The first chorus of “A Real Life” by Greek Fire ends as we cut to the inside of Zion Wrestling Stadium! A huge set of pyro goes off to start us off for Mayhem tonight as we cut to Winter Mae and Kyle Casssidy at the announce desk!
Winter Mae: We’re are just two weeks away from SLAYcation, and with the amount of heat that has been dropping on this show, you’d think it was already here! Welcome…to Monday Night Mayhem! I’m Winter Mae, joined by my lovely co-host, Kyle Cassidy!
Kyle Cassidy: I am so excited for tonight, everyone knows that a Mayhem is gonna get even more chaotic when there’s a championship on the line! And tonight, there’s two, count em, two! In our main event, Dinah Wolfe puts her Internet Championship on the line as she takes on Jack “The Ripper” Morrison! And in our opening contest, The Deathriders put their Undisputed Tag Team Championships on the line as they take on a special guest in The Skillz Vendorz!
Winter Mae: Let’s not overlook the rest of what we have in store, Kyle! Speaking of the Tag Champions, we also see the Semi-Final to our #1 Contenders Tournament! Next week on Mayhem, either BFG or Strike 2 Kill will represent Mayhem as the finalists in this huge tournament! I can’t wait to see which one does!
Kyle Cassidy: Not to mention we get to see the return of Mark Storm in the ring right here tonight as he takes on Delilah Hill! My God, I’m so excited, I can’t even stay in my seat, Winter!
Winter Mae: Well you better try because our hot opener is just moments away! Stay tuned!
Zion Wrestling’s edition of Mayhem begins already in the ring. “Lux Aeterna” is playing as Zachary Porter, dressed in a nice white suit, is already standing in the ring being serenaded by the boos from the Orlando faithful. He isn’t allowing the crowd’s negative hostile reaction to faze him. His direction is clearly focused on the entrance.
Zachary Porter: What I want to say I’d rather tell you directly to your face. Champ. Come on down. I’m all alone. No shenanigans. Scouts honor.
AWOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The cheers start to rile up as “Strawberry Shake” hits the PA. The poppy tune of Razzles Mars’ theme is not met with the same energy that the theme song conveys. She steps on the ramp with a scowl on her face. She wears a pink top with reflective mirror pieces, and high-waisted pink satin trousers that end in high heeled boots peering out from the bottom of the fabric. Glaring at him from the stage, Mars removes the Zion Wrestling Undisputed Championship from her shoulder and hoists it over her head. While this raises the cheers from the fans, her cold stare never waivers.
She marches down the ramp, planting the title right back onto her shoulder. Climbing the steel stairs without much pomp or circumstance, without much crowd interaction given that her eyes still stared fixed on the number one contender - his promise of “no shenanigans” not carrying much weight for Mars. She bends into the ring, thanking Viv politely for the microphone extended to her off-mic before she gives Zach an expression that reads “get this over with” as soon as “Strawberry Shake” fades.
Zachary Porter: Mars. You’ve been running your trap about me and The Void for the past couple weeks. I understand. I was in your position too. I felt once upon a time I had to be the white knight of Zion Wrestling. If case you forget, I lead this company into a war against those bastards over at New Frontier Wrestling. When they besmirched our good name, I was on the front line. I lead the charge. I put this company on my back. I was also responsible for ensuring Angel Kash didn’t become a World Champion over on the Fusion brand, I knocked sense into Crystal Hilton-Caldwell-Whatever. The same Kasey Kash you beat. I handed him his ass too. Thanks to me, Trinity didn’t run a monk on Fusion. I accomplished a lot as the torch bearer, Mars. No one can dispute that. If anyone knows how hard it is to be the face of an entire company, it’s the man you are staring at right now.
The former Zion World Champion points to himself with a smirk on his face.
Zachary Porter: “I don’t need a sanctimonious wet behind the ears do gooder criticizing how I go about MY business. Ok. What I learned when I allowed Jordan to be a World Champion for five seconds in London, was this company, the ingrates who pretend their shit don’t stink, require a heavier hand. They need to be shown a little tough love. Not this sugar and spice and everything nice attitude you parade on about.”
“Are you good for the kids? Sure. Walk around. Kiss babies. Act all sweet and innocent. Kids dig that stuff. The real lesson those brats need to learn at an early age is life is hard. This isn’t a fairy tale. Putting on a cape isn’t good enough. Zion Wrestling no matter what you do will forever be a cesspool. The only way to drain the swamp around here, is to sink this company and the asshats who believe they are doing the right thing, is to drag them into The Void.”
“So no, Mars. This isn’t our company, it’s MY company. No one in the back has put in the work I did. Zion wouldn’t be an international brand without me. I bled. I sweat. I endured great hardship. I sacrificed a great deal. This company is my life. And I’ll be damned if you or anyone else is gonna stop me from molding Zion Wrestling into MY image. Mars... as great as you are, me being the Undisputed Champion is necessary. You served your purpose. Destiny II was your moment in the sun. But at SlayCation I am gonna break the glass slipper you’ve been wearing. The clock is ticking. I claim what belongs to The Void. ”
An unimpressed look is on the face of the Undisputed Champion. She turns her head to the booing crowd, asking them “you think he’s serious?” getting a laugh from the crowd. The poll comes up with one resounding answer: yes. The Brit brushes one of her large twintails off her shoulder, tilting her head at Porter.
Razzles Mars: Oh. Oh! You’re finished!? Bloody ‘ell, mate. Forgive me, I zoned out a lil’ bit. That was an ordeal, and not a lot of it was somethin’ that I’ve never heard before… you understand, right? It all starts to just sound alike after a bit.
She grins, seeing the crowd pop for her. Finally, a pulse from the Mars of the past.
Razzles Mars: Weirdos like you have a real penchant for not leavin’ well enough alone. You had your mates hold my foot down which saved your arse from eating a pin from my Peppermint Twist. You could have coasted on that all the way to Slaycation! Could’ve called your tainted win a win, packed it up, called it a day and ride into the show on a wave of momentum. Could’a gave us that charming, punchable grin… and I probably would have done the same. Left well enough alone. But no… you bring me out here, rub it in my face, and tell me the way I live my life is wrong. Well guess what? You and everyone else, mate. But I’m the one carrying the gold, and you’re the one givin’ the chase. I’d say I’m doin’ pretty well.
She gestures, giving the Zion Undisputed Championship a little shift on her shoulder.
Razzles Mars: You, though? You’re not. You stewed in your bitta’ness and found otha’s who do the same. Misery loves its company, and ay! You found some miserable mugs that don’t mind gettin’ their hands dirty for you, huh? Who could blame you for takin’ the easy road. It got you a date with me, after all… but you’re going home alone, and empty-handed when it’s all said and done, Portah. And there’s nothin’ you, nor they, can do to change that.
The crowd is obviously behind the Undisputed Champion. Zach gives the crowd a harsh sneer.
Zachary Porter: Shut up why don’t you!!
This causes the Orlando faithful to boo even louder at his less than friendly attitude. Taking a deep breath he refocuses on the Undisputed Champion.
Zachary Porter: Inspiring speech, kid. Feel all warm and fuzzy? It’s quite obvious to me you’re jealous. All the trash you talk about my friends. Please. Unlike you I can sleep at night knowing who my friends are. Can you? You think Morgan and Nami are your besties? Please. Alliance by convenience is all that is. The day you outlive your usefulness to them, you won’t be of use. Oh... and what about Diamond Steele? Your Rock Candy bandmate has been MIA through all this hasn’t she? Makes sense. She is the Gateway Champion. In the hypothetical scenario you’re still champion after Slaycation and Diamond fulfills the required number of Gateway defenses, we both know what that means...
A smirk flashes across Zach’s face.
Zachary Porter: ... she’ll come after what you hold dear. That’s if you are still champion. You won’t be. Food for thought, ya know? Perhaps she isn’t around to have your back because she is hoping the grind of being Undisputed Champion will eat you alive, putting you in a vulnerable position, making it easier for her to cement her legacy at your expense. I’m sorry you have to rack your brain wondering who your real friends are. KC. Miguel. Eddy. I don’t need to worry about them stabbing me in the back. My success is their success. Because I like you, I am going to take away the burden of being the Undisputed Champion. Once that happens, everyone you consider a friend will have no use for you. See. I’m not a bad guy after all.
Zach laughs as the crowd doesn’t approve of anything he just spouted.
Razzles Mars: Mmm… no. I don’t think I’ll take up that offer. In fact, allow me to present a counterpoint I don’t think filled that recently very vacant head?
Razzles offered sweetly.
Razzles Mars: Has it occurred to you that if you lay with the snakes, you might one day wind up in their gullet? They’ve not struck - for now. You have nothing they want. And considering as long as I have a breath in my body, you never will? Yeah. You’re safe. So it’s not you protecting me from Diamond - I don’t need protection from my best mate. In fact, if you tuned into FFW every now and again? You’d know we’re on betta’ terms than evah before. But instead, it’s me, keeping your Void of Charisma on good terms with you. The only thing stopping the knife from twisting its way through your back is me.
Razzles said, standing nose-to-nose with her counterpart.
Razzles Mars: And mate… we could do this in circles all night. These people deserve betta’. They want betta’. Regardless of what you may think. And just because you pinky-promised no shenanigans…
Mars swings the mic, bashing it into the temple of Porter! It squeals in feedback and the fans rise to their feet as he goes down!
Razzles Mars: doesn’t mean I did!
She mounts him, throwing punches wildly. The crowd is roaring in applause and cheers as Porter rolls over, sitting over Razzles. Rearing back for a punch before Mars is on him again and the final rotation sees him on the outer edge of the apron! Ring awareness saving the day for Porter as he rolls out and Mars gives another swiping swing through the ropes, Zach just out of reach! “Strawberry Shake” begins to play again as Razzles sits on the ropes, trying to invite Zach back in to little avail.

They want a fight!
Winter Mae: Well they’re certainly gonna get one in The Skillz Vendorz! These two are a world renowned unit, and you’re gonna see why here in a few seconds!
Katrina Cage starts off in the ring against Kaya Parker, with the two circling the ring around each other! The two technicians of their respective teams get to doing what they do best right out the gate, locking up and looking for a way to gain control! Kaya gets the upper hand to start, pulling Cage into a Wristlock! She twists the arm for a second time, getting a lot more leverage from Cage and sending her to a knee as Kaya takes all the control! Cage doesn’t let this last however, rolling forward and doing a Front Flip to unwring her arm and get herself back to a vertical base! She quickly capitalizes, dropping Kaya to the mat with an Arm Drag! Kaya scrambles to her feet, only for Cage to meet her with a Dropkick!
Kaya rolls out of the ring after that, her ego very obviously bruised! Cage tells her to come back in, with Kaya sneering at her as she steps up on the apron! Cage proceeds towards Kaya, only for the champion to step off the apron and chastise her for not doing this on “her time”. Kaya turns to taunt the crowd, turning back to the ring to get hit with a Baseball Slide! Cage pulls Kaye off the floor at ringside, throwing her back into the ring before tagging in Sammi Belmont! She vaults over the top rope, landing on the second rope before jumping onto Kaya with a Springboard Crossbody! But Kaya rolls out of the way, leaving Belmont to clash with the turnbuckles on her own! Kaya capitalizes, nailing her with a Knee Strike against the turnbuckles!
Kaya hits the ropes, with Lilith Parker getting the bling tag on her and getting in position as Kaya hits Belmont with a Penalty Kick! Lilith immediately follows up, vaulting over the top rope and connecting with a Slingshot Senton! She begins to taunt Cage in the opposing corner, before pulling Belmont to her feet and looking for a Powerbomb! Belmont reverses however, nailing Lilith over the head with a few strikes before taking her down with a Hurricanrana! Lilith scrambles to her feet, immediately going after Belmont again with a Clothesline! But she rushes underneath it, going for the ropes and connecting with a Springboard Moonsault! Pin by Belmont!

Pin broken up by Kaya! This prompts Cage to spring into action, advancing towards Kaya to keep her from interfering! But Kaya backs into the ropes, low bridging them to send Cage over when she comes near! Just as she does that, Lilith follows suit, ejecting Sammi Belmont through the ropes! Kaya and Lilith look at one another, seemingly having the same idea! Kaya hits the ropes, looking ready to fly as Lilith clears the airway for her! Belmont and Cage prepare themselves, only for Kaya to slide under the bottom rope instead! The underwhelming pay off was just a diversion, with Lilith being the one to launch onto the pair with a Slingshot Crossbody out of the ring! She pulls Belmont to her feet, throwing her into the ring before positioning herself in the corner and hitting the Discus Big Boot! Pin by Lilith!

Kick out by Belmont! Lilith looks to end this, backing into the corner and looking for the Superknee Slingshot! But Belmont dodges it, catching Lilith when she returns with a Basement Dropkick that sends her into the ropes! Lilith is able to get down from Cage’s shoulders now, taking her to the mat with a Neckbreaker! Kaya quickly gets back to her corner so that Lilith can tag in, with the two waiting for Cage to get to her feet before hitting the Widow’s Strike! Pin by Kaya!

Winter Mae: What a match, and what a showcase of skill from both teams, no pun intended!
Kyle Cassidy: This is what tag team wrestling in Zion is all about! Both these teams put it all on the line to win this one! At the end of the day though, The Deathriders showed why they’re the Undisputed Champs for a reason!
Winter Mae: But can they pull that same feat off against the team that wins this tag tournament? We’ll find out at SLAYcation!

RESULT: PINFALL (WIDOW’S STRIKE)
“Classy” Bianca Page is walking through the backstage hallway of the Zion Wrestling Stadium in her wrestling gear. She is surrounded by four private security guards.
“Classy” Bianca Page: After the unwarranted attempt on my well being last week in the parking lot of this very building it was obvious I needed to up my security detail. We all saw what that crazy whack job Serenity tried to do last week and now she is being rewarded by getting another chance to become the number one contender to the Gateway Championship. We all saw her squander her chance at Diamond and the Gateway title a couple weeks ago. Now she gets the opportunity to step into the ring with me.
Bianca shakes her head in disgust.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Apparently this is reward Serenity day! Are you and that robotic bitch sidekick of yours happy now? It is bad enough that that Small Wonder wannabe is bad mouthing on her show but that “apology” she spewed out is a bigger joke then she is. So I hope this dynamic duds have enjoyed their time in the spotlight because in just a little bit that time ends, Serenity. But what I want from you Serenity is that after I beat you to become the number one contendership for the Gateway Championship is to thank me for making you relevant. Because it is clear that you didn’t get a clue when my good friend, Marisol Vilaro, whipped you all over Reno, Nevada sometime back. So now it is my turn to beat some sense into you, girl.
Bianca smiles confidently.
“Classy” Bianca Page: Serenity, you are so welcome! This has to be the thrill of not only your career but your entire life. When you walk that aisle tonight you remember that this is not a weapons match and if you bring that led pipe you vandalized my car with last week my security team will deal with you after I kick your ass!
Bianca storms off.
Miguel Ortiz was on his own, actually looking for the rest of The Void. He had just walked into their locker room to check it, but he didn’t see them in there. Just as the Mauler was about to leave the room, he saw the room’s television on showing what seemed like a surveillance video playing. The man was confused as the video continued on until he realized it was a hotel room. He couldn’t tell who’s room it was, but it didn’t stop him from continuing to watch.
Miguel Ortiz: What in the Hell…
Ortiz’s eyebrows knitted together as he moved closer to the screen when he saw the hotel room open. When he saw who it was entering the room, a look of rage crossed the man’s face. He didn’t know what she had planned, but Miguel’s eyes didn’t leave the smaller figure as she walked around the room.
On the screen, it doesn’t take long for fans watching to recognize Yukiko Kusanagi. If nothing else, it’s the “battle vest” worn over her hoodie that’s become a staple with her. With her, she’s carrying a bucket in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Yuki walks up to the wall beside the bed and immediately starts going to work, dipping the brush into the bucket and begins vandalizing the wall in…oh, please say that’s red paint. Pleeeeeeease say that’s red paint! She pauses for a moment and looks over her shoulder, clearly hearing something in another area of the hotel room. Before long at all, though, she goes back to her work on the wall, completing a grim message in that crimson “paint.”
YOU SHOULD REALLY KEEP YOUR DOOR LOCKED…
Words scribed underneath a crudely, terrifying looking Hannya face. Yukiko drops the brush into the bucket and turns away from the wall, putting her facing in the general direction of the camera. Slowly, she lifts her head, letting her face be seen as a wicked smile slowly creeps across her face. She holds there for a moment before turning and leaving the room.
It seemed that the woman left as soon as she came, but that didn’t quell the fire of rage that Miguel felt when he saw his older sister come out of, what he presumed, the bathroom in her robe and her hair wrapped in a towel. It wasn’t hard to tell, or wrong to assume, that she had just gotten out of the shower. The eldest Ortiz sibling walked around the corner of the little hallway. She had her back to the wall that Yukiko had messed with. Miguel watched as his sister tossed the hair towel away then turned around only to let out a blood curdling scream, causing him to wince a little as well as sigh.
Miguel Ortiz: God damn it…I’m never going to hear the end of this now.
As he said that, Ortiz pulled his phone out and sent a message to the rest of The Void, letting them know there had been an issue at the hotel some time after they left. Just as he finished sending it, his phone rang, and the screen popped up with Solana’s name. He rubbed his eyes for a second before answering the call, hearing his sister immediately yelling in his ear. Unable to get a word in for a moment, he resigned himself to listening to the yelling before finally raising his voice himself.
Miguel Ortiz: ¡Solana! ¡Solana! ¡Ya lo se! ¡Sí! Sé quién lo hizo. La perra no se saldrá con la suya.
Miguel listened to his sister freak out some more, and he closed his eyes in frustration. He should have had someone stay behind with Solana or even had her come to the arena with the group considering what had happened a couple of weeks ago. However, the Mauler didn’t think much of it when things were quiet the week before.
Miguel Ortiz: ¡Solana! Ed or I will be back there soon. We’ll figure something out for you for the future shows until I can properly take care of this Queen problem. If you’d feel better in the lobby around people until we get there then go to the lobby. I’ve got to find the rest of the group.
Without giving the woman a chance to say anything else, Miguel hit end call on his phone and rubbed his temples. It was going to be a long rest of the night, and he knew it. He slid his phone into his pocket, looked back at the stilled video, and shook his head as his clenched his jaw.
Miguel Ortiz: This isn’t over by a long shot, Yukiko. You’ve fucked with the wrong family now.
With that, the man walked out of the locker room, slamming the door shut behind him as he went on his way to find the rest of The Void in order to get back to the hotel to his sister.
The scene opens with Your Hero, and Mine, Mark Storm is seen bouncing on the balls of his feet in the backstage area. He's alone, running his fingers through his hair, as he exhales smoothly, allowing his signature smirk to plaster over his lips as the cameras get close.
Your Hero, and Mine: You wanna know what this is? You wanna know who I am?
He asks rhetorically before pausing, shaking his head sideways.
Your Hero, and Mine: I don't believe we need any introductions and last week, we made our intentions pretty well known. The Heroes for Hire are back and we ain't nothing to fuck with. Me? I'm just a guy who loves to fight. A guy who's been fighting for over a decade, billing his name, wrestling all over the world trying to make something of himself!
He clenches his fist, nodding his head as a grin stretches' across his mouth.
Your Hero, and Mine: I'm the guy who puts asses into seats, and sells out arenas worldwide and I love it because this is all that I know, this is who I am. I am the broken man, who's been through it all, hell and back. The broken man with scars all over my body and whole lotta of aspirin to heal the pain of the last fifteen years. This is me! It has been ever since I was a little kid and now, I've been living the dream. But the dream ain't over.
Storm winks at the camera, licking his lips.
Your Hero, and Mine: And you know what, I did. No, no... you know what it is, I've been listening to a lot of Miles Davies recently. You know them sad days and you're alone at a bar and everybody's gone and you're just there, steaming. Feels like you're, in another world or something but you're not, you're just drunk. When you're drunk you have your most sober moments. And I've been out on the boozer, wrestling shows a couple times a week, my ass all over the place... and it all dawned on me that this, I wouldn't change it for the world.
The heartbreak, the pain, the anguish... everything that comes with this business, that you have to endure, I'll endure, fuck it. Tonight, Your Hero and Mine, returns to the silver screen, returns to your televisions, returns with a mission statement of his own; to be at the top of Zion Wrestling. I want it all, I want the gold, I want the acclaim, I want the five star matches, and I want the people to know that Your Hero and Mine, ain't no joke. That the Heroes for Hire, ain't no joke, we're coming for it all!
He clasps his hands together in excitement, his grin growing.
Your Hero, and Mine: Now Trinity, they've been a thorn in our side forever, or at least it seems that way. Now Deliah and I, we've never had the pleasure of sharing the ring one on one, but tonight, that all changes. You wanna know what the Heroes for Hire are all about? I'll show you. I'll show you everything that I am about and after tonight, you'll know, that I am a man of my word. I've been here before, had my fair share of matches but never was I the guy... but that's all about to change. Monday Night Mayhem, it's the domain of Your Hero, and Mine, once more.
The scene gradually fades out.
MATCH #2: SERENITY HOLMES VS BIANCA PAGE
GATEWAY CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
DIAMOND STEELE ON COMMENTARY
Page and Holmes waste no time in starting things off here, immediately colliding in the center of the ring and firing at will with strikes to each other’s heads! Given Holmes’ MMA training, going hand-to-hand with her seems to be a very fool hearted decision by Page! This immediately shows as Holmes backs her into the corner, her strikes clearly getting the better of Page! The referee eventually comes in to try and separate the two, with Page finally getting her opening as the official is busy prying Holmes away from her! She quickly reaches over and rakes Holmes’ eyes, leaving her to stagger to the center of the ring blinded! Page follows up, rushing over and nailing Holmes with a Big Boot! She quickly pins, only to get a two count!
Page argues the decision with the referee, before eventually turning her attention back to Holmes! She pulls her up to her feet, looking to continue the onslaught! But Holmes begins to fight back, nailing her in the midsection with a few shots before smashing her over the head with a Forearm! That shot sends Page back into the ropes, with Holmes stepping back and looking to send her over with another move! But Page reverses, sending Holmes over the top rope with a Back Body Drop instead! Holmes remains persistent however, landing on the apron and running towards Page to try and capitalize! But Page is having none of it, nailing Holmes with a Clothesline that sends her to the apron and eventually down to the floor!
Page climbs out of the ring after Holmes, pulling her to her feet and throwing her across the commentary table! Holmes lands behind the desk, with Kyle Cassidy and Winter Mae parting ways to keep her from falling into their lips! Page then turns her attention to Diamond Steele, with the two now beginning to get into a heated verbal exchange! This distraction lends Holmes enough time to recover, climbing over the table and beginning to rail on Page with strikes! Page attempts to put a stop to it, pushing Holmes into the apron with a Shoulder Thrust! She attempts to throw Holmes into the ring post from there! But she reverses, sending Page into the ring post instead! Page staggers over to the barricade, with Holmes rushing towards her! But Page reverses, sending Holmes over with a Clothesline! Things between the two get so heated and violent that neither of them notice the referee’s count, which has now gotten all the way to ten as he has no choice but to ring the bell!
Winter Mae: The bell rings to call this one a no contest, but Serenity Holmes and Bianca Page have still not stopped brawling!
Kyle Cassidy: These two are intent on tearing each other apart to a fault, Winter! But now that leaves the question in the air, with these two both getting counted out, who becomes the #1 Contender?
Page and Holmes continue to fight with one another, with officials beginning to pour out from backstage to break them up as we fade.
RESULT: NO CONTEST (DOUBLE COUNTOUT)
We cut to backstage where we see Lilith Meadows sitting on a production crate, kicking her legs about, looking around, humming to herself. She giggles a little bit as she grabs a bag behind her and pulls out a package of Reese’s Cups and begins to eat them with a big smile on her face.
Lilith Meadows: We can never resist Reese’s, just like we can’t resist a fun fight. Tonight we get to have a fun fight and we’re so excited. A couple of weeks ago, we showed back up here on Mayhem and well, with the help of a friend, we won our match!
Lilith smiles and claps before finishing off her Reese’s.
Lilith Meadows: Tonight though, we find ourselves in another fun match against someone new and someone we haven’t seen before in Willa Stoneheart. We’re excited to see what she’s capable of, but we’re here to prove somethin to ourselves. We’re here to prove that we don’t hafta have a partner on the apron to be great. Yeah, it’s still a little strange and we still ain’t a hundred percent sure we can do it, but we gotta try our best! Willa, we expect to face everything you got out there and then some, we wouldn’t want anything less than that and we hope you can give it to us.
Just as Lilith finishes that sentence, there’s a loud bang down the hallway.
?: What the hell?! Who puts a glitter cannon in the middle of the hallway?!
Lilith starts to giggle uncontrollably as she hops down off the production crate.
Lilith Meadows: That’s our cue to leave! See ya out there!
Lilith takes off running the opposite direction as the camera pans over, showing a stage hand in the middle of the hallway, covered from head to toe in glitter as he lets out a frustrated scream and the scene fades out.
We cut to the backstage area and it is there where we are able to see Diamond Steele. She smirks as she is wearing a Queens of Chaos hoodie. She unzips it and is wearing a Rock Candy t shirt. Over her shoulder is the gateway Championship. She nods her head as she looks right into the camera and begins to speak.
Diamond: What is happening Mayhem Maniacs! My name is Diamond Steele and from the bottom of my heart can I just say that it feels so amazing to be standing before all of you as the Gateway Champion! I know it’s been a while since i said anything to all of you beautiful people but I know a lot of people were shocked when I made my big return and won the Gateway Championship!
Diamond smiles as she looks at the championship and speaks some more.
Diamond: I was in a rough place after Kasey put me on the shelf and I know I have been offending some people. I really wasn’t the nicest of people and that includes my own friends in the Queens of Chaos. I said some things I probably shouldn’t have said and if I could do it all over and take it back. I definitely would do that. The way I see it though. Despite being down and out. Despite not really wrestling and knowing what the future holds for me. I went with the flow. I waited and when I entered into that match for the vacant Gateway Championship I came out with a major win. I won the title and it’s now around my waist!
Diamond smirks as she looks deeper into the camera.
Diamond: It feels amazing that my best friend Razzles and I could share a moment together! We both were able to walk away as champions in the same weekend and that is something that brings a smile to my face. I love Razzles. She’s an amazing best friend and she truly brings out the best in me. However now is the question of the day. What are my intentions for the Gateway Championship? What do I plan to do with it?!
Diamond nods her head with a grin.
Diamond: The answer to that question is very simple. I pride myself on wanting to be the very best and I will do whatever it takes to get there. I also value my friendship with Razzles and considering we have a long history of having issues with one another and basically being drafted to be the main focal point on Mayhem it is only right that perhaps it is time to go back to where it begun for me. Perhaps I should do everything I can so that I can feel at home on Fusion. Reunite with Kai Morgan who brought me to Zion in the first place.
Diamond grins some more
Diamond: Who knows maybe two London women need to run this company with Razzles here on Mayhem and me claiming that World Championship on Fusion! Stay tune and watch out because I will rise to the top. I will make history and I will be the best woman to ever step foot in this company. Take care everyone and I want to see who will rise up to take this away from me!
Diamond raises her championship high into the air as we fade to elsewhere.
MATCH #3: MARK STORM VS DELILAH HILL
Storm and Hill circle the ring around each other, with Storm attempting to approach so that the two can lock up! Hill isn’t having any of that however, backing into the corner through the ropes so that Storm can stay away! Storm tries to approach, only for the official to drive a wall between the two! Storm backs off, with the official getting Hill out of the ropes so that they can continue! Storm approaches Hill again, with her hopping out of the ring to avoid him this time! She gives herself some room to breathe, but this doesn’t last for long as Takashi Shinobu approaches her, looking to scare her back into the ring so she can face Storm! She quickly rushes back into the ring to avoid him, with Storm finally catching up with her with a Dropkick! She falters back into the corner, with Storm following up with a Knife Edge Chop! He nails a Forearm, before hitting another Knife Edge Chop! He eventually pulls Hill back to the center of the ring, taking her down with a Vertical Suplex before floating over for a pin that gets a two count!
Storm pulls Hills back to her feet, looking to send her into the ropes with an Irish Whip! Hill fights back however, sending Storm into the ropes instead! This doesn’t bother Storm until he reaches the ropes, at which point Brooke Cartwright grabs his leg from under the bottom rope, stalling his momentum! He looks back to Cartwright, questioning her involvement in things before turning around into a Knee Strike from Hill! She pulls Storm to his feet, pushing him into the corner before getting revenge in the form of a Knife Edge Chop! She nails him with a Forearm, before getting him with another Knife Edge Chop, doing to him what he had just done to her! She follows up, nailing Storm with a boot to the midsection before dropping him with a Stunner! Pin by Hill, only getting the two count!
Hill looks to finish this one off, getting to the top rope and looking for the Perfect 10! But Storm moves out of the way, causing Hill to crash to the mat! She gets to her feet, looking to keep the momentum going by rushing after Storm again! But he catches her, nailing her over the head with a Bicycle Knee Strike that leaves her kneeling! Storm sees his chance, hitting the ropes and hitting another Bicycle Knee for One For All! Storm isn’t finished however, getting Hill up and nailing her with Incursio (Inverted GTS)! He pins, getting the three count for the victory!
Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Mark! Storm!
Winter Mae: Storm gets an impressive victory in his return to Zion tonight!
Kyle Cassidy: Yeah, but Trinity doesn’t look too happy! It seems like this is only the beginning between these two teams!
Storm and Shinobu celebrate, with Cartwright and Hill backing up the ramp in anger as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (INCURSIO)
"After The Rain" by Nelson hits the air as the crowd comes to life. Griffin Hawkins emerges from behind the curtain, looking around at the cheering crowd before making his way down the isle.
Winter Mae : Ladies and Gentlemen, The Jukebox Hero has officially arrived!
Kyle Cassidy : There's been rumblings that he's been telling anyone who'd listen that he was going to call out Hebi No Rengo for a fight...and it looks like he's gonna make good on his promise!
Winter Mae : While I admire his bravery, I'm not sure it's a good idea to pick a fight with one of the most dangerous factions on Mayhem..but they have given him plenty of provocation and it looks like he's here to give them a response!
After he gets in he grabs a mic. After his music ends, he begins to speak.
Griffin Hawkins : Last week...I was in a match with Hayumi Yamato. And I'll admit, she gave me everything I could handle. I'll be the first to tell you that Hayumi is one tough cookie. But what I did was chew up that cookie, and spit it right out! And just when I was about to get the 1..2...3.....her little stooges decided to get involved.
The crowd boos.
Griffin Hawkins : You see Hayumi...you're nothing without your comrades to prop you up. A real athlete stands on their own two feet...but it looks like you got two left feet. So I am giving you another chance to finish me off...just you and me! Leave the other two Powerpuff Girls in the back, because I'd rather this be between us. So how about it Hayumi?! I'm calling you out right here right now! I'm not leaving this ring until you get your little chickenshit ass out here!
The crowd is cheering as Griffin look towards the entrance ramp.
Winter Mae : Griffin is calling out Hayumi of Hebi No Rengo!
Kyle Cassidy : Oh this is gonna be good...a rematch from last week!
"Majinahanashi" by Hideyoshi hits the air as the crowd's mood goes from cheering to booing. Hayimi Yamato comes out, just looking on at towards the ring where Griffin is waiting for her as he takes off his leather jacket. She takes her own time walking down the ring as Hawkins is like a caged animal waiting to strike. She steps between the ropes as Hawkins wastes no time going right for her! The two are exchanging fists as the crowd is going wild! Both are evenly matched, punching one another...but then the cheers turn into boos when Akira Fujimoto and Lien Kamiya come out of the crowd...jumping the rail and sliding into the ring and pouncing on Hawkins like a pack of wolves, raining down on him with punches!
Winter Mae: Oh my God..you knew this was going to happen!
Kyle Cassidy : You can see it coming a mile away! If you call out one of them..you'll get all of them! They are nothing but cowards!
Winter Mae: They are a bunch of bullies, that's what they are! For once, can these three fight fair!?
Fujimoto and Kamiya hold Hawkins by both arms, forcing him to his knees as Hayumi goes out of the ring, grabbing a Steel Chair and sliding it in. She gets in the ring and picks it up. She grabs him by the hair and shouts "We told you to mind your own business!" and raises the chair over her head, ready to bring it down. But then the crowd's cheers pick up once more as Robert Kaiden Oakley rushes down! Hayumi and Kamiya manage to escape, but Fujimoto isn't so lucky as she runs right into an RK-Oakley! Hawkins is free, looking to get a little payback as he gets up on the ropes and is about to connect with the Holy Diver on Fujimoto...but Hayumi and Kamiya pull her out before Hawkins can land his move. He steps off the ropes as Hayumi and Kamiya have a groggy Kamiya, looking to retreat to the back. But Oakley grabs a mic.
Robert Kaiden Oakley: The Snakeman has had it up to here with this bullshit! And I know for damn sure that Hawkins here has had it up to here with you clowns as well!
Griffin nods saying "You're damn right!"
Robert Kaiden Oakley: You three bitches like it when it's a three on one gang attack...but when the going gets tough, you get going back to the locker room the minute the sides get a little bit even. But that's okay, because at SLAYcation..everything is going to be settled once and for all. You see..earlier tonight I had a little talk with the General Manager Katrina Lopez...and she's made it official. At SLAYcation, it's Hebi No Rengo...against The Snakeman...and The Jukebox Hero Griffin Hawkins!
The crowd goes insane as the trio glare at their enemies from up the ramp. Oakley hands Hawkins the mic so he can speak on the matter as he looks towards the ramp.
Griffin Hawkins: You know what? I like that idea. That's the best news I've heard all day! No more sneak attacks..and no more running home to Mommy with your tails tucked between your legs. Next week...somebody's gonna get snakebit...and somebody's gonna get rocked!
Winter Mae: What a blockbuster announcement! Huge match next week! Two unlikely allies team up to face the tandem of of Hebi No Rengo in a tag team match!
Kyle Cassidy : They say the enemy of my enemy is my friend...but Hawkins has made it clear that he wants Oakley's title..can Oakley even trust him?!
Winter Mae: We'll have to see in two weeks what kind of tag team the champion and the number one contender will make!
We see the re-construction of the Yellow Rose Saloon expansion in Orlando's Zion Stadium, as the girls were looking forward to having a steady place to perform. However, not all things were smooth sailing, as the two had been eliminated in the tag tournament in nefarious ways.
Sadie Cassidy
"Alright, let's light er up."
She stated, as Jane would flip the switch that sees the neon signs coming to life. Both would look on at the new Yellow Rose Saloon with a bit of a sigh of relief.
Jane Adler
"Well… at least that's one thing of ours going our way."
Sadie Cassidy
"Yeah, but, it doesn't make me any less pissed off…"
Sadie said with a pout, as she and Jane would share a bit of a grimace.
Jane Adler
"Yeah… you know what they say. Get knocked down seven times, get back up eight."
Sadie Cassidy
"Yeah, but that isn't the point. Deathriders had to cheat to beat us. BFG had to cheat to beat us. I'm getting sick and tired of all these goddamn cheaters screwing us over and knocking us down!"
She stated with a frustrated tone of voice, as their mentor and trainer at the Star Factory, Josie Wales placed her hands on their shoulders.
"The Outlaw" Josie Wales
"If that's the case, girls… then you know what needs to be done. I'll leave you both to it, and run the place during show hours."
She said, as Jane and Sadie looked back at her with an acknowledging nod, before we fade out.
The scene fades in, backstage in an interview room inside the Zion Wrestling Stadium, where James Crosbie sits in one chair adjacent to Jack “The Ripper” Morrison. No sign of Shiro here as Jack sits back in his chair, dressed to the nines in a pressed black suit with a crimson shirt and, despite the dim lighting of the room, sunglasses over his eyes.
James Crosbie: ”Welcome, folks! James Crosbie here with none other than the next challenger for the Zion Wrestling Internet Championship–”
Jack Morrison: ”The true Number One Contender, to the Zion Wrestling Internet Championship, thank you.”
James Crosbie: ”...Jack “The Ripper” Morrison. Thanks for being with us here, tonight, Jack. How are you?”
Jack Morrison: ”Oh, I’m doing fantastic, mate. Thank you for asking, and yourself?”
Jack sits with his fingertips pressed together, cocking his head to the side as he watches James. His entire demeanor seems to put the big man off just a bit and James doesn’t seem sure how to answer but he smiles anyway.
James Crosbie: ”I’m doing fine, thanks.”
Jack Morrison: ”Fantastic.”
James Crosbie: ”So, let’s get right down to it. You’ve been making some waves since setting foot into the Zion Wrestling ring. Been catching a lotta people’s eyes.”
Jack smiles lightly and parts his hands with a shrug.
Jack Morrison: ”Of course I have, James. Zion Wrestling made a smart business move signing me to this company, didn’t they? Ten years wrestling in Japan and when Zion came to the Land of the Rising Sun, they knew they couldn’t do without such a specimen of talent. Look at what happened, I was so sought after, they started booking me mid tour and within my short period of time here, I’ve already competed on their grandest stage. How many people here can say that?”
James Crosbie: ”Well, there’s a fe–”
Jack Morrison: ”Next question.”
Jack goes back to tapping his fingertips together as James gives a quick look over his notes.
James Crosbie: ”So, like you said, you’ve been here in such a short time and you competed at Destiny II, earlier this year. On that night, you competed in the ladder match for the Internet Championship, which of course you were…”
Jack Morrison: ”I was what? Hmm?”
Jack cocks his head again and leans forward, feigning having to listen closely.
Jack Morrison: ”Go on, say what you want to say. Unsuccessful?”
James Crosbie: ”For lack of a better term, sure.”
Jack Morrison: ”Well, yes, James. You can call it unsuccessful, if that’s the word you prefer. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, even if it’s wrong. I prefer the correct term of I was screwed out of seizing my opportunity. Now, you might call it an instance of the winner dug deep. These people watching might say that Dinah Wolfe clawed her way to the top to get to the title before I did but she didn’t. I was there! I was already there, James. I had the title within my grasp but poor little Dinah just couldn’t accept things to be the way they were supposed to and she had to bloody rob me of my moment!”
James Crosbie: ”Right, right.”
James checks his notes again and gives a tense look to the camera before focusing back on his guest in the moment.
James Crosbie: ”Now, would that be the reason you interfered in her match against Oliver Peters a few weeks ago? You feel that this is your moment and he was trying to rob you of that?”
Jack Morrison: ”I’ve said this a hundred times by now, James, that’s exactly what was happening. You hear so many people moaning and complaining about people coming into the company or changing brands and cutting corners, jumping ahead in line. Did I do that? Not at all. I came into Zion and I did what I do best. I put in the work, I put in the time and I earned my shot at that championship. Did Oliver Peters earn his way to the Internet Championship? He bloody well didn’t. The National Championship was his bag. Fate saw otherwise than to give him another go at it. He wound up here on Mayhem. Too bad, so bad. Sucks to be him. He can cry a river to rival the Nile but the fact is that the Internet Championship isn’t the National Championship. You don’t get to just come over in this territory, MY territory and jump ahead in line. Nah, mate. He tried and I sorted him out. It’s done and over with and now I can get back to the opportunity that I deserve.”
James Crosbie: ”So, you say it’s done and over with when it comes to Oliver Peters but that brings me to my next topic, Jack. After last week, do you really think he’s gonna just let slide what happened?”
A moment of silence passes as Jack shrugs his shoulders and drops his hands in his lap.
Jack Morrison: ”Do I look like I’m even concerned with that, James? Tell me, honestly, do I look like I give a single fuck about anything having to do with Oliver Peters? He feels how he feels about what happened. He asked me to come out and hash things out. He tried to pick a fight and look what happened. I let him have it in front of the Zion Wrestling world. When you cross the line with me, it’s not gonna end well, James. Remember that.”
James Crosbie: ”You say he crossed a line in calling you out but couldn’t the same be said about you, Jack? You brought the man’s family into the conversation y’all had out there, last week.”
Jack lays his head back and laughs. He pulls off his sunglasses and rubs an eye with his index finger. Jack holds his shades there as he looks directly at James.
Jack Morrison: ”Is that what you saw, mate? Really? I crossed the line first? You have a knack for being wrong, James. You really do. Let me tell you what happened. I didn’t cross the line first. He did. Olly did.”
A beat and James says nothing, waiting for Jack to elaborate more.
Jack Morrison: ”Did you really think he wasn’t going to catch it after he tried to slide a mention of Alexandra in there? Nah, bollocks to that. Let me make something perfectly clear. Olly wants to say what I did to him three weeks ago was personal. It wasn’t. When you speak ill of MY family, that’s when I take it personal. Now, she can handle herself when it comes down to it. Inside the ring and out, but what kind of a man would I be to let a washed up piece of shit like Olly Peters speak of my family in the way that he did and not do something about it? Especially when she’s been doing this twice as long as I have. She deserves nothing short of a veteran’s respect and that doesn’t include calling her outside of her name. No, as far as I’m concerned, the only bitch in this matter is yourself, Olly. You whined like a bitch, so I put you down like a bitch. If you have any brain cells left in that head of yours after I scrambled what’s inside that skull, do yourself a favor and stay the fuck out of my business. Sure, after I take the Internet Championship off of Dinah Wolfe, if you feel so inclined? Earn your shot, mate. I’ll be waiting and I will happily give you the fight you so desperately think you want, and I will gladly show you how wrong you are. I will show you that picking a fight with me is the biggest mistake of your entire, broken career.”
James takes a moment to let Jack simmer back down a bit before he speaks again.
James Crosbie: ”I see you made your point, Jack. Anything else you’d like to add? A word to your opponent on Mayhem, Internet Champion, Dinah Wolfe?”
Jack relaxes back in his chair and rubs his eyes again, laughing.
Jack Morrison: ”Oh, Dinah, Dinah, Dinah… What’s left to say, really? You seem to have it in your head that you’ve got me all figured out. That just goes to prove you don’t know shit about me. You say you’re looking forward to putting me down like the dog that I am? You forget how dangerous a hungry dog can truly be, Dinah. You forget how vicious they can be. Dinah Wolfe. Internet Champion. A little girl who thinks she can take on the world, but the world is a dark place and when you step into the darkest parts, that’s where the real wolves are, Dinah, and you’re no wolf. Not at all.”
He stares hard into the camera now with an unsettling, dark look in his eyes.
Jack Morrison: ”You’re the lost little girl, wandering about in the woods without a care in the world and you stick out like a sore thumb with that gold you’re carrying around. People find out real quick how fast your most valuable possession can be snatched away from them while they’re left broken and bleeding in a back alley somewhere. That’s where you’re headed, champ. Right into the dark…and that’s where the real monsters await…ready to push the knife in. I’ll see you soon.”
Without another word, Jack slides on his sunglasses, stands from his chair and walks out of the interview area as we fade back over to the show.
MATCH #4: WILLA STONEHEART VS LILITH MEADOWS
Stoneheart and Meadows start off things with a lock up! Stoneheart has the upper hand at the beginning, wringing out Meadow’s arm! But she eventually fights back into this, rolling forward and taking Stoneheart down with an Arm Drag! Stoneheart knows this song and dance by this point, putting a stop to it before it can really get going by getting up and dodging the oncoming Dropkick from Meadows! She quickly takes advantage, leathering Meadows with a Clothesline that turns her inside out! Meadows tries to reach her feet again, but Stoneheart stays on her, throwing her into the corner with an Irish Whip that rattles the ring! She pulls Meadows to the center of the ring and covers for the two count!
Stoneheart pulls Meadows up to her feet, looking to continue her attack, but Meadows begins to fight back with some strikes to the midsection! She finally gets herself free through a Forearm to the head, before taking off towards the ropes to follow up! Stoneheart doesn’t let her get far however, grabbing her by the tights before pulling her in position for a Back Suplex! Meadows reverses, taking Stoneheart down with a Victory Roll Pin for the two! But that wasn’t the full plan by Meadows, which is outlined as she jumps up and plants Stoneheart with a Double Foot Stomp! She pins again, getting a two count for the second time!
Meadows looks to end this, getting Stoneheart to her feet and looking for The Dreaming! Stoneheart doesn’t allow for the Implant DDT to connect, pushing Meadows off of her before dropping her with a Big Boot when she tries to return! She pulls Meadows up, mashing her into the corner with Deeply Vicious Desire (Death Valley Driver)! She looks to follow up, going for the Willa-Sault! But Meadows gets out of the way, before dropping Stoneheart into the corner with a Drop Toe Hold! Meadows and Stoneheart regain their bearings, with Stoneheart getting up right into Dragon’s Ire (Codebreaker)! Pin by Meadows, getting the victory!

Vivian Blake: The winner of this match…Lilith! Meadowst!
Winter Mae: Willa gets her debut spoiled tonight by Lilith Meadows!
Kyle Cassidy: A huge win by Meadows, but Willa looks none too pleased by it!
Meadows celebrates outside of the ring, taunting a sneering Stoneheart as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (DRAGON’S IRE)
We fade into the scene with Mayhem's backstage interviewer Tommy Green with a smile on his face and a microphone in his hand. Alongside him are the duo known as Strike to Kill, Liam Richardson and Miles Warson, before dressed in their ring gear accompanied by their manager, Gregory Murphy.
Tommy Green: Ladies and Gentlemen - two former holders of the Zion Wrestling Trio's Champions... members of the Heroes for Hire, Strike to Kill. You guys have been electric since coming back to Zion and last week you where you overcame Trinity in the quarter finals. Semi finals tonight against BFG, how are you guys feeling going into such a big match?
Miles Watson: Tommy, it's pleasure to see you again, but lemme be real with you man, I've had it tough these last few months. A lot of shit was going on in the background, a lot of background noise that people won't understand and I get it... we let a lot of people down, when we were put in a position to strive. I've already seen a couple people come out and say that the Heroes for Hire are just gonna duck and leave when the going get's tough... it got tough for us, and we did. But heroes never die forever, baby, heroes, they go on to become legends. Coming back was imperative and always part of the plan, and now that we're back, we're coming in hot and heavy, you best believe that.
He nods his head at the camera, perpetuating a calm composure.
Miles Watson: We've been doing our thing, we've been creating history, and we'll continue to do so. I've got a lot of respect for our opponents Kenzie Garrett and Fable Rowen, they're pro's fighting the good fight, and we can always respect that. But we've also been seeing the stunts you've been pulling off to get here, and we ain't complaining, got get that beg whatever's necessary. I promise ya'll right now though, it's gonna take more than a tug of the trunks to finish us off. They're ain't no way we letting that happen. We've been through too much to let our opportunity go like that, I'll be real... no, tonight, we get what's our. Tonight, we take that one step closer. We're feeling confident but we know it ain't gonna be no easy task, but that's where we thrive, it's either you swim or you sink. And we ain't sinking, nah, we swimming baby... sharks in the oceans, waiting for the right time to strike. Our time is now!
Richardson steps into the forefront.
Liam Richardson:
If I got a penny for every time someone told me I wouldn't amount to shit in my life, I'd be a fucking a millionaire, Tommy. I'll tell ya. And I'll tell you right now, I had it good growing up, my parents, they're money and power personified. But the fact that their kid wanted to be a professional wrestler... I was looked at as a laughing stock, a joke. They all laughed at me, and now here I am, shredding it everywhere I go. Everywhere we go. We strike to kill and we've been on they money since we've been back here. We've delivered, and we'll continue delivering until those titles are in our possession. Richardson pauses, allowing a smirk to take over his face.
Liam Richardson: It's crunch time baby, it's championship season. We're double tag champions looking to become triple champions and those Undisputed Tag titles are the only thing we have our eyes set on right now. We're coming in full focus with everything we have in our fucking locker. This right here, is what the present and future of this tag team division looks like and tonight we get one step closer!
With Richardson finishing his sentence, Takashi Shinobu surprisingly steps into the front of the group.
Takashi Shinobu: (My boys, they're doing well and it's inspiring me, I have to be honest. I have to take each stride as it comes, but aim for the moon, all at once. Strike 2 Kill are pushing me, the best tag team in the world. Mark Storm is pushing me. Your Hero, and Mine, one of the most accomplished men in this industry. The Heroes for Hire as a whole is pushing me to become something else entirely and soon, the world will know... The Heroes for Hire, we're the best in the world.)
Tommy Green: Good luck gentlemen...
The scene fades out.
We cut backstage as we see Morgan Payne making her way through the parking lot and we hear the faint pop from the crowd, obviously happy to see her.
Winter Mae: Well it would appear that Morgan Payne is here, Kyle.
Kyle Cassidy: It’ll be interesting to hear why as-- hey, wait a minute!
Suddenly from behind one of the parked cars comes Kara “Killer” Carbajal with a steel chair in hand as she smashes it into the back of Payne sending her stumbling forward into a nearby metal shutter door with a crash.
Winter Mae: It’s Kara Carbajal!
Kyle Cassidy: And she’s going right after Morgan!
Dropping the chair, Carbajal saunters over to her bitter rival.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: Couldn’t have just kept your mouth shut, could you Morgan?!
KC grabs Payne by the head, however the Daughter of Steel City manages to fight back as she delivers a couple of blows to Carbajal’s mid section, but a swift headbutt between the eyes quickly puts a stop to that.
Winter Mae: Well Morgan tried fighting back but that chair shot took a lot out of her.
Kyle Cassidy: And I feel like Morgan is going to learn first hand just how dangerous Kara can be.
The Shieldmaiden grabs Payne by the head again, a small trickle of blood running down her head from the headbutt, as Carbajal proceeds to slam the Kingdom member’s face repeatedly off the shutter door, further opening the wound on her head as she slowly slumps down to the floor.
Winter Mae: Somebody needs to stop this heinous assault.
Kyle Cassidy: Who the Hell is gonna do that though, Winter?
Carbajal looks around the area and makes her way over to a large production crate on wheels with a sick smirk on her face. She then proceeds to push it towards Payne, picking up speed as it crashes right into Payne and crushing her against the shutter door.
Winter Mae: Good God Almighty! She killed her!
Kyle Cassidy: This is uncomfortable to watch.
KC picks up the steel chair she used earlier and walks over to Payne’s barely conscious body and unfolds the chair and places it beside her before sitting down on it.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: It’s a shame really. I actually used to like you. Hell… I even used to look up to you. And I get it… you coming to the aid of Nami? Wanting to be the hero to battle the villainous Void. I get it.
Carbajal snarls.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: But you just had to take it further, didn’t you? You had to make it personal. Now… I could have gone and done the same thing like anyone else would have done. But I’m not like those people. No. I prefer to use my actions to send a message rather than my words. And now here we are…
The behemoth smirks.
Kara "Killer" Carbajal: You can’t stop me, Morgan. You can’t stop The Void. Nobody can. And the sooner you and everyone realize that? The better for you all.
KC then stands up and begins to laugh as she saunters away from the carnage she caused as we cut elsewhere.
I get it.

Richardson caps it off with Springboard Moonsault! Pinning for the two count!
Richardson looks ready to end this, pulling Rowen to her feet to connect with something huge! But Rowen pushes him off, before going for a tag to Kenzie Garrett! Outside the ring, we can see Aubrianna Powers dropping Miles Watson with the Most Valuable Kick! Garrett smiles at the advantage she's been given, stacking Watson up for the pin and getting her legs on the ropes for more leverage! Rowen watches as this happens, seeing Richardson thrash his legs in the air in hopes of kicking out! Seeing this, Rowen steps up, though she doesn’t break it up! She instead holds Garrett’s legs down on the ropes, helping her get even more leverage to prevent a kick out! BFG are in the finals!
Vivian Blake: The winners of this match…B! F! G!
Winter Mae: Trinity interferes to cost Strike 2 Kill their spot in the finals! Those little–
Kyle Cassidy: Wait, Winter! You can’t tell me you didn’t see that!
Winter Mae: See what?
Kyle Cassidy: Fable Rowen! She outright helped Kenzie Garrett cheat to win that time! What the hell was that all about?
Winter Mae: Maybe a heat of the moment response? Who knows? Either way, BFG advances to the finals!
Kenzie Garrett stands tall, once again celebrating alone as Fable Rowen stands outside of the ring beside herself! She walks up the ramp, looking full of remorse as we fade!
RESULT: PINFALL (ROLL UP)
The scene picked up, revealing a door. Just a plain ass door like you'd see in almost any arena around the world. But the door, itself, wasn't important, it was who was behind that door and the cameraman was determined to get that person. Knocking firmly on that door, the cameraman gave it a moment, but nothing, no response. That is, until a loud coughing was heard from the other side, followed by an all too familiar fit of laughter. Another moment passed and that door slowly creaked open, Ricky Rodriguez poking his head out from the inside.
Cameraman: 'Ricky, did you forget you wanted me here?'
Ricky stared blankly, through half closed eyes, at the cameraman, clearly having forgotten.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'Uhh..'
Cameraman: 'You forgot.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'I forgot.'
An audible sigh came outta the camera, the man shaking his head.
Cameraman: 'You wanted to talk about Dinah defending her Internet Championship against Jack tonight.'
And it was like the light bulb lit up above Ricky's head, literally gasping as realization set in.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'See, that's why you're the best cameraman we got here, wholeeeelottabit better than those other forgetful fucks, y'know?'
The Cameraman laughed out as Ricky made his way all the way outta that locker room. Once the door closed, he leaned back against it, mostly to help keep himself propped up.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'So yeahh, Jack and Dinah..Dinah and Jack..'
When Ricky began to visibly drift off, The Cameraman reached out and snapped his fingers to regain the young man's attention. Ricky reached up and rubbed the back of his head, laughing slightly as he did so.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'I mean..let's be honest here. It really doesn't matter who walks away with the Championship tonight, not to me at least. I'm sure it matters a lottaaabit to them tho but I reallyy don't have a horse in this race..'
The Cameraman: 'Dude, that's sucha copout answer.'
Ricky gasped, seemingly shocked by what The Cameraman said.
The Cameraman: 'You know damn well that's not what you're really thinking about.'
Continuing to rub the back of his head, Ricky couldn't even think up a retort to that, nodding his head slowly.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'It's kinda tough, reallyy. Like..I want Jack to win. I wanna go to Slaycation and step up to Jack and knock'em on his ass. Just totally fuckin prove'em wrong, y'know? And sure, I've already heard the threats, promises, whatever you wanna call'em but I ain't scared in the slightest. So if it's Jack, then we'll tear it down, I'll walk outta Slaycation as the new Internet Champion and then I'll deal with whatever shit tantrum he throws or backup plan he has.
But as for who I think is gonna win? I gotta give it to Dinah. Olegirl in it for a whole ass diff reason and I think that's gonna be enough to get her up and over Jacko.'
Suddenly, Ricky stopped talking, giggling a bit.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'She called'em a generic emo boy.'
Ricky couldn't help giggling still before stretching out, groaning out as he did so.
The Cameraman: 'You know you could basically just choose who you're facing, right? You're going to be right there.'
Scoffing at the idea, Ricky waved his hands, shaking his head.
Ricky Rodriguez: 'See, that's not me. Like I said before, I reallyy don't care who wins. The result is gonna be the same either way. And now, lemme go see what's up.'
Ricky gave a polite wave, smiling brightly as he turned and walked off.
Backstage, the Internet Champion is decked out in new gear. While she’s dressed in what appears to be her normal gear, there’s gold accents to it and shiny gold leaf along the feathers of her gear as well. She’s got the Internet Championship on one shoulder as she stands in the gorilla position. There’s a confident little grin on her face as she glances at the camera.
DINAH WOLFE: Tonight is the night, Jacky Boy. The night where you prove once again that you can’t handle the pressure of what it means to be one of the best around.
There’s a beat and Dinah lets out a soft chuckle.
DINAH WOLFE: You should even be lucky to be able to stand before me with my title on the line. But, it’s a shame that you won’t be the one walking out victorious at the end of this. I’ve worked too hard and I’ve come too far from a no named nobody to have this ripped away from me already.
A gentle little frown crosses her lips, just briefly, before she scoffs.
DINAH WOLFE: You’re good competition, dare I even say great competition. But, there’s a reason why I’ve been given this opportunity. There’s a reason why I am the Internet Champion. There’s a reason why I was given so many opportunities before I even got my hands on this.
She takes a look at the gold on her shoulder, lifting it up towards the camera.
DINAH WOLFE: So, you take a good hard look at this… because you’re not walking away with it tonight. Not as long as it’s got my name on the plate.
She taps the front of the championship and gives one last grin.
DINAH WOLFE: Good luck, Jacky Boy. Your oh so loyal fanbase will be watching.
She can’t help the little laugh as the scene fades to black moments before her match.
Winter Mae: Wow, bold words by the Internet Champion! We’ll get to that Main Event in just a bit, but next week we have an awesome show in store for you! We just saw an altercation between Morgan Payne and Kara Carbajal! With their huge battle imminent, next week may be some well-needed vindication for the Daughter of Steel City! She and Lilith Meadows of The Kingdom, take on Kara Carbajal and Miguel Ortiz, Killer Instinct, in a tag team match to open the show!
Kyle Cassidy: After interfering in their Semi-Final Match tonight, Heroes 4 Hire are looking for retribution, and we just got some confirmed for next week! Takashi Shinobu will take on Brooke Cartwright one-on-one next week!
Winter Mae: Shifting gears from next week to three weeks from now! After a double countout finish in tonight’s #1 Contenders Match, Katrina Lopez had a hard decision to make, but what a decision she made! In three weeks, at Mayhem 74, Diamond Steele will defend her Gateway Championship in a Triple Threat Match against Bianca Page and Serenity Holmes!
Kyle Cassidy: But bringing our focus back to next week, we have a HUGE main event in store! Tonight, we got our representative in the finals of #1 Contenders Tag Tournament in BFG, and on Friday, we’ll have Fusion’s representative! In next week’s Main Event, we’ll see which of those two will have a shot at the Tag Team Champions at SLAYcation! BFG takes on either Code Black or Thotline Miami in next week’s Main Event!
