Zion Wrestling Presents: Summer Bash 2021

[Intern]

The opening pyro goes off as we see a sold out crowd in The Blaisdell Arena! The stage is decorated with palm trees and giant Summer Bash sign can be seen in front two giant LED monitors!

Tripp Bennett: The biggest wrestling event of the Summer has finally arrived! Welcome everyone to SUMMER! BASH! My name is Tripp Bennett and I am as always joined by my broadcast colleague, Alivia Takasoto! How are ya feeling, Alivia? It’s Summer Bash!

Alivia Takasoto: Ohhh Tripp, this gonna be a great night! We have a lot of fantastic matches to get into tonight and every single one of them is gonna be as hot as the sun outside! Let’s do this!



Alex Lawson: The following is a ladder match...and it is to determine the inaugural YOUTUBE CHAMPION!!!

Introducing first...from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee...weighing 119 lbs...Addison! Rayne!
Her opponent...from Brooklyn, New York...weighing in at 275 lbs…”Enforcer”! Anthony! Cross!
His opponent...from Rochester, New York...weighing in at 152 lbs...Daria! Dorsey!
Her opponent...from Toronto, Canada...weighing in at 220 lbs...Flawless! Eddie! Williams!
His opponent...from Canberra, Australia...weighing in at 165 lbs...The Resident Asshole! Kasey! Kash!

Tripp Bennett: We’re kicking off Summer Bash strong with a hot opening ladder match! One of the people in that ring is gonna walk out the first EVER YouTube Champion!

Alivia Takasoto: That's all good and fun, Tripp, but I seem to remember there being a mystery sixth person in this match! I’m excited to see who it is!

Alex Lawson: And their opponent…



The roof of the Blaisdell arena is almost blown off with the cheers of the crowd!

Alivia Takasoto: Wow!

Tripp Bennett: Talk about making a major debut! Victoria Salinas has arrived in Zion Wrestling!

Alex Lawson: From Edmonton, Alberta, Canada...weighing in at 132 lbs...Victoria! Salinas!

Victoria makes her way to ring, high-fiving fans along the way! She rolls under the bottom rope into the ring and immediately sees eyes glaring at her left and right. She takes a position in the ring as everyone starts to focus on one another. Everyone is on their toes as the bell rings.



Kasey Kash is the first to make a move, running across the ring and hitting Anthony Cross with a Dropkick as soon as the bell rings! Cross gets blasted into a ring corner as we spiral into madness! Everyone breaks off into pairs, with Daria Dorsey and Addison Rayne going at it on one side of the ring, while Victoria Salinas takes the fight to Eddie Williams on the other! Dorsey beats Rayne into the ropes before throwing a wicked Clothesline that sends them both tumbling out of the ring. The two continue to fight on the outside!

Meanwhile, Williams and Salinas are trading shots in the ring. Williams sends a stiff Forearm across the face of Salinas, but it looks like it hardly registered at all! The tenacious Salinas comes right back with a Forearm of her own! Williams comes right back as well and before long, the two start to trade shots in unison! Williams eventually gets the upper hand, hitting a heavy shot that sends Salinas to the mat! Williams looks down at Salinas, then towards the ladders positioned at ringside! Then at Salinas again. Then at the ladders again. Seeing his opportunity, Williams leaves the ring to grab a ladder.

Meanwhile, Kasey Kash and Anthony Cross are still going at it on the other side of the ring. Kash unleashes a series of stomps to a seated Cross in the corner. He gets him up and manages to lift him to the top rope. He turns around and runs for him, possibly looking for an Avalanche Spanish Fly, but Cross catches him and hits him with a Sideslam off the top rope! Kash drops to the mat, but Cross is still on the ropes! Kash rolls back to his feet, only to be met with a Lariat by Cross!

Dorsey and Rayne still brawl on the outside. Dorsey attempts a clubbing right hook to Addison, but she ducks it! Rayne attempts to sweep the leg of Dorsey with a kick, but Dorsey hops over it! Dorsey attempts to transition her leap into a leg drop to the still prone Rayne, but she rolls out of the way, leaving Dorsey land fully on her behind on the concrete! Rayne takes advantage, looking for a Penalty Kick, but Dorsey lays on her back to avoid it! Rayne attempts to come back to her prone adversary, but Dorsey lifts her legs and catches Rayne with a head scissor! Both Rayne and Dorsey scramble to their feet and continue trading strikes!

Eddie Williams now brings the first ladder into the ring! He sets it up and goes for the climb, making it up to the top before...he realizes he arranged it too far away from the belt. Disappointed, Eddie hops off the ladder and gets it perfectly arranged, but Victoria Salinas is back up now, hitting a Dropkick to Williams that sends him into the corner! Williams stumbles back to his feet, ego battered. Salinas is making her way up the ladder, with Williams shortly following. Salinas reaches up for the title, but is cut off with a forearm to the chest from Williams. The two exchange strikes on top of the ladder!

Anthony Cross returns to his feet now, and seeing that Salinas and Williams have gotten to the top of the ladder, scrambles for them both! He grabs the ladder and starts to push it out from under the two. Both competitors notice, but it’s too late for them. Salinas and Williams look outside the ring towards Dorsey and Addison, who are still brawling at ringside. The ladder completely falls, and the two go towards the ropes. Eddie tries to stick landing, but steps too far out, racking himself on the top rope!

Salinas improvises, though, stepping on the top rope as she falls, then bouncing off with a Springboard Somersault Plancha to Dorsey and Rayne! Anthony Cross is left the lone man standing! He sets the ladder back up and begins to ascend! But Kasey Kash is back up! He begins to climb, hitting Cross with a shot to the chest to stop his pursuit of the title! He hits Cross again! And again! And again! Kash grabs Cross’ head and starts bashing it into the tip of the ladder repeatedly. Kash then starts to reach for the belt, but Eddie Williams is now back in the fray, hitting Kash from behind with a ladder of his own! Kash hunches over on the ladder and Eddie wedges the other ladder into the rung right below the one Kasey’s standing on!

Eddie climbs the leaning ladder, managing to get behind Kasey and hitting him with a Neckbreaker off the standing ladder and onto the leaning one. The leaning ladder doesn’t give though, leaving Kash to take the brunt of the impact! Williams thinks he’s achieved victory and climbs the ladder in Kash’s place, only to see Anthony Cross standing on top waiting for him! Eddie attempts to climb down upon seeing him, but Cross already has eyes locked on him! He pulls Williams back up to the top of the ladder by his singlet straps before slapping a hand around his throat! He chokes him for a bit before pushing him off the ladder and into the leaning ladder below! The leaning ladder again doesn’t budge, leaving Eddie to slowly and cartoonishly roll off of it and out of the ring!

Now uninhibited, Cross goes for the title once more! But Addison Rayne comes to the rescue of the match, attempting to push the ladder out from under the heavier Cross! The ladder doesn’t budge, but Cross is now distracted with trying to shoo Rayne away! Daria Dorsey then enters the ring and grabs the other side of the ladder, forming a temporary alliance with Rayne to push the ladder down, but it still won’t move. Eventually, Victoria Salinas comes back into the mix, bouncing from the apron off the ropes and landing a Springboard Dropkick to the ladder! That, combined with Rayne and Dorsey’s combined force, sends the ladder tipping over! Cross crashes into a recovering Kasey Kash, knocking him down as well. Both men roll out of the ring!

The three women of the match now start to stare each other down. All of them circle the ring, waiting for someone to make the first move. Daria Dorsey’s the first to attack, blindsiding Addison Rayne with a mean right hook across the jaw that sends her falling back! Victoria Salinas attempts a clothesline to Dorsey, but she has it scouted, sending Salinas into the ropes! She lands a stiff Thrust Kick to Salinas upon her return! Seeing the two down, Dorsey sets up the ladder! She goes for the climb, but Rayne is back on the attack sending the second ladder through the other side to catch her in the gut! She sets the leaning ladder back up and runs up its rungs right towards a recovering Dorsey! She bounces up and mounts Dorsey’s shoulders before hitting an ADDICANRANA FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER! All three women in the ring look out of it!

Meanwhile, on the outside, Williams and Kash have recovered and opted to go after the bigger target in Cross! The two start to have a field day on Cross’ legs and back, bringing him down to a kneeling position. Eddie instructs Kash to keep Cross at bay while he gets something. Williams reaches under the ring and grabs another ladder, this time bridging it over the barricade and apron. The two beat down Cross some more before working together to lay him out on the ladder. Kasey starts to head for the top rope, but Williams holds him off and says that he’s got this! Kash reluctantly lets Williams do the highflying before pinning Cross to the ladder bridge. Williams makes it to the top rope, looking to dive onto Cross! But just as his feet start to leave the ropes, Cross gets away from Kash’s grip, gets up and starts to tackle him towards a further point on the barricade. Williams dives onto the ladder with no one on the other end, smacking his head right against the bridge and slumping to the ground!

Meanwhile, in the ring, Addison Rayne makes it to the top of the ladder and reaches for the belt, but she’s stopped with a stiff Forearm by Victoria Salinas, who’s also made it to the top! Salinas looks at the prone Rayne, then to the ground, as though she’s assessing a risk! She turns around on her side of the ladder and positions Rayne’s head. She can’t be...but she is! VANITY BREAKER TO RAYNE FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER! Both women are out of it! Just then, Anthony Cross returns to the ring, but he’s followed closely by Kasey Kash! He gets a hold of Cross from behind and starts to lift him, much like a week and a half ago! He gets him up and hits a BLUE THUNDER BOMB TO THE 275 POUNDER!! Both men are down in exhaustion!

Daria Dorsey begins to recover. She sees she’s the lone one standing and begins to climb the ladder slowly! Just then Kasey Kash begins to get up! He looks down at Anthony Cross, in awe at what he had just done! He shakes off the shock and weariness just in time to see Dorsey going for the title. He runs up the ladder straight towards Dorsey, looking for a running Lariat off the ladder, but WAIT! Dorsey catches Kash and swings him around before dismounting the ladder! TRUCKSTOP FROM DORSEY OFF THE TOP OF THE LADDER!! THE TWO JUST PLUNGED THEMSELVES INTO THE LADDER BRIDGE OUTSIDE OF THE RING!! The two slump down onto the concrete lifelessly!

Just then, Anthony Cross gets to his feet, sees his opening, and starts to slowly climb the ladder. Kash and Dorsey are out cold at ringside. Williams and Rayne are both starting to stir, but they won’t be quick enough to do anything! Nothing is stopping Cross right now! He makes it to the top and has the title in his grasp, he can pull it down right now, but NO! Victoria Salinas is up and going for the save, running up the leaning ladder and going for a Hurricanrana to Cross!

But Cross catches it.

He keeps a hold on Salinas before using his strength to will her up into the air! He aims to the side and throws Salinas off the top of the ladder with a Powerbomb, sending Salinas crashing into an almost standing Williams and Rayne! Everyone is now out of the way, and Cross takes full advantage of it. He yanks the YouTube Title down, ending the match!



Alex Lawson: Here’s your winner...and the INAUGURAL YOUTUBE CHAMPION...Anthony! Cross!

Tripp Bennett: Anthony Cross has done it and now Zion Wrestling has an inaugural YouTube Champion!

Alivia Takasoto: I only have three words: What. A. Match! That entire affair was 100 miles per hour from bell to bell!

Tripp Bennett: Everyone gave it their all in this match, but the cream always rises to the top! No doubt about it, Anthony Cross was the cream of the crop tonight, and now he’s Zion’s first ever YouTube Champion!

Anthony Cross celebrates at the top of the ladder with the title! Pyro goes off as he raises the title over his head! All of his opponents, especially Victoria Salinas, look at him disappointed as we fade out.

[Intern]

The camera pans into the locker room of the Wolves of Legion after the previous match. Danae is finishing getting ready while Kassandra is down on the floor doing some stretching. They heard the door creak open as Danae turns around grabbing the cameraman. She growls as her eyes turn silver, Kassandra hops up looking him in the eyes with her blue eyes, as she smiled softly.

Kassandra: You know, it’s not polite to sneak up on two people on edge. But you obviously wanted to take the calculated risk, but unfortunately for you. My partner here does not agree with your assumption.

Kassandra then turns back going over to get Danae’s jacket and her own, as she turned back to the cameraman. She growled as she watched him cower as she laughed as she tossed Danae’s jacket to her.

Kassandra: Don’t worry, we won’t hurt you, well I won’t not in my nature to do so. Danae though, I would watch out for that bite because she might take something out. But for now, walk now…

She points as she pulls her jacket on. The cameraman made his way through the door as Danae carried her jacket on her arm. They begin walking down the corridor, as Kassandra steps in front of Danae looking at the cameraman, as the two walk the cameraman is walking backwards with them.

Kassandra: See you did do a cardinal sin, but I’ve forgiven you. However Sara Cross and Jensen Belmont, you have not been forgiven. I can look past the first defeat, then having someone to watch your back like I have for all those years with Danae. Then last week to brawl with us, leading to the upcoming match. Now, we won’t need our guardian at ringside, as he has a later purpose with the queen later on.

Kassandra stepped back behind Danae for a moment, as Danae then spoke up looking as the two kept walking along. Danae laughed as she pulled her jacket over her arms and over her shoulders as Kassandra comes back out.

Danae: Jensen, Sara, I hope you have enough trust to trust each other. See Kassandra and I have been brought together with one purpose. We follow the Queen’s orders, and execute them fully to the best extent of what we can do. Maybe her goal was to bring us all together to get warmed up. I hope the rest of the tag team division is watching because they too are on short notice…

Kassandra pushes the cameraman out of the way high fiving Danae as they continue walking down hallway towards the ramp entrance as the scene fades out.





The Lights Go Out In The Arena, As A Crack Of Lightning Hits The Stage, Forming A Blue Flame. On The Other Side A Single Crack Of Lightning Hits As A Green Flame Appears On The Other Side. The Flames Die Out As Immortalized By Disturbed Begins Playing.

Alex Lawson: The following is a tag team match scheduled for one fall!

Introducing first...representing The Hive...at a combined weight of 315 lbs...Danae...Kass...The Wolves! Of! Legion!

As The Lights Come On Mister J Is Standing With His Arms Crossed At The Top Of The Ramp With Danae And Kassandra On Either Side Of Him. They Turn And Walk To The Centre Where Mister J Is Standing, Then Turn As They Await Legion. Legion Comes From The Back Walking In Front Of Mister J Pointing Down To The Ring, Where Danae And Kassandra Walk Down The Ramp. They Scoff Off The Fans, As They Look At Their Opponents. Danae Moves To The Back Of The Ring As Kassandra Slides Underneath The Bottom Rope. Legion And Mister J Watch From The Top Of The Ramp As Legion Lifts Her Hand And Snaps Her Fingers, The Lights Go Out Once More. As The Snap Is Heard Again, Mister J And Legion Are At Ringside Watching, As Her Girls Are In The Ring. Kassandra Standing In One Corner And Danae In The Other Watching, Waiting For Their Opponents.



As The Lights Dim, The Guitar Slowly Begins To Strum A Few Notes And The Crowd Begins To Go Wild. After The Verse Starts, An Excited Sara Cross.

Alex Lawson: And their opponent...from Seattle Washington...weighing in at 113 lbs...Sara! Cross!

As The Music Continues On To The Chorus She Hops Into A Jog Down The Entrance Ramp, High Fiving Various Crowd Members As She Does So. As The Second Verse Begins, She Stops At The End Of The Ramp And Searches For A Fan To Lend Her Shirt To. She stops at the bottom of the ramp, looking up at Danae and Kass as she awaits her partner.



Alex Lawson: And introducing her partner...from Miracle World...weighing in at 120 lbs...Jensen! Kidd! Belmont!

Jensen comes down the ramp and meets with Sara Cross. The two look into the ring at their opponents for the evening. After some deliberation, Jensen and Sara rush the ring, going in underneath the bottom rope. Danae and Kass immediately scramble out the ring to avoid them. Cross and Belmont stand in the ring, beginning to taunt their opposition as the referee instructs them to get back in to start the match. With an angered expression, the two get on the ring apron, with Kass coming in to start the match.



The bell rings and Jensen starts off for her team, immediately attempting to lock up with Kass. Kass is having none of it, though, slipping a hand behind Jensen’s head and using her hair to yank her down to the mat. The referee reprimands her actions, but all Kass can focus on is taunting the downed Belmont, going off in a series of “Who do you think you are’s” and “You’re nothings”. Belmont gets to her feet angrily and attempts a standing Enzuigiri, but Kass catches her in a Wheelbarrow position! She attempts a German Suplex, but Jensen does a full backflip off of it, landing on her feet. Kass turns around and Jensen attempts a Superkick, but Kass sidesteps it! Kass goes for a big boot, but Jensen does a backbend to avoid it! Seeing her in a vulnerable position, Kass hits a Standing Moonsault on the still-bending Jensen! Both women come down to the mat! Kass goes for the pin!

ONE…!

Jensen kicks out! Kass keeps her cool, though, and immediately drags the prone body of Jensen into her corner. Kass tags in Danae, Jensen’s wrist still in hand. The two lift their opponent in the air and drop her to the mat with a brutal Double Spinebuster! Danae lifts Jensen to her feet and Gorilla Presses her over her head. She starts to have fun beating her down, continuously pressing her up and down like workout equipment, before thrusting her into the air and hitting a Double Knee Gutbuster! She returns to her corner and begins to taunt Belmont with Kass, just as she notices her starting to stir.

Belmont starts to crawl to her corner to tag in Cross. Both Cross and Jensen have their arms stretched out as far as they can, but Danae grabs Jensen by the hair to cut her off. She turns her around as the ref starts to make a 5 count and gets her in position for an Exploder Suplex. Before she goes through with the move, though, Danae turns around and backs into Jensen’s corner just short of a waiting Cross. She uses her shoulder to move Jensen’s limp arm, taunting Cross and saying “Go ahead, tag in!” sarcastically. She quits fooling around, turning around and hitting the Exploder Suplex to send Jensen flying across the ring! Danae covers!

TWO…!

Jensen kicks out again and Danae is in shock! She lifts Belmont to her feet again and attempts a Falcon Arrow. She gets Belmont up in the air and goes to drive her into the mat, but NO! Jensen catches the head, coming down and hitting a Stunner to Danae instead! Both women are laid out on the mat. They attempt to crawl to their respective corners, but Danae is closer to her corner than Jensen. Danae makes the tag to Kass while Jensen is still reaching! Kass runs into Jensen’s corner and immediately throws a Forearm to Cross, sending her to the ground at ringside. She turns to a kneeling Jensen and hits a Bicycle Kick! Jensen is just barely up straight and Kass takes advantage, hitting an Inverted DDT! Kass goes for the pin.

Jensen kicks out again! Kass, frustrated, picks Jensen up and puts her in position for her signature Full Nelson Slam, but NO! She catches Kass’ arm and hits her with an Arm Drag! Sara Cross gets back to the apron at the same time, ready to make the tag! Jensen makes the crawl to her corner. She reaches for Cross but she’s nowhere close to her! Kass recovers and runs after Jensen to cut off the tag. She grabs Jensen’s leg, possibly looking for a submission. But almost on a reflex, Jensen kicks her away, before making one giant leap and tagging in Sara Cross!

Cross hops over the rope and comes in like a house of fire! She hits a Running Knee Strike to Kass before running to The Wolves’ corner and hitting Danae with a Big Boot to send her away! Kass is recovering now, but before she can straighten her bearings, Cross hits her with a Slingblade! Kass starts to get up again as Sara backs away and hits her with a Shotgun Dropkick into the corner! Kass is down in the corner of the ring, and Cross takes advantage, running to her and hitting a Rolling Senton! Cross drags Kass out of the corner and goes for the pin!

ONE…!

TWO…!

Kick out by Kass! Cross, still fired up, pops right back up and goes for the top rope! She lets out her battle cry and hits The Super Saiyan on Kass! She almost goes for the pin, but thinks better of it, instead mounting the top rope again. She jumps off the rope and hits the LUNATONE!!! MOONSAULT FROM THE TOP!! Cross goes for the pin!

ONE…!

THRE-

NO! Danae enters the ring and breaks up the pin just in the nick of time! Jensen re-enters the fray, attempting to ward off Danae, but Danae throws her out of the ring through the middle rope! Cross sees this and hits a Dropkick to Danae, sending her out of the ring now! She reverts her attention back to Kass, but she’s back up and has the jump on her! Kick to the gut of Sara Cross! Kass mounts the second rope, stalking her! She hops off and hits THE WOLF SPIKE!! CANADIAN DESTROYER TO SARA CROSS!! Kass goes for the cover! This match must certainly be over!

THRE-

NO! Jensen jumps from the top rope and hits a Double Foot Stomp to Kass to break up the pin in the nick of time! Kass is down and Jensen revives a downed Cross! Cross is confused until Belmont directs her to the top rope. Cross starts to slowly climb the turnbuckle. So slowly that Kass has time to get up and meet her on the top rope. Kass throws a right hand at Cross! Then another! Then another, keeping her at bay! She attempts a Superplex, but Cross won’t budge! Now Cross is throwing rights to Kass’ stomach, hitting her until she’s hunched over on the second rope. Cross gauges the risk, but decides to hop up on Kass’ shoulders while twisting around. Right before she does what she has to do though, Danae hops on the apron and grabs the tag rope before throwing a slap to Kass. Cross doesn’t notice, and she hits at TOP ROPE POISON-RANA TO KASS! Kass is out of it! Sara covers!

But the ref refuses to make the count. Sara looks up in shock as the ref explains that Kass isn’t the legal woman in this match. Before she can reorient her focus though, Danae comes from out of nowhere with a Big Boot! Jensen tries to intervene, but Kass uses what little energy she has left to get a weak Drop Toe Hold on her! Belmont is forced to watch as Danae sets a nearly lifeless Cross on her shoulders. She runs her around the ring and hits the DANAE SLAM!! But not just that, she hits the slam RIGHT ON TOP OF THE FALLEN BELMONT!! Both women are out! Danae pins Cross with Jensen right underneath!

Alex Lawson: Here are your winners...Danae and Kass...The Wolves of Legion!

Danae brings Kass to feet as they both look down at the fallen team they just defeated.

Tripp Bennett: After weeks of harassment and violence, a loss like this has to sting for Sara Cross and Jensen Kidd-Belmont!

Alivia Takasoto: These two gave it their all in that ring tonight, but The Wolves of Legion were just a bit more crafty here! There’s absolutely no shame in losing the way they--

Tripp Bennett: Wait, wait, wait, Alivia...What’s going on over there?

The Wolves celebrate in the ring taunting Cross and Belmont. They begin to raise their hands in victory, but just then a woman comes up and decks Kass from behind, taking Danae by surprise! She wants to retaliate, but just then another lands a shot to the back of her head. A third woman walks into the ring from behind, applauding their attack. The crowd are in awe and confusion at what’s going on?

Alivia Takasoto: Who the hell are they?!

Tripp Bennett: If I’m not mistaken, Alivia, that’s The Satsujin Triad! Cappadonna on the left, Nari Chang on the right, and their leader, Hayumi Yamamoto, right there in the middle.

At Yamamoto’s behest, Cappadonna and Chang lift up a defenseless Danae and Kass. Cappadonna throws Kass into Chang, who hits her with a stiff Lariat! Danae gets thrown into Cappadonna in trade, who lands a hard Big Boot to her chin! The Wolves roll out of the ring, leaving Cross and Belmont laid out before them.

At Hayumi’s request the two start to savagely down Jensen Kidd-Belmont with a bevy of stiff strikes to her head. Sara Cross comes to, and emotionally charged, attempts to intervene. Before she can get to the other Triad members, though, Hayumi grabs her by the hair and curses in her face. She throws her over to a waiting Cappadonna and Chang! Chang gets her into an Electric Chair Position as Cappadonna mounts the top rope. She hits the Fatal Flying Guillotine on Cross as Chang brings her down to the mat, leaving her lifeless in the ring! Hayumi looks down at the destruction caused before putting one foot on the chest of Cross. We look at the three as we fade out.

[Intern]

Zion Wrestling Summer Bash returns and we go to the backstage where a young, unknown face to Zion, Greta Nyx, is sitting on a bench lacing up her boots before her upcoming Superstar Showcase match against Azurine Vebbins later that night. Greta looks up with a grin at the camera, giving it a cheesy wave quickly.

Greta Nyx: Hey Zion Wrestling! It's Greta Nyx here. I am beyond thrilled to be here. I mean getting selected to compete in a special showcase on this show is a huge honor. I get to not only have an awesome match with a new opponent but I also get to show off my skills in front of some new fans. I'm super excited!

Greta jumps up to her feet, clapping a bit before she regains her composure.

Greta Nyx: I know Azurine is a pretty tough opponent too. I know she's wrestled all over and in all types of matches. She's going to be one heck of a challenge but I'm up for anything people want to throw at me. I joined this business to show my skills and prove that I can stand up with the top talents so this is exactly the sort of challenge I love.

Greta grabs her white leather jacket for her entrance, throwing it over her shoulder as she walks backwards out of the locker room with the camera following her.

Greta Nyx: Azurine better not focus on what special day it is on her calendar though. She's not a Batman villain, right? I mean she has to face a girl who has a lot to prove and is willing to kick some serious booty to win so I hope she is as laser focused as I am or else this may be a short night for me. She also seems like she may spread herself a bit thin between promotions too. Since I was asked to join this showcase I've been preparing for her and finding a way to win. So don't be surprised if this thing ends with a bit of an upset with the rookie coming out on top.

Greta stops as she gets close to the curtain that leads out to the ring, she grins for a second before continuing.



Greta Nyx: Plus I get to have a match in flipping Hawaii? How cool is that? Gonna hit the beach and have some fruity drinks after I get this win to celebrate. You can count on that. Greta winks and blows a kiss to the camera before throwing on her jacket and heading down the hallway. The camera watches her go for a moment before cutting away to some more Zion action.

TAURUS Allows His Hand To Be Raised, Then Steps Over The Rope Drops To The Floor, And Heads Up The Ramp, Meeting Juliana Along The Way As The Duo Are Likely Going Back To The Private Locker Room To Watch The Remaining Contest.

The screen flickers static as the cameraman approaches it. As it flickers louder, it focuses in on a dark forest. The cameraman is taken from the room where the TV was sitting into the dark forest. Two wolves could be heard in the distance, the cameraman shivers, as he begins to walk down the darkened path. Circus music is heard through the dark forest, the one game that no one has ever walked out of the same because they never understood. As the cameraman approached the area where the music was the loudest a large man in a top hat was shouting.

“Come one, come all… The show is about to begin, and you sir are needed,”

The top hat man comes over and motions for the cameraman to come forward. He brought him into the tent, where a woman in a red jacket and white pants was standing in the middle of the ring, watching him. She motioned for him to sit down, as she cracked the whip she was holding and the two wolves emerged from the shadows. Legion lifts her hand and they stay where they are. She smiled softly, as she stepped off the pedestal, looking at the cameraman, as she pointed up to the high wire act. Legion then watched as she cracked her whip, and the man began his slow walk across the tightrope.

“the Ringmistress” Legion: In our first act of the World Title Tournament, we took on Sermon Bundy and he was a tough adversary, but like the man walking above you, Sermon Bundy you learned that the force you came across was nothing like you have ever seen. Sure Mister J did what he did, which is protect us from you, but it was part of our game plan. And then you fell and we moved forward to take on the next contestant.

Legion snapped her fingers and the man tipped himself to the side falling into the net below. Legion then cracked the whip and the light upon the man disappeared. As she cracked her whip once more, the wolves moved closer into the ring, as she still waved them to sit. Legion then snapped her fingers, pointing over at a cannon which had been loaded with another man pointed at a net across the room to catch him. Legion walked over her boots clicking on the floor, as she picked up the torch, laughing to herself as she fired the cannon aimed at the net then turned to the cameraman.

“the Ringmistress” Legion: That was for Samantha Tolson, who was the next contestant in the puzzle that we call Legion. She fought valiantly, and in the end succumbed to the one known as Legion. See we respect her enough that we have given her, her own attraction within the carnival of Knightmares… But now, like the rest who have challenged us, she fell, and ended up just a distant memory to us.

Legion watched as the guy hit the net stopping his momentum, and dropping him to the floor as she snapped her fingers and the light on that area vanished. Then Legion moved into the face of the cameraman laughing maniacally as she did. Stepping back she tossed him two gold coins, the cameraman managed to catch them. He put them into his pocket, as a flaming hoop appeared next to Legion.

“the Ringmistress” Legion: The final act, well we don’t know how that will turn out. But Soloman Graham, you’ve had a tough go of things. Now you have to come up against us, and we will not make things easier for you. If you want the title, then you have to beat us, and we are just a being ready to show you everything you need.

Legion pointed then the wolves dove through the flaming hoop, moving over towards the cameraman as Legion cracked the whip letting them retreat behind her. She then winked as a door appeared next to her. She then stepped away, as the cameraman approached putting the gold coins into the door, pushing in the plunger. The door immediately opened and then he stepped through as Legion pulled the door shut behind him immediately, as the scene fades to the next match.

As the lights dim and flash gold all over the arena, a lone spotlight forms at the entrance ramp. After a few moments, Steele Matthews walks out from behind the curtain with his Cheshire cat grin plastered across his face. As he applauds, within a few seconds in an arrogant and exaggerated fashion, Angel Kash herself, walks out as the fans boo loudly.

Angel blows an arrogant kiss to the fans before doing a series of arrogant poses at the top of the ramp. She then says something to Steele as he first goes ahead, before the arrogant rich blonde bombshell does an arrogant supermodel like strut down to the ring, taunting the fans as she walks by them, before rudely sticking out her hand, and flipping her hair arrogantly as she brushes past the fans, not letting them even come close to touching her. She makes her way up the ring steps with Steele, holding her hand from the outside. Steele then hops up onto the apron Angel and holds the ropes open for her; she enters and poses in the center of the ring as the fans boo loudly. After that, she lays on the top turnbuckle nonchalantly taunting the fans as Steele hands her a mirror and she admires her beauty.

As Cain Walks To The Ring, He Reaches Out To Slap Hands With Some Of The Fans Reaching Out To Him. He Climbs Onto The Apron And Scales The Ropes To The Second Turnbuckle. He Uses His Hand To Shield His Eyes From The Lights As He Gazes Out Into The Crowd Before Jumping Down Into The Ring.

Carson Walks Around The Ring In Circles For A Few Moments To Psych Himself Up. He Sheds His Vest And Tosses It Down To Ringside Before Crouching Down In His Corner, Awaiting The Beginning Of The Match.

Tripp Bennett: Carson Cain and Angel Kash set to go to battle here tonight. Tensions between the two have been progressing ever since Cain was made to be Kash’s surprise opponent for the World Title Tournament two weeks ago.

Alivia Takasoto: That’s right, Tripp! Angel Kash had been very vocal about her “mistreatment” before and since that match, and frustrations only picked up after Kash cost Cain the semi-finals of said tournament. Had she not done that, we’d be looking at a totally different main event tonight, and you know that has to be getting under The Castastrophist’s skin!



The bell rings and Cain is already a house of fire! He immediately hits Kash with a Bicycle Kick straight across the jaw of Kash! She’s stunned, and Cain capitalizes by sweeping the leg of Kash before running to the ropes and hitting a moonsault! Cain covers, but ref’s count seems...off.





ONE…!




T-

Kash kicks out of the slow pin! Cain looks up at the official with a side-eyed expression. He gets to his feet and attempts to lift up Angel, but her grogginess subsides and she suddenly reaches for the eyes of Cain and rakes them. Cain stumbles back, just in time to get hit with a Knee Lift from Kash! She transitions it into a Neckbreaker that sends Cain straight to the mat! Kash goes for the pin, again with the ref’s count being off.

ONE!TWO!-

Cain kicks out of the fast count! He looks up at the ref in disbelief, finally starting to see what’s going on here. It becomes clear what The Catastrophist has gotta do. He gets up to his knees, but before he can move much further, Kash comes up from behind and grabs the hair of Cain, smashing his head into the canvas! She starts to mount him, landing right hand after right hand to Cain! Cain manages to push her off of him and regain a vertical base, but before he can get back into the match, Kash hits a Spinning Heel Kick! The impact sends him into the corner and Kash takes advantage, mushing her boot into the jaw of Cain! The referee doesn’t start the 5 count, leaving Cain defenseless.

Cain manages to find the strength to ward off Kash, grabbing the extended leg and pushing it away! The push turns Kash around, leaving her now on the defenseless side as Cain slips a Superkick behind her leg, sending her to a knee! Cain strikes again, hitting a Knee Strike to the back of Kash's head. He wants to go for the pin, but thinks better of it and decides to do more damage. He lifts Kash to her feet, grabs her by the head and runs for the corner before bouncing off with a Stunner! The impact sends her falling out of the ring through the second rope, but instead of starting a standard 10 count, the ref just stops and twiddles his thumbs. Cain, frustrated, comes up to the ref and asks if he’s being serious. The official feigns ignorance to Cain, causing him to walk away in a huff.

Just then Steele Matthews comes to the aid of Kash at ringside. He slips something into the side of Kash’s ring gear subtly, before helping her to her feet. Cain sees this and gets an idea. He runs the ropes and returns towards Matthews and Kash at ringside, hitting them both with a Tope Con Hilo! Matthews and Kash both hit the ground and Cain’s right back on his opponent, rolling her into the ring! Once back in the ref finally decides to make the 10 count!

ONE! TWO! THREE! F-

Cain rushes back into the ring under the bottom rope! He goes immediately for the referee, reprimanding him for his obvious bias. The ref starts to back away from Cain, until Kash, having recovered, rolls up Cain for a Schoolboy pin!

ONE!TWO!TH-

Cain rolls out! He goes to his feet and immediately hits a Roundhouse Kick to the side of Kash’s head! He grabs the arm of a prone Kash and pulls her in, hitting a Knee that rocks her jaw! She stands stunned again, but Cain isn’t done yet! He runs past her to the ropes to get momentum, then back to the ropes in front of her, where he hops on and hits CALAMITY ON KASH!! Kash is down and Cain makes the cover!

Kash kicks out of another slow count! Cain’s visibly upset at this point, but he chooses not to take it out on the referee. He knows that even the ref can’t bail Kash out of what he has in store next. He gets Angel up on his shoulders and hits TOTAL CATACLYSM!! HE GETS THE BURNING HAMMER! Cain goes for the pin again!

THR-

But no! Steele Matthews gets involved, pulling Cain out of the ring and off of Kash! Steele tries to throw a punch to Cain, but he blocks the shot and pushes him away. Cain throws a Superkick to Matthews for his trouble, before hitting the ring once more! Despite the contact made by Matthews, the ref still doesn’t officiate. At this point, Cain is beyond angry, so much so that he yells at the referee, without noticing Kash returning to her feet! She starts to pull the object from earlier out of the side of her trunks and it’s...a pair of solid gold knuckles!! Cain turns to face Kash, only to be met with a stiff right hand with the Golden Knuckles! Cain is stunned, completely turning around and stumbling before Kash decides to add insult to injury! She lifts Cain onto her shoulder and hits TOTAL CATACLYSM!! KASH HITS CAIN WITH HIS OWN FINISHER!! Kash goes for the pin and the official fast counts it!

Alex Lawson: Here’s your winner...Angel! Kash!

Tripp Bennett: Despicable! Carson Cain was robbed here tonight! Angel Kash had the referee in her back pocket!

Alivia Takasoto: Say what you want about her methods, Tripp! I may not agree with them 100%, but you’ve gotta admit that they yielded dividends here tonight!

Tripp Bennett: There are more honorable ways to win though, Alivia! All this proves is that Kash can’t pull off a win against Cain unless she has additional back up!

Alivia Takasoto: Well, Tripp, I’m not sure that really matters in the mind of Angel Kash tonight. All she sees is another tally in the win column!

Angel Kash celebrates in the ring, taunting Carson Cain, who’s starting to stir. She goes to the referee and shakes his hand, right before having Steele Matthews hand her purse to her. She gives the official a fat wad of cash, right before Cain gets up and goes on the chase against Kash and Matthews! The two scramble out of the ring as Cain stalks them at the ropes.

He then turns his attention to the crooked referee, who’s still counting his cash. He runs to the ropes in front of him and hits the greedy official with CALAMITY!! All the dollar bills go flying into the air as Cain makes it to his feet! He catches one of the falling bills, before using his foot to push the ref onto his side and laying the bill on him like a blanket.

Tripp Bennett: Well it’s good to see at least some justice come from all this, but you have to admit that Carson Cain isn’t 100% satisfied with the outcome of tonight.

Alivia Takasoto: This whole thing is long from over, that’s for sure!

Cain plays up to the crowd as his music plays. He stares down the ramp to Kash and Matthews backing away as we fade out.

[Intern]

CROWNING ACHIEVEMENT

A quiet breeze flows through the currents of an abandoned abyss. As leaves scatter across the stone floor, thunder rolls through the sky above. With every moment of silence, anticipation begins to set.

As the sounds of storms linger in the distance, suddenly lightning strikes and the face of Zion’s own Robert William Kendricks appears utop a throne of swords. Robert, glaring to the distance as the camera focuses on him. His crown, bent and beaten, but still on his head.

“Since coming to Zion, I have been more than dominant here. I’ve lost one match, and I plan for that to continue, but for that to happen there is an aching mark on my name that must be dealt with immediately. The one who defeated me, the survivor amongst my battles, Samantha Tolson.”

As Robert stands from his throne his eyes fixate on the view of the camera. He takes a step forward before grabbing a steel sword and plunging it deep into the ground, activating some kind of mechanism. As the activation begins, his throne is engulfed into the ground.

“I’ve worked hard for my wins here, and I have worked hard to earn my crown. It’s time I ascend to my throne as I should have from the start. I am a King, but of course being a king comes with responsibilities. Responsibilities I’m sure combatants like Samantha have been sure to forget.”

Robert’s words cut like daggers as they sync with the incoming storm that still linger overhead. As it’s clouds stir, Robert takes his old crown from his head and tosses it out into the void.

“As king, it’s my responsibility to rid my lands of the weak. But it’s not my job to do so dishonorably, and in Indianapolis, I did that.. I attacked you while you were fighting an enemy, not just to me, but to all of Zion. Don’t you think my reasoning outweighs the anger and frustrations you feel? I mean, Tolson, the King has to think of all threats, and you are a threat.”

Robert’s eyes shut as he finishes his last sentence, his mind clearing as he turns to face where his throne once was.

“No matter, I’ll handle this like I always have in the past. Samantha Tolson, you’ve awakened in me what should’ve been here since the start. I’m going to break you, I’m going to pin you, and after that I’ll never be questioned on my strengths again.”

Robert snaps his fingers as suddenly all lighting shuts off. The storm brewing overhead provides little splashes of sight, but not enough to make out what is happening. As moments pass, the words “Hail the King” are repeated senselessly.

After a few moments, the lighting abruptly switches on. Robert is sitting on a new throne, made of championship belts with a new crown that reads the name “Zion” on its front. His glaring gaze causing his face to shake in anger as he unhinges his jaw to speak.

“Go ahead, get your pep rally ready, because you’re going to need it. Now your King dismisses you.”

As the bell rings for the match to commence, the crowd loudly begins to cheer, which causes both Samantha and Robert to be taken aback by the very presence of the audience tonight. After a moment is taken to let the crowd scream their thoughts, Sam Tolson and Robert William Kendricks clash in the center of the ring, in a tug of war over dominance. Though Robert quickly overcomes Samantha, she breaks from his grasp and quickly strikes him with a kick to his thigh. Robert, studying her movements, takes a step forward, which allows for her to do so again. Though painful, Robert continues advancing, until Samantha turns up the tempo and connects two kicks to his leg followed by a spinning heel kick which sends RWK to his knees! Robert, now agitated, jumps up to his feet to connect an uppercut, but Samantha Tolson dodges it and connects an elbow strike, knocking him back down to the mat. Robert jumps up and quickly hits a backbreaker on Sam as he leaps up to his feet. The crowd begins booing as RWK pulls Samantha up slowly, trying to keep her spirits down, but Sam connects an uppercut on him! Robert is taken aback as Sam goes in for a dropkick! Sam hits the dropkick and tries to pin RWK!

THR- NO! KICKOUT!

As RWK breaks from the pinfall attempt, Sam jumps up and confronts the referee, disputing the call. Seeing this, RWK takes his chance and leaps up, kicking Sam in the gut as he does so. Sam, now buckled over, is met with a DDT Drop! RWK claps his hands together as he pulls Sam into a calf crusher, but Sam breaks from the hold and pulls herself towards the ropes. The referee is forced to break the two up as Sam makes her way to her feet, using this as a chance to strategize. RWK, makes sure she stands to her feet and is okayed by the referee before continuing. As soon as this happens, RWK charges Sam, but is tossed from the ring onto the floor. RWK stands to his feet, Sam leaps from within the top and middle ropes and connects a forearm into his face! RWK and Sam spill onto the floor as the crowd goes wild! Sam pulls him up to his feet and tosses him through the steel steps! As the referee urges for them both to return to the ring, he has no choice but to begin counting them out. As this happens, slowly, Sam grabs RWK by the hair and tries to force him back into the ring, but RWK counters it and pushes her to the ring. As Sam rolls onto the canvas, RWK hops to the ropes, and prepares before connecting a flying forearm! RWK goes for a cover!!

ONE!

TW- NO! KICKOUT!

As Sam breaks from the pin, RWK frustratingly connects an elbow to her. Sam puts up a fight, but RWK connects another as he stands to his feet and steadies himself for the King’s Testament! As Sam stands to her feet though, she connects a spinning heel kick! RWK drops to his knees. As Sam tries for another, she is stopped by RWK. RWK stands on his feet, he connects with a superkick! Sam stumbles back as RWK then hits her with an enzuigiri followed by a V Trigger! Samantha is down! RWK goes for the cover!

The referee and RWK get into a dispute as the crowd cheers and chants. Samantha, still down, starts to make her way to her feet as this happens. RWK and the referee argue for several moments until finally he turns to see Sam standing tall. RWK hits her with an elbow strike impulsively though and she drops back down to her knee. RWK in a hail mary attempt hits her with the Innovator and goes for the cover once again!

The crowd chant the initials along with Lawson, as RWK celebrates! He mounts the top rope and makes a title gesture around his waist as we fade out!

Alex Lawson: The following is The Superstar Showcase Match and it is scheduled for one fall!



Introducing first...representing 1 Wrestle Movement...from Santa Clara, California...weighing in at 99 lbs...Greta! Nyx!

Greta makes it to the ring, stopping every so often to take in the setting she’s in! He rolls underneath the bottom rope before gesturing to the crowd! She stands still looking around at the crowd of Honolulu natives cheering her on as she awaits her opponent!



While "Radio Gaga" by Queen prominently plays throughout the arena, "The Adorkable Angel" Azurine Vebbins pirouettes onto the entrance ramp.

Alex Lawson: And her opponent...representing Revolution 1 Wrestling...from Los Angeles, California...weighing in at 115 lbs...The Adorkable Angel...Azurine! Vebbins!

A solitary spotlight provides an ethereal glow as she begins to descend down the ramp like a pirouetting peasant practicing aerobics. She performs various other dance steps while making her way to the eastern ring apron. Along the way, she waves, bumps elbows and air hugs certain chanters she comes into close proximity with. When a chanter puckers up for a kiss, she points to her halo (neck collar). Upon entering the eastern ring apron, she glides between the bottom and middle ropes before awaiting referee instruction.

Tripp Bennett: Both these women are taking part in Zion’s first ever SuperStar Showcase match! Alivia, who do you think is gonna come out on top here?

Alivia Takasoto: Honestly, Tripp, it’s hard to tell! I’ve looked through both of these competitor’s line of work in the ring to prepare for this match, but they’re both just so good! This match could go either way and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised!



Nyx and Vebbins start to circle each other in the ring, looking for an opening to attack. They meet in the middle, but before they lock up Vebbins offers a hand to Nyx! Nyx excitedly accepts, and before long they both go back to circling each other. An opening is seen and the two get into a collar and elbow tie up! Nyx looks to have the other hand, pushing Vebbins back, but Vebbins sees her shot to take control and slips a grip of Nyx’s arm. She spins underneath Nyx and twists the arm. She wrings the arm again, sending Nyx flipping over! But Nyx lands on her feet, kipping back up to a vertical base before stepping back and going for Ripcord Superkick to Vebbins! Vebbins sidesteps the kick, though, capturing the other arm of Nyx and crossing them before hitting for a German Suplex! She bridges for a pin!

ONE…!

Nyx rolls out the pin and back to her feet, before jumping up and hitting a dropkick to the back of a seated Vebbins. She reels in pain, right before Nyx runs the ropes and attempts to go head on with Vebbins with a Soccer Kick, but NO! Vebbins lies out to duck the kick, catching the leg of Nyx in the process. Nyx falls face first to the ground and Vebbins takes advantage. She floats over the prone body of Nyx and grabs her by the waist. She lifts her up to her feet before getting her into a powerbomb position. Before she can hit the move, though, Nyx grabs her head and slips off her shoulders, hitting Vebbins with a Sitout Jawbreaker! Vebbins crashes to the mat and Nyx goes for the pin!

ONE…!

T-

Vebbins kicks out, but Nyx is right back on the attack, getting to her feet and immediately dropping down to plunge an elbow into the chest of Vebbins! She gets and hits another, then a third one, before jumping up in the air and hitting a huge elbow to Vebbins before going for the pin!

ONE…!

Vebbins kicks out again! Nyx has no clue what to do to keep Vebbins down! She decides to try to finish this, dragging Vebbins into the corner before going for her signature Split Legged Moonsault, but Vebbins gets the feet up. The bottom of Vebbins’ boot digs into the cheek of Nyx and she stumbles back! Vebbins returns to her feet and immediately charges a groggy Nyx, hitting her with Dropkick that sends her into the corner!

Vebbins approaches Nyx and situates her on the top rope. She hooks the leg, possibly looking for The Duperplex, but NO! Greta Nyx is delivering fist after fist to the gut of Azurine Vebbins, hanging on for dear life in order to not take the move! Vebbins releases her grip, leaving an opening for Nyx to get in a Headbutt to send her falling to the mat! Vebbins is down, leaving Nyx to climb down to the second rope. She looks down at the perfectly positioned Vebbins, trying to gain a bit of balance on the rope. She psychs herself up for a bit, before twisting around to the top and hitting a Double Jump Moonsault to Vebbins! Nyx covers!

TWO…!

Vebbins kicks out again! Nyx remains calm, knowing she has this match on lock now. She slips her foot underneath Vebbins’ head and begins to lift it, guiding her to her feet. Eventually, she makes it to her feet and Nyx spins around, going for Reverse Roundhouse, but NO! Vebbins catches the leg before snatching the other, sending Nyx back first into the mat! She steps over Nyx and cinches in a Boston Crab! She has it locked in tight! Nyx is in agony! She tries to crawl to the bottom rope to escape the hold. She’s just fingertips away, but Vebbins slightly stands to drag her to the center of the ring, starting the hold anew! The ref begins to ask Nyx if she can continue, pain and frustration building in her as she smacks a fist to the mat.

Nyx begins to reach behind her for Vebbins’ foot. The reach only exacerbates her pain, but she guts through it before pulling the right ankle of Vebbins back and tripping her! Vebbins falls forward, relinquishing the hold. The two start to stumble to their feet, but before Vebbins can regain her bearings, Nyx catches her by surprise with a REVERSE ROUNDHOUSE KICK! Vebbins is laid out on the mat! Nyx is still hurt though, slumping to the mat and favoring her leg. She crawls over to Vebbins and covers!

Vebbins kicks out! Meanwhile, the look on Nyx’s face isn’t one of shock or frustration, but just disappointment. Nyx slowly returns her feet before taking to the corner. She calls for Vebbins to get up, looking for something big. Vebbins gets up and Nyx goes for The Blood Moon, but she ducks underneath! Nyx scrambles to get back to her feet before Vebbins catches her with Roundhouse that sends her stumbling into the corner! Vebbins once again props Nyx up on the top rope. Nyx again tries to ward her off with some strikes to the stomach, but it’s not enough! Vebbins hooks the legs once more and hits the DUPERPLEX!! Vebbins bridges for the pin!

Nyx kicks out! Vebbins keeps her, slowly picking up the dead weight of Nyx before hooking the arms from behind. She lifts her up and goes for Pearly Gatekeeper, but NO! Nyx escapes her grasp, rotating forward and getting a Victory Roll pin!

Vebbins kicks out! Nyx attempts to capitalize, but Vebbins is too quick, hitting a Knee Strike across Nyx’s jaw that sends her to her knees! Vebbins sees her opening. She rolls under the bottom rope and stands on the apron. She waits for Nyx to regain a vertical base, before going for a Springboard Double Axe Handle, but NO! Nyx catches the arm before flattening Vebbins to the mat with THE TWILIGHT ZONE! THE CROSS FACE IS APPLIED!! Vebbins is in agony! She tries to make it to the bottom rope but she’s too far out! She isn’t giving up that easily though, pushing her legs sideways before planting them on the mat to shift the weight of the clutch to get Nyx on her back! Nyx’s shoulders are down and the ref counts it!

Nyx gets the shoulder up, but in the process she releases the hold, freeing Vebbins! Nyx and Vebbins crawl into their respective corners, both staring down one another until they both charge each other! Nyx goes for a swing, but Vebbins gets a knee into Nyx’s chest first! Then another to send her back! She takes a side stance, looking for Superkick. It’s clear now she’s going for the Sweetheart Sock Hop! She lands a Superkick across the Jaw of Nyx, before grabbing her arm and pulling her in for the DDT, but NO! Nyx ends up catching her, before hitting an Implant DDT on Vebbins herself! Vebbins and Nyx begin to recover before getting to their feet and charging each other once more, but Nyx has the jump on Vebbins this time! She hits THE BLOOD MOON! SINGLE LEG HIGH KNEE TO VEBBINS! Nyx goes for the pin!

Tripp Bennett: Greta Nyx is the winner of the first ever SuperStar Showcase Match!

Alivia Takasoto: That match was INCREDIBLE, Tripp! Nyx may have come out on top, but both of these two have proven that they are two of the best that the world of professional wrestling have to offer!

Greta Nyx celebrates in the ring while gesturing to the crowd! She makes her way to the ropes, throwing her hands in the air in victory! She hops off and turns around, only to be met by a now standing Azurine Vebbins. The two approach each other in the center of the ring, before Vebbins extends a hand out to Nyx. She accepts it, before pulling Vebbins in for a hug and raising her hand, the respect between the two being shown as mutual! Vebbins rolls out of the ring, leaving Nyx to celebrate in the ring as we fade out!

“Skeleton Key” Plays Over The PA System And We Hear These Words Open The Song...

"In Another Life, Another Place... There Was A Shadow Without A Face.

Then, After The Intro Ends And We Hit The Chorus, Out From The Curtain Comes Solomon Graham, To Nothing But Cheers And Applause. We See That Solomon Has A Roll Of White Hockey Tape In His Left Hand, But Soon He Transfers The Roll Of Tape To The Other Hand, Before Slowly Raising It High In The Air (To A Massive Pop, Of Course). He Puts His Hands On His Hips Before Smirking And Shaking His Head In Disbelief. After All He’s Been Through, All The Grief And Turmoil, And Especially Those Devastating Losses… The Fans Remain Loyal To Him. He Then Proceeds To Take A Strip Of Tape From The Roll And Wrap His Right Wrist Up In Tape.

After Wrapping It In About Five Layers Of Tape, He Then Turns It Diagonally And Proceeds To Also Wrap His Knuckles In Tape As Well, All The While Slowly And Methodically Walking Towards The Ring. He Then Bites The Tape In Two, Wrapping The Strip Still Connected To The Roll Back On And Wrapping The Strip Attached To Him Around The Knuckle, Before Driving His Right Hand Directly Into His Open Left Hand And Walking To The Ring, On The Way Stopping To Play To The Fans, Letting Them Know That They Are “ENTIRELY Too Quiet!!” Before Pumping Them Up.

Once We Hear Some Noise From Them, He Yells Once Again: “C’MON, I CAN’T FUCKIN’ HEAR YA!!!!” At Which Point The Roof Blows Off The Place. He Then Climbs The Ring Steps Onto The Apron, Before Wiping His Feet. He Then Steps Into The Ring, Gets Into His Corner And Stares Up The Rampway as he waits.



The Lights Go Out In The Arena, As A Clinking Sound Like Coins Being Tossed In The Air Is Heard. The Screen Begins To Flicker, As A Man Is Shown Walking Through A Forest, Tossing Three Gold Coins In The Air. He Follows A Path Carrying The Coins And A Lantern. A Woman Stands Towards The End Of His Path, As She Turns To Him. She Keeps Her Head Down, As The Man Offers Her The Coins, She Inspects Them, As She Looks Down As He Begins To Kneel. She Places Her Hand On His Shoulder As The Screen Shuts Off, And The Two Appear On The Stage, The Song Begins Playing, As Legion Turns To The Crowd, Placing The Gold Coins In Her Chest, Mister J Standing Behind Her.

Legion Begins Her Slow Walk Down From The Top Of The Apron, As She Sways With The Music Her Eyes Glowing In The Dark. She Looks Up Into The Ring Where There Is No One Awaiting Her, As She Makes Her Way To The Bottom, Turning Slowly As The Beat Begins To Pick Up.

As She Climbs The Stairs, She Slowly Slides Into The Ring, With Red Spotlights On Her. She Cackles Slightly, As She Looks Around. She Then Slowly Backs Into A Corner Sitting Down, Staring Over At Solomon Graham As Mister J Makes His Way To Ringside. The Lights Come On, As The Music Cuts Out.

Tripp Bennett: It all comes down to this! Right here, on this stage! Tonight, one of these two competitors are going to make history!

Alivia Takasoto: I’m getting goosebumps right now! I can’t believe we’re here to witness this right now! Tripp, right now we have a front row seat to the crowning of our first World Heavyweight Champion!

Just then, the arena is plunged into darkness. The only thing that’s visible to anyone in the arena or at home are three spotlights. One over Solomon Graham, another over Legion, and a third one over the referee holding the title. The two stand face-to-face, staring a hole through one another, with only the referee coming in between them!

Alex Lawson: The following match is scheduled for one fall...and it is to crown the INAUGURAL WORLD! HEAVYWEIGHT! CHAMPION!

Introducing first...from Scarborough, Ontario, Canada...weighing in at 220 lbs...he is the PARAGON OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING….SOLOMOOOOON! GRAHAAAAAAAAM!

And his opponent...representing The Hive...being accompanied to the ring by Mister J...from Aokigahara, Japan...weighing in at 135 lbs...LEEEEEEGIOOOOOOON!!!

The referee shows the title to both Legion and Graham before raising it above his head, showing the fans what this is all for! The two competitors back into their respective corners as the lights come back up! The official asks them both if they’re ready to go, getting a resounding yes from both sides before calling for the bell!



The two look at each other before coming to a standstill for a moment! The fans are shaking the arena with thunderous applause, and you can tell they’re ready for a huge match! The two make their way towards each other before locking up! Early on Graham gets the advantage, cinching in a Headlock on Legion! She fights for a bit before backing Graham into the ropes! She attempts to use the momentum to whip him off the ropes, but Graham thinks better of it, sliding down with Legion’s head in tow! He now has her in a Front Facelock on the mat, keeping his grip on tight!

In pain, Legion manages to scoot herself into a seated position before throwing an elbow to the chest of Graham! She throws another, and another! But before she can throw a fourth Graham gets a leg up and attempts to trap her arm to apply a Crossface! She has the move scouted, hooking the raised leg of Graham and leaning back to trap him in a pinning predicament!

ONE…!

Graham gets out of the pin, releasing his grip in the process. Legion rolls back to her feet while Graham tries to return to a seated position near the ropes! Legion runs to the opposite side of the ring before bouncing off the ropes and darting towards Graham! Whatever she had planned is quickly thwarted, as Graham catches her into a Monkey Flip! But they’re both too close to the ropes, and instead of crashing to the mat, Legion slingshots off of them and lands on her feet! She uses the momentum to get a Monkey Flip of her own! Graham flips over, but he lands on his feet!

Graham runs for the ropes as Legion gets to her feet. She tries to cut off a comeback, but Graham slides between her legs, tripping her in the process! He tries to get Legion into a Wheelbarrow position, but Legion catches him with a Victory Roll! She leaps right out of it and hits a Double Stomp to the chest of Graham!! She slumps down onto him for a cover!

Graham kicks out! Legion is frustrated but she makes sure to get right back on the attack! She lifts Graham to his feet, but before she can get in any offense, Graham slaps her hands away and hits a Spinning Back Fist! Legion is stunned and Graham runs for the ropes. He goes for a Lariat, but Legion Somersaults over him to invade the attack! She gets up in a rush, half expecting Graham to bounce off the ropes again, but he instead stops in his tracks! He waits for Legion to turn his way before hitting a Pele Kick to the side of the head! Legion is down, and Graham goes for the cover!

ONE…!

Kick out from Legion, but Graham’s right back up! He hits a Standing Senton on Legion, before rolling back onto his feet and hitting a Leg Drop! Graham goes for the pin again!

ONE…!

TW-

Another kick out from Legion! Graham gets to his knees, trying to catch his breath. He gets Legion to a knee before he runs for the ropes and goes for a Running Knee Lift! But Legion lifts the head up on time to dodge the attack! She shoves Graham into the ropes, before flipping right over him and hitting him with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb! She traps him for a pin!

ONE…!

TWO…!

Kick out by Graham! Legion pops up and paces the ring now, unsure of what to do. She goes to the corner and waits for Graham to make it to his feet before rushing him with her signature Superkick, but NO! Graham dodges it, but before he can get some momentum back, Legion gets him with another Superkick, with this one connecting! Graham staggers, but he doesn’t fall, at which point Legion hits another Superkick! Graham falls to one knee as Legion looks on in shock, certain that he should’ve been laid out by now! Graham meets her gaze and makes a weak “Bring it on” gesture to her! She obliges, hitting Graham with a third Superkick! Then a fourth, then a fifth! Each one drives him closer to the mat until he finally goes down! Legion with the pin!

Graham kicks out, but he shows barely any signs of recovering soon. Legion sees this and attempts to mount the ropes for Knightfall, but her right leg is damaged from the amount of Superkicks she had to deal out. She finds that she can’t climb the ropes by any conventional means, so opts to hop up to the top rope turnbuckle by turnbuckle. She gets to the bottom rope. She bounces to gain momentum, then lands on the middle rope! She bounces again to gain momentum, before successfully getting to the top rope! She rises up, but Graham’s recovered! He rushes the top rope, keeping Legion at bay with a bevy of Forearms!

Graham stumbles back into the opposite corner. He looks outside of the ring, then at Legion on the top rope. He goes to the apron, looking up at Legion all the while. He waits for Legion to start standing a bit before running for her! He jumps up the ropes and gets a hold of her before dismounting and hitting A SPANISH FLY TO THE APRON!! Both competitors are down outside of the ring as the ref starts a 10 count!

ONE…!

TWO…!

Both competitors are motionless.

THREE…!

FOUR…!

Graham rolls on the ground in agony, but just then Mister J comes over and raises Legion to her feet.

FIVE…!

SIX…!

Graham is starting to stir now. Meanwhile, Mister J takes Legion to the opposite side of the ring at ringside, trying to revive her.

SEVEN…!

EIGHT…!

Graham’s up to one knee now, but nowhere near the ring apron! Meanwhile, Legion’s starting to come to at ringside!

NINE…!

Almost simultaneously, Graham and Legion make the leap of faith into the ring, beating the 10 count! The two enter from opposite sides of the ring, immediately coming face to face! The two go nose-to-nose now as they start to stand at the same time and before long, they get to their feet and begin trading shots! Legion swings first with an open hand slap to Graham’s face! Graham returns with a nasty right hook to Legions jaw! Legion comes back and hits an uppercut to Graham, sending him backing into the ropes! Graham bounces back, attempting to answer with a Discus Clothesline, but Legion dodges! Legion capitalizes, hitting a Bicycle Kick to the back of Graham’s head! Graham starts to fall backwards, but finds the energy to clip Legion with a Pele Kick on the way down!

Both competitors are groggy now, trying to return to a vertical base as soon as they can! They both get to their feet, before Graham kicks out the injured right leg of Legion! He gets her in position for Shattered Neck Brilliance but Legion refuses to go up! After a struggle, Legion manages to plant herself firmly on the mat, before slowly lifting Graham up on her shoulders for a SAMOAN DROP!! Legion covers!!

Graham kicks out! Legion is furious now as she works to mount the top rope again! She jumps off for Knightfall, but Graham catches her in the TRIFORCE CHOKE!! GRAHAM HAS IT IN TIGHT!! ONE OF THE MOVES THAT GOT HIM INTO THIS MATCH IN THE FIRST PLACE IS IN!! Legion waves out a hand! She looks like she’s gonna tap, but instead she starts to use that hand to land Forearm after Forearm to the head of Graham, causing him to let go! Legion stumbles around the ring, trying to get the breath back into her lungs. But Graham’s already up! He kicks out that injured leg again and gets Legion in position! This time he gets it!! SHATTERED NECK BRILLIANCE!! THE LEAPING PILEDRIVER TO LEGION!! Graham goes for the pin! This match is over!

Just then a huge cloud of Red Mist emanates from Legion’s mouth! In a last ditch effort, Legion spit the Red Mist into the referees eyes before he could count to three! Graham looks over in awe at the fallen referee, then down at a fallen Legion, who’s smiling through splatters of blood red fluid! Before he can process what happened, though, Mister J enters the ring! But Graham was prepared, escaping the pin in time to nail Mister J with a Big Boot, sending the big man to the mat and retreating from the ring. He looks down at the rarely fallen Mister J in excitement over what he’s managed to do.

But he doesn’t notice that The Wolves of Legion have entered as well! Danae and Kass rush Graham bringing him down with a bevy of strikes! Danae lifts Graham up, right before the duo hits him with TITAN’S END!! Graham is down! The two guide Legion to her feet and to the top rope before exiting the ring! She stands up and smiles and waves to a fallen Solomon Graham, before hitting KNIGHTFALL!! The referee barely regains consciousness as Legion goes for the pin!

Alex Lawson: Here is your winner and the INAUGURAL WORLD! HEAVYWEIGHT! CHAMPION!...LEGION!!!

Tripp Bennett: It was a hard fought, hellacious battle...but The Hive have won the day! Legion is your Inaugural Zion World Champion…

Alivia Takasoto: A wind of change has just blown through Zion Wrestling...and that change is The Hive...Legion has just made history…

Legion raises the World Title over her head as the pyro goes off! All the members of The Hive celebrate with her before they all exit the ring, leaving Solomon Graham alone.

Solomon Graham cups his face in his hands in disappointment as he lies in the ring. He sits up, much to the support of the fans! We hear chants of “YOU DESERVED IT!” and “LEGION SUCKS” as Graham staggers to his feet. He looks around at his fans and waves to them!

Tripp Bennett: This crowd has been vocal for Solomon Graham through the opening bell!

Alivia Takasoto: The battle may be over Tripp, but the war has just begun! These Honolulu fans have made it clear! They know exactly who they want as their World Champion!

Graham continues to wave until a silhouette out of focus in the hard camera rises up behind Graham, right before he gets hit over the head with a blunt object!! The camera focuses on who it is and it’s…

Tripp Bennett: Oh my god...THAT’S MINKA CARTER!!

Alivia Takasoto: MINKA CARTER IS HERE IN ZION WRESTLING!!!

We see that Minka is carrying that same ol’, reliable lead pipe. Graham makes it to a knee just in time to look up and meet the eyes of his attacker with a confused expression. Minka cocks back the lead pipe, ready to strike again, but she stops herself!

She casts the pipe to the side, before getting Graham in a familiar position. She gives one last sneer to the fans, before getting Graham up and hitting SHATTERED NECK BRILLIANCE!! Minka Carter just took out Solomon Graham with his own finisher!

Tripp Bennett: What a vicious attack from Minka Carter! What does she even want with Solomon Graham?

Alivia Takasoto: I don’t know, Tripp, but one thing’s for certain...this emphatic debut has to be the biggest game changer that Zion’s seen so far…

Minka Carter steps on the prone body of Solomon Graham and raises her arms as we fade to black.
