to recover quickly, shaking off the pain, but it's too late. Kitsu, ever the opportunist, sees her chance and springs into action with a predatory gleam in her eye.
Seizing the moment, Kitsu pounces on Yumi, trapping her in the corner with a brutal combination of punches. Two powerful strikes to Yumi's midsection leave her gasping, and before she can react, Kitsu unleashes a flurry of quick, precise boxing-style punches that hammer Yumi's body relentlessly. The blows land with sickening thuds, each one driving the air out of Yumi's lungs and forcing her deeper into the corner. Kitsu’s methodical approach contrasts sharply with Yumi's earlier speed, each punch deliberately placed to maximize pain and wear down her opponent.
With Yumi slumped in the corner, struggling to remain upright, Kitsu takes a step back, a sadistic smile playing on her lips. The crowd buzzes with anticipation as Kitsu, in a moment of chilling calm, turns her back on Yumi and slowly begins to walk away. Yumi, dazed and battered, starts to slide down the turnbuckle, her legs barely able to support her weight. But just as Yumi begins to crumble, Kitsu stops abruptly, spinning around with a cold, calculating look. In one swift motion, she delivers a punishing roundhouse kick to Yumi's head, the final blow in her devastating "You're Already Dead" combination. Yumi crumples to the mat, the crowd gasping as Kitsu stands tall, her icy rage having turned the tide of the match in an instant.
Kitsu circles Yumi like a predator, the expression on her face a mix of amusement and cruelty. She sees Yumi struggling to regain her bearings after the punishing combination, but instead of going for a decisive move, Kitsu decides to toy with her opponent. With deliberate slowness, she saunters over to Yumi and taps her on the forehead with the back of her hand, a condescending gesture that draws boos from the crowd. Yumi winces but tries to maintain her composure. Kitsu, sensing the tension, leans in close and whispers something inaudible, her voice laced with malice. Then, with a smirk, she delivers a light, almost playful slap to Yumi's cheek, as if daring her to fight back.
Kitsu’s taunts grow bolder as she continues to stalk Yumi. She delivers a series of weak, almost mocking kicks to Yumi’s ribs and shoulders, each one more of an insult than an actual attack. The crowd’s disapproval grows louder, but Kitsu feeds off the negative energy, her confidence only increasing. She begins to dance around Yumi, moving just out of reach whenever Yumi tries to muster a response. With each taunting strike, Kitsu taunts Yumi, telling her she’s not strong enough, not fast enough, not good enough. The verbal jabs are meant to break Yumi’s spirit, to make her doubt herself and lose focus.
Yumi’s frustration starts to show as Kitsu lands another light kick to her midsection, barely enough to hurt but more than enough to annoy. Kitsu’s condescending laughter echoes through the arena, and she takes her time, relishing every second of Yumi’s struggle. She even begins to mimic Yumi’s earlier strikes, exaggerating them in a mockery of Yumi’s fighting style. The audience can see the tension building in Yumi’s body, her hands clenching into fists as she struggles to keep her temper in check. Kitsu notices this too and pushes further, tapping Yumi’s chin with her foot and then stepping back with a taunting wave, as if dismissing her as a threat.
Finally, Kitsu ups the ante, grabbing Yumi by the hair and pulling her to her knees. She leans down, making sure Yumi can see the disdain in her eyes, and delivers another slap, harder this time, across Yumi’s face. The sting of the slap and the insult it carries seem to be the last straw for Yumi. Kitsu smirks, expecting to see resignation, but instead, she catches a glimpse of something else—defiance. For a brief moment, their eyes lock, and Kitsu realizes she might have pushed too far. Yumi’s breathing grows more controlled, her body tensing as if preparing for a counterattack. The crowd senses the shift, and a murmur of anticipation ripples through the arena. Kitsu, still confident but now more cautious, steps back, waiting to see what Yumi will do next.
Yumi’s patience finally snaps, and she explodes with a sudden burst of energy, launching herself at Kitsu with all the pent-up frustration from the taunting. She charges forward with a fierce determination, her speed catching Kitsu off guard. Yumi starts with a powerful running forearm, striking Kitsu square in the chest and knocking her back. Without hesitation, Yumi follows up with a flurry of rapid kicks to Kitsu’s midsection, each strike carrying the weight of her resolve. The crowd roars in approval as Yumi unleashes her offense, her agility and precision overwhelming Kitsu, who suddenly finds herself on the defensive.
Yumi’s relentless assault continues as she transitions into a series of running strikes, utilizing her speed to keep Kitsu off balance. She hits the ropes and rebounds with a running knee lift that connects with Kitsu’s jaw, sending her stumbling backward. Yumi doesn’t give her a moment to recover, immediately following up with a spinning heel kick that lands with a resounding thud. Kitsu, momentarily dazed, tries to create some distance, but Yumi is relentless, chasing her down with another series of running strikes, including a well-placed dropkick that sends Kitsu crashing into the corner.
Sensing the opportunity to capitalize, Yumi charges toward the cornered Kitsu with a fierce battle cry. She leaps into the air, aiming for a corner splash to keep the pressure on her opponent. The crowd is on their feet, fully behind Yumi as she looks to turn the tide of the match completely in her favor. But just as she’s about to connect, Kitsu’s instincts kick in, and she manages to sidestep the attack at the last possible second. Yumi crashes into the turnbuckles, her momentum suddenly halted as she stumbles back, clutching her chest in pain. The impact leaves her momentarily vulnerable, but her fighting spirit doesn’t wane as she quickly shakes off the pain and turns to face Kitsu once more.
With Kitsu momentarily out of reach, Yumi takes a deep breath and charges again, this time aiming a series of rapid strikes at Kitsu, hoping to regain control. She connects with a spinning back kick, sending Kitsu reeling, and follows up with a springboard crossbody that takes Kitsu down to the mat. Yumi rolls through and gets back to her feet, her eyes locked on Kitsu, who is now struggling to regain her footing. The adrenaline pumping through Yumi’s veins drives her to keep attacking, and she rushes forward for another high-impact move, this time a running dropkick aimed right at Kitsu’s head. The impact sends Kitsu rolling under the ropes, clutching the side of the ring to steady herself.
Seeing Kitsu on the ropes, Yumi quickly closes the distance, determined to finish what she started. She grabs Kitsu by the arm, pulling her toward the center of the ring to set up her next move. But just as Yumi starts to pull, Kitsu’s eyes flash with a cunning gleam, and in a sudden, calculated move, she yanks Yumi’s arm with all her strength and drops down, draping Yumi’s arm over the top rope. The sudden motion sends a jolt of pain through Yumi’s already injured arm, and she recoils, clutching it in agony. Kitsu, now outside the ring, smirks as she watches Yumi stumble back, the momentum she had built up abruptly cut short by Kitsu’s clever counter
As Yumi stumbles back, clutching her injured arm, Kitsu seizes the moment, a cold, calculating smile spreading across her face. With Yumi vulnerable and the crowd buzzing with anticipation, Kitsu methodically begins to set up for her finishing move, the Yaseino Victory. She positions herself in the ring, measuring the distance as Yumi struggles to regain her composure. The tension in the arena rises as Kitsu lines up her shot, ready to deliver the decisive blow that will secure her victory.
Kitsu charges toward Yumi, leaping into the air with a precise and powerful dropkick aimed to send Yumi into the ropes, the first part of her deadly combination. But just as she is about to connect, a figure emerges from the crowd, grabbing Kitsu by the leg. It’s Valentina Skye, who keeps Kitsu from moving any further. Yumi sees an opening, hitting Kitsu with a Superkick! She rolls out to the apron now, looking down at Valentina as she makes her exit. She leaps off and connects with the Danger Zone (Styles Clash)! Yumi goes for the pin, getting the win.
Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…Yumi! Akiyama!
Amber Westgate: Yumi pushes herself even further in this run of redemption, albeit thanks to the help of Valentina Skye!
Adam LaRue: I doubt Kitsu is gonna be happy about this, but Yumi seems to be all smiles at the moment!
RESULT: PINFALL (DANGER ZONE)
As Yumi Akiyama has her arm raised by the referee, a voice cuts in through the PA over her music.
Voice: Oi oi OI!!
Amber Westgate: Oh what now?
Adam LaRue: Hey easy Amber! Have some respect! There’s a champion among us!
Amber Westgate: Yeah I hear her…
Sure enough, as Yumi’s music fades and all eyes turn towards the stage, Yukiko Kusanagi comes walking out with a microphone in one hand, holding the Queen Of Strong Style Championship over her shoulder, dressed in tight black jeans with rips in the thighs, high heeled boots with buckles and a Queens Of Chaos - The Hunt t-shirt, cropped at the midriff with the sleeves cut off as well. She comes to stand at the center of the stage where she shakes her head, beginning to pace back and forth.
Yukiko Kusanagi: Yumi-chan….Yuuuumi-chaaaaan….Yumi-chan, Yumi-chan…YUUUUUUUMI-CHAAAAAAN!!!
Amber Westgate: Yeah that’s her name. What do you want, champ?
Adam LaRue: Hush up and let her speak!
Yukiko grins wickedly towards the ring, watching Yumi like a hawk.
Yukiko Kusanagi: Kanari manzoku shite iru yōdesu ne. Watashi no chanpionshippu no kōho-sha to shite jibun o shōmei shitai to itte imashitaga, ima mata shōri o osamemashita. Yokattadesu ne…
You seem pretty pleased with yourself. You talk about wanting to prove yourself as a contender to my championship and now you have another win under your belt. Good for you…
The Osaka Devil pauses, letting her words linger to the point that everyone can tell there’s a catch to what she’s saying, before she continues.
Yukiko Kusanagi: Ima, tadashī koto o suru koto o wasurenaide kudasai... Soshite, kono shunkan o ataete kureta vu~arentīna sukai ni kansha shite kudasai.
Don't forget to do the right thing now...and thank Valentina Skye for this moment.
The fans might not understand all of what she’s saying but they hear the name “Valentine Skye” and they get the gist of it as they boo the champion, knowing full well that Yumi Akiyama had nothing to do with the interference. It doesn’t wipe the smile from Yukiko’s face, though.
Yukiko Kusanagi: Motto ī no? Raishū wa yoku kii te ne... Hontō no chanpion ga jibun no mondai ni dō taisho suru kao mise surukara. Sō sureba... Naze yumichan ga... Zettai ni... Watashi no reberu ni tōtatsu dekinai no ka ga wakaru yo…
Better yet? Pay close attention, next week... I will show you how a true champion takes care of her affairs. Then you will see...why you, Yumi-chan, will never...ever...be on my level…
The PA comes to life again, this time with “Pledge Of Demon” playing as Yukiko drops her arm holding the mic to her side and raises the Queen of Strong Style championship up over her head. Inside the ring, Yumi Akiyama scowls in disgust at the champion, shaking her head defiantly.
Amber Westgate: Yumi Akiyama just can’t win for losing in Yukiko Kusanagi’s eyes can she?
Adam LaRue: Well, how’s she gonna call her shot at the title when she can’t even get a win on her own, Amber?
Amber Westgate: Oh stop it! She had nothing to do with Valentina Skye being out here!
Adam LaRue: All the same, still!
The shot ends with back and forth cuts between Yukiko and Yumi, staring each other down from a distance.

「はなまるぴっぴはよいこだけ」by 石川綾子 (Ayako Ishikawa) hits the arena and the crowd standing on their feets before Maki Megumi walks through the curtains and the crowd giving her a standing ovation as Maki have a huge smile on her face. Before Maki walks to the ramp and gives a high five to the fans before she slides into the ring and receives the microphone from the timekeeper before she walks back to the middle of the ring while her theme slowly fading away.
Maki Megumi: Well, I'm finally out here again. And for the first time since my match with ISIS ended, I want to say right now that the end of the match was exactly how I expected it to happen. Do you know why? Because I did that for ISIS, and in case ISIS forgot, almost every match ISIS defended the championship. Or even just about every opportunity that ISIS gets, it's because of my help. It was because I ruined the chances of ISIS's opponents, and everyone here knows that, and I have never distorted what really happened. But ISIS has closed its eyes and thinks that it can win on its own. Yes, but it's only half the truth. Because when ISIS is about to lose, I am always a knight helping ISIS. It is disappointing that ISIS is blind and cannot see my help. And I was like an outlet for ISIS whenever things didn't seem right. But do you know anything? What does my latest match with ISIS say? It says that ISIS isn't that much better than I am. Because without Eden Sterling's help, guess what would have happened? Interesting, right? I certainly expect to face ISIS in the near future. Because my story with Genesis Of Destruction isn't over yet, and I'm happy to destroy what I was once a part of them.
The crowd starts to chant Maki’s name louder and louder as Maki looks around the arena with a huge smile on her face.
Maki Megumi: I want to say that no matter how many times I cheat, No matter how many times they try to destroy me, they won't make me give up. And neither Eden Sterling, Kaya Parker, nor anyone else in Genesis Of Destruction wants to come out and fight me. Sent out by ISIS, I would say come on. Because I was ready to destroy Genesis Of Destruction from its roots and wanted to show that Genesis Of Destruction was not a good team. And it is only a tool of ISIS, so this is a war between me and Genesis Of Destruction. Whether it's 1-1, 1-2, or even 1-3, I will fight, and in the end of this story I will destroy Genesis Of. Destruction on my own I hope you can hear me, Eden. Listen to what I have to say. If you're willing to continue serving a false god just because you really think about it, That it will really make you better than before. I want to fight with you. You and I never had personal problems until Victory Series, when you acted on my behalf. I don't know if you thought about the risks that would come with that. But I wish you luck with whatever you choose. Because you'll know you're being taken advantage of after things get worse. I don't know when you'll figure it out. But I warned you. But you chose that path yourself and it was a risk you had to take. It's time for me to fight you. And remember, Eden, you're just a way for me to fight ISIS again.
Maki dropped the microphone before 「はなまるぴっぴはよいこだけ」by 石川綾子 (Ayako Ishikawa) starting to play again before she rolls out of the ring and head back to the backstage while the crowd chant her name before the scene fade.
MATCH #4: CHARLIE ST. HAVEN VS RUBY STEELE
The second the bell rings, Charlie is across the ring and slamming into Ruby full force. She slams a cross body into Ruby, hurling her back into the corner. She grabs Ruby’s arm and slings her to the opposite corner, following and delivering a dropkick to Steele’s back as she his the turnbuckles.
Adam LaRue: Ruby’s already on the ropes! Ruby just wasn’t ready.
Outside the ring, Kate and Sapphire scream at the referee that Charlie cheated and started before the bell. The referee ignores it.
Ruby shoves past Charlie, stumbling away as she doesn’t want to be cornered. Charlie trips her and, the second Ruby hits the canvas, drops a switchblade kick on the rocker.
Ruby grunts at the hit, but grabs Charlie’s leg and yanks it from under her. St. Haven falls backwards and Steele immediately jumps on top of her, punching and scratching at the taller woman’s face. Ruby grabs Charlie’s hair and begins banging her head on the mat.
Amber Westgate: Oh, come on! Already? We’ve just started and we’re resorting to this?
Adam LaRue: Why put off til later the cheating you can do right now.
The referee immediately breaks this up, backing Ruby away and scolding her for hair pulling. Ruby shoves past the official to charge at her foe, but runs straight into a spinning kick. Ruby is sent to the ropes, where Charlie meets her with a series of chops across the chest. She slams a knee strike into Ruby’s midsection, doubling her over.
Charlie clubs her forearm into Ruby’s back a few times before grabbing her arm and whipping the smaller fighter across the ring. On the rebound, however, Ruby dropkicks Charlie in the chest, dropping her.
Steele gets to her feet first. Ruby manages to slam a kick across Charlie’s face, stunning her. Not wasting a moment, she grabs the Colorado Kid by the hair, ripping her head from side to side, before yanking the taller woman’s face down for a knee lift. Ruby then pivots, slinging Charlie into Ruby’s own corner by her tresses.
Charlie collides with the corner with enough force to know the sense from her. The referee, absolutely tired of Ruby’s nonsense, gets between the rocker and her prey to unleash a tirade about her inability to follow rules. Ruby argues with him but mostly to keep him occupied so he can’t notice Sapphire grabbing Charlie’s arm and yanking them out of the ring between the middle and top ropes. Bracing her leg against the back of the ring post, Sapphire holds Charlie in place as Diamond slips into the ring and begins pounding her in the face and chest.
Amber Westgate: This is a disgusting display by the Gemstones. I’d say they should be ashamed but we all know that’s impossible.
Diamond hauls back for the four punch when the referee’s voice echoes behind her, demanding to know what’s going on. Sapphire and Diamond freeze, their heads whipping in the direction of the official and Ruby, who is trying and failing to regain control of his attention. Instead, the referee pushes past them and signals to the time keeper. The bell rings.
The Gemstones look to each other and shrug. Ruby’s already disqualified. She can’t be extra disqualified. Diamond steps aside just in time for her cousin to race across the ring and sink a boot into Charlie’s gut. The Colorado drops to her knees, clutching the impact and gasping.
The official moves towards the Gemstones to stop the attack but Sapphire grabs him by the collar and, with Ruby, hurls him from the ring. Diamond and Sapphire take Charlie by each arm and pull her to the middle of the ring. They twist the limbs and keep the Cult Classic Darling kneeling. Diamond smirks as she begins laying her boots into the woman, all to a soundtrack of jeers from the fans.
Suddenly, Ruby is sent flying, kicked in the back. She is followed by Sapphire. Diamond looks up to see the perpetrators – Nyx Blackthorn and Rixley Stark. The singer blinks for a moment as her brain weighs what’s going on, then turns to break into a run. She doesn’t even get half a foot away before Charlie springs up and yanks hold of Diamond’s hair, pulling her into a kick in the lower back. Diamond yelps as she darts off, meeting with her band mates outside the ring.
Once regrouped, the Gemstones shout brave threats from a safe distance at the women in the ring before hurrying from the arena. Once they are out of sight, Nyx and Rixley turn their attention to Charlie, who clutches her back in pain. She offers them thanks as they help her leave.
Amber Westgate: I doubt that’s how Charlie wanted to win this match. I strongly doubt this is over, though.
Adam LaRue: Not even a little bit. But thank God Charlie has someone watching her back. She’s probably going to need it.
RESULT: DISQUALIFICATION
We cut backstage to find one of the women in the main event, Nao Saegusa, standing by. She still seems as weary as she was last time we saw her.
Nao Saegusa: “Up and down, up and down, up and down.”
She shakes her head.
Nao Saegusa: “That’s just the way wrestling goes, I think. You have your days where everything goes right, you soar in every match and you reach the goals you set for yourself, something around your waist. And then after those days are the days where you fail. You lose those things, you slide down, and you have to climb back up to another high day. That’s how wrestling goes. And right now, my days are not…up.”
She pauses for a few moments, reflecting on the downturn her time has taken since losing the National Championship.
Nao Saegusa: “But right now I should be feeling better, I think. I got my first win this season, I beat Hana. I should be bouncing on my feet, ready to go, but I still don’t feel like I’m going up. I don’t feel like I’m the me that was flying so high what feels like just a few blinks ago. I…I dunno. It’s hard to not feel like I’m being left behind, surpassed, and I’m not doing enough to catch up. I feel like I’m just repeating myself.”
She runs her hands through her hair, letting out a sigh.
Nao Saegusa: “Tonight I’m back in the main event. A triple threat. For a huge opportunity, so they say. I don’t know if even being considered for that is something I deserve right now. But that’s the bad thoughts. I can’t let those thoughts control me and drag me down. Even if I hurt right now, I still have to fight. That's all I can do. The only person who will get me to better days is me. So I will accept that I am being given the chance to get a great opportunity, whatever it might be, and I will fight for it, with everything I have.”
She looks at the camera and while she does not seem as confident, as shining, as before…she still looks resolute.
Nao Saegusa: “Better days will come, eventually. I just have to fight for them.”
And with that she turns and walks out of frame, towards the entranceway, to go and do just that.
Nao Saegusa: “Up and down, up and down, up and down.”
She shakes her head.

The camera cuts to the backstage area, where Kitsu is furiously packing her bags in the dimly lit locker room. The atmosphere is tense, the only sounds being the harsh zipping of her bag and the clinking of her gear as she stuffs it inside. Her face is a mask of anger and frustration, every movement sharp and purposeful, as if trying to contain the storm brewing inside her.
An off-camera reporter tentatively approaches, their voice hesitant as they ask,
“Kitsu, do you have any thoughts on what happened out there tonight?”
Kitsu freezes for a moment, her hands pausing mid-motion. She takes a deep breath, her shoulders rising and falling as she tries to steady herself. Slowly, she turns to face the direction of the voice, her eyes burning with intensity.
Name #1: “Thoughts?” she repeats, her voice low and controlled, though the venom is unmistakable. “You want my thoughts?”
She slams her bag shut, the sound echoing through the room, and takes a step closer to the camera, her expression darkening.
Name #1: “Valentina Skye made the biggest mistake of her life tonight, She thought she could ruin my match, steal my victory, and just walk away? No. That doesn’t happen in my world. She has no idea what she’s unleashed.”
Kitsu’s eyes narrow, her voice dropping to a deadly whisper.
Name #1: “Valentina likes to play games, but she just stepped into the wrong one. She likes to go on and on about a conspiracy against her. The only conspiracy I see is one that is working for her. Why was there a padlock on the cage door that is supposed to let wrestlers out after 90 seconds? Why was she allowed to make a pin outside of the ring when others were forced to bring them into the ring for the pin? Why was she allowed to pull that shit tonight?”
Kitsu angrily zips the bag closed and looks right into the camera.
Name #1: “Valentina. You said you were going to be responsible for my blood on your hands. Well Princess. How about I challenge you to a match. No. No. Allow me to invite you. Come one. Come all. Valentina and Kitsu partake in a Festival of Violence match. Cause right now, there's only one thing you can do about the danger you are in Val. Recognize.”
With that, Kitsu grabs her bag and slings it over her shoulder, her expression unyielding as she brushes past the reporter. The camera lingers on her for a moment as she storms out of the locker room, leaving behind an air of palpable menace.
Amber Westgate: Some angry words from Kitsu following the actions of Valentina Skye tonight! We’ll have to see how things develop between those two in time!
Adam LaRue: While that happens, let’s tell you all about what’s going down next week! Opening our show, The Queen of Strong Style will be in the house! Yukiko Kusanagi told her prospective challenger Yumi Akiyama that she’d show her how a real champion does it next week! She holds up that promise as she defends the title against Cosmic Tora Onna!
Amber Westgate: Another challenge that was thrown down tonight was to the Viral Championship! Nadia Allen has had an excellent run with that title so far, but next week, she defends the gold against a long time rival as she takes on Hana Megumi!
Adam LaRue: Etsuko Iwasaki came up short tonight, but she and her sister have a chance to turn things around next week! But can they do that, as El Proyecto de Recuperación challenges them to a Street Fight!
Amber Westgate: And in our main event, The Archangel has been eyeing up the National Championship for some time now! But will she have what it takes to unseat the champion? We’ll find out next week, as we close our final show in Orlando with a National Championship Match! All that and more on the next Friday Night Fusion!
