The camera cuts to the back of the stage before cameras capture Nami Megumi preparing for her first match in season 4, her first match since Destiny III. Nami Megumi's expression is more serious than anyone she's seen over the years. Nami Megumi's current look is completely different from that of Destiny III. Her hair is now shorter and her body is more defined. Megumi turned to face the cameraman and walked closer to Nami as she called out to him.
Nami Megumi: Are you okay? Well, I have a few words to say to the fans in Zion Stadium before my match tonight. To start off the season well I want to hear louder cheers from the fans for me and Morgan. I want to see everyone cheering in Zion Stadium. I don't know if they can give it to me or not tonight. I expect to see it as well and I hope to lead my team to a win tonight as well. This is my first match of the season after last season I was back in my top form. So I hope I can still maintain that level of form. And in this match, I'm going to show how good of a team Morgan and I are after I spent almost all of my time training with Morgan after Destiny III ended, so this is the first test of Morgan and I want to show that we're here to bring glory back to Mayhem, and this will be the start of my season showing that Nami Megumi is better now than she was last season. And I want to get this message out to every champion that I'm here to be a champion. When anyone thinks it's better than me I will be there to challenge them. But of course my ultimate goal is still Kara Carbajal's Zion Wrestling Global Heavyweight Champion. I will definitely be back to challenge her again when I'm ready and the opportunity presents itself to me again. I won't let my chance slip away again. Even today, my nightmares in Destiny III are something I can't erase, but this season I'm going to change all that. I will turn nightmares into reality this season, so I want everyone to see my development this season. This match will be the start of everything this season. This was to restore my dignity that I had lost. This season I will show that I come back strong and no one will ever doubt me again when I am Zion's best wrestler.
As Nami finished her words, the scene just faded away.
Meliana Rodrigo is standing next to “Classy” Bianca Page backstage of Zion Wrestling Stadium.
Meliana Rodrigo: I am here with former Zion Wrestling Internet Champion “Classy” Bianca Page. Thank you for joining me, Bianca, considering…
A stunned Bianca jaw drops.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Considering what, Meliana? Are you implying that I am a joke…
Meliana Rodrigo: No,no, not at all, Bianca.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Don’t you lie to me,Meliana!!!
Meliana Rodrigo: I’m not, I swear.
“Classy” Bianca Page: (Sarcastically)Right, right, Meliana…You know I should go report you to Mayhem management.
Meliana Rodrigo: For what?
“Classy” Bianca Page: Because you have the audacity to slander me in front of the entire world.
Meliana Rodrigo :Slander?
“Classy” Bianca Page: You pointed out that I am a FORMER Internet Champion…
Meliana Rodrigo: Because you are…
“Classy” Bianca Page: I can’t even with you right now, Meliana. You’re too much! The disrespect you’re showing me is outrageous! Don’t you know who I am? I am the only superstar on Mayhem and won’t be treated like this!!! Where is Katrina and or Zoey? I have to report these unprofessional backstage interviewers!! I am going to prove the likes of you wrong when I am holding Zion Wrestling gold once again and that’ll happen sooner than any of you want.
Bianca turns around and storms off as she lets out a loud huff as Meliana shakes her head in confusion.

This sets Megumi off, as she swipes Quinton with a Spinning Backfist as he approaches again! She mounts him on the mat now, laying into him with a set of stiff Punches right to the temple! The official feels the need to step in now, pulling Megumi away before checking on Quinton! Megumi is having none of it, however, returning to Silver and laying into him some more until the referee pulls her away again, this time backing her up into her corner! Payne sees the anger on Megumi’s face, deciding to tag herself in before things get out of hand! She catches Quinton just as he attempts to get up, looking for a Vertical Suplex! But Quinton is able to reverse, pushing Payne from behind and sending her into the ropes! He hunches over in anticipation of her return, only to be caught with a Kick to the head by Payne! Taryn Matthews was walking backstage with an air of arrogance coming off of her as she did. She gave various people that she passed by a ‘better than you’ smile as she headed towards the guerilla position prior to her match. Before she was able to get too far, however, her Star Factory trainer slid in front of her. Taryn stopped in her tracks, a touch of irritation on her face as she looked at Tahti Salvatore.
Tahti Salvatore: I wanted to wish you luck tonight. It’ll be interesting to see how well you paid attention during your training.
Taryn Matthews: Luck? Really, Tahti? I don’t need luck. We both know I’ve got the skill to do whatever it takes in the ring. I wouldn’t be out of the Star Factory otherwise.
Tahti raised an eyebrow as she crossed her arms over her chest. She shook her head, some of her red hair falling in her face as she did. She took a second to move it before looking at the rookie in front of her again.
Tahti Salvatore: I got pushed to let you out before I felt you were ready. Don’t take you being here as some divine intervention bullshit. If I had my way, you would still be training.
Taryn rolled her eyes as she listened to what Tahti had to say. She raised a hand and put a pointed finger against Tahti’s shoulder as she spoke.
Taryn Matthews: You were made to let me out of there because everyone else saw the natural skill that I had. You were determined to hold me back when it’s clear I can shine in the ring! It’s not my fault that your old, washed up ass can’t hack it anymore and wanted to make me suffer because of it!
Tahti looked at Taryn’s finger for a brief moment, a smirk coming to her face as she smacked the younger woman’s hand away. She licked her lips before she stepped up to Taryn, her voice not once faltering as she spoke.
Tahti Salvatore: One mistake out there tonight…one second of even looking like you fumbled in any way, and I’ll show you what my…washed up ass can do to you and your career.
Tahti stepped to the side, out of a now very visibly agitated Taryn’s way. The smirk never left Salvatore’s lips as she spoke to Matthews once more.
Tahti Salvatore: Enjoy your professional debut, Taryn. Let’s see how you do.
With that, Tahti walked away, leaving Taryn standing there looking as if she was about to have some kind of temper tantrum.
At the Yellow Rose Saloon, Jane was making Sadie an old fashioned as she exhaled slowly.
Jane Adler
“Bottom of the rankings again… how does this happen?”
Sadie Cassidy
“I don't know, but, it's pissing me off…”
Cabeza de Cobre
“Heh. Skill issue.”
The voice of Cabeza de Cobre would say as she was at a table with Sayge, as Sayge would chuckle a bit in response.
Sadie Cassidy
“I know you're not talking! When's the last time you've even won a match?”
Sayge Gonzalez
“Could say the same to you two.”
Sadie Cassidy
“We beat you in this bar!” You wanna go again?”
Sayge Gonzalez
“Maybe we do…”
Sayge and Cabeza would get out of their chairs, as Jane shouted at the three of them.
Jane Adler
“Hey! There's no need for that, all ya'll calm down.”
She said, as Sayge would scoff at her while she would comment to her.
Sayge Gonzalez
“Whatever. My homegirl's got a match on Wasteland anyway, then we can set up a match to pass you in the rankings here.”
Sayge stated, as she and Cabeza would get out of the Yellow Rose Saloon as Sadie exhales.
Sadie Cassidy
“We gotta get some wins on the board soon…”
Jane Adler
“Well… maybe this friend I met at bartending school can help take over some of the operations. That can help us focus more on the in-ring stuff.”
Sadie Cassidy
“Oof. Don't let Josie hear that. Hate those 4 am drills she tries to make us run.”
She stated with a bit of a grimace, before getting back to work, as the cameras would fade out.

As the match ends, cameras find The Kingdom locker room backstage, cutting inside where Morgan Payne stands, tucking her gear into her bag. She’s dressed in black sweatpants, her chucks and a black tank top. Her hair looks damp, suggesting she’s showered after her and Nami’s tag match earlier. Moving methodically, she zips her bag closed and opens her locker and starts grabbing other things out to take as she prepares to leave the arena. She pulls her Steelers cap backwards on her head and grabs other small items, like her wrist tape, tucking it into the side pocket on her bag. She slides her wedding ring back on over her finger and turns to the inside of the door where she pauses, staring at the sleek metal.
Morgan Payne: ...Wha?
She looks inside the locker, reaching and feeling around towards the back. Next, she turns to her bag and starts searching through all of the smaller pockets and zippers. Finding nothing, she slaps her hand onto the bag in frustration.
Morgan Payne: Where tha fuck is it?!
She stares down at her bag, sighing before looking up slowly in realization. She says nothing else. But, instead, she lifts her hands off her bag and steps around the bench with her bag on it. The camera swings around as Morgan goes storming past it and is last seen abruptly leaving the locker room with a brisk sense of purpose to her step.

The scene switches backstage, to a pacing ‘The Dragon’ Travis Levitt strolling down the corridor. The Dragon is swinging his arms to keep them flexible, and rolling his neck as he walks, dressed in his latest merch shirt and his wrestling lights. As he walks past a door, he glances at it and then keeps walking, only to suddenly back pedal, glancing at the door again and grinning when he sees the name plate on it. He knocks on the door, and it takes a moment, but it’s finally opened and out of the doorway steps ‘The Sky Assassin’ Sean Parker, Endurance Championship proudly displayed on his shoulder. Travis and Sean stare at each other for a moment before they both grin, Levitt raising a fist for Sean to bump with a smile.
Travis Levitt: Sean. Been hoping to bump into you, champ. Hell of an effort you put last week in TRIAD. You’ve come leaps and bounds better ever since you started those Trials.
Sean inclines his head in a nod of acknowledgement, shifting the Endurance Championship belt back into place on his shoulder.
Sean Parker: Thanks man, just all about knuckling under and doing the hard graft and it eventually pays off. Speaking of which, I was wondering when you were gonna get your shit together and come over to Zion. It’s been a long-time coming.
Travis Levitt: Oh its been in the works for a while now. Glad to finally make the jump. And now it looks like they're setting me after you and that gold.
Travis raps a knuckle gently on the faceplate of Sean’s title and then grins.
Travis Levitt: You know, like I told Caleb last week, I want to earn a shot at you. Not just for a chance at some gold, but also because you and me would tear it up between those ropes.
Sean’s eyes follow Travis’s tapping the faceplate of his belt with his knuckles before staring back at him.
Sean Parker: It’s definitely been brewing for a while, Trav but, with all due respect, I can’t think about you or Caleb or anyone else climbing up those rankings right now. I always focus on the opponent in front of me and whilst you’re standing in front of me here; you are not my opponent. Yet. Tonight is probably my biggest test. The first defence and all my focus needs to be on Alex Andrews. As a former champion yourself, I’m sure you can respect that.
Travis Levitt: I absolutely can. Thats what a champion does. So go out there tonight, show the world why you’re the best, and just know, if anyone tries some cheap shit on you….I got your back, brother.
Travis holds up a fist and Sean nods and fist-bumps him, before Travis pats him on the shoulder.
Travis Levitt: Alright. I’ll let you get your focus back. I got an old friend to fire up. See you soon, Sean.
And with that Travis takes off with a grin.

Winter Mae: The Dragon makes his official debut in spectacular fashion! What a match!
Kyle Cassidy: Take nothing away from Caleb Foster! He’s a veteran in this business for a reason! This match could’ve gone either way! But in the end, Levitt just wanted it more!
Levitt celebrates his win as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (RESURRECTION KICK)
Everything comes into focus and as it does we are taken to the backstage area where we are able to see Sofia Hilton. She cracks a wicked grin as she looks into the heart of the camera and begins to speak.
Sofia Hilton: Honestly after my huge debut on Mayhem last week I bet everybody in this company feels that the Un-Queen is just going to go away. I bet you all think that I am going to cry that things didn’t go my way and I am going to make a big deal out of losing my first match. The truth of the matter is there’s no reason to panic because I know that my future is going to be looking brighter than ever. I am currently ranked 7th in the hunt for the Endurance Championship. On paper, how much does a loss really hurt me?! I was already in last place in the rankings so it’s not like I can drop any farther than what I was…
Sofia smirks as she looks deeper into the camera.
Sofia Hilton: No putas, the only place that your girl can go is up. The sky is definitely the limit and I plan to go straight up to the top and I refuse to have anybody tell me differently. I know it took a while for me to break out of my shell in wrestling. I was always looked upon as being just the woman that Brayden was with but I have overcome so much and I plan to keep overcoming in life. Pregnancy almost took me out when I had preeclampsia but I somehow survived that and gave birth to a beautiful little girl in the form of Isabella. I know what I bring to the table and I know that it’s only a matter of time before yours truly makes her way up through the rankings and starts proving people wrong.
Sofia looks into the camera as she moves her hair about.
Sofia Hilton: To each to their own but I will find my own way. It doesn’t have to be with the Carbajals, it doesn’t have to be with the Rojas and it certainly doesn’t have to be with the Williams. If there is one thing that you can trust in me it’s that this rabbit is going to hop to the highest position in the company. No one might believe in me but I believe in myself. It’s only going to be a matter of time, and when it does happen everybody will be in for a major wake up call… See you all soon, time to showcase what I am about.
With that Sofia cracks a wicked grin as we slowly fade out and go back to the ring.
In the arena, “I’m Good” starts playing. The lights go down. The song picks up with a spotlight on Melissa at the top of the ramp. The song plays. Melissa walks down the ramp. Melissa gets in the ring with a microphone. She poses.
Melissa Tasman: Becca you think you're hot shit for coming in after my match. And I bet you're back there right now just waiting for your spot. So I just wanna say first.
Melissa raises her middle finger.
Melissa Tasman: You're as much of a coward as Morrison was. And he got what was coming to him. You'll get yours next.
But tonight isn't about Becca. It's about my weekly defense. Are you all ready for another show?
Jinx has a lot of shit she's been through. And to put it lightly I thought I had some issues to work through. But that's nothing.
I admire Jinx overall. But I have a point to make: I am going ro be the greatest Internet champion here, the greatest of past, present and future and the only way to do it is beating the Jestress and keeping this reign going.
MATCH #5: JINX, THE JESTRESS VS MELISSA TASMAN ©
INTERNET CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
JINX stays seated in her corner rocking back and forth at the opportunity to win a championship. However, Melissa keeps a focused stare and posture as both women leave their corners to circle the ring. When meeting in the center, they instantly lock up and Melissa drives her back into an unoccupied corner. The referee counts up to four where she backs off but JINX tackles her down onto the canvas when the champion backs up and rummages her hands through her hair violently.
Kyle Cassidy: JINX will do everything to get inside your head.
JINX rolls off from her body and stands back up laughing maniacally. Melissa stands up and demands for her to meet her in the middle for a test of strength. Jestress tilts her head and approaches her locking hands until a kick into the ribs leaves the champion bent forward. A couple clubs into her back drops to her knee and a Knife Edge Chop lights up the chest of her opponent!
Winter Mae: JINX is bringing everything she has to the champion! She’s taking control of the match early to get the momentum.
Melissa covers her chest from the blow and JINX runs behind her to the ropes. Upon the return, she attempts a Running Clothesline but Melissa ducks under the swung arm to leap off the canvas the moment she turns around into a Dropkick that floors JINX down to the mat!
Kyle Cassidy: Beautiful Dropkick by Melissa Tasman!
Melissa stands up first and sees JINX standing up with the help of the ropes. She charges into her opponent and Clotheslines her over the top rope to crash at the ringside mat. JINX takes a moment to recover then gets back to her feet. She leans against the barricades but doesn’t have time to react after Melissa shoots her body through the ropes for a Suicie Dive!
Winter Mae: Beautiful work done by the champion! A Suicide Dive to put JINX down before she can get her breath back!
Melissa slaps a fan’s hands and gives another a high five! She reaches down for JINX’s head and grabs a handful of hair to yank her to stand. Holding onto the right arm, she launches JINX into the ringpost but the contender spins on her feet to watch Tasman collapse into the ringpost then spiral down to the ringside mat. The official leans in between the ropes demanding for both competitors to get back inside and JINX laughs again.
Kyle Cassidy: That crazy woman is going to put her on a stretcher if she had her way! Did you see how she even hit the ring post?!
The referee is almost halfway through his ten count but JINX walks over and throws her into the ring. She rolls under the bottom rope to stand on her feet to see the champion sitting up. The position encourages the contender to run to the ropes, rebound and land a Basement Dropkick having both feet pushed into the champion’s face!
Winter Mae: Basement Dropkick! JINX has the champion down and here is the pin!
ONE...!
TWO...!
No! Melissa kicks out from the pin attempt and JINX doesn’t appreciate it. She instantly mounts the down opponent and lands a sequence of blows while screaming at her to give up. Once she stands up, she stomps down on her body until the referee has to separate the two. JINX tells the official to back off and she goes down to help Melissa on her knees who fires a couple blows into the ribs. However, JINX lands a knee that keeps her steady before snapping down to the mat with a Snap DDT planting her head on the canvas.
Kyle Cassidy: Snap DDT! The Jestress has the champion in a bad predicament and here’s another pin attempt!
ONE...!
TWO...!
No! JINX is starting to get frustrated. The referee tells her it’s a two-count but she almost hisses at the official. Instead, she sits the champion up, places her knee against her spine and clasps her hands around the chin for the Rear Chinlock! Melissa yells out in agony and JINX even pulls back on the nostrils screaming for her to tap out. Orlando begins to chant and stomp on their feet to give Tasman momentum to fight back.
Winter Mae: A Rear Chinlock to switch the tactics but JINX better not lose control. She has the champion exactly where she wants and it would be bad if she makes a mistake.
Unfortunately, the champion begins to find the strength to carry both their weight as she stands back up on her feet. She breaks the hold and spins around to floor the contender down with a Lariat that takes her head off! Orlando explodes in support and Melissa leans against the ropes for comfort until seeing JINX crawl to the nearest corner.
Kyle Cassidy: Melissa Tasman is back! She won’t bend, break or quit!
JINX holds onto both sides of the top rope to stand on her feet. She’s a little too late when Melissa charges across the ring for a Flying Forearm Blow into the corner and she backs up allowing JINX to walk on wobbly legs. A strong kick into her ribs to have her bent down and she leaps off the mat taking her head in stride to sit down on the mat plating her face with the signature Sit-Out Facebuster!
Winter Mae: SIT-OUT FACEBUSTER! THE INTERNET CHAMPION IS GOING TO RETAIN! HERE IS THE PIN ATTEMPT!
ONE...!
TWO...!
THR…!
JINX kicks out! Melissa sits up but can’t waste a single moment! She gets back to her feet and walks over to the ropes to leave to the apron. The champion climbs all the way to the top rope and begins to stand up on the turnbuckle to point down at JINX positioned perfectly!
Kyle Cassidy: This is it! She’s calling for her finishing Corkscrew Body Splash better known as the Tasmelian Dev- WAIT A MINUTE, WHO IS THIS?!
To the audience’s surprise, a figure hops over the barricade to reach inside the ring and pull JINX out before Melissa can launch. Once JINX falls out of the ring, she gets grabbed and yanked to her feet before throwing her into the nearest steel steps. The referee immediately calls for the bell as Melissa steps down onto the canvas to watch none other than Becca Black interfering in her competition yet again!
Winter Mae: Oh what the hell?!
Kyle Cassidy: I understand wanting to get in the champion’s head, but what does Jinx, The Jestress have to do with any of this?!
Winter Mae: She just cost Melissa Tasman the match! A loss that the champion is definitely gonna have sticking in her head!
A sea of referees look to pull Black away as she condescendingly waves to Tasman!
RESULT: DISQUALIFICATION
After last week's victory, Lilith is sitting above the arena in a private box watching the matches. She smiled softly as she heard the door open turning around. She then sees the camera entering the room. She gets up from her chair motioning for him to come and join her. She then goes over to get a drink from the bar.
Lilith Parker: I did exactly what I said I was going to do last week. I took down Kara's precious little boy and took the #1 seed from him. So I chose to celebrate that fact this week. Do not think I am going soft, I know what is coming next and I am ready for that. Kara I'm not taking you lightly, Hell you've been a dominant champion.
Lilith takes a drink as she looks over at the camera. She then turned back.
Lilith Parker: I've given you a sturdy fact, you've never beaten me. Even when I was with the traitor and we faced you and Miguel. So I will focus like I do, taking my efforts to ensure that when you and I meet, the next time I will take the Global Championship, and bring it home. I don't need a family to back me up, though knowing I have one…
She brushed the tear away from her eye. She then looked at the cameraman. She finished her drink smashing the glass on the bar, letting blood drop from her hand.
Lilith Parker: It doesn't matter if your Kingdom, Void or Wolf of Odin. One thing always remains, that the queens are forever and you will…
Lilith then gets up motioning him to the door.
Lilith Parker: BEND the knee.
The camera switches backstage where Jinx, The Jestress is seen making her way slowly back to the locker rooms after her match with Melissa Tasman. Despite the outcome, The Jestress seems to be in decent spirits as she hums to herself and moves through the hallway to the door to catering. The camera follows her through the door and she starts moving towards the dessert table, reaching for a cookie with a little smile forming on her face.
No sooner than Jinx grabs that cookie does someone suddenly grab her by the shoulders and slam her back against the wall, getting right in her face as she’s pinned back. The crowd watching buzzes as The Kingdom’s Morgan Payne leans into the frame with her face just inches from the odd woman’s. She stares daggers into Jinx’s eyes and the words that leave her lips come in a frustrated growl.
Morgan Payne: Where is it?
The Jestress freezes like a deer in headlights as she finds herself pinned back against the wall, stared down by the menacing gaze of Morgan. At first she says nothing. She just…slowly raises that cookie in her hand and takes a tiny bite and begins to chew.
Morgan Payne: WHERE?!
Jinxy chews faster so that she might be able to answer the angry woman more clearly as she gives a tiny shake of her head.
Jinx: ”There’s no need to be so mean…what you seek, Jinxy hasn’t seen…”
Morgan Payne: Don’t fuckin’ lie to me!
She snaps, pulling Jinx about an inch from the wall and slamming her back against it again.
Morgan Payne: Yanno what I’m talkin’ abaht. Ahnno ya got it! Where. Is. It?!
Morgan looks like she’s about to pound Jinx’s head in when suddenly, a couple members of the backstage staff as well as even a few roster members hanging around tonight come in to pull the two part, calmly but firmly placing arms between the two women as they beg Morgan to relax.
Security 1: Hey hey, Morgan relax. Chill. Let her go.
Security 2: She said she doesn’t have anything.
Morgan’s forced to let go of Jinx as she backs off, looking none too satisfied or appeased at the outcome of her confrontation with her. She shakes the hands of the people around her off, looking like she wants to explode for a moment before sighing. She gives Jinx a final look of warning before making her way down the hall back to The Kingdom’s locker room, figuring she may as well get her bag and head out for the night.
As the crowd in the background behind Morgan begins to disperse, we can see The Jestress step away from the wall and watch the woman go, taking another bite of her cookie.
Jinx: ”Jinxy hopes you find your picture!”
There’s no reaction from the woman at first but a shake of her head before she stops in her tracks and looks up. In the moment of confusion, it doesn’t take long for something to settle into thought and Morgan spins around with the camera quickly moving past her to look down the hall over her shoulder. In the brief time it takes for all of this to happen? Jinx, The Jestress is gone without a trace.
Morgan Payne: You fuckin’ bitch!
Morgan growls as she storms back into the catering area and gives a sweep of the room. Everyone’s eyes are on her again as she looks all around, before pushing through the door that Jinx initially came through to enter catering, bringing Morgan out in the halls again. She looks around, unable to gauge where Jinx may have gone. She storms out the back door of the arena, making her way outside into the employee parking lot but there’s no sign of any cars pulling away. Nothing. All she does find…laying on the hood of her very own rental vehicle…is the remnant of a mostly eaten cookie. Morgan begins to seethe as she slaps the cookie off the car with a frustrated yell as the scene cuts away.
Morgan Payne: FUCK!!!
MATCH #6: KELLY HASTE VS SERENITY HOLMES
Haste and Holmes start this one off with a lock up, with the latter quickly taking the underhanded advantage as she grabs her opponent by the hair and pulls her to the mat! Holmes pulls Haste into the corner, pressing a boot to her throat before the referee steps in to call a five count! Holmes pulls away, with the referee berating her for her rule breaking! As they're distracted doing this, Livvie Nelson chimes in from the outside, nailing Haste over the head with a punch to the temple! Holmes takes advantage now, rushing past the referee and pulling Haste up into a Saito Suplex before going for a pin! Haste kicks out at two, inciting a flurry of punches to the head by Holmes!
Holmes pulls Haste up to her feet, looking to take her right back down with a Vertical Suplex! Haste hooks the leg however, refusing to budge! She quickly counters, bringing Holmes down to the ring with an Inside Cradle! Holmes kicks out of a very close two count, bringing both competitors to their feet! Holmes looks to swing, but Haste rushes underneath, hitting the ropes and coming back with a Knee Strike! This leaves Holmes staggering, with Haste getting her up and dropping her with an Ushigoroshi! She goes for the pin, getting a two count before Holmes kicks out!
Haste looks to finish this one off, backing into the corner and looking for the Kash Flow! Before she can take off running, however, Livvie Nelson cuts in again, grabbing at Haste’s ankle and causing her to pause! This leaves an opening for Holmes to rush in and clobber her with a Yakuza Kick! She pushes Haste back down to the mat, going to the top rope before dropping onto her with a Phoenix to complete Deadline Trap! Pin by Holmes, with Haste getting a kick out right before three!
Holmes is in shambles now, just wanting Haste to stay down! She goes to the top rope again, looking to end things with Red Bottoms! But Haste gets out of the way of the Double Stomp, catching Holmes out of midair with a hand around the throat before dropping her with Big Massive Kelly (Chokeslam)! Haste acts proactively now, rushing over and stopping Nelson from climbing to the apron with a Dropkick through the ropes! She climbs to the top rope now, launching off and onto Holmes with I’m Not A Vampire (Shooting Star Double Stomp)! She goes for the pin, getting the three count to secure the victory!
Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Kelly! Haste!
Haste doesn’t have long to celebrate before Livvie Nelson slides into the ring and nails her with a Big Boot!
Winter Mae: Oh come on! What a couple of sore losers!
Nelson helps Holmes back to her feet, with the Global Tag Team Champions now laying into her with Stomps! They pull her up to her knees, rushing the ropes before nailing her with MovingHammer!
Winter Mae: Christ! This is a massacre!
Kyle Cassidy: But it also should serve as inspiration for Kelly Haste to stop dragging her feet! That win may have kept her alive and in contention! But she needs a partner, and she needs one fast!
Holmes and Nelson stand tall as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (I’M NOT A VAMPIRE)
We see Alex Andrews loosening up before her big match when she's approached by James Crosbie. But before he can say a word, she stops him right there, holding a hand up.
Alex Andrews: Let me stop you right there. I'm sure you're going to ask me if I'm ready for my big title match, right?
James Crosbie: Yeah, pretty much.
Alex Andrews: I thought so. And to answer that question, yeah. I'm ready. You see, I spent a huge chunk of my career in another company, and well, the first title I claimed there, it had the stipulation that matches were to be completed with a fifteen minute time limit. And by getting five successful defenses, you could vye for the next highest title. Let's just say I got very good at those style matches, nobody could beat me. I say that to say this, yeah, I can handle myself in a match of this style. I don't know if you noticed, but I'm pretty durable myself.
With that, Alex raises her arm and curls it up, showing off her biceps, and blows a kiss at the camera.
Alex Andrews: Listen, I know you just got your title back and you're looking forward to establishing your own legacy here and with that title, but I'm sorry, I'm not a cakewalk. I will make you work for every single inch. Don't know if you noticed, but aim stronger and quicker than I look. Don't be surprised when you get punched square in the mouth. Because I want to craft my own legacy and I am going to the top of this company, it's not a matter of if, just a matter of when. Cause guess what? When you're Lady Limitless, the sky's the limit.
She chuckles to herself, licking her lips.
Alex Andrews: So, I suggest you make peace with the fact ypu could very well lose your precious Endurance Championship, Sean. Because I have every single intention of taking it from you. But yanno, no hard feelings, right?
Alex rolls her neck back and forth and gives James a nod before she walks off past him and down to the gorilla position to get ready for her match.
Suddenly “The Gun Show” by In This Moment blasts out of the PA system which immediately draws heavy booing from the sold out crowd as the Global Heavyweight Champion, Kara “Killer” Carbajal saunters out onto the stage with her championship proudly displayed over her shoulder and accompanied by Eduardo Gutiérrez as the duo begin to make their way down the ramp.
Winter Mae: Well it would appear the Global Heavyweight Champion has something to say before we get to our Main Event of the evening.
Kyle Cassidy: I would imagine it has something to do with the fact that Lilith Parker became the number one contender to her title last week.
Once the two reach the bottom of the ramp, Carbajal hops up onto the ring apron and climbs through the ropes while Gutiérrez walks around the ring and to the timekeepers area before snatching the microphone from Vivian Blake. He now hops up onto the apron and climbs through the ropes and passes the microphone to Carbajal as “The Gun Show” fades out.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Well, well, well…
The fans booing gets even louder now causing an irate Gutiérrez to grab the microphone out of Carbajal’s hand.
Eduardo Gutiérrez: Shut the Hell up! Your Mamacita is talking and you will show her some damn respect!
Of course, this just makes the crowd even louder with the booing as the young Spaniard hands the microphone back to his “Mamacita” who puts her arm around him.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: It’s okay, Eddy… they’re all probably still upset over the fact that I defeated their precious Nami Megumi at Destiny to retain my Global Heavyweight Championship.
The fans boo some more which causes Carbajal to laugh which also gets a smirk and a nod from Gutiérrez.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: I bet it eats you all up too, doesn’t it? That I didn’t win because of Eddy, Zach or Miguel. Or that I didn’t win through any kind of nefarious tactic. I won fair and square because I was one hundred percent right when I said before our match that Nami wasn’t ready to carry this company at the top of the mountain. She wasn’t ready for everything that comes with being the very best of the best. She… fucking… choked!
KC tosses her head back in laughter which just further angers the fans in attendance.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: And now… the rankings are out… and I’ve been sitting back and watching… and reading the likes of Nami saying she’s going to move on up back to the top spot as soon as possible… doubtful. People like Liberty Hightower gloating about how she’s already pretty high on the list without lifting a finger and that she’s coming for it all… good fucking luck with that.
The Global Heavyweight Champion paces the ring a little.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Even ol’ Jacky boy is claiming he’s going to climb up that list and he’s already preparing a celebration with his woman for “when” he wins it…
Carbajal now turns her attention to the camera with a stern look on her face.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Well newsflash for you and that redheaded bitch of yours… you ain’t taking this from me!
Gutiérrez applauds as Carbajal slightly adjusts the championship over her shoulder.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Which now brings me to my next challenger… sorry… victim, Lilith Parker. Who… unsurprisingly has already brought up how I have yet to beat her thus far here in Zion.
KC chuckles.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Here’s the reality though, Lilith. That was a VERY different Kara Carbajal you were facing back then compared to the one you will be standing across the ring from in the near future. The Kara Carbajal that exists now? She is more dangerous… more ruthless… more bloodthirsty and more determined than EVER BEFORE!
The Global Heavyweight Champion briefly glances down at her title before focusing her attention back onto the camera.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: You best be prepared for the fight of your fucking life, Lilith! Because this championship isn’t going anywhere until I say it does!
Carbajal then drops the microphone and “The Gun Show” blasts out of the PA system as Gutiérrez applauds again before the duo then climb out of the ring and begin making their way up the ramp.
Winter Mae: Kara Carbajal laying down the law and putting all of her potential future challengers on notice, Kyle.
Kyle Cassidy: Zachary Porter said it himself, Winter. He said that Kara is the best of the best and that nobody can touch her in Zion, including himself… and he’s a former World Champion in his own right.
Winter Mae: And of course, he’s not biased at all given he’s part of the same group.
Kyle Cassidy: You could argue that, but Kara’s performances as of late make it difficult to bet against her, no matter how talented her opponents may be.
Carbajal and Gutiérrez then reach the stage and disappear through the curtain as we cut elsewhere.
The cameras start up backstage where we can see Kelly Haste. Furious after being attacked by the reigning champs, Hungry for Destruction. The crew comes up to her and she just waves off the reporter.
Kelly Haste: I am… so fucking sick and tired of nothing ever working out for me. I thought I had a nice going in a couple of places… Dystopia and they both closed down… I came here so I could try and work on some of my own shit and I didn’t have anything going for me for a long… long time. And then… I thought I had a partner I could trust…
She stops, coming to a rest as she sits down against a wall in the arena and puts her head in her hands.
Kelly Haste: A… A teammate that I thought I could care about… that I thought would help me work through some shit… like my cousin. But then they turned out to be human scum and then I’m back… back to square one.
She sighs. The back of her head hitting against the bricks as she looks up at the lights before back at the camera.
Kelly Haste: Then you have people telling me I don’t belong… I… I just don’t know anymore. Maybe they’re right… maybe they always have been. Because every… single… time… that I get close to achieving something in my life… it gets ripped away from me and I’m just… expected to sit back and take it all with a smile on my goddamn face…
At this point, Kelly stands up and goes to walk off. Before she does she stops herself and looks at the camera.
Kelly Haste: This is… gonna need some serious thinking time on my end. Because I am just… tired… of everything never working out how it should.
With that, Kelly walks out of frame and the scene ends.

ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Vivian Blake: The following contest is a Singles match for the Endurance Championship!
Introducing the Challenger, from Nashville, Tennessee, weighing in at one hundred-forty six pounds, Lady Limitless, Alex! Andrews!
Introducing the Champion, from Dunfermline, Scotland, weighing in at two hundred-fifteen pounds, The King of the Skies, Sean! Parker!
Winter Mae: This is the match that I’ve been looking forward to all week, Kyle! These two seem more determined than ever here!
Kyle Cassidy: Ever since Sean Parker lost the Endurance Championship the first time, he’s been wanting to re-establish his legacy with it! I doubt he would want this run to be shorter than the last one!
Winter Mae: But then again, Alex Andrews is looking to establish her legacy in her own right! And given her immense power, Parker might not be given much of a choice!
Round One
Andrews: 0
Parker: 0
With this being a timed matchup, both the Champion and the Challenger knew they didn't have too much time to mess around. Making the first move was Alex Andrews, sprinting right at Sean Parker. The sense of urgency had Andrews going right for the Elysium kick, Sean able to move out of the way of the kick before the Champion ran at Alex this time, going right for the Bloody Tears spinning kick that Andrews was able to duck under. Andrews grabbed Parker and hooked the arms, attempting Hella Rough but Sean pushed off Andrews, backing into the ropes to then throw a sudden Masamune Decapitation to Andrews who ducked under once again! With the two competitors conveniently in opposite corners they took a second to take in the standing ovation from the people in attendance. Andrews and Parker rushed right back to the center of the ring, meeting in the middle with Alex looking for a Spear that was reversed into a Spanish Fly by the Endurance Champion! Sean scrambled to get that important first fall, getting Andrews back to her feet with Sean behind her. Sean jumped up, connecting with a Raidenrana! Parker scrambled right into a cover!
ONE...!
TWO...!
The time limit expires on the first round! Sean Parker seemed close to having it there. Sean went back to his corner meanwhile Alex Andrews got back up to her feet to go back to hers, still feeling the effects.
Round Two
Andrews: 0
Parker: 0
There was a similar start to the second round with Sean Parker closing in on Alex Andrews first with a flurry of strikes and forearm strikes. All it took was one duck for Alex Andrews to have a chance, rolling under Sean Parker to gain some spacing. Andrews ran right towards Parker to connect with FALCON PUNCH! The Superman Punch caused Sean Parker to roll out of the ring where he was clearly stunned from the sudden strike. Alex Andrews followed Sean to the outside, grabbing him to throw him back into the ring. Andrews got Parker back to his feet then threw him with a Backdrop Driver, bridging for a pin!
ONE...!
TWO...!
Kick out from Sean Parker! Andrews didn't waste a second, going right for the leg of the Endurance Champion by locking in a Heel Hook in the center of the ring. Parker was clearly in a world of pain due to the Heel Hook, reaching out for the ropes but Alex pulled the champion right back into the center of the ring only to apply the Heel Hook tighter. Sean once again crawled to the ropes with Alex Andrews grabbing the arm Sean reached with, now applying an Armbar and a Heel Hook at the same time! With Parker yelling out in excruciating pain, Alex was confident in her chances to win the second round.
Once again, the time limit expired before Sean Parker had a chance to submit. Both competitors were already saved by the bell and it was only the third round!
Round Three
Andrews: 0
Parker: 0
The Champion and Challenger meet back in the middle of the ring once again, the difference now being that Parker had a clear target with the damaged leg. It didn't take long, because the tie up attempt from Parker was just a ruse to throw a Dropkick to the knee of Sean. Andrews ran back to the ropes and rushed forward once again for another knee Dropkick, connecting to send Sean down to a knee. Andrews followed up to go for Brain Death, the kick connecting right to the back of the head of the Endurance Champion! Andrews went for a cover on Sean!
ONE...!
TWO...!
THREE!!
No! Sean Parker got his foot on the bottom rope at the last second! Full of frustration, Andrews went to drag Sean Parker back to the center of the ring where the Challenger applied a Texas Cloverleaf in the center of the ring. The already damaged knee of Parker was now in a compromised position, instantly trying to reach out to the ropes that were just too far. With some more crawling, Parker got the rope break that he was looking for. Alex broke the hold and dragged Sean back to his feet only to be met with a Gamenguri! Alex stumbled in place as Sean Parker got Andrews in position to hit Helheim Hellfire! The Twisting Northern Lights Bomb planted Andrews, but with Sean’s knee he couldn't immediately cover! Parker crawled to the pin, but Andrews instinctively rolled out of the ring before a familiar sound.
Once again, another round without a fall. Going into the fourth round without seemingly making any progress. Both competitors were ready to begin the next round.
Round Four

Alex waited for Parker to get back to his feet, with Andrews leaping off the top rope. Out of nowhere, Sean Parker is able to connect with his Bloody Tears! The 720° Roundhouse Kick catches Alex Andrews out of mid air! Stumbling back to his feet to take a second, Parker went right into the pin to get the point!

The Champion tried to shake off the cobwebs, dragging Andrews to the corner then climbed to the top rope himself, taking a second to gain balance then leaped off with a Shooting Star Knee Drop! Alex rolls out of harms way, Sean landing right on the bad knee again. Alex deadlifted Sean Parker right into a Backdrop Driver but can't capitalize on the pinfall right away!
Out of time once again, going into Round Five! It took longer this time to reset as the two competitors were close to spent.
Round Five
Both the Champion and the Challenger stumbled to the center of the ring this time, both exchanging punches back and forth with the crowd completely split on who they wanted to win this exchange. Alex Andrews stepped things up by getting a running start to connect with a Leg Lariat! Sean Parker doesn't go down, instead only takes a step back to return with a Standing Dropkick, sending Alex Andrews out of the ring. Sean Parker gathered his own adrenaline, running the ropes to dive out of the ring with a Sasuke Special! Parker takes a second to pump up the crowd then climbed right to the top rope, looking for Diving Wyvern! The Spiral Tap connects as Parker instantly goes into the pin!
ONE...!

Alex Andrews kicks out! Sean Parker nodded to himself in acceptance of the situation, backing up into the corner to look for the Masamune Decapitation once again. Once Andrews got back to her feet Parker rushed forward but got met with another FALCON PUNCH! The Superman Punch rocks Sean Parker which gave Andrews time to go for a flash pinfall, The Mouse Trap!
The timer expired before the referee could attempt to make the count! Alex Andrews argued at first, but both competitors then got ready for the Sixth Round.
Winter Mae: We’re now down to the last round, and the score still reads goose eggs! Someone has to win this round or else this goes to a draw!

…The clock expired right before the referee could count the three! The match ends in a tie!
Vivian Blake: This match has ended in a draw, therefore STILL the Endurance Champion, The King of the Skies, Sean! Parker!
Winter Mae: Sean Parker retains, though I highly doubt he wanted to do it this way!
Kyle Cassidy: Endurance is the name of the game, and both of these two proved they know how to play it tonight! Sean may have retained, but since Alex Andrews didn’t technically lose, I have a feeling we’ll see these two go at it again soon!
