After the first chorus of “Unbreakable” by Of Mice & Men finishes, we cut to the inside of the new Zion Wrestling Stadium, where streaks of blue and white pyro goes off over a stage lined with fire! The pyro settles, with the lights coming up to reveal a sold out crowd!
Amber Westgate: We are just one week away from once again taking to the streets of Chicago! Welcome…to Friday Night Fusion! I’m Amber Westgate, joined as always by my broadcast partner, Adam LaRue!
Adam LaRue: Amber, things are starting to get better and better as we fast approach Fusion: FallOut! I for one can’t wait for all as we have another huge night of action for you ahead of it!
As the crowd dies down after the intro plays, as “How I Disappear” by My Chemical Romance begins to play, and Kasey Kash makes his entrance. He has his championship over his shoulder as he walks to the ring.
He goes around to the timekeepers area and grabs a microphone from them, throwing his belt over the top rope as he rolls into the ring. He picks the belt up off the ground as the music fades out.
Kasey Kash: So… what do you guys wanna talk about?
The crowd's reaction is mixed for Kasey, who just stands there with a grin on his face.
Kasey Kash: Look, I told everyone, man! I said that I would say and do what I’ve said and done. Look, if you feel you’re here today and I owe you an apology… then I’ve got this for you… I’m sorry…
Kasey takes a minute and looks around the crowd.
Kasey Kash: ...that the only people that are softer than you, are the wrestlers you sit there and enjoy… which is actually a PERFECT segway into what I have to say about Jordan. You see…
Something catches Kasey’s attention, and it's the crowd’s reaction slowly building at something happening towards the top of the ramp, Kasey turns his head to look and sees Jordan making her way down the ramp with no music and no World Heavyweight Championship on her. She rounds the outside of the ring for a microphone and looks up at Kasey. As she moves her arms, it becomes clear she has a folder under her arm. She brushes hair out of her face to reveal a gash on her forehead as she walks up the steps. Jordan climbs into the ring and then, instead of speaking, she holds the mic and folder in front of her and looks at Kasey. Kasey looks back, confused… why isn’t she talking? What’s in the folder?
Kasey Kash: So, JM. We gonna talk or are you just plannin on having a staring contest for the title? Shit maybe that’s the match against me you CAN win… cause we all know how the other two matches have gone.
Jordan shows zero emotion as she brings her own microphone up.
Jordan Majors: I know what you want to do out here. The same thing we’ve been doing week after week. The thing is, I’m not really interested in doing what you want to do. The last time we sparred on the the mic, you went on a bit of a convoluted tirade that painted me as bad champion no matter which way you look at it. I don’t have this and I don’t have that. And no matter what I say, you have the apparent answer to why I’m wrong. You can think what you want about me, Kasey. But the only thing I’ve done wrong these last couple weeks is I forgot who I am. I got too busy playing your game and trying to keep up with the way you want to do things. But I’ve never been a shit talker on the mic like you. I’ve just been my journey. No, I haven’t been doing this shit as long as you and I’m making mistakes left and right because this is truly my first world title reign. Even I’m not going to count winning a match and getting cashed on. So here’s what I’ve done…
Jordan pulls the folder up and looks at Kasey as she gestures with it.
Jordan Majors: This is a contract. For a third match between us. Settle this once and for all. No time limit. No draw. I actually asked them to leave the match stipulations blank for you to fill it in, but you’ll see they still did you a favor. This match is in your wheelhouse, Kasey. And before you come at me about being high and mighty… firstly I don’t care and secondly I didn’t do this for you. I did it for me. Because if I can’t beat you, I don’t deserve to be champion. I don’t disagree with that at all.
She holds the folder out toward Kasey and continues to speak.
Jordan Majors: And if you’re wondering where the World Heavyweight Championship is, I left it in the office when I picked up this contract. They can call me the champion for promotional purposes, but they won’t see me walking to the ring with it until I earn it back. Because that’s how I want to do this. And I’ve had a real shitty week and I know you don’t give a single solitary fuck about that, but this thing between us needs a real conclusion and this show needs a true champion.
Kasey smirked as Jordan spoke. Listening along intently before speaking.
Kasey Kash: You’re right! I DON’T give a single flying fuck about that. I’m glad that you’re finally accepting that you’re understanding. You’re NOT the champion right now. You are a fucking FRAUD. What, you spend that long trying to get your belt back after that cunt Haruka cashed in on you… you climbed, and scratched… and fucking clawed to get your belt back… but you can’t get the job done against me.
Kasey takes a half step towards her.
Kasey Kash: For two hours you tried to beat me… for two hours you’ve tried to get a pinfall victory over me… and for two hours you fucking failed. I’m the iron man, Jordan!
He says with a shiteating grin on his face, arms held out wide as he proclaims himself to be such.
Kasey Kash: And you cannot topple me. Fuck you just stood there and said you’re not gonna go back and forth again, how you’re not gonna ‘play my game’ again. But that’s just the thing…
And again, he steps forward. Inching closer to her.
Kasey Kash: You already are. You’re already doing what you said you wouldn’t. I’m inside your fucking HEAD. Cunt I’m so deep inside your head I got you coming out here and changing everything about you! No belt, no theme. Demanding I sign a contract so you can get another chance at beating me, but this time with no time limit. Jordan… I already told you. I don’t NEED this match. I don’t NEED to beat you…
Another step.
Kasey Kash: YOU need to beat me.
Jordan Majors: So you don’t want the match? Because I know you actually do want to win that title and not that piece of shit you bought from the shop and spray painted. And this is the way to do it. Not by claiming moral victories and calling yourself the ironman because you went two hours and didn’t lose. I mean, you’re standing there calling me a pathetic champion. What are you? You literally set out to take that championship from me in the first place and take over as the champion. And you haven’t done shit. Nothing differently from me. At all. Two matches that ended basically the same way, just with someone else “dead to rights,” each time.
Jordan doesn’t even budge from her position in the ring, but she smiles.
Jordan Majors: But the thing is, you’re so sure you’ve already beaten me. You’ve already won this, because you changed me. But two weeks ago you called me a fame whore. The truth is I’ve never needed the glitz and the glamour. I’ve never needed the big entrance with pyro or to be featured on the program. I’ve never needed people chanting my name or cheering me. So I come out tonight, just all business. And you claim another victory. That’s what your game is, always looking for small victories because in the ring against me? You can’t get the job done either, Kasey.
She gestures to the folder in her left hand as she holds it to her chest.
Jordan Majors: What makes me laugh about you is it always needs to be twisted into something so sinister. I walk out here with a contract for you? I’m weak. The contract has a gimmick that you’ll no doubt love. Oh, Jordan must have some secret plan to fuck you over! But man, I just want to fight you because you and I? We’re the best on Fusion. You’re right. I need this because I don’t like that it’s unfinished. But I’m out here unfiltered with all the extra layers because I’m just being genuinely serious right now. I want to fight you again. As much as you like to stand there and rub all your little mental victories in my face, I love to fight you.
Jordan laughs to herself and then puts the folder down at her side.
Jordan Majors: Back when I ran the gauntlet of that summer series to get the match against Zachary Porter, you know he was calling himself the Final Boss or something like that. But if he was the Final Boss, you are the secret stage and secret boss that is so much damn harder to get past. So I’m putting my whole self out there. We fight for that World Heavyweight Championship. Winner take all. No fake belts. No fake titles. No frauds. One TRUE champion decided how it should be decided. No draw. An actual winner.
Kasey Kash: What, are you just gonna try and stroke my ego so I sign this fucking contract quicker? Jordan. I don’t need to fight you again. My point has been proven! Look at you. You’re fucking DESPERATE. I’ve shown how good I am. Fuck Jordan, where do you go if you can’t beat me in a third match? Let’s talk this out here.
Kasey takes a step back and adjusts the championship on his shoulder.
Kasey Kash: Cause honestly. Say this THIRD match goes over an hour again, and you can’t get the job done… Jordan. That’s three plus hours in the ring against Kasey Kash and you cannot beat me. Three. Hours. Seriously, lets put this in perspective. So far, someone could’ve watched the entirety of the first, and best, Spider-man movie featuring my boy Tobey and you STILL haven’t beat me… and again… say this goes another hour. That makes it the length of one of my favourite films at the minute, Oppenheimer. That’s just absurd to me… look. I’m looking out for you here, Jordan.
Kasey looks around at the crowd before turning back to her.
Kasey Kash: Seriously! Because if you can’t beat me… where do you go? What happens next for you? Seriously. Do… do you try and get a rematch? Cause I mean… three hours in a ring against someone and not getting a single pinfall or submission? I dunno. That sounds like you might have to go to the end of the line. So you’d have to work your way to the top once again, fight through all the ranks, grind and grind and grind until you earn yourself another shot against me… and we all know how that story will end. You, laid out on the mat… and me. Standing above you… picking your fucking brain out of the gristle on the end of my boot. So… I’ll ask you directly, Jordan… because again, you need this more than I do.
He comes back towards Jordan now, looking down at her as the distance between them closes.
Kasey Kash: Is that how you want your story to end? Are you that desperate for this third match?
Jordan Majors: Do you project much? I mean, all of this stuff you just placed on me. Can’t you just place that all on yourself? 120 minutes in the ring with me. You haven’t beaten me either, pal. And yet you will actually stand there and predict the future as if you are currently the World Heavyweight Champion. It’s amazing to me how many matches you’ve already won in your head. I admire the confidence that you have. But I could ask you the same exact thing. When we started this, you practically came out of desperation with win this thing or bust. And a month later? You haven’t won it. Maybe you can say close, but you’ve made it clear to me that close doesn’t mean shit from my side, so it doesn’t from yours either.
Jordan shrugs and just shakes her head as she looks down in front of her.
Jordan Majors: As desperate as you think I am, you have to admit that desperation still exists within you, too. Even though you won’t. Because this meant so much to you a month ago. It meant so much to your legacy. To your family legacy. And I get it, it hasn’t gone as easily as you thought. I never thought it would be easy. When I signed with this company, I was nothing. I was at the bottom of the rung and no one cared about who Jordan Majors was. I’ve been fighting from the bottom since Day 1. I showed up here and I looked at the people at the top and I said “you know, I’d really like to fight those people.”
There’s a smile that grows on Jordan’s face as she looks out at the crowd and then back at Kasey.
Jordan Majors: It just dawned on me that all those people I wanted to fight back then… I’ve beaten all of them. Except you. And yeah, I know that probably just adds more ammunition in your clip. If you think I’m scared to fall to the bottom and work my way up, you’re dead wrong. I know I’m not bulletproof. When Haruka and her cronies cashed in, I didn’t get an immediate match afterward. I had to beat every single person on this roster in a reverse battle royale to earn my shot at Destiny. I’ve spent my whole career fighting from the bottom. Time after time. So if you think I’m scared about that, you’re wrong. But are you scared about that happening to you? You lost the undisputed title after a hell of a reign. Maybe the best championship reign in Mayhem history. Hell, maybe Zion as a whole. You came here to be the first person to win both of the premiere titles in this company. If you fail here, then what?
She once again gestures to the contract.
Jordan Majors: There’s no hurry here. There’s no obligation to sign this right now. I’m giving you the whole week to look at because it’s as much time as they’d allow in the back. As much of a “bitch” or “cunt” you like to think I am, yeah, I’m too damn nice for my own good sometimes. I just took you for someone different I guess. Because I thought you wanted to beat me for the World Heavyweight Championship. In the ring, not in your fantasies.
Kasey laughs, clearly amused with something Jordan said.
Kasey Kash: Cunt, what are you tryna do? Get in my head? Fuck dude. That’s MY game. Not yours. But I will say… it’s fucking adorable to see you try and play this side to you. It is! Cause it really shows your desperation, Jordan. It shows you can feel that you’re out of your depth against me… if the two hours I’ve spent in a ring against you, unpinned and unsubmitted didn’t already show that. So. Here’s what I will do for you. I will sign this contract, but I’m keeping that stipulation blank for one reason, Jordan. And one fucking reason only.
Kasey takes the contract from her, bending over and signing it against his leg, before handing it back to her and rolling out of the ring. Jordan holds the contract in her left hand as she approaches the ropes and leans over the top.
Jordan Majors: Kasey. Hold up a second. I want to say just one more thing. Not to “stroke your ego” again. But truly, you’ve pushed me to my limit for two matches. A lot of people don’t get this kind of opportunity. The chance to compete at the highest level against someone who doesn’t want to quit just like them. Who brings that stubbornness to the ring and that intensity. This is the kind of stuff I dreamt about when I was sitting in the cafeteria of high schools waiting for my turn to compete in the ring. The bingo halls and the basements with low ceilings. I feel like you’re making me earn my place as the champion of this show and as insane as this sounds… I actually kind of appreciate being put in my place and forced to push further. So I hope you know, as much as you want to take that title from me, I will do everything I can to earn this and prove myself worthy of the being called the World Heavyweight Champion.
Kasey stays standing in about the middle of the ramp, back turned to Jordan as she speaks. As she finishes he slowly turns around to face her.
Kasey Kash: ...Really? Not even gonna try and ask what the one reason was? Alright. Look. See, this is what a good person does. I stay and listen where as you decided you’d try and walk out while I was trying to keep it goin. So, here’s what I have to say in response to you trying to “earn this”...
Kasey fumbles around in his pockets for a moment, looking as if he lost something, before he finds it in his back pocket, flipping Jordan the bird with a shiteating grin, before turning his back to her again and starting the walk up the ramp. Jordan grins back and laughs as she leans off of the ropes.
Jordan Majors: Well, let me end this by taking away one of your favorite things. But before I do that, I can say I don’t give two fucks what your one reason is. We’re fighting again and in this match, Kasey. I’m going to fuck you up and bring this one to an end. Now, back to taking something you like to have. Cut his mic and hit my music!
An in progress version of “Warrior” fills the arena and Jordan leans back against the ropes and waves the folder at Kasey as she looks up the ramp at him.
[Sitting inside a vacant locker room, Nadia Allen laces up her boots. Dressed in her ring gear, her face remains tightened. Once she's finished, she reaches her feet.
Suddenly, a long roar escapes her mouth. Her nostrils flare up. Exhaling, she then walks out of the room, ready for her match.]

AS Fusion went on the air, a camera caught Teresa Morgan arriving at the Zion Wrestling Stadium. It was her first show back since she had gone on maternity leave, and she was excited to be back to work considering she was able to babywear hers and Kai’s son while doing hair and make-up. She had just gotten to where the hair/make-up stations were set up, after making the rounds to visit people of course, when she was approached by Zara Ivory. While the two women weren’t extremely close, the pair had become decent friends through Jessi. After getting a drooly smile from Junior, Zara sat down in one of the chairs across from Teej’s area.
Zara Ivory: It’s nice to have you back, Teej! I mean, your team is great, but they’re definitely not you.
Teresa Morgan: Thanks, Z…it’s definitely good to be back. And luckily this is something I can do while wearing Junior, so it all works out in the end. So what’s up? Can I do something for you or were you just coming to welcome me back?
While she waited for an answer, TJ began getting her table setup the way she liked it. All of her tools and materials were there already, but it had been left alone in terms of set-up since she was particular about where things were placed. Granted, her team probably could have done it for her easily and had it pretty close to how she liked it, but she was also thankful that they left it for her to do. Zara watched her for a minute or two before she ended up pushing herself out of the chair and moved to help TJ get things unpacked, at least.
Zara Ivory: Well…other than getting to be the first one that you work on for a show, I do have some stuff to ask you about.
Teresa chuckled before motioning for the green-haired woman to sit in the chair in front of her area’s vanity. Zara pumped her fists, obviously thrilled to be the stylist’s first ‘client’ back, then sat down in the chair.
Teresa Morgan: I’m more than happy to have you as the first one back in my chair, Z. So…what’s on your mind?
Zara Ivory: Are you heading back to work at NFW tomorrow too or just here for a bit? And if so, I have a little favor to ask of you.
Teresa Morgan: Trauma tomorrow is my first night back at NFW…why?
Teresa raised an eyebrow, wondering what was fully on the woman’s mind. With someone like Zara, there was no telling after all, but there was also the question of what in the world could Teej do for the other woman.
Zara Ivory: Well, it’s like this…
As Zara quietly began filling TJ in, the purple haired woman began getting her friend ready, the rest of the conversation wasn’t able to be caught on audio, leaving everyone watching to wonder what exactly was going on.
MATCH #2: VLADISLAV VS BIG MONEY MOSES
The echo of the bell sounding had barely begun to disappear as VLAD sent Big Money Moses crashing to the mat hard with a vicious German suplex. VLAD was back on his feet before Big Money even thought about moving to try and get to his own feet. He grabbed Big Money, pulling the man up to his feet, going for a snap DDT, but Big Money was able to shove him off before the move was fully executed. Big Money came at VLAD, looking for a hard forearm, but it was dodged! He got an elbow to the back of his head for his troubles, and VLAD swiftly got him up for a spinning tombstone piledriver, slamming him down hard. Getting him to his feet again, VLAD Irish whipped, hard, Big Money into the corner opposite of the pair. The other man slammed against the turnbuckles, letting out an audible groan of pain from the impact. VLAD wasted no time in nailing the other man with a running corner splash, being even more calculating and precise with each move that he hit. He watched as Big Money slumped against the corner then backed up some only to hit the man with a running dropkick this time! Big Money fell to the mat as VLAD got back to his feet.
Big Money pulled himself up in the corner, using the ropes to do so, and he began stumbling towards VLAD. Grabbing the man’s wrist, VLAD sent Big Money Moses into the ropes, nailing him with a hard big boot as he came back towards him. Big Money collapsed to the ring mat, shaking his head for a few moments. As he slowly worked on getting back to his feet, he could be heard offering VLAD a huge payout if he agreed to a double countout, anything to end the match without any more physicality from the Polish man. The crowd instantly began booing Big Money, and VLAD just stared at his opponent, a look of disgust on his face as if he had been insulted by Big Money. With Moses back on his feet, he stuck his hand out to try and strike the deal, but as VLAD stepped closer to him, he went for a sucker punch, managing to land the fist on VLAD. It was clear that VLAD had enough of Big Money as he looked at the man again before ultimately grabbing him and Red Scare! The vertical suplec side slam was vicious and seemingly enough to end the match right there, but VLAD wasn’t quite finished with Big Money, especially after the attempted bribe and sucker punch. He pulled Big Money to his feet and threw him into the ropes once more, nailing him with Kowalski’s KO! Moses dropped from the rolling elbow strike, and VLAD covered him for the win.
Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…VLADISLAV!
VLAD stands tall as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (KOWALSKI’S KO)
We see Daria prepped for her fight against Blaze Darling, as she was showing off a shoulder cape that she used to wear in her rookie year in wrestling, as she spoke to the camera.
Daria Dorsey
"Blaze, tonight we may be opponents. However, I don't have any malice toward you… in fact, I want to use my time tonight to mentor you."
She said, a change of tone to what she has been acting like lately.
Daria Dorsey
"Blaze, you're a talented woman. But, let me give you a reality check… when I first got into this business, several women from the LFL trying to crossover were shunned upon. However, a woman named Susan Rigger had taken me in as part of the Queen's Court."
She said, before beginning to grip the cloth with a bit of anger forming.
Daria Dorsey
"Back in WWR, I was the longest reigning Television Champion they ever had. I did it all by myself, but, was I getting any of the credit? No, it was all for the Queen… all for the Court."
She says, tossing the cape down, and then stamping it under her boot.

"And that leads me to you, Blaze. The Queens of Chaos want to act like one big happy family… But, I want you to look at yourself and how Jessi is. She sits on top of your little club with all the glory, with everyone working their asses off. But, are you getting your dues? Or is she just using you to further her own name? Think about it, Blaze. Do you want to be part of the hive mind? Or are you your own woman? Either way, I'm going to give you a crash course in sports education."
She stated, before making her way to the ring, as the camera panned down to the former cape of the Iron Dame, as we faded out.
MATCH #3: BLAZE DARLING VS DARIA DORSEY
Blaze bursts out of the gate with a running arched big boot that catches Daria off guard. The crowd's cheers amplify as Blaze's athleticism takes center stage. Without skipping a beat, she follows up with a jawbreaker that sends shockwaves through Daria's frame. Blaze maintains her momentum, shifting fluidly into a series of Forearm Smashes that punctuate her offense.
Daria retaliates with a Dragon Screw, expertly targeting Blaze's leg before sending her for an Irish whip and snatches her out of the air with a flawless Snap Powerslam, leaving Blaze floored on the canvas. Daira follows up with a Snapmare & Stump Puller Stretch combination, demonstrating her submission expertise and putting a strain on Blaze's lower back.
In a testament to her in-ring strengths, Blaze refuses to succumb to the submission hold's torment. She uses her agility to wriggle out of the maneuver and springs to her feet with a renewed vigor. The crowd roars her on as Blaze retaliates with a Shiranui, moving into a Suplex Stunner and finishes off her sequence with a Dragon Suplex. She then pulls Daria to her head, locking her in a front-face lock executing a flawless Springboard DDT that plants Daria's skull into the mat.
Blaze goes for a cover and the referee’s hand slaps the mat for:
ONE…!
Two….but Daria's tenacity prevails as she summons her resilience to kick out at the count of two. She begins a fightback by launching off the ropes and catches Blaze coming in with a Springboard Uppercut before hopping effortlessly to the top rope and she crashes down onto her with a Leaping Meteora. She seamlessly shifts gears, grabbing Blaze and drills her with the "Firespin DDT” frontflip Spike DDT that catches Blaze unawares. The impact reverberates the ring as Daria goes for a pin. The referee is there to count:
ONE…!
TWO…!
Thr-But Blaze shows great resilience and tenacity to launch her shoulder off the mat right as the referee’s hand is coming down for three. With the match hanging in the balance, Blaze begins to mount a defiant resurgence. She counters Daria's Phoenix Driver attempt with a lightning-fast reversal, converting it into “One Jump Ahead” (Pumphandle Neckbreaker over the knee). Blaze, fueled by the crowd's thunderous support, Blaze locks in “Surface Pressure”, her elevated Boston Crab. Daria's struggle is palpable as she reaches for the ropes, With a surge of strength, Daria pulls her legs in and springs them forward, catapulting Blaze straight into the referee who collides with one of the turnbuckles and falls to the outside. Blaze’s hands go to her head as she leans through the ropes, trying to rouse the referee from his dazed state.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Reina Mendoza rampages down to the ring with Blaze still unaware as she tries to get the referee back in the ring, her naivety coming to the forefront with concentration elsewhere. As Daria holds her back, still in pain from Blaze’s Surface Pressure move, Reina capitalizes on the moment, grabbing Blaze and drills her with her “Crash & Burn” Fireman’s Carry Cutter and rolls her to the middle of the ring. Daria looks confused, unsure of what to do next. Reina just looks at her, a thunderous expression on her face. She roars at Daria to pin Blaze, the force and aggression in her voice causing Daria to involuntarily flinch which draws a collective laugh from the crowd as she immediately dashes over and covers Blaze. Reina shakes her head, rolling her eyes and she swiftly exits the ring as the referee is just coming to, sliding gingerly under the bottom rope. He slowly counts:
ONE…!
TWO…!
THREE!!
Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…Daria! Dorsey!
Amber Westgate: Daria Dorsey swore to teach Blaze Darling a lesson tonight, but I doubt she anticipated hosting any substitute teachers!
Adam LaRue: Given the sheer size and power in Reina Mendoza’s presence, can you really blame Daria for stepping aside for her? I mean, I wouldn’t wanna say “no” to the Giantess either!
Dorsey stands tall with her hand raised, though her attention is quickly taken by the reappearance of Mendoza! Dorsey exits the ring as Mendoza climbs in, standing there and waiting for Darling to reach her feet again before driving her back to the mat with a Spear! Darling tries to make it to her feet again, only to be clobbered by another Spear! It’s clear to see that Darling isn’t well by this point, trying once again to reach her feet, with Mendoza taking her down with another Spear!
Amber Westgate: Come on! This is overkill! Somebody come out here and stop this!
Adam LaRue: If any one of Darling’s friends could come out here to stop this, I have a feeling they already would’ve! This was planned by Reina Mendoza! This was planned by Evangeline Sinclair! They wanted to catch Blaze Darling at a point where she was all alone!
At this point, even Dorsey is cringing at the display from ringside! She takes a step towards the ring, before eventually turning around and walking away, much to the crowds dismay! Darling slowly gets back to her feet once more, with Mendoza rushing over and nailing her with a final Spear! This time, Darling cries out in agony, with reinforcements finally coming forth as Mendoza takes her leave. Jessi Ozborne, Jordan Majors, and Ollie The Honorary Queen, as well as a lot of medical personnel swarm the ring to check on Darling as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (CRASH & BURN)
In life, there's always darkness and silence. Some of it was better than other situations, but the current state of darkness that filled over the camera was nothing short of unnerving. The kind of darkness where you can't even attempt to make out what was happening. Lucky enough to the fans of Fusion, this was somewhat of a familiar location that the fans had seen in the past. A place that one found very comforting because of that same amount of silence and the reassurance of being able to hear yourself think. Hana Kaneko always found a form of peace the last few times she was in this room, just to talk about whatever was on her mind. Her thoughts weren't always the best thing to talk about, in the terms of what goes on in that twisted mind that she possessed. There were now obvious actions that needed to be explained, and things that she needed to justify.
That's when the microphone's around the room could pick up Hana's footsteps, she was just pacing around the room for now, plenty of things racing through her head about the last…well, really month as a whole. Many moments that really affected how Hana felt like she needed to operate as a wrestler, even if it meant aligning with other people. Some already from her past, some were brand new to her, but she felt like the best way to do things was with these people. Maybe she would end up explaining why in just a few moments. For now, she sat in the chair that was in the middle of the room, removing the mask from her face as she just held it in her hands. The usual multicolored Kitsune mask that she would wear during her entrance. She kept looking down, as if she was thinking about her words very closely.
𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔: “We all need to decide whether to “play it safe” in life and worry about the downside, or instead take a chance, by being who we really are and living the life our heart desires. Which choice are you making?”
She sighed after the statement, shaking her head as she took the mask and put it down on the table next to her. She just cupped her hands together, letting her arms rest on her legs as she leaned a little closer to the camera as she had more of a laid back look on her face, not exactly as serious as she usually would be. A small laugh came from her, sitting back in the chair again as she just looked up at the ceiling.
𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔: “I tried to be on your guys' side. I really did, but then you and your cult of friends decided to completely leave me in the dark when it was supposed to be a team effort. And then on top of that, you try to spin the blame on me. How am I supposed to react, Kimberly? Am I supposed to just go along with that and accept that? No, because that's not my fault that you people feel the need to have that cult mentality of sticking to yourselves. So, I did what any person would do. I made a choice. And here's the thing about choices. In every single thing you do, you are choosing a direction. Your life is a product of choices. You can't avoid them. But at the end of the day, you can't be surprised by them. You make them, after all. We all make choices. Everything that happens on a daily basis is based on a bunch of choices.”
Hana had taken a second to pause, rubbing her face as she sighed again. Looking around the room, she just embraced that peace and quiet to bring her back to a state of tranquility. The events of last week then flashed on the screen, Hana joining forces with ISIS and her people. Actions that had consequences, but they were consequences that Kaneko wasn't going to back away from. When the highlight video ended, she didn't take very long to resume what she wanted to say next.
𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔: “There's always going to be things that I do, that will have an explanation. But there's always going to be things that I do that won't come with an explanation. You're just going to have to deal with the situation of my actions and if I decide to explain them. Do I owe that to you, Kimberly? No, I don't. I don't owe you any kind of explanation as to what I do with my life and my career. But, for the Zion Fans? Well, you guys are different. We've had our moments, yeah? Ups and downs, peaks and bottoms, I've done a lot of things with you guys over the last year that I've been with Zion and I do truly think that just maybe, I should explain a few things to you people about what I did last week. So, here it is.”
Hana paused, fixing her hair for a second as she thought about how she was going to word her next sentence. How she was going to be explaining her actions from last week. She knew generally what to say, but it wasn't easy to word. With a simple smile, she looked back up to the camera as she took a deep breath, nodding at herself before she just let it out.
𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔: “...you'll have to watch next week's Fusion to hear that. Goodbye for now.”
Another laugh came from the Golden Flower, getting up out of the chair as she had walked out of the frame for a moment, unable to be seen from the cameras view but she had pulled a switchblade from out of her pocket, revealing the blade as she suddenly threw it at the camera where it stabbed the glass, instantly causing the feed to static out, unable to see or hear another thing coming from that room. Like a big portion of her life already, Hana Kaneko was keeping her reasoning for her actions a secret….for now.
MATCH #4: THOTLINE MIAMI VS THE HOUSE OF WOLVES
The initial exchanges see Danae and Cindy Collins step into the ring, their determination evident in every move they make. Danae's technical prowess shines as she targets Collins' arm with a quick series of dragon screws and armbreakers. Collins, however, proves her resilience with a well-timed cartwheel back elbow that catches Danae off guard. The momentum shifts back and forth, each competitor showcasing their unique strengths and abilities.
As the match progresses, the tension builds, and it's Taylor Gibson's turn to step into the fray against Kassandra. Their collision ignites the ring as they exchange kicks and powerful strikes. Kassandra's ruthless aggression is countered by Gibson's agility, culminating in a breathtaking tornado DDT that leaves the crowd on their feet. But Kassandra's toughness prevails as she regains control with a devastating hesitation dropkick, driving Gibson back into her corner.
The final moments of the match are nothing short of exhilarating. Both teams execute intricate sequences of double-team maneuvers, leaving the audience in awe of their coordination. However, it's The House of Wolves that gains the upper hand, capitalizing on their combined strength and chemistry. The Wolves' Bear Hug/Diving Leg Drop Combo, the Titan's End, lands with precision on Gibson, stunning the crowd and setting up the pinfall. With the referee's hand hitting the mat for the three-count, The House of Wolves emerges victorious.
Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…Adrian! Henderson!
Amber Westgate: The House of Wolves have been stringing some impressive wins together lately on Fusion!
Adam LaRue: The Wolves have been a hell of a treat to watch this season! You gotta imagine that at this rate, the two will make it to tag title contention before long!
RESULT: PINFALL (TITAN’S END)
MATCH #5: ADRIAN HENDERSON VS CRYSTAL CALDWELL
Henderson charges forward with a Bicycle Knee Strike, but Caldwell ducks under it and responds with a lightning-quick Enziguri. The impact sends Henderson stumbling backward, and Caldwell seizes the opportunity to quickly ascend the neighboring turnbuckle and execute a Top Rope Hurricanrana. The crowd gives a pop as she effortlessly flips through the air, taking Henderson down.
Henderson rolls through it, the momentum bringing him right back to his feet and he launches straight into Caldwell with a Stiff Forearm Smash followed by a Dropkick that rd. He follows it up with a Snap Spike DDT, driving her head into the mat. Caldwell groans in pain, but her fighting spirit remains unbroken.
Caldwell manages to create some distance, springboarding off the ropes into a dazzling Springboard Moonsault that connects with Henderson’s chest. But the impact leaves her winded, and Henderson capitalizes by executing a Michinoku Driver, slamming her down onto the canvas with authority.
The pace of the match quickens as both wrestlers showcase their agility and speed. Caldwell performs a Tiltawhirl Armdrag that sends Henderson reeling, but he rebounds with a Running Sitout Powerbomb, showcasing his raw strength.
Caldwell’s Speedster-style proves advantageous as she evades Henderson’s Running Corner Forearm, delivering a Spinning Back Kick to his midsection. However, Henderson again rebounds, catching her mid-air, hitting her with Snake Eyes, planting her face-first into the turnbuckle.
After another back-and-forth, Caldwell launches herself off the ropes with a Springboard Hurricanrana. The move sends Henderson sprawling, and she quickly transitions into a Mysteriorana. She then goes for a pin, pulling into a Small Package. The referee counts:
ONE…!
Two…. But Henderson powers out, getting a second wind and he grabs Caldwell from behind into a Bridging German Suplex, showcasing his technical prowess. The match hangs in the balance as both wrestlers continue to exchange strikes and counters. Caldwell narrowly wriggles out of a Running Suplex, countering it into an Ultra Hurricanrana that leaves Henderson dazed.
Yet, the tide turns once more as Henderson catches Caldwell in mid-air, countering her Springboard Armdrag with a second Running Sitout Powerbomb.. Caldwell struggles to get up, but Henderson seizes the moment, launching her into the corner and he destroys her with the MAD HYSTERIA Top Rope Northern Lights Bomb. As the ring shakes with the impact, Henderson covers Caldwell for the pinfall. The referee counts:
ONE…!
TWO…!
THREE!!
Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…Adrian! Henderson!
Amber Westgate: And with that, Adrian Henderson “defends” the Viral Championship here tonight!
Adam LaRue: Well with a challenger like Crystal Caldwell, how could you deny the legitimacy of Henderson’s reign as champion?!
Henderson stands tall, holding the Viral Championship up in the air! However, before he can celebrate too much, Gianna Rojas arrives, laying a Forearm into Henderson’s back before the two eventually end up trading blows! Henderson pushes Rojas away, only for her to come back and drop him with a Bicycle Kick! Henderson writhes in agony on the mat, but quickly comes alive again as he sees Rojas reach for the Viral Championship! He grabs one end of the strap and rolls out of the ring, with Rojas having a hold on the other! Henderson wins the tug of war, taking the belt once again and running off with it!
Amber Westgate: Henderson makes off once again with the Viral Championship, though I doubt this game of cat and mouse is gonna last much longer!
Adam LaRue: Rojas looks to have Henderson’s number, but you never know what the Hysterical One may have up his sleeve next time, Amber!
Rojas paces the ring, furious as Henderson once again disappears with the title!
RESULT: PINFALL (MAD HYSTERIA)
We find Alexis Lemon backstage, dressed in her gear, ready for her upcoming match. She’s laying on the floor, one leg kicked up over the other and an arm under her head as she looks up at the ceiling.
Alexis Lemon:
I seem to be stuck in a somewhat vicious cycle here in Zion. I do my best with the chances I’m given, and I think I’ve done a pretty good job all things considered. But no matter what I’m doing or where I am on the card, someone always has to fuck around and then I have to help them find out. I don’t know what it is about me that makes people think I’ll just roll over for them. I act like a pushover, I certainly don’t talk like a pushover and I definitely don’t look like a pushover.
To accentuate her point, she flexes her arms
Alexis Lemon:
So what makes everyone think I’m an easy dub? You’ve all seen how frequently people have to cheat to beat me. Is that just because they don’t want to put in any real effort? Nah, it’s because they know they’re going to lose if they keep things clean. And yet, despite the frequency of all that, I still wind up on top in the end.
Lemon sits up and wraps her arms around her knees as she looks down the lens of the camera.
Alexis Lemon:
Which brings me to Angelica Matthews. Last time we faced off one on one, what do you know? She cheats! Ties me up in the ring apron like she’s my wife!
Lexi’s eyes shift suspiciously as she trails off.
Alexis Lemon:
Anyway…
She clears her throat and moves on.
Alexis Lemon:
So we’re at the part of the cycle where my opponent cheats to beat me and thinks I’m just going to roll over and accept the result. But as I’ve already explained, we’re approaching the point where I come out on top and I move on to the next thing. And don’t get me wrong, Angelica. I’m not saying this because I’m overlooking you or already assuming the outcome. I’m saying this because I’ve been here before. I’ve done this before. I know how this ends. I want you to prove me wrong and break the cycle by at least fighting fair if not actually beating me. But until then, I’m operating business as usual, with the cycle repeating.
Lexi throws up a peace sign before hopping to her feet and walking off down the hall
Amber Westgate: Well ladies and gentlemen, we are just seven days away from Fusion: FallOut and the card is looking amazingly stacked! We just received word of a huge opening match to start the show off! Tensions between these two have simmered to a point of no return and now they’re gonna let out their frustrations inside one of the deadliest structures we have! Daria Dorsey and Jessi Ozborne will open Fusion: Fallout…in a Weaponized Steel Cage Match!
Adam LaRue: As we saw earlier tonight, Blaze Darling has been seriously hurt by Reina Mendoza! Despite that, she insists upon showing up to Chicago next week as she faces off against the Tejana Giantess in a Falls Count Anywhere Match!
Amber Westgate: The Gateway Championship is where many Zion competitor’s fate is written in stone, but for one, she looks to control fate itself! In the finals of the Gateway Tournament, Hardcore Champion ISIS will face off against Risa Saito to see who will become the new Gateway Champion!
Adam LaRue: These two morbid curiosities have been clashing head to head since the beginning of the summer, and it’s all about to pay off right here in one of the most dangerous stipulations we’ve ever produced! Legion and VixSin face off in a Pandora’s Box Match!
Amber Westgate: Samuel Lopez has been reeking havoc and fear across the Fusion locker room for the past few months! But where there’s a villain, there’s always a hero! Our hero comes in the form of Justice Mask, who takes him on one-on-one next week!
Adam LaRue: And in our main event, these two have spent well over two hours trying to prove to themselves and each other why they should be considered the best! Next week there will be next to no rules, no time limit, and no excuses, as Kasey Kash and Jordan Majors face off one last time for the World Championship! Will Majors be able to secure the victory in her home of Chicago? Or will a new champion rise in the end? This and much more goes down next week at Fusion: FallOut!
MAIN EVENT: ANGELICA MATTHEWS VS ALEXIS LEMON
Darrion Hughes: The following contest…is scheduled for one fall!
Crowd: ONE FALL!!
Darrion Hughes: Introducing first…representing The Queens of Chaos…from Avatar Country…weighing in at 125 lbs…Alexis! Lemon!
And her opponent…from her seasonal residence in Zurich, Switzerland…weighing in at 127 lbs…Angelica! Matthews!
Amber Westgate: Angelica Matthews coming in with all the confidence in the world as she prepares to once again go toe-to-toe with Main Event Lexi Lemon! How do you feel her chances are in this match, Adam?
Adam LaRue: Alexis Lemon is definitely a lot more ready for some of Matthews’ more foul moveset, as we saw last Monday when she took on Bianca Page on Mayhem! But if Matthews can be more creative than Lemon is weary, this could be her night! We’ll just have to see once the bell rings!
The crowd is buzzing with anticipation for the main event. The bell rings, and the match kicks off. Angelica wastes no time in resorting to her underhanded tactics. As Alexis charges at her, Angelica rakes her fingers across Alexis's eyes, disrupting her field of vision right off the bat. The referee is quick to warn Angelica but she dismisses him with a disparaging flick of her hand laughs. She follows up with a brutal back rake, scraping her nails down Alexis's back, causing her to writhe in pain. Alexis's durability is put to the test as Angelica executes a running neck snap, cracking Alexis's head back against the canvas. The crowd boos loudly, recognizing Angelica's intent to play dirty but she isn’t bothered, in fact she seems to be enjoying it.
Undeterred, Angelica continues her onslaught with a running knee lift to Alexis's midsection, knocking the wind out of her. She then plants a boot rake across Alexis's face, leaving red marks in its wake on her nose and cheeks. The audience continues to shower Angelica with jeers, but she revels in their disdain.
Switching tactics, Angelica pulls Alexis's hair, using it to yank her down into a standing hair pull. The pain etches across Alexis's face, but she refuses to give in. Angelica then transitions into a hair pull backbreaker, further tormenting Alexis’s spine.. Angelica hauls Alexis to her feet and delivers a big boot to the sternum that forces the youngster into the corner where she slumps down.
Seated in the corner, Alexis is an easy target for Angelica's relentless chokes. She slyly blocks the referee’s line of sight as she buries a foot choke deep into Alexis’s throat that goes unnoticed by the referee. Eventually he sees what’s going on and admonishes Angelica with a 5-count and she releases the choke right after the 4-count. Alexis coughs and splutters, holding her throat as her face returns to a normal color. She reaches up, using the top ropes on either side of the turnbuckle above her to pull herself up. Angelica charges in but she’s cut off by Alexis launching into a series of kicks to her legs that cause her to yelp out in response. The crowd cheers as Alexis continues to fight back. Alexis follows up with a kick to Angelica’s gut that staggers her before she hits the ropes and crashes into Angelica with a hard discus clothesline that flows her and that crowd pops again. Alexis goes for a cover and the referee counts:
ONE…!
Two- But Angelica kicks out. Sensing the tide turning, Alexis quickly, and perhaps too quickly, rushes in on Angelica to continue the attack but Angelica buys herself some time with a straight thumb to the eye that results in more boos from the crowd and admonishment from the referee. As Alexis struggles to see through her watering eyes, Angelica whips Alexis into the ropes before stopping her dead with a boot to the midsection and she executes a snap suplex with a float over pin attempt however Angelica places her feet on the middle rope for extra leverage as the referee counts:
ONE…!
Two… but the referee stops the count when he sees Angelica’s feet and warns her that any continued disregard for the rules will result in a disqualification. Angelica keeps on the attack and hauls her up with a fish hook in the mouth. A spinning neckbreaker follows, keeping Alexis on the defensive. The match intensifies as Angelica employs a forward Russian leg sweep, making sure Alexis feels every impact.
As the match progresses, Angelica becomes more cunning. She utilizes another fish hook, infuriating Alexis with her underhanded tactics. Alexis tries to mount a comeback, but Angelica shuts her down with a running big boot that sends her crashing to the mat.
The crowd's frustration grows as Angelica incorporates a rope rake, causing Alexis to clutch her face in pain. Angelica's subsequent Abdominal Stretch is met with boos, especially when she grabs the ropes for extra leverage, evading the referee's sight.
A low blow catches Alexis off guard, leaving her vulnerable for a sit-out facebuster. Angelica then targets Alexis's leg with calculated elbow and knee drops, weakening her foundation. The crowd's anger surges as Angelica employs a leg lock, bending one of Alexis's limbs in an agonizing hold. As the referee checks for a submission from Alexis, Angelica reaches behind her and pulls on the ropes for extra leverage, unbeknownst to the official. The audience's disdain for Angelica grows even more as she transitions her leg lock on Alexis into an Indian Death Lock, twisting and contorting her legs and knees.
However, Alexis's fighting spirit begins to show. She manages to break free from Angelica's clutches and fights back, managing to shake off the pain in her legs to leap and drill Angelica with a beautiful Hurricanrana that sends her reeling. Getting a second wind, she jumps on to the middle rope and bounces off it, smashing into Angelica with a springboard crossbody. As Angelica climbs back to her feet, a mix of frustration and determination flickers in her eyes. With a sinister smile, Angelica charges at Alexis once again. This time, she goes for a chop block, targeting Alexis's knee. The impact sends Alexis crashing down to the mat, clutching her leg in pain. Angelica seizes the moment and quickly lands another series of elbow and knee drops on Alexis's weakened leg.
The crowd's jeers grow louder, expressing their displeasure at Angelica's tactics. With a burst of determination, Alexis manages to create some distance between herself and her opponent. Angelica, however, is relentless. She capitalizes on Alexis's momentary reprieve with a running big boot to the back of Alexis's head, sending her crashing face-first into the mat. Angelica's focus remains on Alexis's head and neck, her calculated attacks aiming to wear her down.
Alexis struggles to find her footing, but her tenacity keeps her in the game. She counters Angelica's onslaught with a well-timed enziguri, catching Angelica on the ear that rocks her. The impact of the enziguri gives Alexis the opening she needs to regain control of the match.
With the crowd rallying behind her, Alexis executes a picture-perfect tornado DDT, driving Angelica's head into the canvas. The momentum begins to shift, and Angelica finds herself on the receiving end of Alexis's agile offense. A second springboard crossbody sends Angelica sprawling, and a series of lightning-fast roundhouse kicks also keep her reeling.
The audience's cheers grow louder with every move Alexis executes. She seamlessly transitions from one aerial maneuver to the next, showcasing her daredevil style and keeping Angelica on the defensive.
However Angelica, sensing the tide turning against her, resorts to her bag of dirty tricks once more. She balls her hand into an enclosed fist and as Alexis readies herself for another high-flying springboard move, Angelica strikes, smashing her fist straight into Alexis's jaw. The impact leaves Alexis dazed. With a ruthless grin, she delivers her "Buyout” implant DDT that drives Alexis's head into the canvas. Angelica hooks Alexis's leg, confident that victory is within her grasp. She places her feet on the ropes for extra leverage. The referee begins the count, unaware of Angelica's cheating tactics.
ONE…!
TWO…!
The tension in the arena is palpable!
Three-No! Just as it seems Angelica might steal the victory, Alexis summons her last reserves of strength. With a defiant roar, she kicks out, breaking the pinfall attempt. The crowd erupts in cheers, witnessing Alexis's unyielding determination to overcome the odds stacked against her.
As Angelica argues with the referee about the count, Alexis sizes her up and as Angelica turns around, Alexis steps to her and nails her with a powerful superkick that leaves Angelica staggering. The crowd is on their feet as Alexis grabs once more, driving her down with the “Lemondrop” Future Shock DDT. The impact shakes the ring as Alexis drives Angelica's head into the mat. She emphatically makes the cover as the referee counts:
ONE…!
TWO…!

Darrion Hughes: The winner of this match…Alexis! Lemon!
Amber Westgate: It was hard fought, but Main Event Lexi Lemon gets the win here tonight! What a match!
Adam LaRue: Matthews really did try her best to bend the rules, but Lemon stayed strong and persevered, what a victory!
Lemon stands tall as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (LEMONDROP)
Shortly after the main event, we cut to the backstage area of Zion Wrestling Stadium, where we see Jessi Ozborne quickly approaching the gorilla position. She’s quickly intercepted by Devyn Mitchell, who only seems to see her friend in anger.
Devyn Mitchell: Uh h-hey! Jessi! The show’s almost over. Where are you going?
Jessi Ozborne: The show may be almost over, but my issues with Tits McGee are far from it. Now pass me a microphone and hit my music!
With that, “Bones Exposed” by Of Mice & Men begins to play over the speakers at ringside, with Jessi quickly making her way out from backstage. She wastes no time getting into the ring before running her hand across her throat, signaling for the music to stop.
Jessi Ozborne: Daria! I know you’re still back there, because ya bitch ass is probably still too dumb to find the exit to this place. I see you feeling froggy…so jump ya ass out here, bitch!
Jessi stands in the ring, waiting for Daria to make her way out. It doesn't take too long, as Daria has already showered and changed into street clothing for the evening, and makes her way out to the ramp whilst "Still" by Geto Boys plays in the background, as she heads to gorilla position.
Daria Dorsey: Froggy? Are you mad that I enlightened Blaze that you aren't all you say you are? Because, that is on you, one hundred and ten percent.
She said, with some boos from the crowd coming her way, as Daria scoffed at them.
Jessi Ozborne: Of course it is. Of course it fucking is. Because how could I forget that nothing’s ever your fault? It’s my fault that my friends aren’t “enlightened”, or they’re “not succeeding”. It’s the fans’ fault that they turned on you faster than it took you to fall off. It’s everyone in the locker room’s fault that you’re not getting anywhere. I mean, fuck, Daria. Just save us all the trouble, say it’s your mom’s fault for giving birth to you, and shut the fuck up.
That remark gets an “Ooo” from the fans, who have just felt this confrontation get intense.
Jessi Ozborne: And if it feels like I’m going hard on you it’s because I know you’re better than this. Everyone else knows you’re better than this, yet you refuse to get better than this. Because it’s so much easier to just shut down and make excuses. But now we’re way past that. Next week ain’t your redemption, it ain’t your therapy session. Next week, when I have you in that cage, I ain’t gonna be focused on “enlightening” you, Dorsey. I ain’t gonna show you that you’re better than this. Next week, I’m stepping out of my house in Chicago to kick your ass and be back in time for dinner. That’s on fucking facts.
Daria Dorsey: On facts, huh? Sounds like a lot of that Chicago bunch that wanted to make an example out of me…Maybe you have some valid points, it doesn't matter now. You're on! When we're locked in that cage like dirty animals, I'm going to tear you apart and remind people why I am, and have always been, the Zenith of Zion Wrestling.
Daria drops the mic, with the two staggering daggers into each other as we fade to black.
