Gimmick Description: Kevin calls himself the Original Ace and the Only Ace in a Deckful of Jokers. A lot of his gimmick is based around the fact he grew up in Atlantic City and likes to play games of chance like you’d find at a casino.
Character Biography: Kevin grew up in Waterbury, CT as the child of parents who were both angel investors. They bought a percentage of a large hotel chain, one of which he calls home. He began his career in 2016 in the northeast and Canada before finding more success in recent years in both Uprising and the XWF. He still lives in Atlantic City, NJ and spends his free time streaming video games and training talent.

The beats of "The One" by Slaughterhouse featuring the New Royales start thumping over the PA system before Kevin Mears appears at the top of the ramp. Dressed in a leather jacket, and his matching tights and trunks, he also carries a red cane and wears dripping heart shaped sunglasses. Very few fans are happy to see him as he heads towards the ring. After hopping onto the apron he bounces over the top rope into the ring and starts shaking off his jacket before climbing the middle rope and flicking out one of his autographed ace cards into the crowd.
