- Her Speed & Energy Tank (Ayumi can run circles around her opponent hence the nickname speed star... Loves short matches but if needed she can pace herself and go 40 minutes.)

- Technical ability (wide range of holds and numerous ways to transition into them.)

- Surprising strength (for her size Ayumi can pull out tank emptying moves and can lift bigger opponents up... not too big of opponents though, she is not superman.) (do you even lift bro?)
