Nami Megumi: Thank you for the warm welcome, Mayhem! I always feel excited to coming out here! I want to coming out here as much as possible and yeah especially tonight! What appears to be a wait for an eternity, which the champion was always going to do because of course, she’s the champion and it’s her time everyone else is on. Eventually, “The Gun Show” by In This Moment begins to play through the PA system and as soon as Maria Brink’s vocals kick in, out comes Kara “Killer” Carbajal with her Global Heavyweight Championship draped over her shoulder. She walks over to Megumi’s World Cup trophy and eyes it up a little before then turning her attention to her future challenger as “The Gun Show” fades out.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: That’s quite a trophy you’ve got there, Nami… and I do hope that once we have our match at Destiny that you’ll be able to keep it so you can at least have a runner up trophy. Because the reality of you winning the Zion World Cup? Is that all you’ve won is an ass whooping courtesy of yours truly.

The camera would focus on a poster of Rixley Stark and Nyx Blackthorn, as off camera a pair of knives were thrown at them from behind it as the blade sticks out from their faces. Hayumi would emerge from behind the camera, twirling her oil paper umbrella, and then turning to face it.

MATCH #2: HUNGRY FOR DESTRUCTION VS TEAM BIG, TALL, & CUTE AS FUCK
Following the controversy at Clarity, Holmes and Nelson are in no mood for pleasantries. The atmosphere crackles with anticipation as the bell rings, signaling the start of the match.
Kawada and Holmes start things off, circling each other cautiously before locking up in the center of the ring. Holmes gains the upper hand with a series of elbow strikes, backing Kawada into the corner. Kawada fights back with a stiff kick combo, staggering Holmes and forcing her to retreat.
As Kawada presses her advantage, Holmes counters with a snap suplex, driving Kawada into the mat with authority. Holmes tags in Liv, who enters the ring with a burst of energy, launching herself at Kawada with a missile dropkick. Kawada absorbs the impact and fires back with a spinning back roundhouse kick, catching Liv off guard.
She fights back with a scissor kick, but Ayumi dodges and responds with a lariat that sends Liv sprawling. Ayumi backpedals and tags Kelly who looks eager to join the fray. She and Kawada execute a perfectly timed double team move, with Haste hitting Liv with her Haste Flow running while Kawada keeps Holmes at bay with an Ushigoroshi before throwing her out of the ring.
Kelly continues to dominate, unleashing a barrage of strikes on Liv. Forearms, chops, and spinning backfists rain down as Nelson struggles to mount a defense, but Haste is relentless, keeping her on the defensive with a flurry of offense.
However, Liv manages to create an opening, catching Kelly coming in and plants her with a sitdown powerbomb. She sticks the landing, transitioning into a desperation pin attempt!

But Haste kicks out, Liv rolls backwards and tags in Serenity and she catches Haste with a devastating roundhouse kick, staggering her. Holmes follows up with her trademark "Moving Holmes" (Running Shining Wizard), connecting flush with Kelly’s jaw.
The two continue to battle, with Kelly fighting back with a spinning backfist transitioned into a Ripcord Kappo Kick that rocks Holmes. She goes for the pin, but Holmes kicks out at two. Kawada tags back in just as Serenity tags in Liv. The two square, slugging it out in the middle of the ring. They go back-and-forth, trading a series of different suplex variants, both competitors showing their toughness. Kawada breaks the stalemate though, reversing an attempted vertical suplex from Nelson into a brainbuster and buying herself some much-needed breathing room.
They both make respective tags to their partners, Liv managing to make the tag just as Kelly rushes in to stop it. Serenity fights off Kelly as she gets into the ring, keeping her at bay with a series of elbow strikes and roundhouse kicks. Serenity senses an opportunity and rushes to the top rope with Kelly doubled over. She leaps off, going for “Red Bottoms” but Kelly is playing possum, rolling out of the way and grabs Serenity from behind, rolling her up for schoolgirl pin! The referee is down to make the count!

Holmes tags in Liv, who enters the ring with a burst of energy, launching herself at Kawada with a missile dropkick. Kawada absorbs the impact and fires back with a spinning back roundhouse kick, catching Liv off guard.
She fights back with a scissor kick, but Ayumi dodges and responds with a lariat that sends Liv sprawling. Ayumi backpedals and tags Kelly who looks eager to join the fray. She and Kawada execute a perfectly timed double team move, with Haste hitting Liv with her Haste Flow running while Kawada keeps Holmes at bay with an Ushigoroshi before throwing her out of the ring.
Kelly continues to dominate, unleashing a barrage of strikes on Liv. Forearms, chops, and spinning backfists rain down as Nelson struggles to mount a defense, but Haste is relentless, keeping her on the defensive with a flurry of offense.
However, Liv manages to create an opening, catching Kelly coming in and plants her with a sitdown powerbomb. She sticks the landing, transitioning into a desperation pin attempt!

But Haste kicks out, Liv rolls backwards and tags in Serenity and she catches Haste with a devastating roundhouse kick, staggering her. Holmes follows up with her trademark "Moving Holmes" (Running Shining Wizard), connecting flush with Kelly’s jaw.
The two continue to battle, with Kelly fighting back with a spinning backfist transitioned into a Ripcord Kappo Kick that rocks Holmes. She goes for the pin, but Holmes kicks out at two. Kawada tags back in just as Serenity tags in Liv. The two square, slugging it out in the middle of the ring. They go back-and-forth, trading a series of different suplex variants, both competitors showing their toughness. Kawada breaks the stalemate though, reversing an attempted vertical suplex from Nelson into a brainbuster and buying herself some much-needed breathing room.
They both make respective tags to their partners, Liv managing to make the tag just as Kelly rushes in to stop it. Serenity fights off Kelly as she gets into the ring, keeping her at bay with a series of elbow strikes and roundhouse kicks. Serenity senses an opportunity and rushes to the top rope with Kelly doubled over. She leaps off, going for “Red Bottoms” but Kelly is playing possum, rolling out of the way and grabs Serenity from behind, rolling her up for schoolgirl pin! The referee is down to make the count!

After the tag team match on Monday Night Mayhem, the broadcast returns to the scenery of the backstage area where a commotion has occurred. Storming through the halls on a rampage is Serenity Holmes unraveling her wrist tapes, throwing furniture over, yelling at anyone in path and causing havoc making an unsafe environment. Following behind her is Livvie Nelson trying to calm her down especially seeing her on an emotional rampage for the few days after Fusion: Battleborn.
In a more open setting, Serenity takes a moment to stop where she is and Livvie holds her by the shoulders pretending to hold a dog on a leash. She pats her partner on the shoulder but unfortunately, Meliana Rodrigo approaches the tag team that makes Serenity Holmes even more irritated to the point she runs off into the background to start destroying things. Livvie shakes her head and rolls her eyes as the noise of destruction and loud cursing are lowered down by production to give Livvie and Meliana more audio.
Meliana Rodrigo: Livvie Nelson. After the announcement for your championship match at Mayhem: Clarity didn’t go as you thought, how has been your reaction so far?
Livvie looks over her right shoulder and Meliana looks into the background seeing Serenity jump from wall to wall like a Tasmanian devil. Livvie looks into Meliana's eyes and the interviewer backs up a second.
Livvie Nelson: That was the dumbest question ever asked by you, Meliana. How has been our reaction? Serenity’s lucky she hasn’t killed anyone yet and you’re lucky I haven’t snapped your neck! We’re obviously furious, mate! Hungry for Destruction pinned Senshi No Akumu but that’s not the case according to Zion Wrestling, innit?
The sound of glass shattering and boxes towering over your head. Livvie closes her eyes and bites her lip but Meliana wonders if she should call for help.
Livvie Nelson: However, we don’t need to earn anything. We became number one contenders and we beat the World Tag Team Champions. Now, we have to earn the right AGAIN?!
Serenity Holmes: THIS IS BULLSHIT!!!
Another crash is heard.
Livvie Nelson: The Global Tag Team Championships. We have a chance, no. We have the right to become the first ever Zion Wrestling Global Tag Team Champions! You see mate, these tossers couldn’t hang with us on Mayhem. We’re the best damn tag team in this company but apparently, Zion Wrestling isn’t quite getting that.
Livvie keeps that glare into Meliana’s eyes. She doesn’t break eye contact. However, the destruction is finally over and Serenity marches into the interview snatching the microphone out of Meliana’s hands. She stands in front of the camera looking a complete mess but on the verge of going beserk.
Serenity Holmes: SO NOW WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY FUCKING UNDERSTAND!!! HUNGRY FOR DESTRUCTION DECLARES WAR ON THE GLOBAL TAG TEAM DIVISION! THIS IS WAR! WE RUN THE TAG TEAM DIVISION ON MAYHEM AND IF ANY TAG TEAM SAYS OTHERWISE, I DARE THEM TO TRY!!!
Serenity shoves the microphone into the camera and the audience react by booing heavily. Meliana steps in upset about Serenity’s reaction and Livvie rolls her eyes at Meliana for judging her.
Livvie Nelson: Now I’m not usually the voice of reason but allow me to be for this time, mate. If you are in our division, respect your place on the totem pole. Understand that we have been wronged not only by the tag teams here in Zion but also the company itself. Destiny III. We will be the first ever Global Tag Team Champions and let the hunt begin!
Livvie Nelson takes a final look at Meliana then shoulder barges her aside on her walk to calm down a rampaging Serenity.
MATCH #3: SEAN PARKER VS TERESA MORGAN
As the bell rings, Sean wastes no time, launching into a flurry of high-flying maneuvers. With lightning speed, he executes a picture-perfect Hurricanrana followed by a breathtaking standing shooting star press that earns him a near call.
Teresa fights back into the match, utilizing skills. She counters Parker's attempt at a Michinoku Driver by sliding down behind the former Endurance Champion. She snatches him around the waist and takes him down with a beautiful release German suplex. Not letting up, she crashes into Sean with Corkscrew Senton before going for her own pinfall attempt. However Sean shows resilience to kick out at 2.
The momentum swings back and forth as Parker responds with a lightning-fast Code Red, leaving Morgan reeling.
As the match intensifies, both wrestlers look to pull out all the stops. Morgan unleashes a vicious Clothesline from Hell, turning Parker inside out. Morgan can’t keep him down though and he responds, Parker by creating an opening and taking her down with a spectacular springboard 450 splash, connecting with pinpoint accuracy. The crowd roars with excitement as each near fall forces them to expend more energy.
As the two come together in the center of the ring, exchanging blows, a roar from the crowd grabs both of their attention as everyone’s eyes cast over to the commentary table where Jinx, The Jestress has made her way out! She sits herself atop the commentary booth, taking Winter Mae and Kyle Cassidy by surprise. They’re not the only ones though as Teresa turns her own gaze towards Jinx who just stares a whole through her with a creepy death stare.
Morgan mouths off to her, pointing an accusatory finger. However when she turns around, Sean Parker explodes out of one of the corners, almost taking her head off with the “Masamune Decapitation” elbow to the face! He makes the cover, hooking the leg as the referee counts.

Winter Mae: Sean Parker gets a win to propel him forward towards his pursuit of regaining the Endurance Championship, though I don’t think he appreciated the help as much!

The bell rings and Sean Parker is declared the winner. He doesn’t look best pleased to have scored a victory on the back of a distraction. Parker gets to the top rope to celebrate, giving Jinx a weird look to which she answers with a little wave! All the while, Morgan stares daggers into Jinx from inside the ring! He gives Morgan an acknowledging pat on the shoulder before leaving the ring. Jinx stands on top of the commentary table, a terrifying look on her face as Morgan gets back to her feet, holding her jaw.

Meliana Rodrigo: The last few weeks have been, for a lack of a better word, turbulent. How are you feeling going into your Chance Briefcase Qualifier match against Reina Hamada tonight?
“Classy” Bianca Page: Yes, to say the last few weeks have been turbulent would be an understatement. Not only have I come up short in winning the NFW Championship at Rise of the Legends about a month ago, thanks to Tots for brains I came up short in winning back the Zion Wrestling Internet Championship, my man got his ass kicked and put in the hospital because he was a casualty of war that his so called best friend is/was fighting, and now William is pushing everyone away…So yeah just a great last month.
Bianca forces a smile on her face and rolls her eyes.
Meliana Rodrigo: With all that pulling you in so many directions and you must be hating that you normally have a narcissistic demeanor.
Bianca chuckles.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Well done, Meilana. I am going to let that go because I have millions of things better to do with my time than let you verbally spar with me.

An obvious world class athlete who likes me wants the Chance Briefcase so something has got to give. The desire for you to get that briefcase and ascend into the rarefied air that is being the Zion Wrestling World or Global Heavyweight Champion but I assure you that my desire for that very same thing is second to none. To possess the belt and be able to call myself the Global Heavyweight Champion is what I have dreamed about even before I put pen to paper to come to Zion Wrestling. On top of all that I feel that I got the home field advantage.
Meliana Rodrigo: Because of your tenure in House of Wrestling?
“Classy” Bianca Page: Exactly, Meilana! I spent the better part of two years wrestling in this very building. Have you ever wrestled here, Reina? I am not going to say that you haven’t because I honestly don’t know but I am positive I’ve wrestled here many more times than you if you ever have. Plus it was less than a year ago that in the Mall of America I won a multi wrestler match by obtaining a briefcase that was hung above the ring. The odds are in my favor and that will never change despite how bleak things look and how skewed all of my hater’s view of me is.

Melancholic music starts playing as there is a light rumple of thunder in the background. Words slowly started to appear through the falling shower. When thunder rumbled through teh song, the audience would be washed over with white lightning illumination.

The bell rings and this highly-anticipated match for the Internet Championship is underway!
Defending champion Morrison and challenger Ortiz size each other up from across the ring.
Morrison and Ortiz circle each other, eyes locked in a fierce stare-down. They lock up in a test of strength, each trying to gain the upper hand. Morrison wrenches Ortiz's arm with an arm wringer, but Ortiz counters with a wrist lock, twisting Morrison's arm behind his back. Morrison grimaces in pain but manages to reverse the hold into a drop toehold, sending Ortiz crashing to the mat.
As Ortiz staggers to his feet, Morrison unleashes a flurry of strikes—forearm strikes, chops, and palm strikes rain down on Ortiz, staggering him backward. The bigger and stronger Ortiz fights back with a big boot, catching Morrison off guard and sending him reeling into the ropes. But Morrison rebounds with a running knee lift, followed by a brutal roundhouse kick.
Ortiz shakes his head though, dusting off the cobwebs and catches Morrison coming in, countering an attempted Northern Lights Suplex with a Flatliner DDT out of nowhere. He goes for the pin, but Morrison kicks out at two. Ortiz pulls Morrison up and attempts a vertical suplex, but Morrison blocks it and counters, hitting Ortiz in the gut with some well-timed strikes before taking his back with a waistlock takedown, slamming Ortiz to the mat onto his front.
The match continues with both men trading momentum. Morrison targets Ortiz's legs with a dragonscrew legwhip, followed by a brutal knee drop. Ortiz fights back with a spinning heel kick, flooring Morrison momentarily before showcasing his impressive strength ring-shaking chokeslam. He goes for a cover but Morrison kicks out right before three!
The champ is reeling now, taking deep breaths, feeling the effects of Ortiz’s power-laden arsenal. But he rallies, avoiding an incoming spear and rebounding off the ropes and he catches the challenger with a White Chapel Necktie (Slingblade) out of nowhere.
With both men exhausted but determined, Morrison ascends the turnbuckle and launches himself with a diving knee drop, but Ortiz rolls out of the way just in time, narrowly avoiding disaster. Ortiz seizes the opportunity and hits Morrison with a running curb stomp, driving his face into the canvas! Again, Ortiz goes for a cover!

Thr-No! Morrison is able to throw a shoulder off the mat at the eleventh hour!
As the match rages on, the action spills to the outside. Morrison tries to send Ortiz crashing into the barricade with an Irish whip but Ortiz uses his superior strength to reverse the polarity. However Morrison uses his agility to leap onto the barricade diving crossbody, taking both men down in a heap. The referee's count reaches seven as they struggle to get back to their feet, but both manage to slide back into the ring just in time to beat the count.
Back in the ring, exhaustion is setting in as both men trade blows in the center of the ring as both men pull out all the stops. Morrison manages to connect with his signature, "Stabbing in the Dark" (Superkick), but Ortiz eats all of it and roars back, delivering a boot to the midsection, forcing Morrison’s head down. Ortiz hoists Morrison up, going for his patented Crucific Powerbomb but the champion kicks back with the heels of his boots, digging them into Ortiz’s ribs over and over. Eventually, Ortiz relinquishes his grip and Morrison drops behind him. Morrison builds up a head of steam and slams his elbow across the back of Ortiz’s head with Dear Boss, sending Ortiz crumpling forward into a heap. The champion makes the cover!

Winter Mae: Jack Morrison gets another big win tonight, and once again cements his spot as one of the best Internet Champions in recent memory!
Kyle Cassidy: Jack Morrison has become synonymous with that belt almost, and there’s no wondering why! Every obstacle in his way finds a way of being dealt with one way or another!
RESULT: PINFALL (DEAR BOSS)
Before things for the main event are ready, the arena comes to life with The Amity Affliction’s “Pittsburgh”, sending the MGM Grand Garden Arena into a frenzied pop. Out walks Morgan Payne from behind the curtain, wearing her typical styled fashion of ripped black jeans, Timbs, a plain back tank top and her leather jacket with a Steelers flat bill turned back on her head. She’s unable to hide a small smile at the crowd’s reception of her as she pauses there for a moment to enjoy the energy before making her way towards the ring.
Winter Mae: "Fans still love her, Kyle."
Kyle Cassidy: "Of course they do, Winter! The Ace of one promotion is quickly being accepted as one of the Aces in all of professional wrestling!"
Winter Mae: "Well, for anyone who’s paid attention to social media, she’s taken on a bit of a change in attitude through the progression of the Zion World Cup and ever since losing out to Nami Megumi, her fellow Kingdom member, that’s seemed to have an effect on her behavior."
Kyle Cassidy: "Well, you have to understand, like all great wrestlers, Morgan Payne brought everything she had into that tournament and looked to reclaim her position as Global Heavyweight Champion at Destiny coming up in just a few weeks, but as we saw, that just isn’t in the cards for her."
Winter Mae: "You have to wonder what she’s got on her mind as she comes out here now."
As the commentary team talks, Morgan enters the ring and asks for a microphone. Her music fades and she pauses in the center of the ring, looking around as the Las Vegas crowd continues their chant.
Crowd:

Morgan smiles, waiting for them to quiet down before raising the microphone up.

She pauses. Shoots a little grin at the camera.

She takes that in for a moment with a faint glimmer in her eye before continuing.
Morgan Payne: "Look ahnno I been givin’ ahff some weird vibes n’at since tha end of tha World Cup so lemme double dahn on what I said before. Congratulations to homegirl, Nami Megumi. On behalf of Tha Kingdom, I am so proud o’her. Matter o’fact, I wanna say I couldn’t be prouder but ahnno I can be, cuz I got full confidence in her dat she will walk into Destiny in Dallas in a few weeks. Morgan pauses as the crowd pops again. She holds the microphone out as a gesture as if to pick up their roar.

She looks directly into the camera, shaking her head.

Up comes her hand with her index finger extended. The fans even join her in raising theirs with some echoing her other catch phrase. She holds the silence for a few seconds before dropping her arm and continuing.
Morgan Payne: "I would go so far as to say dat since I set foot into Zion Wrestling, last year, I’ve made plenty of waves. I’ve busted plenty of ass. I’ve put in plenty of work. I think, if nothin’ else, I’ve earned tha right to lay it dahn right here, while I still got time to let tha suits in the back work their magic…"
She pauses, perhaps for some dramatic effect before looking towards the back now. Her expression turns serious. Full of conviction.
Morgan Payne: "I’m challengin’ any o’yinz in the back, right here, right now. You an’ me. Dallas, Texas. Destiny. Because if I’m bein’ honest? She points around at the Vegas crowd again, as they roar with approval.

She lowers the microphone and stares towards the back. Waiting for someone. Anyone to come out. The fans quiet down in anticipation as Morgan holds her attention on the stage.
Winter Mae: "That’s an open invitation for a chance to wrestle at Destiny II against, arguably, one of the best wrestlers of this generation."
Kyle Cassidy: "Someone’s gotta want it. C’mon."
A painfully long moment of silence goes by before Morgan looks around and her shoulders even drop a bit and she shakes her head, muttering ”a’ight” without even bringing the mic all the way up and tosses it out of the ring. She steps towards the ropes to leave the ring when suddenly the lights begin to flicker and the tron comes to life with static and a flicker of eerie images. Glimpses of a demonic face with letters scattered across the feed.

The footage on the tron stops as abruptly as it appeared before it and the lights return to normal, leaving the crowd buzzing in confusion. The camera shows Morgan in the ring again, staring at the stage again, visibly confused and perhaps even a little shaken.

Winter Mae: "I have…no idea, Kyle…!"
We hold there before cutting to a final break before the main event.
