The first chorus of “A Real Life” by Greek Fire ends as we cut to the inside of Zion Wrestling Stadium! A huge set of pyro goes off to start us off for Mayhem tonight as we cut to Winter Mae and Kyle Casssidy at the announce desk!
Winter Mae: We are back once again in Zion Wrestling Stadium, with less than two weeks to go until we meet XIX Wrestling for one of the biggest crossover events of the year! Welcome…to Monday Night Mayhem! I’m Winter Mae, joined as always by my broadcast partner, Kyle Cassidy!
Kyle Cassidy: I’m super psyched for what we have in store for you tonight! This card is absolutely stacked, Winter! In our Main Event, we got tag team action going as Rock Candy reunites ahead of their big tag team match at The Foundations of Decay to take on BFG! But to start us off, we got some action going down between Lilith Meadows and Willa Stoneheart!
As we come down from all the opening fanfare of the show, Pretty Picture by The Used begins to play over the arena speakers. From out of the curtain comes Kai Morgan, the first time we’ve seen the man in over two months. Morgan makes his way down to the ring, though the reaction he gets is unlike anything he’s ever received before. Not cheers, nor boos, but instead a plethora of confused murmurs from the crowd, no doubt in response to the Fusion General Manager appearing on Mayhem. Morgan climbs into the ring, where we see a podium sitting in the middle of it with a tarp lying over it. Morgan picks up a microphone before turning to address the fans.
Kai Morgan: How’s it going Orlando?
Morgan takes in the reaction from the crowd before continuing.
Kai Morgan: Now look, I get it. I’m probably the last person you expected to see tonight, whether that’s a good or bad thing. Initially, Katrina Lopez wanted to be out here to do this, but given the nature of what was being talked about here, I wanted to be the one to do the honors, and she was gracious enough to let me.
So what exactly am I here to speak about? I’m glad you asked. See, in case you missed it, this weekend, in the Sonoran Desert at WrestleStock, five women walked into the ring in the scorching heat. These women had no idea what they were fighting for, if anything at all, and yet each and every single one of them put it all on the line just to score a victory. That takes guts, it takes passion. All the things we admire here in Zion Wrestling. So when I saw the lineup for the match, I had not a doubt in my mind who the person standing tall at the end of it would be. Guts and passion, this person is the very embodiment of it around here. Knew it from day one, lo as I was to admit it.
So without further ado, I’d like to welcome the winner of that match, Kara Carbajal!
The opening to “The Gun Show” by In This Moment begins to play through the PA system and as soon as Maria Brink’s vocals kick in, Kara “Killer” Carbajal bursts out through the curtain followed by her Void brethren, Eduardo Gutiérrez. KC is decked out in a pair of black leather pants, black leather boots, a plain black sports bra with a plain black unbuttoned short sleeve shirt over the top of it while the man also known as Ex Con Ed is dressed in black baggy jeans, a pair of white sneakers, a plain white tank top and a white bandanna wrapped around his head. Kara begins to saunter down the ramp with a smirk on her face as “E-C-E the G.W.A” follows.
Winter Mae: Well… love her or hate her… nobody can deny the run Kara has been on lately.
Kyle Cassidy: You’re not wrong. She dominated against arguably one of the best wrestlers of all time in Morgan Payne and of course, as Kai Morgan pointed out… she ran the Gauntlet Eliminator against very game opposition.
Once they reach the bottom of the ramp, the duo make their way around the ring and while Carbajal hops up onto the apron, Gutiérrez continues around to the announcing area and snatches the microphone from Vivian Blake and rolls into the ring as KC climbs through the ropes before “The Gun Show” fades out.
E-C-E the G.W.A: Ayo, check it…
The fans boo heavily, clearly not appreciating what the young Spaniard has to say to them.
E-C-E the G.W.A: Relax… you people don’t deserve to hear my exceptional rapping skills so I ain’t gonna rap tonight.
The fans actually cheer at this which visibly angers the young man, however KC whispers something into his ear and he immediately calms down before turning his attention to Kai.
E-C-E the G.W.A: You’re absolutely right, Kai. From day one… Mamacita has been the most dominant signing you have ever made! Time and time again, opponent after opponent… she has proved herself as a dominator… as the personification of perfection… a true Queen!
Carbajal, with her arms folded across her chest, hasn't taken her eyes off of Kai since she got into the ring and she outstretches her hand towards Eduardo, calling for the microphone and the young man obliges and hands it to her.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: We’ve never really seen eye to eye for a while now, have we Kai? You first brought me into Zion as nothing more than extra security. You gave me the job of keeping things on Fusion from getting out of hand… and I did that. But soon enough, I wanted more… I wanted to show the world just how good I am. And you didn’t like that, did you? Don’t pretend it isn’t true. I don’t like you and you don’t like me. You don’t like how I do and say whatever the Hell I want because I don’t care if I get reprimanded for it. But let’s cut to the chase shall we? I ran the Gauntlet Eliminator… so what’s my prize?
Kai laughs off Kara's remarks, making a vague and miniscule attempt to keep the atmosphere as professional as possible.
Kai Morgan: You’re right, Kara. As a person, I’m not quite fond of you. But from purely a business perspective, you, and the entire Void for that, matter. And I do mean you too…
Kai points to Eduardo.
Kai Morgan: You guys are money. I can’t deny that. It’s why what’s about to come next has been a long time coming. Now I know that you and Miguel have a match coming up at The Foundations of Decay. Huge one, too. Never before in Zion Wrestling have we seen two singles championships be put on the line at once in a tag team contest. But a deal is a deal. You ran the gauntlet, and deserve to be rewarded. That’s why I dusted off and revamped a bit of old Zion hardware, and why it’s my honor to present this to you.
Kai throws the tarp off of the podium to reveal…
Kai Morgan: The Chance Briefcase. Now I’m sure you already know how this goes, what it is, etc. But for those at home who are unaware. This here briefcase entitles you to a match for any championship, anytime, anywhere, with or without forward notice. Since its inception two years ago, there hasn’t been a single person to hold this briefcase that hasn’t gone on to become a champion because of it, and now, with good fortune, Kara Carbajal will have the chance, for lack of a better word, to join that list of people. Congratulations, Kara.
A large grin slowly forms on Carbajal’s face as she saunters over to the Chance Briefcase and grasps the handle, lifting it off the podium.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Well I’ll be damned… this was certainly not what I expected, Kai. But it makes sense that you’d bring this back and award it to the only person on this roster who deserves it.
The smirks now quickly fades as she turns her attention to the camera and holds the case up to the side of her face so it can be seen.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: I hope every single champion in the back is paying attention. Because me holding this means one thing and one thing only! That one of your championship reigns is coming to an end! Hell… once Miguel and I defeat Rock Candy at Foundations of Decay? You all could very easily be looking at the first ever DOUBLE champion in Zion history!
Kai Morgan: Congratulations to the most recent Chance Briefcase winner, Kara Carbajal!
“The Gun Show” by In This Moment begins to play again as Kai makes his way out of the ring, allowing Kara to have her moment with the briefcase alongside Eduardo. KC raises the case high above her head as Gutiérrez almost bounces around with excitement as he points to his “Mamacita” before applauding and yelling to the fans how great she is as we cut elsewhere.
OPENING CONTEST: WILLA STONEHEART VS LILITH MEADOWS
Vivian Blake: The following contest…is scheduled for one fall!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
Vivian Blake: Introducing first, representing The Kingdom, from Huntsville, Alabama…weighing in at 115 lbs…Lilith! Meadows!
And her opponent…from New York, New York…weighing in at 127 lbs…Willa! Stoneheart!
Winter Mae: The problems between these two competitors tonight are definitely well known by now! I wanna take you back to last week at our WrestleStock addition of Mayhem!
Kyle Cassidy: Another prank pulled by who seems to be the queen of them around here, Lilith Meadows! But I don’t think Willa Stoneheart is too pleased with that, especially since she just had to see it again there!
Stoneheart doesn’t waste a second of time as we start this match, rushing over and decking Meadows with a Forearm Smash right off the bell! She mounts the Faerie, railing on her relentlessly with strikes to the top of the head! The official eventually finds themselves having to step in, pulling Stoneheart away and checking to see if Meadows is still good to go! Stoneheart doesn’t show her opponent the same courtesy however, pulling Meadows to her feet and tossing her shoulder first into the ringpost! Meadows falls through the ropes and out of the ring, with Stoneheart being the only one left standing inside! She talks trash to the crowd, demanding their respect and getting nothing but loud disapproval in return! She ignores the fans, hopping through the ropes and out of the ring to go after Meadows! She pulls Meadows to her feet at ringside, looking to send her into the steel steps this time! But Meadows reverses, sending Stoneheart into them instead! Meadows pulls Stoneheart to her feet, throwing her back into the ring and sliding in after her! She rushes towards Stoneheart, taking her down with a Clothesline before going for the pin!

But Meadows fights back, clocking her over the head with a Discus Forearm before taking Stoneheart down with Bedlam! Swinging Neckbreaker connects! Pin by Meadows!

Kick out by Stoneheart! Meadows doesn’t let up however, looking to twist Stoneheart into the Dark Ending! Stoneheart’s limbs begin to flail around as she tries her damnedest to avoid being fully locked into the Rings of Saturn! She eventually has her way, landing a thumb perfecting into Meadows’ eye! She writhes in pain on the mat, with Stoneheart taking advantage of the opening as she climbs to the second rope! She leaps off, nailing Meadows with The Bitch Lives On! Diving Curbstomp connects! Pin by Stoneheart!

Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Willa! Stoneheart!
Winter Mae: Through some underhanded tactics, Willa Stoneheart gets the win tonight!
Kyle Cassidy: Willa Stoneheart came into this match with a mission! She knew that by hook or by crook, The Stoneheart Agenda was not gonna be impeded by Lilith Meadows again!
Stoneheart stands tall, eventually catching a glimpse of Lilith Meadows attempting to get up! She decides to add insult, and even more injury, to injury by stomping on her fallen opponent! This doesn’t seem to fly with everyone, as “God of Waar” begins to play and Chris Matthews rushes down to the ring! Stoneheart takes off, knowing she can’t take a fresh Matthews following the match she just had! She backs up the ramp, hypocritically accusing Matthews of being a bully as we fade!

Lilith Meadows: Morgy… watch this.
Lilith reaches down, pulling a water balloon out of a bucket and turns the corner, aiming right at Willa and hitting her in the chest with the water balloon before sticking her tongue out at the woman.
Lilith Meadows: Bet you can’t catch us!
Willa Stoneheart: How dare you?!
Willa takes off running down the hall as Lilith immediately turns the corner and just waits before we hear Willa’s footsteps and as she reaches the end of the hallway, a loud bang is heard and a cloud of glitter is seen shooting off right at Willa, covering her in the stuff as Lilith laughs and grabs Morgan by the arm and takes off running.
Willa Stoneheart: You’re going to regret this! Gah!

RESULT: PINFALL (THE BITCH LIVES ON)
As the feed came back into Mayhem, Akane Yamashita could be seen sitting in the locker room, looking at the TV screen that was showing the rest of the show as she had seen the graphic for her match to be coming up in a few moments. She then looked over at the camera, waving for a second as she moved her hair out of her face. Her hair still had a tiny bit of red in it, due to the deathmatch that she had during WrestleStock, not having any time to recolor her hair with all of the travel that came with getting back to the arena in time.
𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗡𝗘: “Hello, Mayhem! Akane Yamashita is still alive! Heh. Anyways, tonight I'm going to be up against Sakura Matsuda. I'm rather familiar with you, actually. You are a smaller build, but I can see you have a lot of fight in you, which I can find a place to respect that because that's something that we have in common. Me? I'll bleed out in the ring before I give up. My soul never gives out, even when my body does. I think that limits me, don't you? A soul that wants to do everything to everyone, but this stupid body has it's limit. Ahh…I've made that work though. I also noticed you're a very quiet one, Matsuda. But I can promise, nothing will keep you quiet tonight when I'm making you cry out and scream in pure agony, which is music to my ears.”
. . . .
“I will be focused on this match of course, nothing will make me lose control of my focus. But, you're still in this picture, Nami Megumi. I'm not going to forget about you, and our thing we have going. Let's talk about our last encounter though, and what happens when YOU don't get lucky like you usually do. You were left on the mat, bleeding yet again, from something that I did to you. When will you get sick of this? Win or Lose doesn't matter to me, I just want to see you in pain. If we wrestle ten more times, every single time I'm going to walk out satisfied just because I know you're going to be in severe amounts of pain.”
Akane looked over at the monitor again, nodding as she looked back to the camera.
“Well! Looks like my match is next. I have a pleasure talking to you people, you know. You guys might not like me because you all love to bow down to Nami, but I do keep all of you fans at heart, even if you decide to boo me out there. One more time, this is Akane Yamashita, and tonight you will see me face off against Sakura Matsuda. Which is just about to start after this. You're going to see a battle of hard hitting warriors, and the better person will come out on top. Keep your eyes on the match and keep your eyes on the Masochist Genius!”
Akane then walked past the camera, waving as the screen had faded away to prepare for the next part of the show.
MATCH #2: AKANE YAMASHITA VS SAKURA MATSUDA
The match begins and Yamashita wastes no time unleashing her aggressive offense, delivering Everest Knee Strikes, Dragon Suplexes, and a variety of impactful suplexes. Matsuda, fueled by her unwavering determination, fights back with European uppercuts, high-flying maneuvers, and a wide array of strikes.
As the match progresses, both competitors showcase their resilience and skill. Yamashita utilizes her signature Running PK and Deadlift German Suplex, targeting Matsuda's vulnerable points. However, Matsuda's fighting spirit shines through as she counters with her own arsenal of kicks, elbow smashes, and submission holds. The crowd rallies behind her, cheering for her underdog efforts.
In a critical moment, Matsuda ascends the turnbuckle, ready to execute her signature Diving Elbow Drop, the "Eagle Dive." However, Yamashita's cunning comes into play as she rolls out of the way at the last second, narrowly avoiding the devastating move. Seizing the opportunity, Yamashita quickly recovers and delivers her own finishing maneuver, the "Blood Shower," a swinging STO DDT. The impact leaves Matsuda dazed and unable to recover. The referee counts to three, and Akane Yamashita emerges victorious.
Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Akane! Yamashita!
Winter Mae: Akane Yamashita showing her danger ahead of her next match with Nami Megumi!
Kyle Cassidy: And there’s absolutely no way that Nami Megumi wasn’t watching just then! She’ll have to be careful next time she steps into the ring with Yamashita, or else their last encounter and this match will be the result!
Yamashita stands tall as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (BLOOD SHOWER)
Returning to the Orlando Yellow Rose Saloon, we see Regulators, Incorporated settling back in, as they notice Josie looking really disappointed in the background. The upcoming crossover show was going to mean a lot to her, as Jane and Sadie arrive on the scene to greet her.
Jane Adler
"You look a bit anxious, Jo."
"The Outlaw" Josie Wales
"Maybe I am… But, this is something I best not get involved with."
She said, wanting to fight, however it was a conflict of interest on her end. Josie wanted the new blood on Zion to flourish, as she had taken some of the trainees under her wing. Her personal pet project, Regulators, Incorporated, have a match tonight against two members of the Zion team.
Sadie Cassidy
"We've got our own thing to worry about. The Void have been nothing but a blight on this federation as long as they've been here."
"The Outlaw" Josie Wales
"You're not wrong… But, maybe you're biting a bit more than you can chew right now? He's bound to have the rest of his followers with him."
Jane Adler
"Maybe so, but, he's had this for a long time coming, and we finally get the chance to deliver some frontier justice on him."
Sadie Cassidy
"Besides, why cut the tail of the snake, when all you need to do is take out the head? If Mark is anything he claims to be, then he hates Zachary's guts, too."
Sadie said confidently, as Josie looked concerned about the ordeal.
"The Outlaw" Josie Wales
"Maybe… but, you girls be careful out there. There's a lot of variables out there, including Mark Storm, himself. Just, watch each other's backs out there."
She said, with Jane starting to pinch Josie's cheek in a teasing manner.
Jane Adler
"D'aww… someone's decided to not be a hardass for once."
"The Outlaw" Josie Wales
"Hey, I'm serious… you've made enemies with BFG and the Void are going to be on high alert, too…"
Sadie pouted a bit, as she nodded in response.
Sadie Cassidy
"She's right, you know. But, doing the right thing is never easy. Come on, Jane. We got to come up with a game plan and take care of business…"
She said, as Sadie and Jane would make their way out of the saloon, getting prepared to fight the evils of Zion's locker room.
We cut back to the announce table and to Winter Mae and Kyle Cassidy.
Winter Mae: Well ladies and gentlemen, what a show it’s been so far and--
Kyle Cassidy: Hold on, Winter… apologies for cutting you off but I’m receiving word of some kind of commotion going on backstage… can we get a camera there to see what’s going on?!
Sure enough, we cut backstage as a camera arrives at the locker room where we see Morgan Payne and Kara “Killer” Carbajal laying into each other with hard haymakers. Both women already have some visible marks on their body, indicating that they’ve been going at it for a considerable amount of time already.
Winter Mae: Good God! It’s KC and Morgan! They’re beating the Hell out of each other!
Kyle Cassidy: And they could very easily kill each other if something isn’t done about it!
Suddenly a swarm of security, officials and even some of the other wrestlers burst onto the scene and after some doing, they eventually manage to pry the two adversaries apart as they begin screaming at one another.
Morgan Payne: Me and you one more time, Killer! Let’s fuckin’ go!
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Oh you wanna go again?! Fine by me! I’ll put your ass down as many times as I have too, bitch!
The swarm of other individuals do their best to drag the two women as far away from each other as possible just in case one or both of them manage to break free and restart their fight.
Winter Mae: Did I just hear that correctly?! Morgan Payne just challenged Kara Carbajal to another match and Kara accepted!
Kyle Cassidy: I suppose we’ll have to wait and see what Katrina Lopez does in response to this, but I think I speak for everyone when I say that I wouldn’t be against seeing these two square off in a match again!
The two are dragged further and further apart from one another as we cut elsewhere.

MATCH #3: MARK STORM & ZACHARY PORTER VS REGULATORS, INC.
This match begins as Cassidy steps into the ring to represent her team. Meanwhile, Porter and Storm seem to have trouble coming to a decision themselves, with Porter eventually being the one to start for their team. Cassidy brings her high-energy offense, executing slingshot suplexes and diving double axe handles to gain an early advantage. Porter counters with suplexes and swinging neckbreakers, using his ring awareness to keep Cassidy on her toes.
As the match progresses, the tension between the teams intensifies. Jane Adler and Mark Storm eagerly await their turn, watching from the apron. Cassidy and Porter engage in a back-and-forth exchange, each showcasing their resilience and determination. However, the momentum shifts when Mark Storm gets tagged in, ready to make his impact.
Just as Storm and Adler prepare to unleash their combined firepower, BFG runs down to ringside, causing a distraction. Their interference momentarily catches the attention of Adler, diverting her focus from the match. Sensing an opportunity, Storm seizes the moment and hits his finisher, the "Incursio!" – an inverted GTS – on Cassidy. The referee counts to three, and Storm steals the victory.
Vivian Blake: The winners of this match…Mark Storm and Zachary! Porter!
Winter Mae: Well, the dysfunctional team of Mark Storm and Zachary Porter get the win tonight, thanks to BFG!
Kyle Cassidy: This may be the biggest humiliation these two have bestowed upon anyone in the tag team division! Regulators, Inc. take tag team wrestling very seriously! A loss of this caliber will not go unforgotten!
BFG laugh their way up the ramp, giving Adler and Cassidy faux crying faces as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (INCURSIO)
The feed picked up, revealing the interior of a room. A really smokey room, at that. Something basic really, a black leather couch and matching chair. A couple artificial plants nestled away in different spots and a television set, streaming a random episode of Digimon Frontier. And that could mean only one thing. Seated in the black leather chair was that man behind the camera, The Cameraman. Which meant, sprawled out across that couch was none other than the Zion Wrestling Internet Champion Ricky Rodriguez!
His attention was fully focused on that television, seeming to be completely lost in the episode playing. Between his legs was a bag of gummy worms which he dug into, pulling out a handful and shoved them into his mouth. Laid out across his chest was that Zion Wrestling Internet Championship. Cameraman cleared his throat, receiving no reaction from Ricky.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'Look dude, they all bouta come together to make Susanoomon.'
The Cameraman laughed to himself as Ricky was completely and totally engrossed in what was going on in that show. His eyes bright with excitement and almost childlike glee, Ricky watched as the rest of that scene played out. Sighing out in satisfaction, Ricky let his head fall back, resting it against the arm of that couch. Eyes half closed and that smile lingering across his features as he spoke up.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'I legit never get tired of seein that, holy shit.'
Shaking his head, Ricky rose up to a seated position, tilting his head to the side to look at The Cameraman.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'But y'know what I do get tired of? People just fuckin runnin in and thinkin they can get whatever they want. Like..seriously? I fuckin paid hell to get here right now. So like..you'd think that everyone that comes after me gotta do the same thing, right? I mean..that's fair, right?
But nah, it hasn't been workin like that. Noooottabit at all and to be completely honest, I'm already fuckin tired of it. Was bad enough when it was Ally. I went along with that cause she's a friend and friends don't do friends like that. That's like..shitty behavior, y'know?
But I let that go. I didn't cause no fuckin ruckus or nothin. I knew I hadda show her that that's not how you do things with friends. And what happened then? Fuckin Dinah brought her ass out there and got me disqualified.'
Ricky looked absolutely stunned, as if he couldn't even make sense of it.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'Like..you didn't do shit to me but cost me a match. I still left with what I worked for. You fucked Ally outta her shot. That's whatcha need to be worryin bout. Well..that and comin up short on the big one.
That was funny as hell to see tho, Dinah..can't even lie bout that. Comin out in my match, tryinta prove a point, make a statement, doin what the fuck ever you were doin only to turn around and drop the ball when it mattered most. Talk bout egg on your face.'
Laughing out, Ricky realized he was starting to drift from his original point. Shaking his head, he slung that championship across his shoulder, letting it hang there.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'I'll tell you what tho, Dinah. I don't run shit. I can't just say oh you gotta do this. But if I did? You wanna shot at tryinta win what you fairly lost? Face Ally. Whichever of y'all takes the win can get a shot. Work for it. Earn it. Cause you ain't shit to me. I ain't willinly givin you a goddamn thing.
Just like I told Ally. All you hadda do was ask. If youda came to me, hey Ricky, lemme get a shot. Then I'd prolly be more receptive. But I'm tired of these fuckin games. If it ain't gotta controller or a touchscreen then I ain't playin it.
Now, Ima go find Willa, c'mon Lance.'
The Cameraman: 'Alright, yeah.'
And apparently The Cameraman's name was Lance. Ricky nodded firmly at the man as he walked towards that door, the scene cutting away.
We go back to the ring where Griffin Hawkins is already inside it with a mic in hand.
Griffin Hawkins : It seems lately...all people know how to do is run. That seems to be going on a lot around here. Whenever someone is met with a challenge...they run from it instead of facing it. The one who's notorious for it the most..is Rob Oakley.
The crowd boos
Griffin Hawkins : Yeah...I agree. And what has he been running from you ask? Me. It seems since I've beaten him in this very ring on my debut, he has looked for every reason to avoid putting the Fighting Spirit title on the line against me. He even went to Katrina Lopez and requested for me and him to fight Hebi No Rengo at SLAYcation..hoping that I'd forget all about the title. And now..he throws the Fighting Spirit Title away, and then crowns himself the new Endurance Champion..when a real athlete would actually earn it instead of taking it out of a briefcase and crowning himself champion. But hey, that's alright. Because it doesn't matter what title he holds, and I don't care if I gotta go through his babysitter Kelly Taylor. I want my shot, and I'm not gonna stop hounding him until he pays what he owes.
He's then interrupted by a familiar voice.
"Whoa whoa whoa WHOA!"
Rob Oakley comes from behind the curtain with a mic in hand and the Endurance Title on his shoulder. The crowd begins to boo him.
Rob Oakley: Griff...bro, sorry to come out here and interrupt your delusional tirade, but I feel that I need to set the record straight. For weeks now all I've been hearing backstage is you running your mouth saying...I beat Oakley this..I beat Oakley that. But everyone of these idiots here know that you just got lucky. It was nothing more than a fluke! And if you think that lucky win you got over me grants you a title shot, then you really are dumber than you look. So what this means is you go to the bottom of the long line of contenders. You're going to have to work your way up to get a shot at this title.
Griffin just laughs.
Griffin Hawkins : As far as I'm concerned Robbie...I jumped to the front of the line the night I beat you. You can try and downplay what I did as a fluke..as luck..or whatever excuses you want to throw out. I deserve a shot at you for that very title that you're carrying around your shoulder. You can't avoid me forever..one way or another, we'll meet in this ring again, and I will be the new Endurance Champion!
The crowd cheers as Oakley just smirks and shakes his head.
Rob Oakley: See that's your problem Griff...you think you own the place. You think you should get whatever you want just because you're the "almighty" Griffin Hawkins. I already told you once..and I'm gonna tell you again. You're not worthy of a title shot...
The crowd claps in unison and break out into a "You're a coward!" over and over.
Rob Oakley: ...like I give a damn what any of you morons think!
The crowd boos him some more.
Rob Oakley: Hawkins..I'm not gonna soil the Endurance Title by defending it against trash like you. I already told you that you're no threat to my reign..and you're really starting to annoy me. In fact, I just may come on down there myself and crush your skull just to prove that you're nowhere near my league!
Griffin Hawkins : ....I would just love to see you try Snakeman..
He glares at Hawkins.
Rob Oakley: ...you should really be careful what you ask for Griff...
He then drops the mic and begins walking down to the ring. Hawkins takes off his red leather jacket and is prepared to fight. Oakley slowly gets in the ring and the two begin slugging it out! The crowd is going crazy as both of these gladiators are going to war, trading punches with one another, but the crowd's cheers turn into boos as Kelly Taylor comes from out of the crowd and jumps on the apron. Griffin goes to take a swipe at him, but he jumps off just in time. Hawkins turns around and is met with an RK-Oakley!
Winter Mae: Oh come on! This is a repeat of last week! Oakley's partner in crime Kelly Taylor aiding him once again!
Kyle Cassidy: You had a feeling this was going to happen! The champ always has some sort of backup!
Oakley calls for Kelly to get him a chair, he does so and slides it in before getting in the ring. Oakley slowly picks up the chair as Kelly picks up a groggy Hakwins. Oakley has the chair raised...ready to bash his head in. Suddenly the crowd begins cheering as Risa Saito is rushing down the isle with a Kendo Stick! She swings for Oakley's head, but he ducks out of there just in time. Kelly on the other hand doesn't get as lucky as he is struck by the kendo in the gut, then across the back! He yelps in pain as he rolls out of the ring. Both Oakley and Kelly glare back at the ring shouting "this is none of your business!" at Saito as she stands by Hawkins's side with the Kendo in hand, ready to fight.
Winter Mae : It looks like Hawkins has an insurance policy of his own! Risa Saito of The Queens of Chaos has come to his aid!
Kyle Cassidy : And the Hyenas go running for the hills when the sides are even!
Winter Mae : Hawkins has made it clear that he is not going to stop until he gets his hands on Oakley..but what's going to happen now that Saito has gotten involved?!
Risa checks on Griffin as we go to a break.
MATCH #4: YUKIKO KUSANAGI VS EDUARDO GUTIÉRREZ
Kusanagi hardly has any time for Gutiérrez and his faux-hood mannerisms, immediately charging him off the bell with a Big Boot! She pulls him to his feet, throwing him into the corner before railing on him relentlessly with stomps to the midsection! She grabs Gutiérrez by the hair, pushing his head back in the corner and seemingly speaking to him before whipping him with a Knife Edge Chop! Gutiérrez crumbles to the mat on his hands and knees, with Kusanagi, guiding him back to his feet with her boot and nailing him with The Steel Feather (Reverse Roundhouse Kick)! She follows up, getting Gutiérrez in position before dropping him with Kuro Gishiki (Double Underhook Brainbuster)! She hooks the leg, getting the obvious win here!
Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Yukiko! Kusanagi!
During the celebration, Yukiko stands with her arms out to the sides, foot planted on Eduardo’s chest. In the front row of the audience, her little brother Yujiro stands with the rest of the fans, applauding her win. Yukiko lowers her arms and head, staring down at Eduardo with a sinister sneer on her lips. She lifts her foot off of Eduardo’s chest and he starts to move but she pins him right back down with his head under her boot. She leans down and starts to say something, not noticing Miguel Ortiz of The Void as the big man comes running down to the ring, sliding in behind her. Before anyone can say anything, he runs in and drops Yukiko with a lariat from the side, sending her to the mat.
Winter Mae: Hey wait a minute! What the hell is Miguel Ortiz doing out here?!
Kyle Cassidy: Well you had to expect he’d be ready to do something after how Yukiko has been terrorizing The Void, not to mention his sister!
Winter Mae: Settle it in the ring! During a match!
Miguel starts putting boots to Yukiko as Eduardo gets back up and joins right in as the crowd boos. After a moment, Miguel stops his stablemate and motions outside the ring to get something. Eduardo’s face lights up with a sick smile and he rolls out to ringside, reaching under the ring for a chair. He tosses it inside and is about to climb in when he hears a particularly angry fan shouting at him. Eduardo turns around and sees it’s none other than Yujiro Kusanagi. Eduardo walks right up to the young man’s face and starts antagonizing him but the crowd pops when Yujiro hauls off and slaps Eduardo right across the face. Eduardo grabs his cheek and looks incredulously at Yujiro who just stares back at him with a mix of defiance and a little bit of fear.
Kyle Cassidy: That kid’s got a right hand on him!
Winter Mae: YES BOY!
Eduardo starts fuming until he suddenly loses it and grabs Yujiro by his hoodie and throws him over the barricade and onto the floor. The crowd boos as Eduardo wastes no time, grabbing him up by the scruff of his jacket and throws him into the ring, shouting to Miguel that he’s got an even better idea. Miguel puts two and two together and starts to laugh before putting Yukiko into a Camel Clutch, making her watch as Eduardo mounts Yujiro and starts raining punches across his head. The whole time, Miguel’s leaning down to Yukiko’s ear.
Miguel Ortiz: Look at this. LOOK AT IT!!!! THIS IS ALL YOU!!! WHAT HAPPENS TO HIM?! THIS IS ON YOU!
Yukiko struggles to get free from Miguel’s grasp but he’s clearly too strong for the Osaka Devil as he locks his hands under her chin. She tries to bite his fingers but he’s seen her enough to take that precaution.
Kyle Cassidy: Somebody needs to stop this! Her brother’s not even a wrestler!
Winter Mae: He’s a fan just like anyone else in this crowd!
Still, Eduardo continues, grabbing the chair and waiting for Yujiro to get up. From across the ring, Yukiko shouts at him in Japanese.
Yukiko Kusanagi: Otōto! Kudatte kudasai! Kudatte! KUDATTE!!!
Yujiro doesn’t hear her, however, as he gets back up to his feet, turns around and Eduardo hits him with the steel chair right over the top of his head and Yujiro drops like a sack of bricks. Yukiko continues struggling to get free but it’s no use as Eduardo walks over and leans down in her face.
Eduardo Gutierrez: You watch what the fuck I do next, perra!
He pie faces her and walks back over to Yujiro, wrapping the chair around his head. Yukiko realizes what he’s going to do with a horrified look on the Osaka Devil’s face as she starts to struggle more. Now, Miguel’s having a hard time keeping her in place as she starts thrashing like a wild animal.
Kyle Cassidy: No, Ed! Don’t do this! He’s a kid!!!
Winter Mae: He’s gonna break his neck![/font[
Yukiko Kusanagi: YAMERO!!!! YAMERO!!!
Eduardo starts climbing the top turnbuckle as Yukiko continues to struggle, screaming, sobbing.. She struggles…she struggles…she gets an arm free! Two arms free! Yukiko slips back underneath Miguel’s legs and causes him to lose his balance! Miguel turns around up on one knee and Yukiko catches him across the face with the “Steel Feather (Black Mass Kick)”!!! Orlando pops as she turns her rage to Eduardo who’s cornered up on the top turnbuckle with nowhere to go. Yukiko runs up, grabs him and throws him off of the turnbuckle, sending him crashing to the mat. Both Void members roll out of the ring as Yukiko runs, trying to catch Miguel before he escapes but she just barely misses him as she tries to grab at him. She immediately hurries over and pulls the chair off of her unconscious brother’s neck and kneels, cradling his head in her arms. Miguel and Eduardo back up the ramp, not sure whether to laugh or be concerned about the mood Yukiko’s in now as she stares at them from the ring. Tears running down her face but the look in her eyes is dark. Cold. Pure, uninhibited rage. A look of murder. And the scene fades.
RESULT: PINFALL (KURO GISHIKI)
“Classy” Bianca Page is walking through the hallways of the Zion Wrestling Stadium in her wrestling gear with a focused look on her face.
“Classy” Bianca Page: I have been on quite a roll lately but if you notice I am not walking around here tonight with my accolades. You know why? Not because I am proud of what I have accomplished but I am not entering the Zion Wrestling ring to celebrate things I have done somewhere else. I want and need to win some accolades here in Zion!!!
Bianca begins to look agitated.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Unlike that trashy robotic sidekick who thinks she is owed everything in the world. Just look how she blames me because she is a failure and lost chances at the Gateway Champion. Not once but twice Serenity has the audacity to blame me for her shortcomings. Get a clue Serenity! You just aren’t capable of becoming anything of relevance and that is why you are attempting to hitch your trailer to me so I can give you the limelight that you so covet. But God's honest truth, Serenity, I am going to whoop that ass of yours once and for all tonight. Then I am going to go on and win some Zion Wrestling championship gold. More specifically that Gateway Championship because we all know that if I had a one on one shot against Diamond I would have beaten her a couple weeks ago. So if you don’t want to admit that you are an utter failure, Serenity, then I will make you realize that tonight! End of discussion!!!
Bianca gets to Gorilla Position. She stops at the curtain, looking straight ahead, Bianca takes a deep breath.
MATCH #5: SERENITY HOLMES VS BIANCA PAGE
Holmes wastes no time unleashing her hard-hitting offense, delivering elbow strikes, roundhouse kicks, and a snap suplex to assert her dominance. Page tries to evade Holmes' attacks, resorting to cheap shots whenever an opportunity presents itself.
As the match progresses, the intensity continues to escalate. Holmes showcases her high-flying prowess with a standing moonsault and a daring suicide dive to the outside, leaving Page reeling. However, the tables turn when Holmes, in her relentless pursuit, inadvertently misses a shot and inadvertently knocks out the referee.
With the referee incapacitated, Page seizes the moment. She reaches into her bag of tricks, pulling out a pair of brass knuckles hidden from sight. Taking advantage of the chaos, Page delivers a devastating blow to Holmes, knocking her out cold. The crowd gasps in disbelief as Page quickly covers Holmes, and a replacement referee enters the ring to count the three.
Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Bianca! Page!
Winter Mae: What a cowardly move by Bianca Page! I knew she wouldn’t have been able to beat Holmes on her own!
Kyle Cassidy: Holmes may have gotten screwed out of this one, but you know that Page doesn’t care! To her, the ends justify the means!
Page stands tall as we fade!
